Get PDFStarting from an exploration of Iria Candela’s book Sombras de Ciudad, this article examines contextual art in relation to the periphery and how it intertwines with gentrification and urban art. It begins by analyzing how the concept of the periphery has evolved in the Spanish context, highlighting the role of urban art as a critical and transformative tool capable of re-signifying the perception of the periphery and challenging dominant narratives. The case study presented in the city of Valencia exemplifies these dynamics, focusing on city-context artists such as Luce, Anaïs Florin, and Escif, who offer contextual proposals that connect with their environment and provide an aesthetic response to the social realities surrounding them.Partiendo de una exploración del libro Sombras de Ciudad de Iria Candela, este artículo examina el arte de contexto en relación con la periferia y cómo este se entrelaza con la gentrificación y el arte urbano. Se inicia analizando cómo el concepto de periferia ha evolucionado en el contexto español, destacando el papel del arte urbano como herramienta crítica y transformadora, capaz de resignificar la percepción de la periferia y de cuestionar las narrativas dominantes. La caracterización lingüística de los incunables poéticos de Antón de Centenera
Get PDFThis article provides a linguistic characterization of the three poetic incunabula published by Antón de Centenera’s printing press in Zamora approximately between 1482 y 1483: one is Gómez Manrique’s Regimiento de príncipes (known as 82*GM according to the signalling system by Dutton 1990-1991), another includes the Vita Christi and the Sermón trobado al rey Fernando by Íñigo de Mendoza (82IM), the last one gathers mainly texts by Íñigo de Mendoza, but also some by others, such as Juan de Mena, Gómez Manrique and Jorge Manrique (83*IM). The analysis involves graphic, syntactic, morphological, lexical aspects, and other characteristics that can be identified in the texts under consideration.En este artículo se ofrece una caracterización lingüística de los tres incunables poéticos impresos por el taller de Antón de Centenera en Zamora entre 1482 y 1483 aproximadamente: uno transmite el Regimiento de príncipes de Gómez Manrique (conocido como 82*GM, según el sistema de identificación propuesto por Dutton 1990-1991), otro contiene la Vita Christi y el Sermón trobado al rey Fernando de Íñigo de Mendoza (82IM) y el último reúne sobre todo textos de Íñigo de Mendoza, pero también de otros, como Juan de Mena, Gómez Manrique y Jorge Manrique (83*IM). Comportamentos ineficazes de manutenção da saúde: análise do conceito
No full textBackground: the concept under study is partially developed according to the literature. According to Morse, if a concept is partially mature, techniques of comparison, clarification, and/or concept correction should be applied.
Objective: To analyze the concept of “ineffective health maintenance behaviors” from Morse's perspective.
Method: Concept analysis conducted according to Morse's advanced techniques, operationalized through a scoping review performed in the following data sources: Scopus, MEDLINE/PubMed, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, PsycINFO, and Google Scholar, along with manual searches in reference lists.
Results: With a final sample of 35 studies, five attributes, 17 antecedents, 12 outcomes, and the boundaries of the phenomenon of ineffective health maintenance behaviors were identified for the nursing field. The results of this study contribute to the standardized nursing language.
Conclusion: The boundaries of this phenomenon in the field of nursing have been delineated. Conceptual refinement contributes to the development of targeted nursing interventions, facilitating the implementation of personalized care plans with the potential to impact the quality of care provided. Based on this concept analysis, research with observational designs is recommended to validate the indicators of the phenomenon under study, which may help nurses effectively identify, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patients with ineffective health maintenance behaviors during their care.Introducción: el concepto en estudio está parcialmente desarrollado según la literatura. Para Morse, si el concepto es parcialmente maduro, deben aplicarse técnicas de comparación, aclaración y/o corrección del concepto.
Objetivo: Analizar el concepto de comportamientos ineficaces de mantenimiento de la salud desde la perspectiva de Morse.
Método: Análisis de concepto desarrollado de acuerdo con las técnicas avanzadas de Morse, mediante una revisión de alcance, realizada en las siguientes fuentes de datos: Scopus, MEDLINE/PubMed, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, PsycINFO y Google Scholar, además de búsquedas manuales en las listas de referencias.
Resultados: Con una muestra final de 35 estudios, se identificaron cinco atributos, 17 antecedentes, 12 resultados y se comprendieron los límites del fenómeno de comportamientos ineficaces de mantenimiento de la salud para el área de Enfermería. Los resultados de este estudio presentan contribuciones al lenguaje estandarizado de Enfermería.
