    Cooperation is an activity carried out by a community or group of people to complete or achieve a common goal.  To utilize fish resources, coastal communities cooperate in fishing.  The reasons underlying the cooperation in this case are due to the lack of skills and capital by fishermen and the inability of ship owners to develop capital.To know how system cooperation between ship owner with Fishermen Crew (the crew) Ketapang Indah Village, Singkil Utara District, Aceh Singkil Regency and To know how distribution result offort which 13 conducted between owners with Fishermen Crew (the crew) Ketapang Indah Village, Singkil Utara District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The researcher used observation research methods, and interviews (questionnaires).  And used the data analysis technique with  = TR-TC, TR = P.Q, TC = FC + VC.In Ketapang Indah Village, North Singkil District, Aceh Singkil Regency.  In practice, the cooperation agreement by sharing the results in the village of Ketapang Indah between the ship owner (toke) and the crew (crew) is carried out verbally.  There is no binding written agreement.  In profit sharing, the catch of fish is first auctioned at the TPI (Tempat Pelelangan Ikan) after deducting the cost of going to sea.  Then, the distribution of owner and crew is 97% with 48.5% crew division and 48.5% owner.  each crew gets 9.7% the remaining 3% for operational costs. Keywords : Cooperation Agreement Fisherman, Profit Sharing System Between Toke and Fishermen Crew, Boat. INTISARIKerjasama merupakan aktivitas yang dilakukan komunitas atau sekumpulan orang untuk menyelesaikan atau mencapai sebuah tujuan bersama. Untuk memanfaatkan sumberdaya ikan masyarakat pesisir menjalin kerjasama dalam hal penengkapan ikan. Alasannya yang mendasari terjadinya kerjasama bagi hasil ini adalah minimnya kemampuan maupun modal yang dimiliki nelayan dan ketidakmampuan pemilik kapal untuk mengembangkan modalnya. Adapun Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahuai bagaimana sistem kerja sama antara pemilik kapal dengan Anak Buah Kapal (ABK) di Desa Ketapang Indah Kecamatan Singkil Utara Kabupaten Aceh Singkil dan untuk mengetahui pembagian hasil usaha yang dilakukan antara pemilik kapal dengan Anak Buah Kapal (ABK) di Desa Ketapang Indah Kecamatan Singkil Utara Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Obsevasi, dan wawancara langsung dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan (quisioner). Dan  teknik analisis data, dimana rumus Di Desa  Ketapang Indah Kecamatan Singkil Utara Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Dalam praktik, perjanjian  kerjasama bagi hasil di Desa Ketapang Indah antara pemilik kapal (TOKE)  dengan  anak buah kapal (ABK)  dilakukan secara lisan, tidak adanya perjanjian tertulis yang mengikat. Dalam pembagian hasil, terlebih dahulu hasil tangkapan ikan dilelang di TPI (Tempat Pelelang Ikan).  Setelah dipotong biaya-biaya saat melaut maka, pembagian toke dan ABK sebesar 97% dengan pembagin ABK sebesar 48,5% dan toke sebesar 48,5%.     PENGARUH PEMBERIAN IBA DAN KOMPOSISI MEDIA TUMBUH TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN AKAR DAN TUNAS SETEK TANAMAN MAWAR (Rosa sinensis)

    This research aims to determine the interaction between IBA concentration and growth media composition. Apart from that, determine the provision of IBA and the best composition of growing media for the formation of roots and shoots of rose cuttings. This research was carried out for 4 months, starting from March to June 2022 at the UPT Farm Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Andalas University, Padang. The design used was a Factorial Design with 2 factors arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor is the provision of IBA which consists of 4 levels (0; 50; 100; 150 ppm). The second factor is the composition of the growing medium which consists of 3 levels: (soil + charcoal husk + cow manure; soil + coconut fiber powder (cocopeat); soil + sand + cow manure). The research data were analyzed statistically using the F test at the 5% level. If the calculated F is greater than the F table of 5%, then proceed with the Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at level 5. The results of the research show that there is no interaction between the concentration of IBA (Indole-3 butyric acid) and the composition of the growing media in root formation and rose cuttings. The best IBA concentration for forming roots and shoots from rose cuttings is a concentration of 100 ppm, while the best growing medium for forming roots and shoots from rose cuttings is soil + sand + cow manure

    ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN BUAH NAGA ORGANIK DI KAMPUNG ORGANIK BEJI DI KABUPATEN WONOGIRI

    The aim of this research is to determine and analyze internal and external factors in Beji Organic Village. The basic research method used is a qualitative method. The location determination for this research was carried out purposively, namely in Beji Organic Village. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IE Matrix, SWOT Analysis and QSPM. The results of this research show that in the IE matrix analysis the position of Beji Organic Village is in cell II, namely growth and development. Alternative strategies used are product development, market penetration, market expansion. The results of the QSPM Matrix are product development strategies with a value of 7.26. From this research, it can be suggested to Gapoktan Beji to diversify their products and innovate processed products derived from dragon fruit. Keywords: Marketing, Dragon Fruit, SWOT. INTISARITujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor internal dan faktor eksternal pada Kampung Organik Beji. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Penentuan lokasi pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive), yaitu di Kampung Organik Beji. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, kuisioner, dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Matrik IE, Analisis SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada analisis matrik IE posisi Kampung Organik Beji berada pada sel II yaitu tumbuh dan membangun. Alternatif strategi yang digunakan adalah pengembangan produk, penetrasi pasar, perluasan pasar. Hasil dari Matrik QSPM yaitu strategi pengembangan produk dengan nilai 7,26. Dari penelitian ini dapat disarankan kepada Gapoktan Beji disarankan agar melakukan diversifikasi produk dan menginovasi produk olahan yang berasal dari buah naga Kata kunci : Pemasaran, Buah Naga, SWO

    RESPON PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL MENTIMUN TERHADAP PEMBERIAN POC LIMBAH CAIR TAHU DAN DOSIS PUPUK PETROGANIK

    Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) is a type of fruit vegetable that has many benefits, so demand for cucumber commodities is very rapid. One way to increase cucumber production is through fertilization. This research aims to determine the effect of giving OLC (Organic Liquid Compost) liquid tofu waste and doses of petroganic fertilizer on the growth and yield of cucumber plants. The experimental design used was a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with two factors. The first factor, namely the dose of petroganic fertilizer, consists of 3 treatment levels, namely: P1: 1 ton/ha (2.5 g/plant); P2: 2 tons/ha (5 g/plant); P3: 3 tonnes/ha (7.5 g/plant). The second factor, namely the interval for administering OLC for tofu liquid waste, consists of 3 levels of treatment, namely: I1: OLC for tofu liquid waste fertilization at intervals of 7 days; I2: POC liquid waste tofu fertilization interval 9 days; I3: POC liquid waste knows to fertilize every 12 days. Observation variables include plant height, plant height growth rate, number of leaves, growth rate of leaf number, number of fruit, fruit weight and fruit length. The results showed that the treatment dose of petroganic fertilizer was not significantly different from all observed variables. Meanwhile, the treatment interval for administering OLC for tofu liquid waste was significantly different for all observation variables. And there was no interaction between the two treatments. Keywords: cucumber, petroganik; tofu liquid waste olc INTISARI Mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.) merupakan jenis sayuran buah yang memiliki  banyak manfaat, sehingga permintaan terhadap komoditi mentimun sangat pesat. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan produksi mentimun, yaitu melalui pemupukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian POC limbah cair tahu dan dosis pupuk petroganik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis pupuk petroganik terdiri atas 3 aras perlakuan, yaitu: P1 : 1 ton/ha (2,5 g/pertanaman); P2: 2 ton/ha (5 g/per tanaman); P3: 3 ton/ha (7,5 g/per tanaman). Faktor kedua yaitu interval pemberian POC limbah cair tahu terdiri atas 3 aras perlakuan, yaitu: I1: POC limbah cair tahu pemupukan selang 7 hari; I2: POC limbah cair tahu pemupukan selang 9 hari; I3: POC limbah cair tahu pemupukan selang 12 hari. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, laju pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, laju pertumbuhan jumlah daun, jumlah buah, bobot buah dan panjang buah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dosis pupuk petroganik tidak berbeda nyata terhadap semua variabel pengamatan. Sedangkan perlakuan interval pemberian POC limbah cair tahu berbeda nyata terhadap semua variabel pengamatan.  Dan tidak terjadi interaksi diantara kedua perlakuan. Kata kunci: mentimun; petroganik; poc limbah cair tah

