    Deiksis Ruang dan Waktu pada Film Stand by Me Doraemon 2 Karya Takashi Yamazaki

    In communicating, pointing words or deixis are often used when talking to the interlocutor, especially in Japanese movies.  For this reason, this study aims to identify the types of space and time deixis and find out the types of references contained in the Stand by Me Doraemon 2 movie by Takashi Yamazaki. The methodology of this qualitative study is descriptive analysis which analyzed the conversation between characters consisting deixis space and time words in Japanese movie titled Stand by Me Doraemon 2. The data were collected using the listening and note taking method. Then they were analyzed by Miles and Huberman method, which the important data is reduced, grouped, and summarized according to the research focus. The results showed that in Stand by Me Doraemon 2 there was deixis of space and time. There were 28 deixis of space including space, place, state and direction and 18 deixis of time including final, present, and future time. It is found that the most frequently used deixis of space was これ (kore) which means “this”. On the other hand, the most frequently deixis of time was さっき (sakki) which means “just know”. Overall, there were 19 types of endophoric references and 27 types of exophoric references. This research is expected to be used as learning material for Japanese language teachers and learners.Dalam berkomunikasi, kata tunjuk sering digunakan saat berbicara dengan lawan tutur terutama dalam film Jepang. Oleh sebab itu, tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi jenis deiksis ruang dan waktu yang terdapat dalam film Stand by Me Doraemon 2 karya Takashi Yamazaki dan mengetahui jenis acuan yang terdapat dalam film Stand by Me Doraemon 2 karya Takashi Yamazaki. Metodologi penelitian kualitatif ini adalah analisis deskriptif yang menganalisis percakapan antar tokoh yang terdiri dari kata-kata deiksis ruang dan waktu dalam film Jepang berjudul Stand by Me Doraemon 2. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode simak catat. Kemudian dianalisis dengan metode Miles dan Huberman, yaitu data-data penting direduksi, dikelompokkan, dan disimpulkan sesuai dengan fokus penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam film Stand by Me Doraemon 2 terdapat deiksis ruang dan waktu. Terdapat 28 deiksis ruang yang terdiri dari deiksis ruang jenis penunjuk, tempat, keadaan, dan arah. Kemudian terdapat 18 deiksis waktu yaitu terdiri dari waktu lampau, saat ini, dan akan datang. Deiksis yang paling sering digunakan adalah deiksis ruang jenis penunjuk berupa kata これ (kore) yang artinya “ini”. Di samping itu, deiksis waktu yang paling sering digunakan adalah jenis waktu lampau berupa kata さっき(sakki) yang artinya "tadi". Acuan yang terdapat dalam kata yang mengandung deiksis terdapat 19 jenis acuan endofora dan 27 jenis acuan eksofora. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pembelajaran untuk pengajar dan pembelajar bahasa Jepang

    Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya limbah buah dan sayur yang tidak dimanfaatkan dan menjadi sampah baik di sekitar rumah maupun pasar. Selain itu, dampak dari banyaknya limbah tersebut adalah berkurangnya lahan terbuka dan menimbulkan bau busuk dan  mendatangkan penyakit.  Sampah organik yang setiap hari dihasilkan dan dibuang ini bisa dimanfaatkan untuk dijadikan Ecoenzym. Eco-enzyme merupakan hasil olahan limbah dapur yang difermentasi dengan menggunakan gula. Limbah dapur dan pasar  yang diolah adalah yang berupa ampas buah dan sayuran. Oleh karena itu Tim pengabdian Universitas PGRI Silampari mencoba menerapkan pemanfaatan limbah buah dan sayur menjadi eco-enzim.  Target luaran yang ingin dicapai oleh tim pengusul adalah perbaikan tata nilai masyarakat serta publikasi di jurnal pengabdian dan media massa. Pada pelaksanaanya menggunakan metode praktek dimulai dengan  tahap persiapan, pemberian materi serta praktek pembuatan EcoenzymProgram pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya limbah buah dan sayur yang tidak dimanfaatkan dan menjadi sampah baik di sekitar rumah maupun pasar.     The title of this study “Students’ Difficulty in Writing English : Affected by Vocabulary Skills” or to create a sentence is to understand or how vocabulary skills affect high school students. The subject of this survey consists of second level students from SMA Raksana Medan. There were 40 students. Most of them were sampled of this study. The data in this study were obtained through test writing or sentence formation and were the most difficult compared to cognitive difficulties (organizational and mechanical aspects). In english, there are four skills in English (speaking, writing, listening and reading). Writing is one of important component of English skills that concerned by English teachers in SMA Raksana Medan. Writing relate on every teaching and learning activities in English. There are some difficulties and challenges on writing english. Especially, this study focused on how vocabulary skill give problems or difficulties impact on writing english

