This folder contains all topographic GIS layers and the ensemble model outputs for the manuscript "How does spatial resolution affect model performance? A case for ensemble approaches for marine benthic mesophotic communities" by Turner et al., published in the Journal of Biogeography
Post-trial scans
These images show the post-trial, 3-dimensional scans of the seal skeletons which were used for analysis. Some images are focussed on points of interest to show the important injuries identified for that individual. Relation back to collision speeds and morphometric data can be made through the published manuscript which details collision speeds for each individual and a full list of pathological indicators of mortality which were identified

Searcy et al matching data
Data from the song type matching experiment with song sparrows. Bird ID gives a numerical designation for each subject plus either a color band combination or a specification of the site. Rep Size is the song type repertoire size of the individual. Treatment is either a short delay between the subject's singing the target song that triggered playback (one type-switch) or a long delay (3-4 type-switches). Date is relative to May 21. Trans Freq (transition frequency) is the frequency in the previous repertoire recordings of the song type transition needed to produce a match. Type Freq is the frequency with which the subject sang the playback song type during the repertoire recordings. Prior bout length is the number of repetitions of the target song used for playback that the subject produced in the bout of the target song that triggered playback
