    PENDAMPINGAN PENELITIAN DAN PENULISAN KARYA ILMIAH PADA KELOMPOK SISWA PESERTA PENGEMBANGAN DIRI SAINS SMP PUSRI PALEMBANG

    This dedication activity was carried out in Pusri Junior High School (SMP Pusri) of Palembang and PGRI Palembang University in May - July 2019. Pusri Junior High School plans to send representatives of its students to participate in the Olimpiade Penelitian Siswa Indonesia (OPSI) in 2019 organized by the Directorate of Junior High School Ministry of Education and Culture Development. But the school experienced problems in terms of research assistance and writing of research results in the form of scientific work / scientific articles. This is due to the lack of equipment owned by schools and the lack of teacher's ability in writing scientific papers. The object of devotion is the Pusri Junior High School students participating in the “Pengembangan Diri (PD)” activities of 3 people (1 group). The mentoring activities are focused on research assistance until data and analysis are obtained as well as writing research results in the form of scientific articles. The dedication activity ended after the creation of scientific papers in accordance with the provisions of OPSI 2019 and Pusri Junior High School student representatives can register to be OPSI 2019 participants. The mentoring process can be completed on time and the Pusri Junior High School student representatives can register as 2019 OPSI participants in August 2019 and the difficulties of the school can be resolved.Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Pusri dan Universitas PGRI Palembang pada Mei – Juli 2019. SMP Pusri Palembang berencana mengirim perwakilan siswanya untuk mengikuti kegiatan Olimpiade Penelitian Siswa Indonesia (OPSI) tahun 2019 yang diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Pembinaan SMP Kemetrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Namun pihak sekolah mengalami kendala hal pendampingan penelitian dan penulisan hasil penelitian dalam bentuk karya ilmiah/artikel ilmiah. Hal ini karena kekurangan peralatan yang dimiliki sekolah dan kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam hal penulisan karya ilmiah. Objek pengabdian adalah siswa SMP Pusri yang ngikuti kegiatan pengambangan diri Sains berjumlah 3 orang (1 kelompok). Kegiatan pengabdian difokuskan pada pendampingan penelitian hingga diperoleh data dan analisis serta penulisan hasil penelitian dalam bentuk artikel ilmiah. Kegiatan pengabdian berakhir setelah dihasilkannya karya tulis ilmiah yang sesuai dengan ketentuan OPSI 2019 dan siswa perwakilan SMP Pusri Palembang dapat mendaftarkan diri menjadi peserta OPSI 2019. Proses pendampingan dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu dan siswa perwakilan SMP Pusri Palembang dapat mendaftarkan diri sebagai peserta OPSI tahun 2019 pada Agustus 2019 dan kesulitan pihak sekolah dapat diselesaikan

    PENGETAHUAN GURU FISIKA TENTANG PENGELOLAAN LABORATORIUM FISIKA DI SMP DAN SMA NEGERI KOTA BENGKULU

    This study aims to describe the knowledge of physics teachers about the management of physics laboratories in SMP and SMA Negeri Bengkulu City. This ex-post facto descriptive study used a sample taken with a total sampling method to all physics teachers in SMP and SMA Negeri Bengkulu City. Data were collected using test instruments. The results of this study indicate that the junior high school physics teacher's knowledge about laboratory management is in the sufficient category indicated by the frequency of 35 respondents (64.8%) and the high school physics teacher's knowledge about laboratory management is also in the sufficient category indicated by the frequency of 22 respondents (84.6%). ). Knowledge based on teaching status, either not certified or certified or knowledge based on teaching experience, is in the sufficient category. Meanwhile, knowledge based on the aspects of factual knowledge, conceptual knowledge, procedural knowledge, and metacognition knowledge, the majority of respondents were in the sufficient category.     The aims of this research are to describe and to know the difficulties of teachers in implementing 2013 curriculum by using thematic learning in grade V SD Negeri 61 Lubuklinggau. The method in this research was descriptive method through a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, documentation and triangulation techniques. The results of this research showed that the difficulties of grade V teachers were divided into three main components, namely in the learning planning stage was the difficulties in preparing lesson plans, in the learning implementation stage was the difficulties in implementing core activities, and in the assesment stages were the difficulties in assessing skills, assessing the learning process, and assesing attitude. In addition, there were also factors causing teacher difficulties, namely: (1) Teacher ability Factors (2) Factors from students (3) and Time allocation factors. Therefore, there are some ways to do in order to overcome teacher difficulties : (1)The Teacher must understand thematic learning, especially in the preparation of lesson plan, (2) The teacher must be creative in using a variety of learning media to attract students' focus in learning and create a good atmosphere in learning process, (3) Cooperate and exchange ideas with other teachers in determining assessment indicators and time allocation

