    STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN TELUR AYAM KAMPUNG UNGGUL BALITBANGTAN (KUB) DI JOGJA AGROPARK, KULON PROGO, YOGYAKARTA

    This study aims to formulate a strategy for developing superior village chicken eggs of Balitbangtan (KUB) in Jogja Agro Park (JAP) Dusun Kemiri, Wijimulyo Village, Nanggulan District, Kulon Progo Regency, DIY. SWOT analysis was used to identify internal and external factors to formulate a strategy for developing KUB chicken eggs. The results showed that KUB chicken cultivation in JAP consisted of activities such as procuring DOC chicks, providing feed and drink, cleaning cages, vaccinations, collecting eggs, marketing eggs, and meat from retired KUB chickens (chickens that have reached the end of their productive period). KUB chicken cultivation in JAP uses a colony cage model with a total population of 14 male chickens and 146 female chickens with the ability to produce 30-40 eggs/day. The eggs produced are sold every Friday at the Farmer's Market for Rp2,300.00/egg using mica packaging containing 10 eggs. Retired chickens will be auctioned at the farmer's market for Rp30,000.00/kg alive.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk kandang ayam dan pengapuran terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays saccharatasturt) di tanah ultisol. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jln. Simalingkar B. Pintu Air IV, Komplek IDI Raya I no.52, Kec Medan Johor, Kel.Kwala Berkala dengan ketinggian tempat ±30 dpl. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan, yaitu jenis pupuk kandang ayam dan pengapuran yang diulang 3 kali. Faktor pertama pemberian pupuk kandang ayam (A) terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu : A0 = tanpa pupuk kandang (kontrol), A1 = 2 kg/plot (10 ton/ha), A2 = 3 kg/plot (15 ton/ha) dan A3 = 4 kg/plot (20 ton/ha). Faktor kedua adalah dosis Pengapuran (P) terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu: P0 = tanpa pengapuran (kontrol), P1 = 200 g/plot (2 ton/ha), P2 = 300 g/plot (3 ton/ha) dan P3 = 400 g/plot (4 ton/ha). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis pupuk kandang ayam berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, dan jumlah daun. This study aims to analyze the decision process of purchasing Jimmy Hantu Liquid Organic Fertilizer (JH-LOF) at Bintang Tani Abadi (BTA) Agriiculture Store Serang City. This study used quantitative methods with explanatory survey that took data from 65 responndents. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis to analyze the JH-LOF purchase decision process.     Cultivation of cauliflower in West Kalimantan has high prospects for cultivation, especially on alluvial soil. However, cultivation of cauliflower on alluvial soil is faced with the constraint of soil pH which causes land productivity to decrease. Proper cultivation techniques and soil conditioners are needed to increase soil fertility so that land productivity increases. This study aims to obtain the best combination of manure and biological fertilizer doses that affect the growth and yield of cauliflower cultivation of Snow White and Larissa varieties and to determine which cauliflower varieties respond better after being treated. The study was conducted at the Golden River Camp land, Jalan Kalimas Tengah, Dusun Mawar, Kalimas Village, Sungai Kakap District, Kuburaya Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The study was conducted from July to November 2023. This study used a Split Block design. The main plot is the cauliflower variety (V) consisting of v1 = Larissa, v2 = Snow White and the subplot is a combination of manure and biological fertilizer (S) consisting of s1 = chicken manure, s2 = goat manure, s3 = chicken manure + biological fertilizer, and s4 = goat manure + biological fertilizer. There are 2 factors with 4 treatments. Each treatment consists of 3 replications so that there are 24 treatment units with each treatment unit determined by 4 plant samples and among the 4 plant samples determined by 1 destructive plant. The variables observed in this study include the number of leaves, leaf area, fresh plant weight, dry plant weight, flower emergence, crop diameter, and crop weight. The results showed that the interaction between the combination of manure and biological fertilizer on cauliflower varieties had a significant effect on crop diameter. The combination of ameliorants on the Larissa variety did not provide any difference in the growth and yield of cauliflower, while on the Snow White variety, the combination of ameliorants provided a difference in the yield of cauliflower plants. The combination of chicken manure + biological fertilizer and goat manure + biological fertilizer treatments on the Snow White variety gave better results than the treatment of chicken manure and goat manure on the growth and yield of cauliflower