    SERAPAN FOSFOR DAN PRODUKTIVITAS JAGUNG HIBRIDA PADA PEMBERIAN BIOCHAR SEKAM PADI DI TANAH ULTISOL

    Rice husk biochar applied to ultisol soil can increase soil fertility physically and chemically. The research aims to determine the role of rice husk biochar in increasing plant phosphorus uptake and its implications for hybrid corn productivity in ultisol soil. The research was conducted in Singkawang City, West Kalimantan, from July to November 2023. The research method was prepared using a one-factor randomized block design, namely without rice husk biochar, application of 6 tons ha-1 of rice husk biochar, and 10 tons ha-1 of rice husk biochar application. Each treatment was repeated 9 times. The results showed that the use of various doses of rice husk biochar on hybrid corn plants played a role in influencing the plant's ability to absorb phosphorus nutrients, increasing plant dry weight and root volume, with the best dose being 10 tons ha-1, but for variable plant yields the use of various doses Rice husk biochar obtained the same results

    PENGARUH KAPUR DOLOMIT DAN PUPUK NPK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN PORANG( Amorphophallus muelleri) PADA TANAH GAMBUT

    Porang plants can grow in peat soil, but the pH of the acidic peat soil must be increased. An increase in optimal soil pH will increase nutrient availability so that the efficiency of the NPK fertilizer applied will increase. This research aims to obtain the best dose of dolomite lime and NPK fertilizer for the growth of porang plants on peat soil. This research will last for 3 months starting in August - November 2023, located in South Pontianak District, Pontianak City. The design used was a Completely Randomized Factorial Design consisting of 2 factors. The dolomite lime factor (K) consists of 3 levels, namely k1 = 3.11 tons/ha, k2 = 4.99 tons/ha, k3 = 6.88 tons/ha and the NPK fertilizer factor (N) consists of 3 levels, namely n1 = 100 kg/ha, n2 = 200 kg/ha, n3 = 300 kg/ha. Observation variables include: plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, and time of frog appearance. The research results showed that there was no interaction between dolomite dose and NPK dose on all observed variables. All single factor lime doses and single factor NPK doses had the same effect on the growth of porang plants in peat soil. Dolomite lime dosage of 3.11 tonnes/ha and NPK fertilizer dosage of 100kg/ha are sufficient to support the growth of porang plants. Keywords : dolomite, NPK fertilizer, porang, peat soil INTISARITanaman porang dapat tumbuh pada tanah gambut, namun pH tanah gambut yang masam harus ditingkatkan. Kenaikan pH tanah yang optimal akan meningkatkan ketersediaan hara sehingga efisiensi pemupukan NPK yang diberikan akan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis kapur dolomit dan pupuk NPK terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman porang pada tanah gambut. Penelitian ini ini berlangsung selama 3 bulan yang dimulai pada bulan Agustus - November 2023 yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Pontianak Selatan, Kota Pontianak. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Faktorial Rancangan Acak Lengkap yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor kapur dolomit (K) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu k1 = 3,11 ton/ha, k2 = 4,99 ton/ha, k3 = 6,88 ton/ha dan faktor pupuk NPK (N) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu n1 = 100 kg/ha, n2 = 200 kg/ha, n3 = 300 kg/ha. Variabel pengamatan meliputi : tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah daun, dan waktu kemunculan katak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ditemukan interaksi antara dosis dolomit dan dosis NPK pada semua variabel pengamatan. Semua dosis kapur faktor tunggal dan dosis NPK faktor tunggal memberikan pengaruh yang sama terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman porang di tanah gambut. Dosis kapur dolomit 3,11 ton/ha dan dosis pupuk NPK 100kg/ha sudah cukup untuk mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman porang. Kata kunci : kapur dolomit, pupuk NPK, porang, tanah gambut