    This study aims to determine the effect of giving boiled water leaves Clidemia hirta on the levels of male webster swiss mice cholesterol. This type of research is an experimental study using the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method which consists of 5 treatments with 5 repetitions. The experimental animals in this study were male mice which were divided into 5 groups namely P0 (aquadest), P1 (MDLT + PTU + boiled water 0.13 ml/bb), P2 (MDLT + PTU + boiled water 0.26 ml/bb), P3 (MDLT + PTU + boiled water 0.39 ml/bb), and P4 (Simvastatin 10 mg). The treatment was carried out using the gavage method using a gastric sonde device, giving boiled bristle leaves boiled water in the morning for 7 consecutive days carried out in the morning. Retrieval of blood cholesterol levels data by cutting the tail of mice and the next drop blood on the cholesterol strip Autocheck tool. Based on the results of the Kruskal Wallis test calculation states that Hcount <Htable (4.626 <9.49), it can be concluded that the provision of boiled water leaves of Clidemia hirta does no effect significant in reducing levels of male Swiss Webster mice (Mus musculus) cholesterol levels

    This study aims to "Develop Macro Power Point Learning Media Based on Problem Based Laerning on Quantity and Measurement Materials as Learning Resources for Class X Students". Problems in this study 1) How to develop problem-based learning media for power point learning on quantity and measurement material as a learning resource for class X students ?, 2) What are the characteristics of the learning media for power point macro based on problem based learning that has been developed to meet validity and practicality?, 3) How do students respond during learning using power point macro learning media based on problem based laerning ?. The development model used is Borg and Gall. There are 10 stages, namely: potential and problem stages, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision, usage testing, product revision and mass production. The research subjects of class X MIPA SMA AL-IKHLAS Lubuklinggau used purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interview and questionnaire techniques. The validation was carried out to get results in a very good category with a score of 128. The instrumentation used to measure student responses was using a questionnaire. The student response was a limited group and the teacher got a score of 146 in the strongly agree category. The response of the main field testing group was by completing the 6 students' quiz questions based on KKM. For the student response questionnaire the main field testing group got a score of 312 in the strongly agree category. So it can be said that the learning media for power point macro based on problem based learning that has been developed are valid and practical.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk “Mengembangkan Media Pembelajaran Power Point Macro Berbasis Problem Based Laerning pada Materi Besaran dan Pengukuran Sebagai Sumber Belajar Siswa Kelas X”. Masalah dalam penelitian ini 1) Bagaimana  cara mengembangkan media pembelajaran power point macro berbasis problem based laerning pada materi besaran dan pengukuran sebagai sumber belajar siswa kelas X?, 2) Bagaimanakah karakteristik media pembelajaran power point macro berbasis problem based laerning yang dikembangkan memenuhi sasaran kevalidan dan kepraktisan?, 3) Bagaimanakah respon siswa selama pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran power point macro berbasis problem based laerning?. Model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu Borg and Gall. Yang terdapat 10 tahapan yaitu: tahap potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian, revisi produk dan produksi massal. Subjek penelitian kelas X MIPA SMA AL-IKHLAS Lubuklinggau dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Validasi yang dilakukan mendapatkan hasil dengan kategori sangat baik dengan skor 128. İnstrumentasi yang digunakan untuk menguku respon siswa menggunakan angket. Respon siswa kelompok terbatas dan guru mendapatkan skor 146 dalam kategori sangat setuju..Respon kelompok main field testing dengan mengerjakan soal quis 6 siswa tuntas berdasarkan KKM. Untuk angket respon siswa kelompok main field testing mendapatkan skor 312 dalam kategori sangat setuju. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa media pembelajaran power point macro berbasis problem based laerning yang dikembangkan telah valid dan praktis

