Perbandingan Perencanaan Tebal Perkerasan Jalan Paving Block Metoda Analisa Komponen (MAK) 1987 dengan MAK 2002
Get PDFConcrete blocks are an alternative surface coating for road construction made of a mixture of cement, filler and water. The road that will be redesigned with pavement thickness is the DR. Moh. Hatta section of Pasar Baru - Gate of Unand Padang. This road has an uphill contour so that conventional roads are unable to withstand the flow of water falling down, causing puddles that can damage the road construction. Pavement thickness planning for paving block roads on Jalan DR. Moh. Hatta Padang uses the 1987 component analysis method and the 2002 component analysis method by entering the road planning parameters: the carrying capacity of the soil is obtained from the CBR value of the subgrade, the traffic load is obtained from the average daily traffic. With a subgrade CBR of 5.25%, 8 cm thick paving blocks with K-300 quality, 100% CBR crushed stone foundation layer, and 70% CBR gravel bottom foundation layer. So from the 1987CAM results obtained a surface layer with a thickness of 8 cm, 10 cm lean concrete, 15 cm top foundation layer, and 10 cm bottom foundation layer. While 2002 CAM obtained a surface layer of 8 cm thick, 10 cm of lean concrete, 10 cm of top foundation layer, and 10 cm of bottom foundation layer.
 
Bagaimana Responsivitas dan Biaya Peralihan Mempengaruhi Retensi Pelanggan?
Get PDFRetensi pelanggan penting untuk dianalisis agar perusahaan mampu menentukan berbagai strategi dalam mempertahankan pelanggan. Selain itu, retensi pelanggan merupakan satu tahap di atas loyalitas pelanggan sehingga perusahaan perlu untuk selalu mengetahuinya karena bermanfaat dalam pengelolaan pelanggan. Penlitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh responsivitas dan biaya beralih terhadap retensi pelanggan. Sebanyak tujuh puluh responden yang dipilih pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa pascasarjana (program master) untuk jurusan Manajemen Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) yang menggunakan kartu seluler SIMPATI pada telepon genggam mereka. Sampel bertujuan merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan alat SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel responsivitas dan biaya beralih memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel retensi pelanggan. Secara parsial, variabel responsivitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel retensi pelanggan, sementara tidak untuk variabel biaya beralih. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,146 yang berarti retensi pelanggan pada penelitian ini dijelaskan hanya sebesar 14,6% oleh responsivitas dan biaya beralih. Beberapa rekomendasi dinyatakan dalam artikel ini untuk kesempurnaan penelitian selanjutnya

Sehingga pencucian tangan dengan menggunakan pedal menjadi alternatif yang bisa dimanfaatkan karena pengguna tidak memegang kran air secara langsung, pengguna cukup menginjak pedal yang sudah disediakan pada bahagian bawah wastafel untuk mengaktifkan kran air. Pemberian dua buah wastafel otomatis yang diposisikan di pasar bawan dan kantor wali nagari Bawan kecamatan ampek nagari ini bisa memberikan kebiasaan kepada pengunjung, baik yang berada di pasar ataupun di kantor wali nagari untuk terbiasa mencuci tangan. Get PDFInfrastructure development, according to the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of PUPR 2020-2024, is prioritized to support basic services, economic development, and urban development. The implementation of infrastructure development is strived to increase economic growth. However, non-compliance with quality standards is still a problem in infrastructure development. One of the quality standards that is often overlooked is the environmental management system to ensure environmental quality in construction projects. There is a need for environmental management on a project that runs according to the standards planned and the importance of implementing environmental management in the project. Therefore, a detailed study is needed in identifying and analyzing the implementation of the environmental management system and the constraints on its implementation in construction projects obtained by scientific questionnaire method and observation with contractor employees as internal parties and construction management consultant employees and owners as external parties in a construction project in Jakarta. The data were analyzed by using statistical tests with multiple linear regression, seeing its application in the field, and analyzing supporting documents. The clauses that are considered in the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system are clauses 4-10. The results of the analysis show that clause 5 is the clause with the highest application effect with a regression coefficient of 0.967. Factors that become obstacles and need special attention in this project are clauses 4, 6, and 10