    PERTUMBUHAN SUBKULTUR BUAH NAGA DENGAN PENAMBAHAN NAA DAN BAP

    known as "dragon fruit" which is widely cultivated in various countries in Asia. The high demand for dragon fruit makes the availability of seeds for dragon fruit development difficult. The in-vitro technique is a suitable alternative to provide large quantities of seed in a short time. Media and growth regulators are the determining factors for explant growth. The combination of NAA and BAP is suitable for dragon fruit, which is useful for triggering cell division in the tissue made by explants and triggering shoot growth, root formation, stem elongation and root elongation. The purpose of the study was to obtain the best interaction of Naphtaleine Acetic Acid and Benzyl Amino Purine concentrations for dragon fruit subculture growth. This study used a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two factors, namely Naphtaleine Acetic Acid concentration (0.2 ppm, 0.4 ppm, 0.6 ppm, 0.8 ppm) and Benzyl Amino Purine concentration (1 ppm, 2 ppm, 3 ppm 4 ppm) with each consisting of 4 concentration levels, resulting in 16 treatment combinations. The treatment was repeated 3 times and each treatment unit consisted of 4 samples. The variables observed in this study were the percentage of sprouted explants (%), the time of the first shoot (week after planting), the number of shoots (buds), the time of the first root appearance (week after planting) and the number of roots (strands). The results showed that the interaction of NAA and BAP concentrations did not produce the best interaction concentration effect on dragon fruit explants so that the objectives were not achieved. At a concentration of 0.6 ppm NAA is effective in increasing the number of roots of dragon fruit explants and a concentration of 1 ppm BAP is effective in accelerating the time of root emergence and increasing the number of roots of dragon fruit explants.

    RESPON PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN BROKOLI (Brassica oleracea L) TERHADAP PUPUK KOTORAN SAPI DAN PUPUK NPK

    The purpose of this study was to find out: How many doses of cow manure and NPK fertilizer are right for the growth and yield of broccoli (Brassica oleracea L) and what is the right dose of interaction for the growth and yield of broccoli (Brassica oleracea L). This study used a randomized block design (RBD). The factorial consisted of 2 factors studied, namely: the factor of giving cow manure (S) which was given with 4 levels namely S0 : 0 (control), S1 : 100 g/plant, S2 : 150 g/plant, S3 : 200 g/plant plants and the application of NPK (N) fertilizer given with 3 levels, namely N0: 0 (control), N1: 100 ml/plant, N2: 200 g/plant. There were 12 treatment combinations repeated 3 times resulting in 36 experimental plots, the number of plants per plot was 4 plants with 2 sample plants, the total number of plants was 144. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, flower weight per sample and flower weight per plot. The results showed that the application of cow dung fertilizer had no significant effect on all observed parameters and the application of NPK fertilizer had a significant effect on plant height at 7 WAP, number of leaves aged 3 and 7 WAP, sample bubonic flower weight and flower weight per plot, but had no significant effect on plant height at 3 and 5 weeks old and number of leaves at 5 weeks old and the interaction of the two treatments showed no significant effect on all observed parameters. Keywords: Broccoli plants, cow manure, NPK fertilizer INTISARITujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : Berapa dosis pupuk kotoran sapi dan pupuk NPK yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman brokoli (Brassica oleracea L)dan berapa dosis interaksi yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman brokoli (Brassica oleracea L). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Faktorial terdiri dari 2 faktor yang diteliti, yaitu: faktor pemberian pupuk kotoran sapi (S) yang diberikan dengan 4 taraf yaitu S0  : 0 (kontrol), S1 : 100 g/tanaman, S2 : 150 g/tanaman, S3 : 200 g/tanaman dan pemberian pupuk NPK (N) yang diberikan dengan 3 taraf yaitu  N0 : 0 (kontrol), N1 : 100 ml/tanaman, N2 : 200 g/tanaman. Terdapat 12 kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang 3 kali menghasilkan 36 plot percobaan, jumlah tanaman per plot 4 tanaman dengan 2 tanaman sampel, jumlah tanaman keseluruhan 144. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat bunga per sampel dan berat bunga per plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian pupuk kotoran sapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter yang diamati dan pemberian pupuk NPK berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 7 mst, jumlah daun umur 3 dan 7 mst, berat bunga pes sampel dan berat bunga per plot, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman 3 dan 5  mst dan  jumlah daun umur 5 mst dan interaksi dari kedua perlakuan menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak nyata terhadap semua patrameter yang diamati. Kata kunci : Tanaman brokoli, pupuk kotoran sapi, pupuk NP

