    Pengaruh Konsentrasi Kepemilikan, Profitabilitas, Konservatisme Akuntansi dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan, terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

    This research discusses the influence of ownership concentration, profitability, accounting conservatism and sales growth on company value. The main objective of this research is to analyze and obtain empirical evidence whether there is an influence of ownership concentration, profitability, accounting conservatism, and sales growth on company value. The ownership concentration variable is measured using the Ownership formula, profitability is measured using the Return of Assets formula, accounting conservatism is measured using the Non-Operating Accrual formula, and sales growth is measured using the sales growth indicator formula. The method used to process data is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using the purposive sampling method. Data processing uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research object is non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2019 to 2022, where from the results of the analysis it was found that there were 27 non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2019 to 2022. Results This research shows that the variables that influence company value include profitability variables and sales growth variables

    A Pemanfaatan Mesin Pencacah Batang Nilam Pada Kelompok Tani Penghasil Minyak Nilam Di Kelurahan Limau Manis Selatan

    Kelurahan Limau Manis Selatan berkembang pesat dibidang pertanian dan industry kecil. Salah satunya tanaman nilam untuk diolah menjadi minyak nilam, ± 10 hektar telah siap panen. Walaupun begitu kapasitas produksi minyak nilam petani masih rendah, disebabkan proses produksi masih secara manual, khususnya pada proses pencacahan batang nilam dengan parang gerakan tangan. Proses manual hanya 100-120 kg hasil cacahan yang dihasilkan, dan minyak nilam yang dihasilkan ± 2,4 – 2,8 kg. Dengan keadaan ini sangat diperlukan mesin pencacah batang nilam agar hasil cacahan  minimal 500 kg/jam. Dari hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian didapatkan rancangan mesin berukuran panjang 90 cm x tinggi 70 cm x lebar 45 cm, tutup mesin berdiameter 45 cm, piring pencacah berdiameter 40 cm, pisau pencacah berukuran panjang 15 cm x lebar 7,8 cm dengan sudut kemiringan pisau 300, poros pencacah berukuran diameter 4 cm x panjang 30 cm, dan rangka berukuran panjang 85 cm x tinggi 35 cm x lebar 45 cm, dengan menggunakan bearing 2 buah kiri dan kanan poros mesin. Dari hasil pengujian mesin didapatkan mesin bekerja dengan baik, putaran mesin bisa diatur sesuai dengan yang diinginkan minimal putaran 400 rpm dan maksimal 1400 rpm. Putaran bisa diatur dan dirobah-robah karena menggunakan engine dengan daya 3,5 HP. Kapasitas mesin maksimal ± 460 kg/jam, dan hasil cacahan yang didapatkan pada putaran rendah panjang cacahan rata-rata 3 cm dan putaran tinggi rata-rata 1-2 cm. Secara keseluruhan mesin dapat mencacah dengan baik, bisa untuk batang nilam yang masih basah dan batang nilam yang kering

    This research was conducted on the construction project of Cimanggis - Cibitung toll road section 2 Sta. 27+070 to Sta. 50+353. The background of this research is the need to know a more efficient implementation method in terms of time and cost, given the importance of effectiveness and efficiency in construction projects. The purpose of this research is to determine the time of girder erection work using the skid launching method and the girder launcher method, Knowing the cost of implementing girder erection work with both methods, Comparing the efficiency of time and cost between the skid launching method and the girder launcher method, The data that has been obtained is analysed. From the results of the analysis of the two tools obtained the results of the erection process, namely the Launcher girder method is more efficient in the time of erection of steel box girder, requiring 6356 minutes compared to 7500 minutes in the Skid Launching method, the data obtained in terms of time while in terms of cost the Launcher girder method is more economical with a cost of Rp 13,867,349 per span compared to Rp 35,767,019 in the Skid Launching method. resulting in cost savings of IDR 21,899,669 or around 39%.From the data obtained, we can determine the most efficient method in terms of time and cost between the two methods. The methodology used in this study includes primary and secondary data collection, analysis of material requirements, productivity and duration of work, and cost analysis. The results showed that the girder launcher method is more efficient in terms of time and cheaper in terms of cost compared to the skid launching method. The findings are expected to serve as a reference in the implementation of similar projects in the future

    Penentuan Lokasi Pengembangan Tambak di Provinsi Banten Berdasarkan Analisis Geospasial dan Analytical Hierarchy Process

