ANALISIS PROFIL USAHA PENGUSAHA PEREMPUAN SUMATRA BARAT: KASUS PADA PENGUSAHA PEREMPUAN DI PADANG
Today, entrepreneurship is one of the independence work that interested by some people which has independence self. The prime objective of this research is to investigate women entrepreneur in Padang (as know with struggle women in Minang clan). Moreover, this research also want to make clear about obstacles of business in order to women entrepreneur (they known as a community which almost spent time at home). The method of study is deepth of interviews to selected women entrepreneur in this city. The result shown that there are 3 factors become a huge women motivation for them, namely economic factors, environment influence and self actualization. Finally, a bighope to them is this is a opportunity to find a new work place for other in arounding them, especially their relatives
Variasi Kadar Filler Pada Campuran Beton Aspal Menggunakan Bahan Tambah Anti Stripping
Filler function to fill cavities between aggregate granules which can affect the characteristics of asphalt concrete mixture. The purpose of this study is to obtain the characteristics of AC-WC asphalt concrete mixtures and determine the optimum variation of filler content on AC-WC asphalt concrete mixtures using cement fillers and anti-stripping additives that meet the specifications of Bina Marga 2010. ; 5.5%; 6%; 6.5%; 7%; 7.5%; and 8% each made with a variation of cement filler of 1%; 3%; 5%; 7%; and 9%; the addition of Wetfix Be 0.3% to the asphalt. The method of implementation is by mixing the wetfix Be first with asphalt, then aggregating according to the ideal mix gradation proportions. Dependent variables (research parameters) include density, percent cavity in aggregate (VMA), percent cavity filled with asphalt (VFB), percent cavity against mixture (VIM), stability, melt, and results for Marshall (MQ). Marshall testing method based on SNI 06-2489-1991. The results of the study obtained KAO in 1% cement filler variation; 3%; 5%; 7%; and 9%, each at 6.75%; 6.5%; 6.35%; 6.5% and 7.125%. KAO average of 6.65%. The range of cement filler levels which still meet the Marshall parameters at 2% cement filler up to 9%. The optimum cement filler content for asphalt concrete mixture is 5.5%, with a VMA value of 19.19%; VFB 77.12%; VIM 4.39%; Stability of 1670.48kg; melting 4.80mm, and MQ 349.78 kg / mm, meeting the specifications of Bina Marga 2010
Perkembangan PDRB Kota Padang Atas Dasar Harga Berlaku Menurut Lapangan Usaha Tahun 2014 – 2018
An area has its own income, usually derived from the transaction process carried out in it. This is called an economic indicator. This economic indicator is used to see the rate of economic growth that has levels from national to regional. At the regional level, such as provinces, districts / cities and even sub-districts, this is known as the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Because of its role as one of the main indicators in the economy, making this GDP automatically plays an important role. Therefore, the purpose of writing this article is to monitor economic developments that occur in the area, especially in Padang city as the capital of West Sumatra Province. The research method used is a qualitative method by describing the development of Padang City's GDP according to the field of business in 2014-2019 and conducting an analysis within a period of five years. The type of data used is primary data from the Regional Apparatus Organization in Padang and BPS as a source of secondary data. The results of the analysis illustrate that the economic structure of Padang city in 2018 is dominated by 4 sectors as seen from the distribution of the 2018 GDP percentage, namely; Large and Retail Trade, Car and Motorcycle Repair (16.91%), Transportation and Warehousing (16.73%), Manufacturing Industry (13.12%) and Construction (10.38%). These four sectors contributed 57.14% of the total 2018 GRDP which contributed to the 6.09% economic growth in Padang City. The fifth sector is Information and Communication by 6.97%
Komparasi Kinerja Bank Mandiri dan Bank BCA Berdasarkan Rasio Profitabilitas
This study aims to compare the profitability of Bank Mandiri with BCA banks. they differ in ownership status and different amount of assets but are able to obtain almost the same profit. Using descriptive analysis because it is done to show and describe the state of the object of research related to profitability (measured by the ratio of GPM, NPM, ROA, ROE, BOPO, Rate of Return on Loans and Interest Expense Ratio) of the company. The objects of this study are Bank Mandiri and Bank BCA. The results of this study indicate that Bank BCA has better performance than Bank Mandiri based on profitability ratios. The best performance is shown by the ratio of NPM and BOPO
Analisis I-Girder Baja Pada Jembatan Lengkung Horizontal Menggunakan Standar AASHTO LRFD 2012
Horizontal curved bridge is a bridge with a cross section of a curved steel I-girder that requires complex geometry and has certain requirements. which different between a straight bridge with a horizontal curved bridge that is in addition to the vertical bending effect and the shear effect is also influenced by torsional effects, lack of stability, and special constructive attention, and consideration of system behavior in the analysis. The purpose of writing this final project is to be able to do the bridge structure modeling using Midas Civil software, to design the structure of the horizontally curved steel I-girder bridge, and Obtaining the dimensions of I-Girder steel horizontally curved bridge that is able to resistance the effects of curvature and loads that work in accordance with predetermined conditions, and know the behavior of elements from horizontally curved steel I-Girder bridge. This design refers to AASHTO LRFD 2012 and design carried out namely three continuous span (42 m + 55 m + 42 m) by using two pieres. the dimensions of steel I-girder with 2000 mm girder height of 20 mm body thickness, top flange width 500 mm thickness 25 mm, and bottom flange width 600 mm thickness 40 mm. From the results of the girder design there are some of conditions which can be said to be extreme because comparison between the compressive stress with capacity almost the same, that is 99.8% at the inertia-x on maximum positive moment fatigue condition, 95% at the inertia-y on maximum positive moment strength lime state condition, and 98% the maximum positive moment Constructibility on torsion. This proves that every agreed has extreme. However, this value is still within safe limits in accordance with the standards used
Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Beton Bertulang Berdasarkan Analisa Pada Proyek Dan Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP) SNI 2016 Pada Proyek Pembangunan Aeon Mixed Use Project Phase II-Apartemen 3 Sentul City Bogor
Hasil analisa biaya pekerjaan beton bertulang pada kolom, balok, dan pelat lantai sesuai dengan analisa pihak kontraktor dengan menggunakan metoda Budgeted Cost of Work Performed didasarkan pada laporan harian proyek, estimasi pekerja dan alat yang digunakan sesuai dengan kondisi lapangan didapatkan Rp. 2.899.987.012,-. Hasil perhitungan estimasi biaya pekerjaan beton bertulang pada kolom, balok, dan pelat lantai dengan menggunakan metoda AHSP SNI 2016 menggunakan software Microsoft Excel didapatkan sebesar Rp.4.872.399.540,34,-. Selisih biaya total pekerjaan beton bertulang pada kolom, balok, dan pelat lantai kedua metode ini adalah sebesar Rp.1.972.412.528,-. Penggunaan estimasi biaya pihak kontraktor dengan menggunakan metoda Budgeted Cost of Work Performed didapatkan hasil yang lebih rendah dari pada analisa AHSP SNI 2016
Potensi Wisata Halal dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat
Tourism is a sector that is growing very rapidly at this time in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to explore the potential of halal tourism owned by Air Manis Beach (PAM) which can increase income and welfare of the surrounding community. This research is a qualitative study which uses primary data as the source of the data. Data obtained through field observations and in-depth interviews with selected respondents. These respondents consisted of 10 business people or community who are in PAM. The results of this study indicate that the community around PAM including business actors in PAM feel the great potential of PAM tourism in increasing employment opportunities, business chances and increasing their welfare. The hoping is that the government can cooperate better with the community and business practitioners in PAM in terms of management, development and improvement of these tourist destinations
Teknologi VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) sebagai Solusi Komunikasi Berbasis IP
Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dengan judul “Teknologi VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) Sebagai Solusi Komunikasi Berbasis IP” ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun infrastruktur komunikasi gratis menggunakan teknologi VoIP berbasiskan jaringan komputer di SMK Cendana Padang Panjang dalam rangka berbagi sumber daya berupa ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini, perangkat sekolah seperti pimpinan, guru dan tenaga administrasi dapat melakukan komunikasi di lingkungan sekolah tanpa dikenakan biaya sedikitpun. Implemenetasi teknologi ini merupakan problem solving, komprehensif, bermakna dan tuntas terhadap tantangan yang dihadapi saat ini.
Kegiatan ini telah dilakukan dengan metode berupa perancangan dan pemasangan perangkat keras jaringan komputer yang kemudian dikonfigurasi dan diatur sedemikian rupa agar proses komunikasi melalui teknologi VoIP dapat dilakukan dengan lancar
Construction Safety Plan pada Gedung Bertingkat berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 05/PRT/M/2014
This research is motivated by the frequent occurrence of work accidents in construction projects during 2017-2018, this gives a meaning that there is still a lack of attention to aspects of occupational health and safety (OHS). Therefore a plan is made which, if implemented in a project, can minimize the occurrence of work accidents called the construction safety plan. The purpose of this research is to make a construction safety plan by identifying any risks that can cause work accidents in construction projects.
This research is based on direct observation methods on construction projects and literature studies related to risk and OHS. This research begins by identifying risks based on the Minister of Public Works Regulation PERMENPU NUMBER: 05 / PRT / M / 2014 where there will be hazards that can cause workplace accidents and how to control them, then a construction safety plan consisting of work safety policies, targets and work safety programs, and implementation of workplace safety activities in the field.
The results of this study are that there are 36 risk variables that can cause work accidents, consisting of 7 variables with high risk, 21 variables with moderate risk and 8 variables with low risk. The targets made were the achievement of zero accidents with safety induction programs, safety precautions, safety talk, safety meetings, safety patrols and the use of personal protective equipment. Then the implementation plan of work safety in the field includes evacuation route planning, building protection planning, planning to work at height, etc

Reverse Engineering (RE) is a process in manufacturing that aims to reproduce or recreate existing models, either components, sub-components, or products without using existing design documents or working drawings. Through this reverse engineering idea, the process of making the Pump Block component is started with making part and mold design, making sand casting, then finished with machining processes. The machining process that is carried out is the turning process, the milling process, and the drilling process which is assisted by using jigs and fixture to make it easier on finishing the Pump Block parts in the machining process. By using the processes, so it is produced the similar pump block that is resemble with desired original object
