KEANEKARAGAMAN SERANGGA HAMA PADA TANAMAN CABAI RAWIT (Capsicum frutescens L.) DI LAHAN KERING LOMBOK UTARA
Cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) is one of the most important horticultural products in Indonesia. The fluctuations in the production of cayenne pepper have been very high in recent years and have even tended to decrease. One of the factors affecting the decline in chili production is pest infestation. The aim of this research is to determine the diversity of pests on chili plants in the dryland areas of northern Lombok. This research was conducted from July to November 2023 in Salut Village, Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The observation and sampling of insect pests was carried out in two ways, namely direct observation using insect nets and indirect observation using yellow pan traps. The research results show that there are seven orders of insect pests on cayenne pepper plants, namely Coleoptera, Diptera, Hemiptera, Homoptera, Lepidoptera, Orthoptera and Thysanoptera. Two families with a high number of individuals are the family Aphididae and the family Aleyrodidae. Diversity analysis shows that insect pests in cayenne pepper plants in Salut Village, Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province have low diversity, evenness and species richness indices but high dominance indices.Key-words: cayenne pepper; diversity; pestsINTISARI Cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L.) merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura penting di Indonesia. Fluktuasi produksi cabai rawit sangat tinggi di beberapa tahun terakhir, bahkan cenderung mengalami penurunan. Salah faktor yang mempengaruhi penurunan produksi cabai adalah serangan hama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman hama pada tanaman cabai di lahan kering Lombok Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Salut, Kecamatan Kayangan, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat pada bulan Juli sampai November 2023. Pengamatan dan pengambilan sampel serangga hama dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu pengamatan langsung menggunakan jaring serangga dan pengamatan tidak langsung menggunakan perangkap mangkok kuning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 Ordo serangga hama pada tanaman cabai rawit yaitu Coleoptera, Diptera, Hemiptera, Homoptera, Lepidoptera, Orthoptera dan Thysanoptera. Dua famili dengan kelimpahan individu yang tinggi adalah Famili Aphididae dan Famili Aleyrodidae. Analisis keanekaragaman menggambarkan bahwa serangga hama di tanaman cabai rawit di Desa Salut, Kecamatan Kayangan, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat memiliki indeks keanekaragaman, kemerataan dan kekayaan spesies yang rendah rendah tetapi memiliki indeks dominansi yang tinggi. SALURAN PEMASARAN BUAH JERUK NIPIS DI KECAMATAN LANDONO KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN
Marketing is the most important thing so that the distribution of lime fruit can be spread to the end consumer. This study aims to identify the marketing channels for lime fruit in Landono District, South Konawe Regency. In addition, it describes the efforts of farmers to face the risks of marketing lime. The location of the study was determined intentionally (purposively), namely in Watabenua Village, Wonua Morini Village and Tridana Mulya, Landono District, South Konawe Regency. Data collection was carried out by interview method to the main respondents in both marketing channels. This study is qualitative. The results of the study show that: first, the marketing channels formed in the research area consist of two, namely: the first channel: farmers-consumers and the second channel: farmers → middlemen → distributors → consumers. Second, farmers in marketing activities carry out management functions to deal with the emergence of production risks and price risks in the lime marketing channel
PERBANDINGAN KAPASITAS PEMASARAN MANGGA KE PASAR MODERN (KASUS DI KABUPATEN MAJALENGKA, INDRAMAYU DAN KUNINGAN)
The rapid growth of modern markets in Indonesia is an opportunity for farmers to expand the marketing of their farming businesses, including mango farmers. By marketing agricultural products in modern markets, farmers can increase their income, because the profits from selling mangoes in modern markets are greater than the profits from selling mangoes in traditional markets. However, in reality farmers still have difficulty penetrating the modern market. This phenomenon also occurs in mango farming in Indramayu, Majalengka and Kuningan Regencies. Based on this, this research aims to compare the marketing capacity of mangoes from Majalengka, Indramayu and Kuningan Regencies to modern markets. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a questionnaire as an instrument in obtaining primary data, as well as the use of the Kruskal-Wallis method as a data analysis tool in this research. The research results show that overall, Indramayu Regency shows characteristics of more prosperous farmers and better marketing capacity compared to Majalengka and Kuningan. Majalengka Regency is superior in yield per tree and timing of harvest, while Kuningan has the best mango quality but lower marketing capacity than the other two districts. It is hoped that this research can provide a clear picture of the effectiveness of the marketing strategies implemented and the challenges faced by each district to increase their marketing capacity.Key-words: marketing capacity, modern market, mango farmers, mango farmin
