    Analisis Pengaruh Desain Pekerjaan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja SDM Dimediasi Motivasi Kerja

    The aims of this study were to analyze the mediating effect of work motivation on the influence of job design and organizational culture on human resource performance. Research design is a detailed design that is used as a study guide that leads to research objectives. The object of this research is the human resources of the Karanganyar Regency Environmental Service. In this study there was a population of 55 people with a sample of 35 respondents. Sampling used a purposive sampling method, with the criteria of employees who have worked for more than one year and have at least a bachelor's degree. Test validity and reliability using smart PLS analysis on the outer model. Hypothesis testing uses the inner smart PLS model. The results of the analysis analysis show that there is a significant direct effect of work design on human resource performance and work motivation, there is a significant direct effect of organizational culture on work motivation and human resource performance, there is a significant direct effect between work motivation on human resource performance , there is an indirect effect of work design on human resource performance through work motivation mediating variables

    Pengaruh Penambahan Filler Al2O3 dan TiO2 pada Resin Polyester terhadap Sifat Fisik dan Mekanik

    Polyester composites have been developed to have high strength and light density, but the fracture occurs due to very little plastic deformation or low strain values, pre-failure detection is difficult in these composites due to the rapid propagation of cracks in the composite system. To increase the strength and delay failure, the addition of filler in the form of Al2O3 and TiO2 particles is carried out. The use of particles as fillers in polymer composite materials is increasingly being developed. In this study, Al2O3 and TiO2 particles (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10% vol.) were added in polyester matrix BQIN EX 157. by casting method; the liquid homogeneous mixture was carefully poured into a simple mould to be air dried. The composites were cut to serve as specimens for density test, mechanical tests such as tensile and compressive tests. The results showed a density of 1.23 g/cm3, a maximum strength of 47 MPa for 2% additional Al2O3 filler, (tensile, decreasing ̴11%) and 120 MPa (compressive) for a maximum of 2% additional Al2O3 (compressive, decreasing ̴3%) with TiO2 filler. The decrease in strength was caused by uneven particle dispersion, voids and agglomeration that occurred during the casting process

    K-Beauty Craze in Indonesia: A Study of Consumer Purchase Intentions

    This study investigates how brand ambassadors, digital marketing and brand image influences consumer purchase intention for beauty products in South Korea with brand trust as a mediating variable. This research involved 230 people from Indonesia who had bought beauty products from South Korea in which purposive sampling method is applied in the collection of relevant data. Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method is applied which is then processed in the SmartPLS software. It is found that brand ambassadors and digital marketing does have a positive and significant effect on brand trust. On the other hand, brand ambassador, brand image and brand trust have a significant positive effect on purchase intention as well. The mediation results show that brand trust as a mediator can mediate significantly and positively between brand ambassadors on purchase intention, which means that through well-known brand ambassadors with a good reputation, they can help company brands in maintaining consumer trust in brands and encourage interest in buying products indirectly.     &nbsp

    Optimasi Pemanfaatan LPG Sebagai Bahan Bakar Genset Untuk Mendukung Program Penghematan Energi

    The use of LPG  as a generator fuel needs to be optimized. For this reason, the correct LPG  gas flow rate needs to be studied so that it becomes economical. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of fuel flow rate variation and Choke Valve variation on the performance of a 4-stroke generator. Gas enters the carburetor with varying gas flow rates of 3 L/minute, 4 L/minute, 5 L/minute and 6 L/minute. Then the generator is set to run stably on fully open, half and closed Choke Valve variations. From these variations, a combination is then sought to produce the smallest LPG  flow rate with optimum power. The generator can operate well at flow rates of 4 L/min and 5 L/min with the Choke Valve variation position fully open. This shows that the ratio of LPG  and air reaches the ideal condition so that the combustion process is complete. Optimization of LPG  consumption in the generator is set at a flow rate of 4 L/minute with the Choke Valve fully open. Thus the excessive use of LPG  can be saved

