    The formation of farmer groups in an effort to handle agricultural development is expected to be able to carry out activities to increase farmers' knowledge so that farmers' production results increase. The purpose of this study is to determine the working mechanism of farmer groups that play the most role in increasing production, identifying the factors of the role of farmer groups that affect farmers' income, and knowing the constraints faced by farmers and farmer groups in cultivating star fruit tasikmadu. This research uses descriptive methods, Likert scale analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed the role of farmer groups categorized as playing a role through several working mechanisms, namely the selection of superior seeds, managing water needs, plant maintenance, and controlling pests and diseases, the factors of the role of farmer groups that significantly affect farmers' income are learning classes and cooperation vehicles, while the constraints faced in farming ranging from attacks of plant disrupting organisms, weather changes, conversion of agricultural land, and rising prices of production facilities.ย INTISARIPembentukan kelompok tani dalam upaya penanganan pembangunan pertanian diharapkan mampu melaksanakan kegiatan guna meningkatkan pengetahuan petani sehingga hasil produksi petani meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui mekanisme kerja kelompok tani yang paling berperan dalam meningkatkan produksi, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor peran kelompok tani yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani, serta mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi petani maupun kelompok tani dalam berusahatani belimbing tasikmadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, analisis skala likert dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peranan kelompok tani berkategori berperan melalui beberapa mekanisme kerja yaitu pemilihan bibit unggul, menggelola kebutuhan air, pemeliharaan tanaman, serta pengendalian hama dan penyakit, faktor-faktor peran kelompok tani yang signifikan mempengaruhi pendapatan petani adalah kelas belajar dan wahana kerjasama, sedangkan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam berusahatani mulai dari serangan organisme pengganggu tanaman, perubahan cuaca, alih fungsi lahan pertanian, serta kenaikan harga sarana produksi

    ALOKASI PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA UNTUK PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI DESA ARONGAN KECAMATAN KUALA PESISIR KABUPATEN NAGAN RAYA

    Stunting is a short or very short body condition that exceeds -2 SD (standard) below the median length based on height for age. Stunting describes a state of chronic malnutrition in which children need time to develop and recover to a state of normal child height. Malnutrition can be caused by inadequate and unbalanced nutritional intake patterns caused by unfavorable household economic conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of household income allocation in Arongan Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency as an effort to prevent stunting. The results showed that there were 50 stunted children in the mild category in the household group whose income was greater than the average overall income of the respondent's household, and as many as 5 stunted children in the moderate category in the household group whose income was greater than the average overall household income. respondent 2) Expenditure allocation for Carbohydrate, Protein, Vitamin and Mineral needs in the low-income household group is smaller than the overall average expenditure of the respondent's household, namely 81.5% Carbohydrate, 84% Protein and 93% Vitamin respectively and minerals, whereas in the high-income household group the total expenditure for each needs for carbohydrates was 173%, protein 162%, vitamins and minerals 128% higher than the average total expenditure for all respondents..INTISARIStunting ย merupakan keadaan tubuh yang pendek atau sangat pendek hingga melampaui -2 SD (Standar) di bawah median panjang berdasarkan tinggi badan menurut usia. Stunting menggambarkan suatu keadaan malnutrisi yang kronis dimana anak memerlukan waktu untuk berkembang serta pulih kembali munuju keadaan tinggi badan anak yang normal. Malnutrisi ini dapat disebabkan oleh kesalahan pola asupan gizi yang tidak cukup dan tidak seimbang yang disebabkan oleh keadaan ekonomi rumah tangga yang kurang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya alokasi pendapatan rumah tangga Di Desa Arongan Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 50 orang anak stunting kategori ringan pada kelompok rumah tangga berpenghasilan lebih besar dari rata-rata pendapatan keseluruhan rumah tangga responden, dan sebanyak 5 orang anak stunting kategori sedang pada kelompok rumah tangga berpenghasilan lebih besar dari rata-rata pendapatan keseluruhan rumah tangga responden 2) Alokasi pengeluaran untuk kebutuhan Karbohidrat, Protein, Vitamin dan Mineral pada kelompok rumah tangga berpendapatan rendah lebih kecil dari pengeluaran rata-rata keseluruhan dari rumah tangga responden yaitu masing-masing sebesar 81,5% Karbohidrat, 84% Protein dan 93% Vitamin dan mineral, sedangkan pada kelompok rumah tangga berpenghasilan tinggi total pengeluaran untuk masing-masing kebutuhan Karbohidrat sebesar 173%, Protein 162%, Vitamin dan Mineral 128% lebih tinggi dari Total pengeluaran rata-rata seluruh responden