Conclusión: Se delinearon los límites de este fenómeno. El refinamiento conceptual contribuye a la elaboración de intervenciones de Enfermería dirigidas, con el fin de facilitar la implementación de planes de cuidado personalizados, con potencial para impactar la calidad de la atención brindada. A partir de este análisis de concepto, se recomienda la realización de investigaciones con diseños observacionales para validar los indicadores del fenómeno en estudio, lo que puede ayudar a los enfermeros a identificar, diagnosticar, planificar, implementar y evaluar de manera efectiva a los pacientes con comportamientos ineficaces de mantenimiento de la salud durante su atención.Objetivo: Analisar o conceito “comportamentos ineficazes de manutenção da saúde” sob a perspectiva de Morse.
Método: Análise de conceito desenvolvida de acordo com as técnicas avançadas de Morse, operacionalizada por revisão de escopo, realizada nas fontes de dados: Scopus, MEDLINE/PubMed, ScienceDirect, Web of Science, PsycINFO e Google Scholar, além da busca manual nas listas de referências. Foram incluídos estudos que respondessem às questões de pesquisa, disponíveis na íntegra, sem limite de idioma e sem recorte temporal. As cartas ao editor, editoriais, comentários, resumos e protocolos foram excluídos da amostra.
Resultados: Com uma amostra final de 35 estudos, foram identificados cinco atributos, 17 antecedentes, 12 resultados e a compreensão dos limites do fenômeno de comportamentos ineficazes de manutenção da saúde para a área da enfermagem.
Implicações para a prática: Os resultados deste estudo apresentam contribuições para a linguagem padronizada de enfermagem ao apresentar novas evidências de elementos relacionados ao conceito em estudo que podem ser mais coerentes para o uso do diagnóstico de enfermagem, além de sustentar o desenvolvimento contínuo da classificação da NANDA-Internacional. O refinamento conceitual contribui para a elaboração de intervenções de enfermagem direcionadas, de modo a auxiliar a implementação de planos de cuidado personalizados, com potencial para impactar na qualidade da assistência prestada.
Recomendações: Recomenda-se a elaboração de pesquisas para o desenvolvimento de inovações tecnológicas que auxiliem enfermeiros a identificar, diagnosticar, planejar, implementar e avaliar de forma efetiva pacientes com comportamentos ineficazes de manutenção da saúde.  
Revisión meta-analítica de los efectos de la sugestión en la memoria de niños y niñas Implicaciones para el testimonio
Get PDFBackground/Objective: The implantation of misleading information in memory is a highly relevant topic due to its implications for the evaluation of witness memory. Suggestion has been the most studied means of implantation. Therefore, a meta-analytical study was designed to estimate the effect size of suggestion in the implantation of misleading information in testimonies and memories, and the moderators of such effect. Method: A total of 17 studies designed to evaluate the implantation of suggested memories or the mere acceptance of misleading information were selected. Bare-bones meta-analyses of experiments were performed. Results: The results showed a significantly positive, generalizable across studies, and more than large overall mean effect size (d = 1.68 95% CI [1.47, 1.89]) for the implantation of misleading information due to suggestion. When converted to probabilities, the estimated likelihood of implanting any externally suggested information was 31.3%. Likewise, the results evidenced a significant, positive, generalizable among studies, and more than large average effect size for the moderators: degree of suggestion (d = 1.60, 95% CI [1.47, 1.89]), likelihood of suggestion (d = 1.68, 95% CI [1.48, 1.88]), direct participation in the event (d = 1.31, 95%CI [1.13, 1.49]), indirect participation in the event (d = 2.00, 95% CI [1.77, 2.23]), suggestion through the individual differences paradigm (d = 1.44, 95% CI [1.23, 1.65]), and suggestion through the misinformation paradigm (d = 2.03, 95% CI[1.82, 2.24]). Conclusions: The implications of the results for the evaluation of the reliability of child testimony are discussed.Antecedentes/objetivo: La implantación de información engañosa en la memoria es un tópico de gran relevancia dadas las implicaciones que tiene para la evaluación de la memoria de los testigos. La sugestión ha sido el medio de implantación más estudiado. Por ello, se ha diseñado un estudio meta-analítico para estimar el tamaño del efecto de la sugestión en la implantación de información engañosa en el testimonio y las memorias, y los moderadores de tal efecto. Método: Se seleccionaron un total de 17 estudios diseñados para la evaluación de la implantación de memorias sugestionadas o la mera aceptación de información capciosa. Se ejecutaron meta-análisis de experimentos bare-bones. Resultados: Los resultados mostraron un tamaño del efecto promedio global (d = 1.68, IC 95% [1.47, 1.89]) significativo, positivo, generalizable entre los estudios y de una magnitud más que grande para la implantación de información engañosa debida a la sugestión. Convertido el efecto en probabilidades, la probabilidad estimada de implantación de cualquier información externa sugestionada fue del 31.3%. Asimismo, los resultados evidenciaron un tamaño del efecto promedio significativo, positivo, generalizable y más que grande para los moderadores grado de sugestión (d = 1.60, IC 95% [1.10, 2.10]), probabilidad de sugestión (d = 1.68, IC 95% [1.48, 1.88]), participación directa en el evento (d = 1.31, IC 95% [1.13, 1.49]), participación indirecta en el evento (d = 2.00, IC 95% [1.77, 2.23]), sugestión mediante el paradigma de diferencias individuales (d = 1.44, IC 95% [1.23, 1.65]) y sugestión mediante el paradigma de desinformación (d = 2.03, IC 95% [1.82, 2.24]). Conclusiones: Se discuten las implicaciones de los resultados para la evaluación de la fiabilidad del testimonio infantil