Good human resources management will improve the quality of employee performance at PT ASKRINDO Surakarta Branch. This study used qualitative methods and data were obtained from interviews with informants consisting of 8 employee of PT ASKRINDO Surakarta Branch and various literature reviews as a method of data collection. The results showed that human resources management was proven to have an effect on employee performance at PT ASKRINDO Surakarta Branch with several indicators on human resources management; human resource procurement, human resource development, career development, job performance appraisal, compensation, worker safety and health, and job analysis and design. So, with an increase in human resource management will improve the performance of employees at PT ASKRINDO Surakarta Branch
Financial Performance Analysis Before and During The Covid-19 Pandemic
Get PDFThe trade sector is one of the biggest economic generators and the most contributing sector towards the gross domestic product (GDP). Unfortunately, the growth of the trade sector stumbles due to the Covid-19 pandemic. According to BPS, this sector is one of the real sectors that is greatly affected by the pandemic situation whereas the demand side experiences a big slump due to the lockdown which makes in and out goods hardly possible. Thus, it leads to the decline of export and import transactions. This study mainly attempts to investigate whether there are significant differences in financial performance during the Covid-19 pandemic and before in trading, service, and investment sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Documentation study is implemented as a data collection technique with a quantitative comparative approach. Variables included in this study are Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), Cash Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR). While the analytical technique used in testing the hypothesis is the Paired Sample T-Test and the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test in the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program. Research finding shows significant differences in Net Profit Margin (NPM), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Return on Equity (ROE), and Return on Assets (ROA) before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Pengaruh Fraksi Volume Serat Jerami Terhadap Kekuatan Material Komposit Aplikasi Kayu Lapis
Get PDFPolymer Matrix Composite (PMC) is a composite material that uses a polymer matrix most widely used in industry, transportation, and everyday life. Plywood is one of the current industrial needs that is growing rapidly and is becoming a leading export. However, besides that, the availability of raw materials is decreasing along with deforestation. Resulting in the need for alternative raw materials. Straw is one of the largest wastes that is not utilized optimally. It can be used as straw as a reinforcing material for environmentally friendly composite materials. Composite material was made using the hand lay up method, with straw fiber purchased with 4% NaOH treatment using Yukalac 157 BQTN-EX unsaturated polyester resin and MEPOXE A hardener. Then, tensile testing was carried out with volume fractions of straw fiber 5%, 10% 20% and 30 % This shows that the volume fraction of straw fiber affects the strength of the composite material. The tensile strength value of the straw fiber composite meets the minimum standard for tensile strength in plywood. Judging from the surface structure of the composite material, there are voids or air bubbles. However, the most visible in the sample with fractions of 10% and 20%. Further research needs to be done with other tests such as hit test, sandpaper test to meet the requirements for SNI standard plywood
Perancangan Pembangkit Listrik Pikohydro Dengan Tipe Turbin Screw
Get PDFThe screw type water turbine is one type of water turbine that has the potential to generate electricity on a small scale that is environmentally friendly, where this screw type water turbine is very suitable for rivers and irrigation flows in the territory of Indonesia because the use or operation of this turbine only requires low turbine head, looking at the potential for irrigation river water flow with a discharge range of 0.01-0.1 m3/s located in the lowlands in a Karawang district, it is possible to install or apply this screw type water turbine. In this study aims to be able to utilize the source of irrigation flow so that it can be converted into a source of electrical energy that can be utilized by local residents and for lighting on roads that are still poorly lit. In the process of designing a screw type water turbine, mechanical calculations are carried out to determine thedimensions of the turbine blades, turbine shaft, transmission systems such as pulleys and belts, as well as the power that can be generated by the turbine, with a relative head between 0.5 meters, 0.75 meters, and 0.9 meters and determine the correct components. The results of this calculation are obtained in the form of output power from each different head height for head 0.5, the power obtained is 220.89795 watts, for the 0.75 m head, the power is 394.29519 watts, and for the height 0.9, the output power is 356.13926 watts, the results of the design will then be made and will be realized

Popping up pada lantai keramik akan menimbulkan masalah pada saat perbaikannya, kadang tipe keramik dengan motif dan warna yang sama tidak diproduksi lagi, selain itu proses pemasangannya kadang sulit untuk dapat rapi seperti semula.

Objek wisata ini dibangun berdasarkan ide dari masyarakat serta memanfaatkan potensi yang ada di masyarakat juga. Pengelolaan objek wisata yang ada di Desa Tungkal Selatan dilakukan oleh kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) Saiyo yang dibentuk pada 10 Januari 2020. Karena dibentuk berdasarkan keinginan masyarakat maka pengurus pokdarwis diangkat berdasarkan keinginan semata meski tidak memiliki kemampuan manajemen dan pengetahuan tentang pariwisata dengan segala aspeknya. Kelompok Sadar Wisata yang ada saat ini belum bisa berbuat banyak karena belum memiliki pemahaman menyeluruh tentang dunia pariwisata. Setelah berdiskusi dengan Kelompok Sadar Wisata Saiyo dan Perangkat Desa Tungka Selatan maka dirancanglah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang berfokus pada peningkatan pemahaman Pokdarwis dan Masyarakat sekitar tentang pengelolaan objek wisata. Pelatihan ini akan mentransfer kepada Kelompok Sadar Wisata Saiyo, Perangkat Desa beserta masyarakat sekitar objek wisata pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam bidang :Manajemen dan Organisasi, Pengelolaan Atraksi Wisata, Penataan Fasilitas di Seputaran Objek Wisata, Penentuan Harga Makanan di Objek Wisata, Sapta Pesona