    Sumber daya perikanan yang besar di wilayah pesisir dan lautan Indonesia sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan karena berperan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan dan gizi masyarakat serta mampu menopang perekonomian Indonesia. Provinsi Banten merupakan salah satu provinsi yang sangat berpotensi untuk pengembangan budidaya perikanan, terutama budidaya air payau dikarenakan Provinsi Banten memiliki panjang garis pantai 964,307 km, 37 kecamatan pesisir, serta 133 desa pesisir dan 81 pulau-pulau kecil. Sistem budidaya perikanan air payau di Provinsi Banten yang efektif sebagian besar menggunakan sistem tambak. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomor 14/PRT/M/2015 Tahun 2015 tentang Kriteria dan Penetapan Status Daerah Irigasi, terdapat sebanyak 55 Daerah Irigasi Tambak (DIT) yang ada di Provinsi Banten yang terdiri dari 1 DIT kewenangan provinsi dan 54 DIT kewenangan Kab/Kota dengan total luasan sebesar 14.279 Ha. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey lapangan pada kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Banten yang daerahnya terdapat kawasan irigasi tambak dan pengumpulan data sekunder melalui kajian pustaka. Metode analisis untuk menentukan sebaran lokasi dan memutakhirkan delineasi tambak menggunakan analisis geospasial, sedangkan metode analisis yang untuk penentuan lokasi tambak potensial menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian diperoleh skor tertinggi adalah DIT Mekarsari di Kecamatan Panimbang dengan nilai 6,75 yang berarti bahwa pengembangan tambak yang paling potensial berada pada DIT Mekarsari di Desa Mekarsari Kecamatan Panimbang Kabupaten Pandeglang

    PQR Qualification (Procedure Qualification Record) is an important part of welding. To ensures that the welding procedures used meet the quality requirements of the welding fabrication project. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of welding and material thickness resistance attest coupon. One way to determine welding qualifications by means of this procedure is to use damage testing which is carried out on the material and welding until it is damaged and meets the set standards. This research will discuss PQR based on the AWS D1.1/D1.1M:2020 standard by requiring two tensile test specimens, two sets of scharpy v-notch (a set of three specimens), four side bend specimens and one macro specimen. The number and type of specimens are set in the AWS D1.1/D1.1M:2020 standard. Results of testing tensile obtained the difference in tensile strength between specimens 1st and 2nd specimens. The value obtained for tensile strength are 508 MPa and 515 MPa with 7 MPa of differences, but these results still with in the limits range of 470 to 630 MPa. Charpy impact testing obtained the results above required value of minimum 27 Joule. The surface bending test of the test specimen did not show any defect as well as in the macro testing. From the results of this tests, the quality of the welding and the thickness of the material can be determined

    Pengamatan Cacat Material Aluminium 6061 Proses Pemotongan Laser Menggunakan ESP32CAM

    Using high-pressure and high-temperature laser light emission techniques, laser cutting  works to cut materials in such a way that components at the laser cutting  point produce cutting  results. However, the current problem is that laser cutting  often produces material defects including protruding parts, burnt surfaces, and pores on the laser-cut parts. Given this problem, the purpose of this study is to develop a camera capable of identifying material defects caused by laser cutting . The research method is the preparation of 6061 aluminum material, the preparation of the ESP32CAM camera, and the preparation of laser cutting  parameter settings. In order to run the ESP32CAM program, C and OpenCV programming languages ​​are needed to identify items with material defects, color images, histograms, and FPS are needed. The results of the study showed that detecting defects at the highest FPS reading of 15.57 and a histogram value of 250 at the x coordinate and 950000 at the y coordinate. Eight defects in the material were found using Open CV detection on the ESP32CAM camera sample 3. From this technique it can be concluded that ESP32CAM is capable of identifying material defects caused by laser cutting

    Studi Kelayakan Pemanfaatan PV sebagai Sumber Energi Ruang Pendingin Karkas Ayam Broiler