This research aims to identify land use and activities in the agricultural sector, identify the visual conditions of the agricultural landscape, and provide recommendations for planning agricultural tourism activities. This research is qualitative research which is useful for further exploring the data needed where the research variables are visual quality and community perception, especially farmers, and combined using a quantitative approach using Scenic Beauty Estimation (SBE) data analysis to evaluate visual quality and descriptive statistics to determine farmer perceptions. Cukilan Village. The results of this research show that the agrotourism landscape planning for Cukilan Village can be implemented well and has different agricultural commodities in each planting season. The conclusion of this research is based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the planning of agrotourism activities in Cukilan Village, especially in some villages such as Krajan 2, Salak, Patran, Banjaran Gunung, Banjaran Cengklik has different agricultural products every month. The visual quality in Cukilan Village has natural landscape visuals and gets a medium average score, which means it can give a beautiful and attractive impression to tourists

    PEMBERIAN PUPUK KOTORAN AYAM DAN CANGKANG TELUR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERSEDIAAN HARA N, P, K DAN PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN KEDELAI PADA ULTISOLS

    Cultivation of soybean plants in Ultisols is faced with problems of acidity and high Al content, as well as low fertility in both macro and micronutrients. This research aims to determine the effect of the interaction of chicken manure and egg shells on the availability of N, P, and K nutrients and the growth of soybean plants. The research was conducted from January to May 2022 at the Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University. A Randomized Block Design (RAK) with two factors, namely chicken manure (0, 50, 75, and 100 tons/ha) and egg shells (0, 1, 2, and 3 tons/ha) was used in this experiment. The research results showed that the interaction of providing chicken manure (100 tons/ha) and egg shells (3 tons/ha) could increase N nutrient availability by 86.66%. Providing 50 tons/ha of chicken manure can increase soil pH and P and K nutrient availability by 4.01%, 286.66%, and 95.29% respectively. The growth parameters of plant height, stem diameter, and number of leaves increased by 91.48%, 120.83%, and 221.27%, respectively. Providing 1 ton/ha of eggshells can increase soil pH by 2.48%. These results confirm that the application of chicken manure and egg shells can increase the availability of soil nutrients and increase the growth of soybean plants in Ultisols

    IDENTIFIKASI SIFAT KIMIA TANAH ULTISOL LAHAN KELAPA SAWIT DI DESA KELOMPU KECAMATAN KEMBAYAN KABUPATEN SANGGAU

    Oil palm plantations managed by farmers in Kelompu Village, which is located on Ultisol land, are facing a decline in production due to low nutrient availability. The main limiting factor affecting soil productivity is the low availability of nutrients in the soil. One of the soil properties that greatly determines nutrient availability and plant productivity is the chemical characteristics of the soil. The research aims to study the chemical properties of soil on smallholder oil palm plantations in Kelompu Village. The research was conducted in Kelompu Village, Kembayan District, Sanggau Regency, with an area of around 20 hectares. There are four types of land based on farmer ownership and management. The survey and soil sampling method uses a grid system method. Soil samples were taken at a depth of 0-30 cm and 30-60 cm in a composite manner for analysis of soil chemical properties. Whole soil samples were also taken using a ring sampler at a depth of 0-30 cm. Soil analysis in the laboratory includes measuring soil pH, organic C content, total N, available P, K-dd, soil cation exchange capacity, soil base saturation and bulk density. Oil palm fields in Ultisol soil at all locations have similar soil chemical characteristics, with a tendency to have low nutrient levels. This was proven through analysis of soil samples which showed low levels of essential nutrient elements. In addition, limited management and land management practices, such as unbalanced fertilization, impact soil chemical properties and the availability of nutrients in the soil.Keywords: Ultisol Soil, Chemical Properties, Palm Oil INTISARIPerkebunan kelapa sawit yang dikelola oleh petani di Desa Kelompu, yang berada di tanah Ultisol, menghadapi penurunan produksi akibat rendahnya ketersediaan unsur hara. Faktor pembatas utama yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tanah adalah rendahnya ketersediaan hara di dalam tanah. Satu di antara sifat tanah yang sangat menentukan ketersediaan hara dan produktivitas tanaman adalah karakteristik kimia tanah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mempelajari sifat kimia tanah pada lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat di Desa Kelompu. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Kelompu, Kecamatan Kembayan, Kabupaten Sanggau, dengan luas areal sekitar 20 hektar. Terdapat empat jenis lahan berdasarkan kepemilikan dan pengelolaan petani. Metode survey dan pengambilan contoh tanah menggunakan metode sistem grid. Sampel tanah diambil pada kedalaman 0-30 cm dan 30-60 cm secara komposit untuk analisis sifat kimia tanah. Sampel tanah utuh juga diambil menggunakan ring sampler pada kedalaman 0-30 cm. Analisis tanah di laboratorium meliputi pengukuran pH tanah, kandungan C-organik, N-total, P-tersedia, K-dd, kapasitas tukar kation tanah, kejenuhan basa tanah dan bobot isi. Lahan kelapa sawit di tanah Ultisol pada semua lokasi memiliki karakteristik kimia tanah yang serupa, dengan kecenderungan memiliki kadar nutrisi yang rendah. Hal ini terbukti melalui analisis sampel tanah yang menunjukkan rendahnya kandungan unsur hara esensial. Selain itu, praktik manajemen dan pengelolaan lahan yang terbatas, seperti pemupukan yang tidak seimbang, berdampak pada sifat kimia tanah dan ketersediaan nutrisi dalam tanah. Kata kunci: Tanah Ultisol, Sifat Kimia, Kelapa Sawi