Pensamiento Computacional para la resolución de problemas complejos: ODS 7 Energía asequible y no contaminante
Get PDFThis study investigates the self-assessment of computational thinking skills, as well as the knowledge acquired by university students from Mexico and Guatemala after having participated in a training experience related to SDG 7 Affordable and Clean Energy in the environment of a web-based learning platform. A pretest-posttest study was designed in which 243 university students participated, 152 from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico (Tec) and 91 from the Universidad San Carlos, Guatemala (USAC). Two types of analysis were carried out, the first to measure their skills in abstraction, decomposition, pattern identification and algorithm design. The second to evaluate their understanding of energy concepts to propose sustainable solutions from a computational thinking approach. The results suggest that the integration of computational thinking and the use of online educational platforms has a positive impact on students' self-assessment, and an improvement was also observed in their analytical skills to propose solutions for problems related to SDG 7. These findings support the effectiveness of the integration of computational thinking as a strategy to solve complex problems.En este estudio se investiga la autovaloración de las habilidades de pensamiento computacional, así como los conocimientos adquiridos por estudiantes universitarios de México y Guatemala después de haber participado en una experiencia formativa relacionada con el ODS 7 Energía asequible y no contaminante en el entorno de una plataforma web de aprendizaje. Se diseñó un estudio pretest-postest donde participaron 243 estudiantes universitarios, 152 del Tecnológico de Monterrey, México (Tec) y 91 de la Universidad San Carlos, Guatemala (USAC). Se realizaron dos tipos de análisis, el primero para medir sus habilidades de abstracción, descomposición, identificación de patrones y diseño de algoritmos. El segundo para evaluar su comprensión de conceptos energéticos para proponer soluciones sostenibles desde el enfoque del pensamiento computacional. Los resultados sugieren que la integración del pensamiento computacional y el uso de plataformas educativas en línea tiene un impacto positivo en la autovaloración de los estudiantes, también se observó una mejora en sus habilidades analíticas para proponer soluciones para problemas relacionados con el ODS 7. Estos hallazgos respaldan la efectividad de la integración del pensamiento computacional como una estrategia para resolver problemas complejos
Una aproximación al concepto de justicia en G.W.F. Hegel
Get PDFHegel’s Philosophy of Right has undoubtedly been an inexhaustible source of interpretive, critical and purposeful work. Many comments have been made on this work and many reflections have been made from concepts elaborated there by him. In particular, the concept of justice has been commented on in different ways and through many approaches. In this text he made a brief reconstruction of the concept of justice in Hegel with the aim of exposing the foundations of this concept and its relationship with the institutions of Civil Society and the State. To do this, first I am in charge of establishing the negative character of justice (injustice) from which Hegel starts as a preliminary and non-normative consideration of the concept, then I develop the definitions of the institutions of Civil Society and the State within the framework of the system of the needs. Third, I expose the relationship between the institution of the State and justice. Fourthly, I comment broadly on the notion of administration of justice and some aspects that this implies in the field of individual freedoms, State sovereignty and citizen participation. In conclusion, I discuss the possibilities of this concept of justice and leave open the debate on the effectiveness of the Hegelian model considering the rise of injustice itself in the current times.Resumen: La Filosofía del Derecho de G.W.F. Hegel ha sido sin duda una fuente inagotable de trabajo interpretativo, crítico y propositivo. Muchos comentarios se han hecho a esta obra y muchas reflexiones se han realizado a partir de conceptos elaborados allí por él. Particularmente el concepto de justicia ha sido comentado en diferentes vías y a través de muchos enfoques. En este texto realizo una breve reconstrucción del concepto de justicia en Hegel con el ánimo de exponer los fundamentos de este concepto y su relación con las instituciones de la sociedad civil y el Estado. Para ello, primero me encargo de establecer el carácter negativo de la justicia (injusticia) del cual parte Hegel como consideración preliminar y no normativo del concepto, después desarrollo las definiciones de las instituciones de la sociedad civil y el Estado en el marco del sistema de las necesidades. En tercer lugar, expongo la relación entre la institución del Estado y la justicia. En cuarto lugar, comento a grandes rasgos la noción de administración de justicia y algunos aspectos que esto supone en el ámbito de las libertades individuales, la soberanía del Estado y la participación ciudadana. Como conclusión trato sobre las posibilidades de este concepto de justicia y dejo abierto el debate sobre la efectividad del modelo hegeliano a la luz del auge de la injusticia misma en la época actual.