    Implementation Of E-Learning Learning During Covid-19 Pandemic In  SMP NEGERI 31 BEKASI. The Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia and impacted the world led the Ministry of Education and Culture and ministry of Religious Affairs of the  Republic of Indonesia to implement a policy of learning and working from home. Responding to this policy, SMP NEGERI 31 BEKASI held an E-Learning socialization and in the event SMP NEGERI 31 BEKASI stated that it was ready for E-Learning learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the aim of this research is to describe the implementation of E-Learning learning during covid-19 pandemic in SMP NEGERI 31 BEKASI whether it has been implemented or not after the socialization  was carried out. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a descriptive type of  research. The technique of collecting data by doing observation, interview and documentation. The research informants consisted of 23: madrasah principals, 6 teachers and 16 students. The technique of determining informants using  purposive sampling with data analysis techniques using interactive data analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of E-Learning learning during covid-19 pandemic in SMP NEGERI 31 BEKASIafter conducting thquestioning, has been able to implement E-learning well. This is proven by doing 3 stages: the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. However, there are some obstacles such as the lack of human resources in E-learning learning and limited internet quota for students

    Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Keterampilan Menulis Teks Eksplanasi pada Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Rejang Lebong

    The skill of writing explanatory text is part of the Indonesian language skills that must be mastered by students of class XI SMA. An overview of the implementation of learning to write explanatory texts in high school forms the basis for the reflections of Indonesian language teachers. For this reason, this study aims to describe the implementation of teaching explanatory text writing skills in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Rejang Lebong. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using data source triangulation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of Indonesian language learning on writing material for students of class XI IPS had been carried out in three stages: first, preliminary activities, the teacher greeted, greeted students, prepared students physically and psychologically, conducted apperception by way of question and answer and convey learning objectives. Second, the core learning activities, the teacher invites students to understand the meaning and characteristics of explanatory texts, identify knowledge information and explanatory text explanatory lines, analyze structure and language, and produce explanatory texts. Third, closing activities, the teacher concludes the learning material by involving students so that the teacher knows student understanding during the learning process. The learning steps carried out by the teacher are guided by the Learning Implementation Plan. Implementation of learning is planned to use discovery learning and project based learning models, but in the learning process, the implementation of these learning models is not maximized. The teacher's assessment was only a psychomotor assessment, while attitude and cognitive assessments were not carried out.Keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi merupakan bagian dari keterampilan berbahasa Indonesia yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa kelas XI SMA. Gambaran tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi di SMA menjadi dasar refleksi para guru bahasa Indonesia. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi pada kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Rejang Lebong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada materi menulis teks eksplanasi siswa kelas XI IPS sudah dilaksanakan dengan tiga tahapan: pertama, kegiatan pendahuluan, guru mengucapkan salam, menyapa siswa, menyiapkan peserta didik secara fisik dan psikis, melakukan apersepsi dengan cara tanya jawab dan menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran. Kedua, kegiatan inti pembelajaran, guru mengajak siswa memahami pengertian dan ciri-ciri teks eksplanasi, mengindentifikasi informasi pengetahuan dan deretan penjelas teks eksplanasi, menganalisis struktur dan kebahasaan, dan memproduksi teks eksplanasi. Ketiga, kegiatan penutup, guru menyimpulkan materi pembelajaran dengan melibatkan siswa sehingga guru mengetahui pemahaman siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Langkah-langkah pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru berpedoman pada  Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran direncanakan menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning dan project based learning, tetapi dalam proses pembelajaran, penerapan model pembelajaran tersebut pelaksanaaanya belum maksimal. Penilaian yang dilakukan guru baru sekadar penilaian psikomotor, sedangkan penilaian sikap dan kognitif tidak dilakukan