    PENGARUH BAP DAN 2,4 D TERHADAP INISIASI DAN PERTUMBUHAN KALUS PULESARI (Alyxia reinwardtii Blume)

    Utilization of Pulesari as medicinal plant is less optimal due to scarcity and less known techniques of cultivation. To increase production of plant propagation it can use plant tissue culture especially callus formation. Research purpose: study effect of BAP and 2,4 D and knowing most appropriate hormone concentration for induction of Pulesari callus. Research using MS basal media with combination BAP 1-4 ppm and 2,4 D 1-4 ppm. Explant used pulesari leaf. Results of this research shows that for three months showed treatment BAP + 2,4 D 4 ppm 1 ppm give fastest callus grow in 23 days after planting and highest amount of callus with surface area 3,4 cm . Treatment of BAP 3 ppm + 2,4 D 1 ppm, as well as 4 ppm BAP + 2,4 D 4 ppm produce green callus, treatment of BAP 1 ppm + 2,4 D 1 ppm showed a yellowish white color, treatment BAP 1 ppm + 2,4 D 2 ppm, 2 ppm BAP + 2,4 D 4 ppm, and BAP 3 ppm + 2,4 D 4 ppm produce white callus. Callus with crumb texture produced by treatment of BAP 1 ppm + 2,4 D 3 ppm, BAP 1 ppm + 2,4 D 4 ppm, BAP 3 ppm + 2,4 D 2 ppm and BAP 3 ppm + 2,4 D 3 ppm while compact callus treatment resulted by BAP 2 ppm + 2,4 D 2 ppm, BAP 2 ppm + 2,4 D 3 ppm, BAP 4 ppm + 2,4 D ppm and BAP 4 ppm + 2,4 D 3 ppm. Conclusion: BAP 4 ppm and 2,4 D 1 ppm accelerate callus grow. Best treatment is BAP 4 ppm+2,4D 1 ppm with hinghest amount of callus and fastest grow.Key-words: Pulesari, callus, BAP, 2,4 DINTISARIPemanfaatan Pulesari sebagai obat masih kurang optimal akibat kelangkaan dan kurang diketahui teknik budidayanya. Perlu perbanyakan secara kultur jaringan salah satunya dengan pembentukan kalus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh BAP dan 2,4 D serta konsentrasi paling tepat induksi kalus. Penelitian menggunakan media MS, kombinasi BAP 1-4 ppm dan 2,4 D 1-4 ppm. Eksplan menggunakan daun pulesari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama tiga bulan, perlakuan BAP 4 ppm + 2,4 D 1 ppm menghasilkan pertumbuhan kalus paling cepat (23 (HST) dengan jumlah yang paling banyak dengan luas permukaan kalus 3,4 cm . Perlakuan BAP 3 ppm + 2,4 D 1 ppm, dan BAP 4 ppm + 2,4 D 4 ppm menghasilkan kalus hijau, perlakuan BAP 1 ppm + 2,4 D 1 ppm menunjukkan warna putih kekuningan, perlakuan BAP 1 ppm + 2,4 D 2 ppm, BAP 2 ppm + 2,4 D 4 ppm, BAP 3 ppm + 2,4 D 4 ppm menghasilkan kalus putih. Kalus bertekstur remah diperoleh pada perlakuan BAP 1 ppm + 2,4 D 3 ppm, BAP 1 ppm + 2,4 D 4 ppm, BAP 3 ppm + 2,4 D 2 ppm, dan BAP 3 ppm +2,4 D 3 ppm, kalus kompak dihasilkan perlakuan BAP 2 ppm + 2,4 D 2 ppm, BAP 2 ppm + 2,4 D ppm, BAP 4 ppm + 2,4 D 2 ppm, dan BAP 4 ppm + 2,4 D 3 ppm. Kesimpulan: BAP dan 2,4 D berpengaruh mempercepat pertumbuhan kalus. Perlakuan paling baik pada BAP 4 ppm dan 2,4 D 1 ppm dengan jumlah kalus terbanyak dan pertumbuhan tercepat.Kata kunci: Pulesari, Kalus, BAP, 2,4