    Ujaran Kebencian dalam Kolom Komentar YouTube pada Tahun Politik Pemilihan Presiden 2019

    YouTube as social media is not only a means of communication in social interactions, but can also be used as a means of political communication. As a means of political communication, YouTube is often used to convey opinions and support for political figures who are promoted through communication, especially seen in the comments column. Various communication styles are carried out by social media users, either through comments, criticisms, suggestions, and jokes, which have the opportunity to contain hate speech. This article is the result of qualitative research that focuses on interpreting the data that has been obtained with an in-depth explanation of the phenomenon of using hate speech in the comments column of the Youtube Channel for political news in Indonesia. Data that has been successfully extracted, collected, and recorded in research activities. The technique of testing the validity of the research data used member check and validation of media experts. The results of this study indicate that the hate speech that occurred in the 2019 presidential election political news on the YouTube channel is in the form of words and phrases, as well as the use of language styles. The language style of hate speech in this study is dominated by sarcasm, which means rude, contains cursing, insinuation, ridicule, and the use of names or nicknames for others with disrespect or even humiliation or insult.YouTube sebagai media sosial tidak hanya sebagai sarana komunikasi dalam pergaulan, tetapi dapat juga dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana komunikasi politik. Sebagai sarana komunikasi politik maka YouTube sering dimanfaatkan untuk menyampaikan pendapat dan dukungannya kepada tokoh-tokoh politik yang diusung melalui komunikasi khusunya terlihat pada kolom komentar. Berbagai gaya komunikasi dilakukan para pengguna media sosial, baik melalui komentar, kritik, saran, dan gurauan yang di dalamnya berpeluang mengandung ujaran kebencian. Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian kualitatif yang fokusnya untuk menginterpretasikan data yang telah didapatkan dengan penjelasan secara mendalam terhadap suatu fenomena penggunaan ujaran kebencian pada kolom komentar channel Youtube berita politik di Indonesia. Data yang telah berhasil digali, dikumpulkan, dan dicatat dalam kegiatan penelitian. Teknik uji validitas data penelitian ini menggunakan member check dan validasi pakar media. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ujaran kebencian yang terjadi pada berita politik pemilihan presiden 2019 di channel YouTube dalam bentuk kata dan frasa, serta penggunaan gaya bahasa. Gaya bahasa ujaran kebencian dalam penelitian ini didominasi gaya bahasa sarkasme yang bermakna kasar, mengandung umpatan, sindiran, ejekan, serta penggunaan sebutan atau julukan pada orang lain dengan tidak menghormati atau bahkan merendahkan atau menghina

