THE ROLE OF CYBERSECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING TO PREVENT PHISHING: UDC: 004.49.056
Phishing remains one of the most common cyber threats today, with email being the primary attack vector. Cybersecurity awareness training plays a critical role in strengthening an organization\u27s defence against persistent threats. This research paper examines the impact of cybersecurity awareness training on employees’ “online” behavior. The analysis utilizes results from earlier research to evaluate baseline cyber hygiene and assess how training impacts employees’ ability to recognize and respond to phishing threats. Following the results, a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness training program was implemented, focusing on recognizing and reporting phishing emails, safe browsing practices, and maintaining strong passwords. The results indicate a significant improvement in the organization\u27s cyber hygiene post-training. The data reveals a substantial decrease in the number of employees’ falling victim to phishing attempts, alongside a notable increase in the reporting of phishing emails to the IT department. These findings suggest that the training not only enhanced employees\u27 ability to recognize phishing attempts but also encouraged them to stay alert and report suspicious activities. Furthermore, this study underscores the importance of continuous training and periodic phishing simulations to sustain high levels of cybersecurity awareness. Regular training programs equip employees with the necessary skills to identify and respond to cyber threats, ultimately creating a more secure and resilient digital environment

Ненасилната комуникација како средство за разрешување за конфликти или фактор за нивно продлабочување
The concept of communication is a central focus in many scientific disciplines, each of which employs the term in its own specific way. This paper examines communication as a process—from the transmission of messages to interpretation and feedback—and explores its role in the creation, management, and resolution of conflicts. In an organizational context, communication is of fundamental importance for conflict prevention and resolution, trust-building, and the promotion of a collaborative culture. Communication represents a core process upon which all interpersonal relationships and organizational structures are based. It can serve as a source of understanding and cooperation, but also as a cause of misunderstandings and conflicts.
The aim of this paper is to analyze the communication process as a dual mechanism: on the one hand, as a means of conflict resolution, and on the other, as a potential factor in the escalation of conflicts. Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is presented as a model of interpersonal interaction grounded in empathy, respect, and an understanding of unspoken human needs. On the one hand, NVC offers an effective pathway for conflict resolution through open dialogue and the transformation of confrontational situations into opportunities for cooperation. On the other hand, imprecise application or superficial use of NVC may lead to increased feelings of dissatisfaction, frustration, and even an escalation of conflict

THE SPORT BETWEEN THE FREE MOVEMENT OF SERVICES AND COMPETITION LAW IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
The free movement of services is one of the four freedoms on which the single market is based, while competition law is one of the most exploited policies of the European Union. The paper elaborates on the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) of December 2023 concerning the case brought by several football clubs against the football organizations FIFA and UEFA. Namely, several European football clubs, contrary to the statutes of FIFA and UEFA, which do not allow the creation of additional competitions beyond those already organized by these two organizations, started the creation of a so-called Super League that would be composed of the best European football clubs. The creation of the Super League has caused threats from UEFA and FIFA, not only to the clubs that want to be part of this project, but also to the players who are part of these clubs. To this end, the teams that want to be part of the Super League have brought proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union against UEFA and FIFA for abuse of their dominant position on the market, violation of the right to free movement of services and violation of competition rules. In addition, the paper also elaborates on the judgment of the Commercial Court in Madrid of April 2024 after the case was referred back to the national court by the CJEU. In conclusion, the authors give their views on how such a project will affect the game of football, the relationship of the clubs with FIFA and UEFA, but also how it will affect the most important part, which are the fans
ADMINISTRATIVE BARRIERS AND TOURISM: THE CASE OF THE MANDATORY REPLACEMENT OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF NORTH MACEDONIA
The aim of this paper is to examine the impact of the mandatory replacement of travel documents, introduced through the implementation of the Prespa Agreement, on the travel plans of citizens, their choice of destination, and the operations of travel agencies in the Republic of North Macedonia. The research was conducted using two structured surveys – one targeting the general population and the other aimed at travel agencies throughout the country. The collected data were analysed to identify trends and measurable effects of the new travel document regulations. The results indicated that the imposed administrative changes caused delays or cancellations of travel plans, reduced interest in early booking offers, and increased demand for destinations that do not require a passport. Travel agencies reported a decline in reservations, financial losses, and growing concerns among travellers. These results have practical implications for policymakers and tourism professionals, highlighting the importance of timely communication, flexible administrative policies, and strategic planning to reduce disruptions and maintain the resilience of the tourism industry.

SENTENCE STRUCTURE IN HUMAN AND AI-GENERATED TEXTS: A COMPARATIVE STUDY
This mixed-method study analyzes the syntactic differences between human and AI-generated text. To this end, the study includes a corpus of 20 essays (10 human, 10 ChatGPT-generated) across 10 topics, with each sentence in those essays manually coded for structure (simple, compound, complex, compound-complex). Sentence length, total word count, and number of sentences are also measured to gain further insights. Preliminary results indicate that 1. Humans’ sentences are longer, on average; 2. Both human-written and AI-generated texts rarely include compound-complex sentences; 3. 60% of AI-generated text have no compound-complex sentences whatsoever, and 4. Both AI and human texts consistently rely heavily on simple sentences, though human-authored pieces of writing display more variation in their use of simple sentences across different essays.

EXCHANGE RATE REGIMES AND INFLATIONARY INSTABILITY IN SMALL AND OPEN ECONOMIES: FROM CRISIS TO ECONOMIC RECOVERY
This paper explores the relationship between exchange rate regimes and inflationary instability in small open economies, focusing on their role during periods of crisis and economic recovery. Small economies, due to their high degree of openness and limited monetary autonomy, are particularly vulnerable to external shocks and currency fluctuations. The choice of exchange rate regime—whether fixed, floating, or intermediate—plays a significant role in shaping inflationary trends and overall macroeconomic stability. Through an analysis of various regime types and their historical impact on developing countries, the paper highlights the importance of consistent and well-coordinated monetary and fiscal policies. Special attention is given to the challenges of maintaining price stability amid global uncertainty and the mechanisms through which exchange rate policy can either mitigate or amplify inflation. The findings emphasize that while no one-size-fits-all solution exists, flexible and credible exchange rate frameworks, combined with institutional resilience, are key to sustaining long-term economic recovery in small open economies