    Desa Air Satan, Kecamatan Muara Beliti, Kabupaten Musi Rawas adalah salah satu daerah kawasan pertanian yang menjadi salah satu desa penghasil padi di kabupaten musi rawas, yang sebagian besar masyarakatnya berperopesi sebagai petani. Di daerah tersebut dialiri irigasi sebagai suplai daerah pertanian, tidak menutup kemungkinan pemanfaatan air dari aliran irigasi dimanfaatkan oleh warga sekitar. Penerapan teknik pengolahan air bersih secara sederhana dapat menjadi solusi dalam konsumsi pemanfaatan air bersih warga desa air satan. Dalam pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang teknik pengolahan air bersih dengan baik dan benar dengan melakukan filtrasi atau penyaringan secara sederhana. Dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, yang menjadi khalayak sasaran utama dalam adalah; Tokoh masyarakat dan warga desa setempat. Implementasi program ini dihadiri oleh 20 orang antara lain; tokoh masyarakat dan masyarakat sekitar dengan usia produktif dan sesuai untuk menindaklanjuti program ini.     Clarias meladerma Bleeker, 1846 is one of the native species in Indonesia. Aek Silom Lom is one of the habitats of catfish moma (C. meladerma) located in Labuhanbatu district. The study was conducted to analyze the long-weight relationship and the condition factors of catfish moma (C. meladerma) that live in Aek Silom Lom. Sample collected from October- December 2021. Sample was taken by angler. This weight length relationship is calculated using the linear allometric model (LAM), while the condition factor is calculated using the fulton formula (K) and relative weight (Wr). The growth pattern of catfish moma (C. meladerma) in Aek Silom lom is allometric negative with a value of b 0.99 (b<3), this means that the growth of the fish's body length is faster than the body weight. The fulton coefficient (K) is between 14,889 -17.1292 and the relative weight coefficient (wr) is in the range of 97.32805-100.0745, indicating that the condition of the catfish population (C. meladerma) is in balance and the water conditions of Aek Silom Lom can support the life of the catfish moma (C. meladerma

    Basil and lime leaf extracts have chemical compounds that function to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and total bacteria on the palms of the hands. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial activity of basil and lime leaf extracts against Staphylococcus aureus total bacteria on the palms of the hands. This experimental laboratory research used basil and lime leaves which were extracted using the partial maceration method. The formulation of the hand sanitizer spray combination of basil leaf extract with lime leaves is 1:2, 2:1, and 2:2. The formulation was tested for an antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and total bacteria on the palms. Data analysis used descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the extracts of basil leaves and lime leaves had an antibacterial activity of Staphylococcus aureus and total bacteria. Formulation 2:2 is the best formulation with bactericidal power of formula is 0 CFU/ml and total bacteria with antiseptic power of formula are 7 CFU. The study concluded that basil and lime leaf extracts were effective in killing Staphylococcus aureus and total bacteria on the palms of the hands

    Uric acid levels in the blood can be lowered by taking anti-hyperuricemic drugs, but long-term use can have serious effects on the body. Therefore, we need medicines made from natural ingredients that have a compound that can reduce uric acid levels with a low effect. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hibiscus flower infusion on uric acid levels. The research method is experimental research with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Mice were divided into 6 treatment groups, the negative control group (normal) A0 was given 0.5% Na-CMC, A1 was hyperuricemia control (induction of potassium oxonate 250mg/kgBW and chicken liver juice), A2-A5 was treated with hyperuricemia. The treatment group A2 was given allopurinol 10mg/kgBW, A3-A5 was given hibiscus flower infusion at a dose of 20%, 30%, and 40%, respectively. The results showed that hibiscus flower infusion at doses of 20%, 30%, and 40% was able to reduce blood uric acid levels in male white mice induced by potassium oxonate and chicken liver juice. Hibiscus flower infusion has the potential to reduce uric acid levels in mice optimally at a dose of 20%, which is 80.8% of hyperuricemia control
