Data S18 (Fig. S18)
Raw output data measured voltage and current of the VI-TEG implanted at 0.5, 1.0 cm depth inside the porcine tissue under ultrasound at 20 kHz
Data S14 (Fig. S11)
COMSOL Multiphysics file calculated displacement of the VI-TEG depending on a probe distance (3, 5, 7 mm) under ultrasound at 20 kHz, including photo images captured in png format
Data S17 (Fig. S14, 16)
Raw output data measured voltage and current of the VI-TEG in bovine serum solution at 5 mm probe distance under ultrasound at 20 kHz
Fish communities and traits from bypassed river reaches with and without a mandated minimum flow
The file contains data on fish communities sampled as part of Swedish national monitoring from 68 stations situated in bypassed river reaches downstream of hydropower dams in Sweden. The file includes basic information on the reaches, species abundances and diversity, and species trait data scored based on the www.freshwaterecology.info database. For more information, see the README fil
Wing landmark coordinates of stable fly, Stomoxys calcitrans L 1758 (Diptera: Muscidae) reared at different densities and substrate types.
This dataset contains wing landmark coordinates of stable fly, Stomoxys calcitrans L 1758 (Diptera: Muscidae) collected following this protocol. We reared S. calcitrans larvae at different densities (5, 15 and 25) and on different substrates (camel, cow, donkey and sheep dung). For each fly that emerged, we recorded body weight, and detached, slide-mounted and photographed the right wing. Next, we collected 15 landmarks on each photographed wing and applied geometric morphometric analysis to assess variation in wing size and wing shape of S. calcitrans across the different larval densities and substrate types
Song sparrow pedigree data (restricted)
Pedigree data necessary to replicate published analyses
Raw data age-specific chick survival and herring abundance
Raw data on age-specific survival (in days) of common tern chicks (hatched in a colony in Wilhelmshaven, Germany) in relation to year (1992-2015), brood size, hatching order and standardized North sea herring abundance
validation genotypes
SNP data for 136 samples from Jordan River validation population (69951 SNPs)