    This study aims to identify the problems by National Narcotics Board investigators in an effort to break the illicit narcotics trafficking network. In addition, it also examines the efforts made by the National Narcotics Board to overcome the problem. This research is a normative legal research using a statute approach, case approach and conceptual approach by combining primary and secondary data. The data obtained from the study were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results showed several internal and external problems by BNN investigators in the investigation to break the network of narcotics cases, such as difficulties in evidence, rapid technological development, budget constraints, lack of human resources, complexity of narcotics networks, changes in the type and form of narcotics, suboptimal investigation techniques, corruption and collusion, resistance from related parties in the network, limitations in legal regulations, conflicts of interest, and lack of cooperation from other parties. In addition, this analysis also explains the efforts made by BNNP DIY to overcome the problems of the investigation. These efforts include optimizing investigations and collecting evidence, making maximum use of existing technology, proposing an increase in the budget, increasing the number of personnel, increasing the capacity of investigators, strengthening legal regulations, improving the supervision and accountability system, and increasing cooperation with other agencie

    STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHATANI BAWANG MERAH (Allium cepa L) DI KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA

    The aim of this research is to conduct a SWOT analysis and develop a shallot farming strategy in Kubu Raya Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Research variables were determined using the Delphi method. The research results show that, in general, red onion farming has strengths in terms of production facilities and infrastructure. The weakness is farmers' limited capital to manage shallot farming. The opportunities faced are increasing consumer demand, developments in science and technology, assistance from the government, and support from accompanying staff. Threats consist of suboptimal production, tight marketing competition, and plants being attacked by disease. Based on the SWOT results, the recommended marketing strategy is to implement a defensive strategy because shallot farming is in quadrant IV. Alternative strategies recommended include solving pest and disease problems and carrying out farming outside the rainy season. Key-words: SWOT, Delphi method, shallotINTISARI Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis SWOT dan menyusun strategi usahatani bawang merah di Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui obervasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Variabel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode Delphi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum usahatani bwang merah memiliki kekuatan dalam hal sarana dan prasarana produksi. Kelemahan yang dimiliki adalah keterbatasan modal petani untuk mengelola usahatani bawang merah. Peluang yang dihadapi adalah permintaan konsumen yng meningkat, perkembangan IPTEK, bantuan dari pemerintah dan dukungan dari tenaga pendamping. Ancaman terdiri dari produksi tidak optimal, persaingan pemasaran yang ketat, dan tanaman terserang penyakit. Berdasarkan hasil SWOT tersebut maka strategi pemasaran yang direkomendasikan yaitu menjalan strategi defensif, karena usahatani bawang merah berada pada kuadran IV.