LA CULTURA LABORAL DEL EMPRENDEDOR AUTÓNOMO EN EL TURISMO RURAL
Get PDFTourism entrepreneurship is presented as an alternative in rural contexts affected by depopulation, lack of employment and socioeconomic vulnerability. Unlike initiatives oriented by criteria of rationality and adaptation to demand, this type of entrepreneurship, due to its structure of self-employment or family business, enables business models that transcend the univocal view of the logic of capital. These initiatives contain notes of self-management and reconciliation of personal life and economic activity that allow a certain flexibility in the face of market fluctuations, in addition to a local base that integrates logics and actions that favor a sustainable tourist offer in these territories. The figure of the autonomous entrepreneur is proposed, whose condition of producer and owner of the means of production, under the assumptions of simple mercantile production, allows him to reproduce his way of life in balance with this context, while favoring a sustainable tourist offer adapted to the natural, social and cultural resources of the environment.El emprendimiento turístico se presenta como alternativa en contextos rurales afectados por el despoblamiento, la falta de empleo y la vulnerabilidad socioeconómica. A diferencia de iniciativas orientadas por criterios de racionalidad y adaptación a la demanda, este tipo de emprendimiento, por su estructura de autoempleo o empresa familiar, posibilita modelos de negocio que trascienden las lógicas del capital. Estas iniciativas contienen notas de autogestión y conciliación entre vida personal y actividad económica que permiten cierta flexibilidad ante las fluctuaciones del mercado, además de una base local que integra lógicas y acciones que podrían favorecer una oferta turística sostenible en estos territorios. Se analiza la figura del emprendedor autónomo como estructura socio-laboral en el emprendimiento turístico en entornos rurales, cuya condición de productor y propietario de los medios de producción, bajo los presupuestos de la producción mercantil simple, le permite reproducir una cultura laboral en equilibro con este contexto, al tiempo que favorece una oferta turística adaptada a los recursos naturales, sociales y culturales del entorno
ANÁLISIS DE UN DESTINO CULTURAL Y NATURAL: WADI RUM (JORDANIA)
Get PDFWe explore the tourism and the geographical and cultural context of the Wadi Rum region of Jordan, which integrates a rich history and stunning natural landscapes. Tourism began in Wadi Rum after the creation of the State of Jordan in 1946. Due to the geological importance of the region, Wadi Rum was included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage nature reserves, which increased tourism to the region. The beauty of the landscape and its historical significance has attracted the attention of cinema, most notably the films Lawrence of Arabia and Mars. The results highlight the great importance of the tourism sector in Wadi Rum and Jordan, especially for employment generation. We also note the particular impact of the international political situation in the Middle East environment on Wadi Rum and Jordan.Exploramos el turismo y el contexto geográfico y cultural de la región jordana de Wadi Rum, que integra una rica historia e impresionantes paisajes naturales. El turismo comenzó en Wadi Rum tras la creación del estado de Jordania en 1946. Debido a la importancia geológica de la región, Wadi Rum se incluyó en la lista de reservas naturales del Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO, lo que incrementó el turismo en la región. La belleza del paisaje y su importancia histórica han atraído la atención del cine, sobre todo de las películas Lawrence de Arabia y Marte. Los resultados ponen de relieve la gran importancia del sector turístico en Wadi Rum y Jordania, en especial para la generación de empleo. También, señalamos la especial repercusión que tienen los impactos de la situación política internacional del entorno de Oriente Próximo en Wadi Rum y Jordania