Peran Kepala Desa Dalam Sistem Antikorupsi Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 di Desa Panggungharjo Bantul
Peran kepala desa dalam menerapkan sistem desa antikorupsi menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa Panggungharjo Kabupaten Bantul yaitu transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan peran kepala desa yaitu kemampuan sumber daya perangkat desa, dukungan masyarakat, dan pemerintah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif empiris terhadap implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, metode penelitian ini menggunakan penggabungan antara penelitian hukum keduanya. Penelitian hukum normatif-empiris terkait dengan ketentuan hukum normatif perundang-undangan (norma atau aturan) dan pelaksanaannya pada setiap peristiwa hukum yang terjadi dalam suatu masyarakat. Hasil penelitian Implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa menyebutkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi desa melakukan tindakan korupsi yaitu adanya tekanan, peluang, dan pembenaran. PENGARUH VARIASI KONSENTRASI EKOENZIM DAN GULA MERAH PADA PERTUMBUHAN JAMUR TIRAM PUTIH (Pleurotus ostreatus)
This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using varying concentrations of ecoenzymes in cultivating white oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), and to determine the effectiveness of using varying concentrations of brown sugar in cultivating white oyster mushrooms. White oyster mushrooms require nutritional supplements during their growth. Additional nutrients are obtained by using water-soluble ecoenzymes and fertilizing oyster mushroom substrate. Ecoenzyme nutrients and brown sugar can increase the yield and growth of oyster mushrooms at harvest. This study used a completely randomized factorial design (CRD) with 2 factors, 16 treatments, 3 replications, and 48 logs. Factor 1 of brown sugar is symbolized by G0 = 0%/baglog, G1 = 40%/baglog, G2 = 80%/baglog, G3 = 120%/baglog. Factor 2 ecoenzyme with symbols E0 = 0%/baglog, E1 = 20%/baglog, E2 = 40%/baglog, E3 = 60%/baglog. The data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA, and continued with the Duncan distance test. The results showed that the highest mycelium growth was in G0, namely 28.83 cm, the highest mushroom stalk height was E0, namely 3.93 cm, the largest cap diameter was in E1, namely 7.68 cm, the highest number of tillers was E3, namely 7 .50 tillers. The highest wet weight is in G3, namely 109.00 g. The height of mushroom mycelium growth, number of branches, cap thickness, mushroom body height and cap diameter in the interaction of brown sugar intake and ecoenzymes in white oyster mushrooms gave results that were not significantly different, but the wet weight results were very significantly different. The results differ significantly.Keywords: ecoenzymes, brown sugar, oyster mushrooms INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan konsentrasi ekoenzim yang bervariasi pada budidaya jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus), dan mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan konsentrasi gula merah bervariasi pada budidaya jamur tiram putih. Jamur tiram putih memerlukan suplemen nutrisi selama pertumbuhannya. Nutrisi tambahan diperoleh dengan menggunakan ekoenzim yang larut dalam air dan pemupukan substrat jamur tiram. Nutrisi ekoenzim dan gula merah dapat meningkatkan hasil dan pertumbuhan jamur tiram pada saat panen. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial (RAL) dengan 2 faktor, 16 perlakuan, 3 ulangan, dan 48 baglog. Faktor 1 gula merah disimbolkan dengan G0 = 0%/baglog, G1 = 40%/baglog, G2 = 80%/baglog, G3 = 120%/baglog. Faktor 2 ekoenzim dengan simbol E0 = 0%/baglog, E1 = 20%/baglog, E2 = 40%/baglog, E3 = 60%/baglog. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan ANOVA, dan dilanjutkan dengan uji jarak Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan miselium tertinggi terdapat pada G0, yaitu 28,83 cm, tinggi tangkai jamur tertinggi adalah E0, yaitu 3,93 cm, diameter tudung terbesar pada E1, yaitu 7,68 cm, jumlah anakan terbanyak adalah E3, yaitu 7,50 anakan. Berat basah tertinggi pada G3, yaitu 109,00 g. Tinggi pertumbuhan miselium jamur, jumlah cabang, tebal tutup, tinggi badan jamur dan diameter tutup pada interaksi asupan gula merah dan ekoenzim pada jamur tiram putih memberikan hasil tidak berbeda nyata, namun hasil berat basah berbeda sangat nyata. RESPON PEMBERIAN AIR KELAPA DAN KOMPOS KULIT PISANG TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BAYAM HIJAU (Amaranthus tricolor L.)
