Penilaian Masyarakat terhadap Kondisi Eksisting Pasar Tradisional yang Dikelola oleh Pemerintah Kota Padang
This study aims to analyze eight traditional markets managed by the Padang City Government. This analysis is to provide recommendations for changes or improvements to each traditional market which is one of the drivers of the economy of community, especially Padang City. The method of data collection is carried out on two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data through structured interviews in the form of questionnaires given to each buyer who visited eight traditional markets managed by the Padang City Government. While secondary data is obtained from agencies or agencies that are related to the object of research. The indicators used are hygiene factors, accessibility factors, merchant and goods factors, supporting support factors and supporting infrastructure factors. The results of the analysis conclude that from the eight traditional markets managed by Padang City Government, Bandar Buat Market, Tanah Kongsi Market, Alai Market and Market Siteba ranks Very Good. While the Simpang Haru Market, Ulak Karang Market and Lubuk Buaya Market have a Good rating, and the Belimbing Market has a Pretty Good rating. With these results, it is recommended to recommend a number of traditional markets that must be arranged, and developed, namely: Bandar Buat Market, Haru Simpang Tanah Kong, Ulak Karang, Alai, Siteba, Belimbing, and Lubuk Buaya, although the facilities are complete and the results of the buyer's assessment are good. Starting from the events on the island of Sumatra that often experience forest fires and result in the emergence of smog that can disrupt the respiratory tract in living things, especially in humans. Thus resulting in the emergence of diseases such as ispa, shortness of breath, and other diseases. This is caused by polluted air because the concentration of oxygen (O2) is only a few percent compared to air containing carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfide (S2) and other combustion substances. The smoke sensor is useful for activating the fan on the smoke filter tool automatically, the Fan functions as a smoke suction to be forwarded to the room where the smoke is filtered. The workings of this tool are, when the sensor reads the smoke content on the tool more than 140 ppm, then the relay connected to the fan will activate and make the fan spin. After the fan or fan lives, then the smoke will be sucked into a tube, where the tube has a small hose at the end, then the smoke is released at the end of the hose, where the end of the hose is soaked in a container containing water, where the air will be filtered. Raffia rope is very popular because of its many uses, in other words it is a versatile tool. In general, raffia ropes are widely used for various matters such as business in agriculture, as a binder, as a decoration for crafts, as hangers for clothes, sewing sacks, as reinforcement materials, and many others. Raffia straps are available in the form of rolls. At this time, there are still many processes of rolling raffia still using manual methods such as direct hand rolling or using traditional methods that still use a lot of human power so that it is considered ineffective and inefficient. Because there is still a lot of traditional process of rolling the rope or using hands, the idea arises to make a raffia rope rolling machine using a motorbike and transmission. Technically appropriate technology is a bridge between traditional technology and advanced technology, therefore socio-cultural and economic aspects are also dimensions that must be taken into account in managing appropriate technology. Analisis Rework Factor pada Pelaksanaan Proyek Gedung di Kota Padang Tahun 2019
Suatu proyek dikatakan sukses apabila minimal memenuhi empat faktor, antara lain adalah proyek berjalan sesuai jadwal kontrak, mendapatkan keuntungan karena pengeluaran sesuai dengan yang direncanakan, masalah yang terjadi dalam proyek kecil, dan tidak terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Jika teknis yang digunakan kurang baik maka akan berdampak buruk pada kinerja proyek dan dapat menimbulkan kerugian dari segi biaya, mutu, dan waktu. Salah satu kerugian yang ditimbulkan pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi disebabkan oleh karena adanya pengerjaan ulang (rework).
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab rework dan faktor dominan apa saja yang menjadi penyebab rework pada pelaksanaan proyek gedung di Kota Padang tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang melibatkan 22 orang responden, terdiri dari 11 perusaaan kontraktor dan masing-masing perusahaan terdapat 2 orang responden yaitu project manager dan site manager. Uji yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas, reabilitas, korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan analisis deskriptif berdasarkan nilai mean dengan bantuan program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) for Windows version 24.0.
Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi 5 faktor penyebab terjadinya rework: faktor manajerial, faktor metoda pelaksanaan konstruksi, faktor material, faktor sumberdaya manusia dan faktor site conditions. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor paling dominan penyebab rework adalah faktor manajerial, pada sub faktor kurangnya kerja sama tim (teamwork) sehingga hasil konstruksi tidak sesuai dengan kontrak (X1.4) dengan nilai mean 4.32 dan persentase sebesar 86.64 %

The road in west sumatera generally using flexible pavement, asphalt concrete binder course is used to hold the travic load, that’s why it is necessary to have a mixture with enough strength (Ariawan, 2007). Palm is one of nature resource which is widely available in west sumatera that produce palm oil. Pecentage refusal density is a state where asphalt mix that being compacted is much more bigger as simulation for secondary density, so when the mixture can’t be compacted anymore because of VIM refusal is decreasing result from the compacting until the ultimate state. The purpose of this research is to get the optimum bitumen content refusal with percentage refusal density method start from VIM refusal limit state ≤ 2% from the mixture with palm oil percentage 0%; 2,5%; 5%; 7,5%; 10%; 12,5%; and 15%, as the coarse aggregate substitute. The result from research show that the value of optimum bitumen content refusal from each mixture is 5,5%; 5,55%; 6,05%; 6,1%; 6,35%; 6,35%; and 6,45%. Pengaplikasian Mikrokontroler Arduino Uno Pada Simulasi Sistem Pengapian Mesin Bensin 4 Langkah (4 Silinder)
The 4 stroke (4 cylinder) gasoline engine ignition system simulation based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller was designed as one of the modeling of conventional ignition system modification into an electronic ignition system based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller. Conventional ignition systems are modified by removing distributor components and replaced with microcontrollers as ignition system controllers. Spark plug and coil cables are replaced with Igniton coil that uses Igniter. Arduino Uno microcontroller is used as a controller that receives signals from the optocoupler sensor and activates the module relay so that the electric current enters the Ignition Trigger, the voltage needed by Igniton Trigger is 2 V by using a step down transformer to reduce the voltage. PERCEIVED VALUE DAN PERCEIVED QUALITY TERHADAP BEHAVIORAL INTENTION WISATAWAN DI TAPLAU PADANG
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived value and perceived quality partially to the behavioral intention of tourists in Taplau Padang. The population in this study are domestic tourists visiting Taplau Padang. The number of samples in this study were 30 respondents which using the technique of non probability sampling. This study is proving the perceived value and perceived quality can influence the behavioral intention of tourists. This study is using descriptive quantitative analysis method which statistical hypothesis testing. Stages of testing the authors do include multiple linear regression test, t-statistical test and coefficient of determination (R2). Results of multiple linear regression analysis in obtaining value Y = 5.255 + 0.751 X1 + 0.233 X2 + e. Perceived value has a significant influence on the behavioral intention of tourists and perceived quality has no significant effect on the behavioral intention of tourists in Taplau Padang because the significant value is greater than 0.05. while simultaneously perceived value and perceived quality influence the behavioral intention of tourists in taplau Padang. And perceived value and perceived quality contribute to the influence of behavioral intention of 61.5% and the remaining 38.5% influenced by other factors