    PENGARUH PEMBERIAN DOSIS PUPUK ANORGANIK TUNGGAL N,P,K DAN JENIS PUPUK HAYATI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN JAGUNG MANIS (Zea mays subsp. mays L.)

    This study aimed to determine the effect of single dose of inorganic fertilizer N,P,K and the type of biological fertilizer on the growth and yield of sweet corn (Zea mays subsp. mays L.). The study was arranged in a randomized block design (RBD) with two factors. The first factor was the dose of single inorganic fertilizer N,P,K, which consisted of 3 levels: D1: 100%, D2: 75%, and D3: 50%. The second factor is the type of biological fertilizer, which consisted of 3 levels: P1: Sinarbio, P2: Kayabio, and P3: Ecofert. The results showed that the application of a single inorganic fertilizer N,P,K at a dose of 75% had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, number of cobs planted, cob weight with cornhusk, cob weight without cornhusk, and yield potential. The type of biofertilizer Sinarbio has a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, number of cobs planted, number of cobs per plot, cob weight with cornhusk, cob weight without cornhusk, and yield potential. The use of a single dose of inorganic fertilizer N,P,K can be reduced to a dose of 75% of the recommendation for sweet corn plants with the application of biofertilizer Sinarbio

    ESTIMASI PRODUKSI BLOK A16C DENGAN METODE SENSUS BUAH HITAM BLACK BUNCH CENCUS (BBC) DI KEBUN AEK NABARA PT. SUPRA MATRA ABADI

    The research was conducted in block A16C Afdiling I planting year 2016 (OP 16) at PT. Supra Matra Abadi Aek Nabara Garden (KAN) in Bilah Hulu District, Labuhanbatu, North Sumatra. This study aims to determine the amount of Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) production in the next 6 months (for one semester). A census of block A16C black fruit is carried out to find out how many tonnes will be produced within 6 months and the budget for harvesting costs. The Black Bunch Census (BBC) is conducted twice a year in mid-December and June. This research was conducted in the third week of December 21-28 using a completely randomized design (CRD). The area of the block is 30 ha with the number of trees to be censused at 10%, so the total area of 3 ha is equivalent to 435 trees of oil palm. The characteristics of oil palm fruit that can be censused are broken flowers, clove flowers, coffee flowers, black fruits, red fruits, and loose fruits. The results of the census showed that there were 3,659 stalks of oil palm fruit or 8.4 stalks/tree. BJR yields for block A16C in December 2022 were 16 kg/head, 8.4 stems/tree, and 145 trees/ha. So the FFB production in the next 6 months starting from January to June is 19,488 kg/ha. This block totals 30 hectares, so the total production is 584,640 kg/block.ย INTISARIย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Penelitian dilakukan di blok A16C Afdiling I tahun tanam 2016 (OP 16) pada PT. Supra Matra Abadi Kebun Aek Nabara (KAN) Kecamatan Bilah Hulu, Labuhanbatu, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah produksi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) dalam 6 bulan yang akan datang (selama satu semester). Sensus buah hitam block A16C dilakukan agar dapat diketahui berapa ton yang akan dihasilkan dalam waktu 6 bulan dan anggaran biaya panennya. Sensus Buah Hitam Black Bunch Census (BBC) dilakukan dua kali dalam setahun pada pertengahan bulan Desember dan Juni. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada minggu ketiga bulan Desember tanggal 21-28 dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Luas blok sebesar 30 ha dengan jumlah pokok yang akan disensus sebesar 10%, maka total luasannya sebesar 3 ha setara dengan 435 pokok kelapa sawit. Ciri buah kelapa sawit yang boleh disensus yaitu bunga pecah, bunga cengkeh, bunga copi, buah hitam, buah merah, dan buah brondol. Hasil sensus menunjukkan sebanyak 3.659 janjang buah kelapa sawit atau sebesar 8,4 janjang/pokok. Hasil BJR pada blok A16C di bulan Desember 2022 memiliki berat 16 kg/janjang, 8,4 janjang/pokok, dan 145 pokok/ha. Maka hasil produksi TBS dalam 6 bulan yang akan datang dimulai dari bulan Januariโ€“Juni sebesar 19.488 kg/ha. Pada blok ini berjumlah 30 Ha maka hasil produksi keseluruhannya yaitu 584.640 kg/blok