Green spinach (Amaranthus tricolor L.) has high nutritional value so efforts are needed to increase its production, one of which is providing good nutrition and growth regulators (ZPT) for plants. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of banana peel compost, the effect of coconut water ZPT, and the combination of banana peel and coconut water factors in increasing the growth of green spinach. This research was carried out from January 25 2024 to February 18 2024 located on Jln. Tapian Nauli No. 67, Bale Lake, Rantau Selatan District, Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra. This research used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors. Factor A (banana peel compost) includes P0: control, P1: 250g/plant, P2: 500g/plant and Factor B (coconut water zpt) includes A0: control, A1: 150ml/liter of water, A2: 300ml/liter of water, Each treatment was repeated 3 times to obtain 27 experimental units and analyzed using the ANOVA test at 5% and 1% levels followed by the Duncan 5% test. With research parameters, namely plant height, number of leaves, root length, and plant fresh weight. It is known from the research results that the provision of compost from banana peel waste and coconut water zpt has a significant effect on the height of plants in 1 week after planting (WAP), 2 WAP, and 3 WAP, the number of leaves in 1 WAP, 2 WAP, 3 WAP. Root length and wet weight of spinach with banana peel compost treatment 500g/plant and coconut water zpt 300ml/ liter of water showed the highest response. INTISARIBayam hijau (Amaranthus tricolor L.) memiliki nilai gizi yang tinggi sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan produksinya, salah satunya adalah memberikan nutrisi dan zat pengatur tumbuh (zpt) yang baik bagi tanaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompos kulit pisang, pengaruh zpt air kelapa, dan kombinasi faktor kulit pisang dan air kelapa dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan bayam hijau. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 25 Januari 2024 sampai dengan 18 Februari 2024 berlokasi di Jln. Tapian Nauli No. 67, Danau Bale, Kecamatan Rantau Selatan, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor A (kompos kulit pisang) meliputi P0 : kontrol, P1 : 250g/ tanaman, P2 : 500g/ tanaman dan Faktor B (zpt air kelapa) meliputi A0 : kontrol, A1 : 150ml/ liter air, A2 : 300ml/ liter air, masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali sehingga diperoleh 27 satuan percobaan dan dianalisis menggunakan uji anova taraf 5% dan 1% dilanjut dengan uji Duncan 5%. Dengan parameter penelitian, yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang akar, dan berat basah tanaman. Diketahui dari hasil penelitian bahwa pemberian kompos dari limbah kulit pisang dan zpt air kelapa berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman 1MST, 2MST, dan 3MST, jumlah daun 1MST, 2MST, 3MST. Panjang akar dan berat basah bayam dengan perlakuan kompos kulist pisang 500g/tanaman dan air kelapa 300ml/ liter air menunjukkan respon tertinggi. RESPONS PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN PAKCOY (Brassica rapa L.) TERHADAP BEBERAPA KONSENTRASI POC ASAL LIMBAH SAYURAN DAN KOMBINASI MEDIA TANAM
This research aimed to determine the effect of LOF concentration from vegetable waste and a combination of planting media on the growth and yield of pak choy plants (Brassica rapa L.). This research was structured in a Randomized Block Design with two factors. The first factor is the POC concentration which consists of 4 levels, namely P0: 0 mL/L, P1: 37.5 mL/L, P2: 45 mL/L, and P3: 52.5 mL/L. The second factor is the combination of planting media which consists of three levels, namely M1: Soil + Charcoal Husk (50% + 50%), M2: Soil + Compost + Charcoal Husk (40% + 40% + 20%), and M3: Soil + Sand + Charcoal Husk (40% + 20% + 40%). The results showed that POC concentration had a significant effect on fresh weight per plant. The combination of planting media has a significant effect on all observation variables. There was an interaction between the two treatments on plant height, number of leaves and fresh weight per plant.Keyword: pak choy, LOF concentration, growing mediaINTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi POC asal limbah sayuran dan kombinasi media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). Penelitian ini disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi POC yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu P0: 0 mL/L, P1: 37,5 mL/L, P2: 45 mL/L, dan P3: 52,5 mL/L. Faktor kedua adalah kombinasi media tanam yang terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu M1: Tanah + Arang Sekam (50% + 50%), M2: Tanah + Kompos + Arang Sekam (40% + 40% + 20%), dan M3: Tanah + Pasir + Aarang Sekam (40% + 20% + 40%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi POC bepengaruh nyata terhadap bobot segar per tanaman. Kombinasi media tanam berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua variabel pengamatan. ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI KINERJA PENYULUH PERTANIAN DAN HUBUNGANNYA DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS PADI SAWAH RAWA LEBAK DI KABUPATEN BATANGHARI
