The healthcare sector is undergoing a transformative shift driven by the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the principles of Industry 5.0. This paper explores how AI is revolutionizing Human Resource Management (HRM) in healthcare, enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing recruitment and talent acquisition, and fostering employee engagement. Industry 5.0 introduces a human-centric approach that emphasizes collaboration between humans and advanced technologies, prioritizing employee well being and creating a more resilient workforce. This study also highlights the experiences of the Western Balkans, where regional adoption of AI in healthcare HRM has demonstrated significant improvements, including reduced recruitment times, enhanced workforce efficiency, and alignment with European Union digital health standards. Through a comprehensive review of current literature, case studies, and statistical data, this paper examines the benefits, challenges, and future implications of AI-driven HRM systems, with a particular focus on predictive analytics, personalized employee development, and proactive workforce planning. It further addresses critical challenges such as data privacy, ethical considerations, and the need for robust governance frameworks to ensure transparency and fairness in AI-driven decision-making. The findings reveal that successful integration of AI and Industry 5.0 principles in healthcare HRM not only enhances organizational agility but also improves public health outcomes, positioning healthcare providers to navigate the complexities of an evolving global healthcare landscape
PLAY AS AN ACTIVITY FOR FORMING ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN: PLAY AS AN ACTIVITY FOR FORMING ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN
As an independent children\u27s activity, play is formed during the upbringing and education of children and it contributes to their assimilation of experience through human activity. As a form of organizing the life of children in kindergartens, play is important because it serves to form the child\u27s psyche and personality. The main function of play is developmental: it increases intelligence, contributes to the sensory perception of the world and emotional well-being of the child. Therefore, in addition to all other types of activities, play is of primary importance in preschool childhood. Preschool age is considered the classic age of play.
In the area of environmental education, ways are currently being sought to introduce elements of different types of games into the teaching process of preschool children so that they form a conscious and correct attitude towards nature and towards themselves as a part of it. The relationship between children\u27s play (games) and other activities and the formation of ideas about nature is an issue that is poorly explored in science and disorganized in practice. Children of preschool age are happy to participate in theatrical games. By depicting different heroes (animals, birds), children get to know the natural world that surrounds them through images, colors, and sounds.
The paper will present several games with environmental messages implemented in preschool institutions in Štip, North Macedonia, as activities that develop environmental awareness among preschool children
REFLECTION AND SELF-REFLECTION, COMPONENTS OF INITIAL TEACHER EDUCATION
Professional development for teachers, essential to successfully implementing the educational process, is intimately related to the quality of education. Professional growth includes various elements, including academic and educational training, enhancing instructional strategies, increasing emotional intelligence and managing emotions, growth of social and communication abilities, implementation of innovation in education, reflection and self-reflection, and establishing communities and networks for professionals. This paper focuses on reflection, and self-reflection as significant characteristics of teacher’s professional competence. In the paper, I tried to answer several crucial questions related to the existence of differences between these two concepts; their meaning and role; how they are implemented in the education of future teachers; and the benefits of their application

Forecasting Industrial Production in the Eurozone: A Scenario-Based Analysis Using Macroeconomic Indicators
This study develops a scenario-based forecasting framework to predict monthly industrial production in the Eurozone using key macroeconomic indicators: inflation (HICP), unemployment, and the business climate index. Recognizing the limitations of traditional quarterly GDP models, which provide less timely data and lower forecasting frequency, the study focuses on high-frequency indicators that can enable more responsive and immediate forecasts. By utilizing Eurostat data from January 2000 to January 2025, this research explores how monthly economic indicators can be leveraged for accurate and adaptive predictions. The forecasting process applies PyCaret, an automated machine learning library in Python, to compare and select the most effective regression model from eleven tested algorithms. The K Neighbors Regressor was identified as the best-performing model, with a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 2.30 and a Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 2.68, showing robust accuracy in industrial production forecasting. The model is then applied to simulate two macroeconomic scenarios: an optimistic scenario with lower inflation and improved sentiment and a pessimistic scenario with higher inflation and weakened sentiment, all while keeping the unemployment rate stable. The results highlight that industrial production is more sensitive to adverse macroeconomic shocks than positive ones, underscoring the critical role of inflation and business sentiment as short-term economic predictors. This study demonstrates the potential of combining high-frequency data with automated forecasting techniques. It offers a scalable and actionable approach for policymakers, analysts, and businesses who seek to monitor economic activity under varying economic conditions and uncertainty. The findings emphasize the importance of dynamic scenario analysis in forecasting, providing a flexible tool for real-time economic monitoring
ACROSS BORDERS: AN EMPIRICAL EXPLORATION OF GERMAN ALBANIAN BILINGUALISM
In this article, we examine German-Albanian bilingualism. This area of research is not only of scientific interest but also significantly shapes the daily lives of many people, making it socially, economically, and politically relevant. In today\u27s world, bilingualism is not only a subject of scientific inquiry but increasingly reflects a social reality. This phenomenon is attributed to the growing mobility of people and their global interdependence: travel, studying abroad, or extended stays abroad for professional reasons, migration, waves of refugees, and ultimately the increasing internationalization of politics and economics are some of the main reasons people are confronted with new languages (cf. Mahlstedt, 1996, p. 15). Bilingualism can be fundamentally divided into two forms: belonging to indigenous ethnic groups and bilingualism resulting from international migration. Our study focuses on the latter. We rely on important scientific findings and data from empirical studies on Albanian-German bilingualism, collected through questionnaires and interviews. There has been no comprehensive scientific study on German-Albanian bilingualism to date. Our work modestly contributes to filling this research gap.

THE TRANSLATION OF ITALIAN POETRY IN DICTATORIAL ALBANIA - THE CASE OF NIKOLLË DAKAJ – BETWEEN RESISTANCE AND PERSECUTION
This study explores the life and work of Nikollë Dakaj, one of the most refined and erudite translators in 20th-century Albanian literature, whose activity unfolded in a historical context marked by repression and oblivion. A translator into the Gheg dialect of masterpieces from Italian and Latin poetry (including works by Dante, Petrarch, Leopardi, Manzoni, and Horace), Dakaj succeeded in conveying the expressive power, metrical structure, and emotional impact of the originals in his versions. An analysis of his translations—viewed through the lens of key translation theories (Croce, Steiner, Nida, Bassnett, Eco)—shows that Dakaj engaged in a true poetic recreation, transcending the traditional dichotomy between beauty and fidelity. The Gheg dialect, which he elevated through his work, becomes a vehicle of profound expressive richness. Despite political persecution and the loss of many manuscripts, Dakaj left behind a body of work that bears witness to his hermeneutic mastery and to the ethical and cultural value of translation as an artistic act. His versions are not mere linguistic transpositions but authentic poetic rebirths within the Albanian literary landscape.

WHEN ARE STUDENTS AT THEIR PEAK PERFORMANCE?
Previous studies focusing on students\u27 productivity have shown that different times of the day impact students\u27 productivity and efficiency. Psychology and biology explain that the circadian rhythm is a key factor influencing students\u27 performance during lessons and exams in the morning hours. Additionally, small changes in scheduling can affect students\u27 performance. This study tested several hypotheses in this regard and gathered the necessary data to provide valuable insights into how students are affected by the learning process and their schedules. The results revealed that students feel more productive during the late-morning and early-afternoon hours, and they prefer the most important university activities to be scheduled during this time. Furthermore, their alertness is higher in the afternoon compared to the morning. This study provides insights into university students\u27 feelings regarding alertness, the influence of university schedules, sleeping patterns, preferences, and similar factors, from which several practical implications are derived.