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui upaya perlindungan terhadap hak-hak anak sebagai korban tindak pidana persetubuhan oleh ayah kandung. Berdasarkan ini menalaah tentang kewenangan negara untuk hadir dalam melaksanakan perlindungan terhadap pemenuhan hak-hak anak sebagai korban tindak pidana persetubuhan, selain itu mengetahui hambatan pelaksanaan perlindungan terhadap anak dalam memenuhi hak-hak anak sebagai korban tindak pidana persetubuhan yang dilaksanakan di Wilayah Hukum Pengadilan Negeri Kalabahi.Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian normatif yang mengkaji tentang implementasi peraturan perundang-undangan dan didukung dengan penilitian lapangan, dengan pendekatan yang dipakai adalah Pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute appraoach), konsep (analytical appraoach), serta kasus (case appraoach). Dalam melakukan analisis, setelah data primer dan data sekunder didapat dilakukan analisis secara kualitatif, yaitu metode analisis bahan dengan mendeskripsikan dari data-data yang diperoleh ke dalam bentuk kalimat-kalimat yang terperinci dan jelas, dengan menggunakan cara berpikir deduktif dan induktif.Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa.. Pelaksanaan perlindungan terhadap anak dilaksanakan dengan sikap yang tidak diskriminatif pendampingan hukum serta pendampingan kliniks psikologi melakukan kordinasi dengan mitra kerja dalam hal ini Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak melaui Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Anak Kabupaten Alor melakukan Kerjasama dengan beberapa mitra kerja diantaranya yaitu dengan Suara Perempuan Alor, Forum Koordinasi Perempuan Alor, para tokoh agama, tokoh adat, dan tokoh pemuda dan perempuan. Kendala perlindungan terhadap anak yang menjadi korban persetubuhan ayah kandung di Wilayah Hukum Pengadilan Kalabahi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu topografi daerah Kabupaten Alor yang sulit untuk dijangkau. Disisi lain pelaksanaan dari pendampingan sarana dan sumber daya manusia belum bisa terpenuhi. Dalam hal sarana prasarana belum ada tempat khusus rehabilitasi dan minimnya sumber daya manusia pendamping psikologis kliniks traumatik.

    PERAMALAN PRODUKSI PADI KABUPATEN KENDAL: PENDEKATAN FUZZY TIME SERIES CHENG

    Central Java's rice production is in first place as the largest rice producer on the island of Java. One of the districts in Central Java that produces a lot of rice is Kendal District. Forecasting rice production is important to help agricultural planning and management. In this context, Cheng's fuzzy time series method can be an effective tool for forecasting rice production in Kendal Regency. Cheng's fuzzy time series method integrates the concept of fuzzy logic into time series analysis, which makes it possible to handle uncertainty and ambiguity in historical rice production data. This approach allows adaptive adjustment of the model to possible patterns in the data. In this research, rice production data from Kendal Regency used is from 2012 to 2023. The steps involved in this method include fuzzification, formation of a fuzzy relationship matrix, weighting, and defuzzification to obtain accurate forecasting results. It is hoped that the results of this research will produce useful data for stakeholders in agricultural planning in Kendal Regency. By having more accurate estimates of rice production, better decisions can be made regarding resource allocation, distribution and storage of rice and other agricultural policies. The results of testing using the fuzzy Cheng time series to predict Kendal Regency rice production from 2012 to 2023 produced an average MAPE value of 5.09% with a total of 5 intervals and the predicted results for Kendal Regency rice production in 2024 were 180,195.09 tons with accurate results. forecasting 94.91%, so the prediction is considered very good.Key-words: agriculture ;rice; forecasting