    KAJIAN KUAT GESER HORISONTAL CIRCULAR CASTELLATED STEEL BEAM WITH AND WITHOUT ADDING PLATES

    ABSTRACTย In order to increase the quality in building structure aspect, it needs to be observed some aspects, like optimum aspect which include the using of the material as element of the structure building itself. In the development, steel construction technology introduces Circular Castellated Beam form that is steel beam profile with I-section which is hollowed on the body in a circle opening form. The next development is for accommodate the opening for duct and plumbing is developed into opening circular with adding plates. The unsuccessful structure which is happened on castellated beam based on the previous research commonly happens on the body area between two openings what is called by web-post. In this research, it is done theoretical investigation and experimental testing to observe horizontal movement phenomenon which is happened on web-post area. Test things which is used is profile steel I 150x75x5x7 mm which is modified into circular Castellated Beam with and without adding plates with 5 openings. The testing consists of bent load with 2 vertical point loads on cellular beam, and data which is used based on Rosette Reading, the tense 45o which is set on web-post. From the research result and the discussion found that horizontal movement tense from experimental test result shows that adding plates on web-post show that loading capacity and the horizontal shear strength is increased about 20 up to 30 percent.Keywords: Circular Castellated Beam, Adding plate, web-post, horizontal shea

    Penentuan struktur modal atau capital structure berupa kebijakan yang diambil oleh pihak manajemen dalam rangka memperoleh sumber dana sehingga dapat digunakan untuk aktivitas operasional perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2009-2019. Struktur Modal perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit diukur melalui rasio DER (Dept Equity Ratio) yang bersumber dari analisis laporan keuangan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan di website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yaitu www.idx.co.id. Profitabilitas diukur melalui Return On Equity (ROE) dan Ukuran Perusahaan melalui LNTotalAsset. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode (Purposive Sampling), sehinga diperoleh 3 perusahaan pada sampel dalam penelitian. Pada penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas dan Ukuran Perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal perkebunan kelapa sawit di Indonesia Tahun 2009-2019.     ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHATANI CABAI RAWIT DI LAHAN GAMBUT KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA

    Horticultural farming is one of the commodities that can improve the welfare of farmers. Cayenne pepper is one of the priority horticultural crops. The centre of cayenne pepper in West Kalimantan is Kubu Raya Regency, where cayenne pepper is widely grown on peatlands and Rasau Jaya Sub-district is the most significant contributor to production so research was conducted in this area to know whether cayenne pepper farming is profitable or not by analysing farmers' income. This research used a survey method with descriptive quantitative analysis and was analysed using Microsoft Excel software. The respondents were 32 farmers who cultivated cayenne pepper on peatland. The results showed that farm income in Rasau Jaya Subdistrict obtained an average income of Rp.38,194,886 per hectare per growing season with receipts of Rp.65,050,353 per hectare per growing season and costs incurred of Rp.26,855,467 per hectare per growing season. Another analysis obtained, namely the R / C Ratio of 2.4, which means that the cost incurred by one unit of rupiah generates revenue of Rp.2.4 and the B / C Ratio of 1.4, which means that the cost incurred by one unit of rupiah generates a profit of Rp.1.4 and the production BEP of 691.93 kg and price BEP of Rp.15,914 so that the farming carried out by farmers is profitable because the production and selling price of cayenne pepper in the research area is greater than the break-even point (BEP).INTISARIUsahatani hortikultura salah satu komoditas yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Cabai rawit menjadi salah satuย  tanaman prioritas hortikultura. Sentra cabai rawit di Kalimantan Barat, yaitu Kabupaten Kubu Raya dimana cabai rawit banyak ditanam di lahan gambut dan Kecamantan Rasau Jaya menjadi penyumbang produksi terbesar sehingga penelitian dilakukan di wilayah ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui usahatani cabai rawit menguntungkan atau tidak dengan menganalisis pendapatan petani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dan dianalisis menggunakan software microsoft excel. Responden penelitian berjumlah 32 petani yang berbudidaya cabai rawit di lahan gambut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan usahatani di Kecamatan Rasau Jaya memperoleh pendapatan rata-rata sebesar Rp.38.194.886 per hektar per musim tanam dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp.65.050.353 per hektar per musim tanam dan biaya-biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp.26.855.467 per hektar per musim tanam. Analisis lain yang diperoleh, yaitu R/C Ratio sebesar 2,4 dimana berarti biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar satu satuan rupiah menghasilkan penerimaan sebesar Rp.2,4 dan B/C Ratio sebesar 1,4 dimana berarti biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar satu satuan rupiah menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar Rp.1,4 serta BEP produksi sebesar 691,93 kg dan BEP harga sebesar Rp.15.914 sehingga usahatani yang dilakukan petani mengalami keuntungan karena produksi dan harga jual cabai rawit di daerah penelitian lebih besar dari hasil titik impas (BEP)

    Penelitian ini memilki maksud dan tujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Besarnya biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan usahatani penangkaran benih padi (Oryza sativa L) Varietas Logawa per hektar per musim tanam di UPTD Benih Pertanian Kecamatan Majenang Kabupaten Cilacap; dan 2) Besarnya R/C usahatani penangkaran benih padi (Oryza sativa L) Varietas Logawa per hektar per musim tanam di UPTD Benih Pertanian Kecamatan Majenang Kabupaten Cilacap. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus pada UPTD Benih Pertanian Varietas Logawa di Kecamatan Majenang Kabupaten Cilacap. Adapun teknik penarikan sempel pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus (sampling jenuh), yaitu pada satu sampel petani penangkaran benih padi (Oryza sativa L) Varietas Logawa di UPTD Benih Pertanian Kecamatan Majenang Kabupaten Cilacap. Hasil penelitian medapatkan hasil seperti : 1) Besarnya biaya yang dikeluarkan pada usahatani penangkaran benih padi (Oryza sativa L) varietas Logawa per hektar per musim tanam di UPTD Benih Pertanian Kecamatan Majenang Kabupaten Cilacap adalah sebesar Rp 12.027.024 penerimaan sebesar Rp 27.400.000, sehingga pendapatannya sebesar Rp 15.372.976. 2) Besarnya R/C usahatani penangkaran benih padi (Oryza sativa L) Varietas logawa per hektar per musim tanam di UPTD Benih Pertanian Kecamatan Majenang Kabupaten Cilacap sebesar 2,3. Maka artinya penangkaran benih padi ini layak untuk di usahakan.ย ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine: 1) the cost, revenue and income of captive breeding of rice seed (Oryza sativa L) Logawa varieties per hectare per growing season at UPTD Seed Agriculture, Majenang District, Cilacap Regency; and 2) The amount of R/C for breeding rice seed (Oryza sativa L) variety Logawa per hectare per growing season at UPTD Seed Agriculture, Majenang District, Cilacap Regency. The type of research used in this study is a case study at the UPTD for Logawa Agricultural Seeds in Majenang District, Cilacap Regency. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by census (saturated sampling), namely on 0ne sample of farmers breeding rice seeds (Oryza sativa L) Logawa varieties at UPTD Seed Agriculture, Majenang District, Cilacap Regency. The results showed that: 1) The costs incurred in captive breeding of rice seeds (Oryza sativa L) per hectare per growing season at UPTD Seed Agriculture, Majenang District, Cilacap Regency were Rp. 12.027.024, revenue was Rp. 27,400,000, so that the income is Rp. 15.372.976. The amount of R/C in captive breeding of rice seed (Oryza sativa L) Logawa per hectare per growing season at UPTD Seed Agriculture, Majenang District, Cilacap Regency is 2,3.     PENGARUH KONSENTRASI POC NASI BASI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BUNGA KERTAS ORANGE (Bougainvillea spectabilis)

    ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Rice is rice (serelia) that has been boiled or cooked. In general, the color of rice is white if the rice used is white. Rice is a staple food for Indonesian people, because almost all regions in Indonesia consume rice as a staple food. The existence of stale rice is also often found in stalls selling rice besides in the household environment. Stale rice is usually given to livestock, and what is quite interesting is that stale rice is sometimes just thrown in the trash without any further processing, so that it gradually gives an unpleasant smelling effect to the environment and an unpleasant sight. This research will utilize stale rice that comes from the nearest community. There are three kinds of rice waste liquid fertilizer concentrations used, namely concentrations of 10%, 20% and 30% concentrations and there is a control. Fertilizer application is done 2 times a week and maintenance is done by watering every morning and evening with water. Observations were also made twice a week until they were 12 weeks old. The planting medium used to grow paper orange flowers (Bougainvillea spectabilis) is soil. Based on the results of researchers' observations of the height growth of the orange paper flower (Bougainvillea spectabilis) shoots, it is known that the application of various volumes of liquid organic fertilizer to the orange paper flower plants affects the growth of shoot height. Flower plants that experienced quite rapid growth of shoots occurred in Pโ‚ƒ plants with a concentration level of 30% with an average growth of 20.15 mm, while for concentrations of 10% and 20% were 18.94 mm and 19.17 mm, while for the control only 16.8 mm.ย Keywords: Stale Rice, Organic Fertilizer, Plants, Flowers.INTISARINasi adalah beras (serelia) yang telah direbus atau ditanak. Pada umumnya, warna nasi adalah putih bila beras yang digunakan adalah berwarna putih. Nasi merupakan makanan pokok bagi masyarat Indonesia, karena hampir semua wilayah di Indonesia adalah mengonsumsi nasi sebagai makanan pokoknya. Keberadaan nasi basi juga sering dijumpai di warung-warung penjual nasi selain di lingkungan rumah tangga. Nasi basi biasanya diberikan untuk ternak, dan yang cukup menarik perhatian nasi basi terkadang hanya dibuang begitu saja di tempat sampah tanpa ada pengolahan lanjutan hingga lambat laun memberikan efek bau yang kurang sedap pada lingkungan dan pemandangan yang tidak menyenangkan. Penelitian ini akan memanfaatkan nasi basi yang berasal dari masyarakat terdekat. Ada tiga macam konsentrasi pupuk cair limbah nasi yang digunakanย  yaitu konsenrasi 10%, 20% dan konsentrasi 30% serta terdapat kontrol. Pemberian pupuk dilakukan 2 kali dalam seminggu dan pemeliharaan dilakukan dengan cara menyiram setiap pagi dan sore dengan air. Pengamatan juga dilakukan setiap satu minggu dua kali sampai berumur 12 minggu. Media tanam yang digunakan untuk menanam bunga kertas orange (Bougainvillea spectabilis) adalah tanah. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan peneliti terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tunas bunga kertas orange (Bougainvillea spectabilis) diketahui bahwa pemberian variasi volume pupuk organik cair kepada tanaman bunga kertas orange mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tinggi tunas. Tanaman bunga yang mengalami pertumbuham tunas cukup pesat terjadi pada tanaman Pโ‚ƒ dengan tingkat konsentrasi 30% dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan sebesar 20,15 mm, sedangkan untuk konsentrasi 10% dan 20% adalah 18,94 mm dan 19,17 mm, sedangkan untuk kontrol hanya sebesar 16,8 mm.ย Kata Kunci : Nasi Basi, Pupuk Organik, Tanaman, Bung