    When chicken prices drop, farmers often extend the harvesting period, which inevitably increases production costs. An alternative solution is to store chickens as carcasses in cooling storage. Indonesia has significant solar energy potential for the implementation of solar cooling storage technology to reduce electricity costs as a power source for cooling storage. This study aimed to analyze the economic feasibility of designing solar cooling storage with a one-ton carcass capacity. The research method involved analyzing the costs of implementing cooling storage by comparing the costs of electricity sourced from PLN, solar energy using PV, and extending the harvesting period by up to 10 days. The analysis results showed that the designed cooling storage had a capacity of 12 m³, and the production costs for storing carcasses using hybrid PLN and PV electricity were more efficient than using PLN electricity alone. This cost-saving approach is significantly more efficient than the production costs incurred when farmers extended the harvesting period. In terms of economic feasibility, the BEP values for PLN and PV electricity sources were 18.86 and 21.02 years, respectively. The calculations showed a BEP difference of approximately 5 years between PLN and PV electricity; however, economically, PV systems were more advantageous in the long term

    Core Tax Administration System (CTAS) adalah sistem perpajakan terbaru dalam proses reformasi perpajakan jilid III pada pilar teknologi informasi dan basis data. CTAS sebagai pencapaian tertinggi Direktorat Jenderal Perpajakan dalam pembaruan digitalisasi perpajakan ini akan mulai diperkenalkan dan dipersiapkan pada tahun 2024. Internasional Sci-Tech Diving Assosiation (ISTDA) sebagai mitra belum memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang CTAS sebagai layanan digital untuk pelaporan SPT Tahunan PPh Wajib Pajak Badan tahun pajak 2024. Solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu dengan mengenalkan dan mengimplementasikan CTAS kepada mitra sebagai layanan digital perpajakan yang mudah, andal, terintegrasi, dan akurat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini diharapkan mampu berkontribusi dalam menyederhanakan proses perpajakan mitra melalui penggunaan CTAS.     Ceramic biomaterials based on hydroxyapatite (HA) and silica have been extensively studied due to their load-bearing capabilities in bone replacement and reconstruction applications. This study presents an analysis of the mechanical properties and physical characteristics of a mixture of bovine bone hydroxyapatite and silica with a resin binder as a candidate for bone implants. the objective of this research is to examine the effect of the quantity of hydroxyapatite grains and the composition of silica reinforcement particles on the mechanical and physical properties of the product. The methodology involves mixing bovine bone hydroxyapatite and silica in ratios of 90:10, 80:20, and 70:30. Subsequently, the specimens were molded and subjected to tensile tests to determine their tensile strength and elongation. Surface morphology analysis was conducted using a scanning electron microscope (SEM), while functional group and crystallographic analyses were performed using FTIR and XRD. the results indicate that the 70:30 composition provided the best outcomes, with a tensile strength of 13.07 MPa, compared to the 90:10 and 80:20 compositions, which had tensile strengths of 6.68 MPa and 12.96 MPa, respectively. The microstructure of the surface after tensile testing shows that the addition of silica can increase mechanical strength and reduce the porosity of the specimen surface

    Analisis Exergoeconomic Pada Kompresor Gas Engine Siklus Miller Berbahan Bakar Pome

    Energy efficiency is a crucial challenge in energy resource management. One innovative approach to improving efficiency is through exergy and exergoeconomic analysis. Exergy analysis considers not only the quantity of energy but also its quality, based on the second law of thermodynamics. Meanwhile, exergoeconomic analysis integrates exergy analysis with economic aspects, such as cost calculations. This study uses the Tandun Biogas Power Plant (PLTBg) as a case study to evaluate energy efficiency and operational costs. The analysis begins with the collection of economic data, including investment costs, fixed operation and maintenance (OM) costs, and variable OM costs.The results show that the investment cost is 0.016/kWh,fixedOMcostsare0.016/kWh, fixed OM costs are 0.030/kWh, and variable OM costs are 0.009/kWh.Thecostlossesduetoexergydestructionbeforetheoverhaulofthegasenginewererecordedat0.009/kWh. The cost losses due to exergy destruction before the overhaul of the gas engine were recorded at 127.23/hour, with contributions from each component as follows: combustion chamber (51.63/hour),compressor(51.63/hour), compressor (21.62/hour), and turbocharger (53.98/hour).Aftertheoverhaul,thetotalcostlossessignificantlydecreasedto53.98/hour). After the overhaul, the total cost losses significantly decreased to 3.3752/hour, with detailed losses from the combustion chamber (1.168/hour),compressor(1.168/hour), compressor (2.193/hour), and turbocharger ($0.0142/hour). This study demonstrates that exergy and exergoeconomic analysis can identify significant opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs in biogas-based power plants. This approach serves as a practical guideline for optimizing energy systems in the renewable energy industry sector