    Anemia is a condition in which the number and size of red blood cells or concentrations of hemoglobin fall below the established cut-off value, consequently damaging the blood's capacity to transport oxygen throughout the body. Anemia in pregnancy is a maternal condition with hemoglobin (Hb) levels < 11 gr% in the I and III trimesters while in the second trimester hemoglobin levels < 10.5 gr%. Pregnancy anemia is called "potentional danger to mother and child", which is why anemia requires serious attention from all relevant parties in the health service. Mortality and morbidity of pregnant women, maternity and nifas are still a major problem in developing countries including Indonesia. The WHO estimates that worldwide more than 585,000 mothers die while pregnant or in labor.  The purpose of this activity is to help health workers detect HB levels of pregnant women and provide information on the importance of Hb levels in the blood for pregnant women. The method for this implementation activity is carried out by providing health education on counseling about pregnancy anemia and also conducting hb examination directly in pregnant women using HB sahli or HB digitally, this activity is carried out in three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation, this activity shows positive things in pregnant women with increasing knowledge about anemia in pregnancy with hb test results carried out.Anemia adalah suatu kondisi di mana jumlah dan ukuran sel darah merah atau konsentrasi hemoglobin jatuh di bawah nilai cut - off didirikan, akibatnya merusak kapasitas darah untuk mengangkut oksigen ke seluruh tubuh. Anemia dalam kehamilan adalah kondisi ibu dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) < 11 gr% pada trimester I dan III sedangkan pada trimester II kadar hemoglobin < 10,5 gr%. Anemia kehamilan di sebut “potentional danger to mother and child” (potensi membahayakan ibu dan anak), karena itulah anemia memerlukan perhatian serius dari semua pihak yang terkait dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Mortalitas dan morbiditas ibu hamil, bersalin dan nifas masih merupakan masalah besar di negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. WHO memperkirakan di seluruh dunia setiap tahunnya lebih dari 585.000 ibu meninggal pada saat hamil atau bersalin.  Tujuan di lakukan kegiatan ini untuk membantu tenaga kesehatan mendeteksi Kadar HB ibu hamil dan memberikan informasi terkait pentingnya kadar Hb dalam darah untuk ibu hamil. Metode untuk kegiatan pelaksanaan ini dilakukakan dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan mengenai penyuluhan tentang anemia kehamilan dan juga melakukan pemeriksaan Hb secara langsung pada ibu hamil dengan menggunakan HB sahli atau HB digital, kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi, kegiatan ini menunjukkan hal positif pada ibu hamil dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan tentang anemia pada kehamilan dengan hasil tes Hb yang di lakukan

    The condition of seagrass beds in Amahai Bay is relatively fertile, with a fairly high and wide density. Enhalus acoroides was chosen as a type of seagrass used for transplants in this study because Enhalus acoroides was quite abundant in the waters of Amahai Bay. Seed availability is one of the factors that need to be considered in the transplant business. There are several points in the waters of Amahai Bay where seagrass conditions do not grow evenly. Many fishermen who do fishing activities in the seagrass area inadvertently damage the ecosystem in the seagrass beds in that location. Under these conditions, it is important to do seagrass transplants so that the seagrass ecosystem is not increasingly damaged due to many human activities or natural factors. This experimental field research was carried out comparing the growth of transplanted seagrass Enhalus acoroides using the anchored sprig method. Determination of the location of the study carried out by the method of purposive random sampling. The research station in the waters of the village of Amahai at the substrate location of the muddy sand bottom with a depth of 0.85-1.5m. The station is divided into 3 observation points, with each location given 3 plots of 1x1m size with a transplant of 16 stands in each plot. The highest leaf growth rate for transplanted seagrass is at station 2, which is 3.76 mm.hr-1 on young leaves and 1.86 mm.day-1 for old leaves. And there is a difference in the speed of growth between the growth of natural seagrass and transplanted seagrass. The difference in transplantation stations has a very significant effect on the growth of seagrass leaves

    The purpose of this research that has been carried out is to analyze the diversity of morphology of stem modification (caulis) in the Sub-District of East Lubuklinggau I. The technique of collecting the data that has been carried out by observation. The data obtained from the study were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study have found 29 species, namely 12 species that have cirrhus, namely Pisum sativum, Psophocarpus tetragonolobus, Vigna sinensis, Ipomoea batatas, Piper betle, Cucumis sativus, Momordica charantia, Cucurbita moschata, Passiflora quadrangularis, Cylea barbata,  Vitis vinifera, Mikania micrantha, 7 species that have rhizomes, namely Cyperus rotundus, Etlingera hemisphaerica, Alpinia galangal, Kaempferia galangal, Zingiber officinale, Zingiber cassumunar, and Curcuma domestica, 4 species that have geragih, namely Cyperus rotundus, Marsilea crenata, Fragaria vesca and Solanum tuberosum , 4 species that have tuber namely Ipomoea batatas, Colocasia esculenta, Cyperus rotundus, and Solanum tuberosum,  3 species that spina, namely Solanum torvum, Hylocereus costaricensis, and Mammillaria xanaea, 1 species that has a bulb namely Amaryllis fariegata temporal sangat tinggi (Servina and 1 species that has tuber namely Musa paradisiaca, and diversity index (H') is 1.284 categorized as medium diversity