This study aims to analyze the influence of age factors, number of training, length of service, number of assisted farmers, length of formal education and area of work on the performance of agricultural extension workers and the relationship between the performance of agricultural extension workers and the productivity of lowland rice fields in Batanghari Regency. The sampling method used a random sampling method with 40 PPL respondents and 101 farmer respondents. Data analysis used several analysis tools, namely Ordinal Regression analysis and Spearman Rank Correlation Analysis. The results showed that the factors that influenced the performance of PPL were the frequency of participating in training, length of service of extension workers, and the number of assisted farmers, while the age of the extension worker, length of education, and area of the assisted location did not significantly affect the performance of PPL, from the analysis of the relationship between the performance of agricultural extension workers and the productivity of lowland rice farming businesses did not have a significant relationship with a very weak relationship value
PENGARUH ECO-ENZYME DAN PUPUK NPK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN SAWI PAHIT (Brassica juncea L.)
Brassica juncea L. or bitter mustard grows well in hot environments and is capable of producing fertile flowering seeds on its own. This research aims to determine the effect of providing eco-enzyme and NPK fertilizer on the growth of bitter mustard greens. The research was conducted in Ujung Bandar Labuhanbatu Village, Rantau Selatan, between January and March 2024. This research used a two-factor factorial randomized block design (RAK). First, the Mutiara NPK fertilizer factor with four levels: N0 as control, N1: 50 g/plant, N2: 75 g/plant, and N3: 100 g/plant. Second, the eco-enzyme factor with four levels: E0 as control, E1 25 ml/plant, E2: 50 ml/plant, and E3: 75 ml/plant. The research results showed that the combination of eco-enzyme and Mutiara NPK fertilizer had a significant effect on the growth of bitter mustard greens as indicated by the parameters of plant height, leaf area and number of leaves. A dose of 75 g of eco-enzyme and 50 ml of Mutiara NPK fertilizer is the best dose in providing the best influence on plant height, leaf area and number of bitter mustard leaves Keywords: eco-enzyme; NPK mutiara; bitter mustar
ANALISIS USAHA PADA USAHA TAHU ATB/RTB DI KECAMATAN KURANJI KOTA PADANG
This study aims to describe the ATB/RTB tofu business profile and analyze profit and break-even points. This study uses a descriptive method with the type of case study research and financial calculations using the variable costing method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through direct interviews with business leaders tofu ATB/RTB and literature related to research. The results showed that the ATB/RTB tofu business made a profit in the July 2022 period of IDR 7,325,394,-. Based on the break-even point analysis in the ATB/RTB tofu business for July 2022, a break-even quantity of 69,935.8 pieces was obtained with break-even sales of Rp. 69,969,447,-. The results showed that the ATB/RTB tofu business was already above the break-even point. This research recommends that ATB/RTB tofu businesses improve the promotion method further so that all products offered are absorbed by the market and carry out financial records by good and correct accounting records. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus dan perhitungan keuangan menggunakan metode variable costing. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara langsung dengan pimpinan usaha tahu ATB/RTB serta literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha tahu ATB/RTB memperoleh keuntungan pada periode Juli 2022 sebesar Rp 7.325.394,-. Berdasarkan analisis titik impas pada usaha usaha tahu ATB/RTB periode Juli 2022, diperoleh impas kuantitas sebanyak 69.935,8 potong dengan impas penjualan Rp 69.969.447,-. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha usaha tahu ATB/RTB sudah berada diatas titik impas. Disarankan kepada pihak usaha usaha tahu ATB/RTB lebih meningkatkan cara promosi agar semua produk yang ditawarkan terserap oleh pasar dan melakukan pencatatan keuangan sesuai dengan kaidah pencatatan akuntansi yang baik dan benar.