    Parkir merupakan bagian dari fasilitas yang menyatu dari sistem jalan secara keseluruhan. Parkir merupakan permasalah umum pada transportasi perkotaan, baik di kota berkembang maupun di kota besar. Masalah parkir juga merupakan sesuatu yang tidak dapat diatasi oleh beberapa fasilitas umum seperti rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik parkir dan manajemen perparkiran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara survei pencacahan langsung dilokasi Rumah Sakit Tentara Kota Solok. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan di area parkir Rumah Sakit Tentara Kota Solok (On Street Parking), didapatkan akumulasi parkir untuk kendaraan roda dua selama 4 hari dalam interval waktu 15 menit didapatkan jumlah kendaraan yang tertinggi pada hari Rabu sebanyak 110 kendaraan dengan 80 SRP, sedangkan untuk kendaraan roda empat sebanyak 26 kendaraan dengan 18 SRP oleh karena itu permintaan kebutuhan ruang parkir tidak dapat dipenuhi karena kapasitas ruang parkir yang tersedia tidak mampu untuk menampung kendaraan pengunjung rumah sakit, sehingga perlu penambahan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan parkir pada jam puncak atau pada waktu akumulasi parkir maksimum yang sesuai dengan Pedoman Teknis Penyelenggara Fasilitas Parkir dengan jumlah tempat tidur 80 maka jumlah SRP yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 104 SRP. Dari 100 responden yang mengisi kuesioner, rata-rata dari 8 pertanyaan mengenai kenyaman, keamanan dan operasional responden memilih cukup. Dengan adanya masalah parkir dibahu jalan sebaiknya pengatur parkir perlu dikembangkan terutama pada waktu sibuk kendaraan memasuki area agar tidak mengganggu siklus kendaraan lainnya, perlu diberi batasan-batasan parkir seperti petak-petak parkir sehingga tidak ada kendaraan yang parkir sembarangan dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada pihak Rumah Sakit Tentara Kota Solok untuk menyediakan lahan parkir yang memadai sesuai dengan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat 1996 yaitu sebanyak 104 SRP

    Photogrammetry Technology by Using DJI Phantom 4 RTK in Batang Mahat, Lima Puluh Kota Regency West Sumatera

    Technological developments in the field of engineering have increased rapidly. The use of geospatial information becomes one of the bases for decision-making related to planning, managing, and evaluating a field, especially in engineering, which includes the field of measurement and making topographic maps or Digital Elevation Model (DEM). High-resolution geospatial information can create a high-resolution Digital Elevation Model (DEM) map that can be very useful in making models or maps of flood-affected areas. This research will use the photogrammetry technology with DJI Phantom 4 RTK to create the DEM data of Batang Mahat located in Lima Puluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra Province. 28 flights at predetermined points had carried out to measure the area of about 9 km2. All the results of photos captured by the drone will be imported to Agisoft Metashape 1.8.2 software to create the DEM data. The DEM was then compared with DEM data from DEMNAS and the measurement data of Batang Mahat by the SDABK office. The result shows that photogrammetry technology using DJI Phantom 4 RTK compared to measurement data and DEMNAS have a similar ground elevation but different river elevation. This is because the photogrammetry by using DJI Phantom 4 RTK is not equipped with LiDAR. An alternative to solve the problem is by combining the DEM data by DJI Phantom 4 RTK with data from terrestrial surveys. However, this method is quite expensive and ineffective in analyzing flood inundation compared to DEM data (8 m resolution) from DEMNAS

    Corn is the main food after rice, corn has the same nutritional value of protein, carbohydrates, and calories as rice. In everyday life, corn, in addition to being used as a food ingredient, can also be used as an industrial raw material and animal feed. But in the processing process, there are still difficulties if done manually because it takes a long time to shell corn kernels before being processed into corn-based foods. Therefore, a tool is needed to support the availability of corn quickly and support corn productivity. So, the author designed a corn sheller machine that can increase time efficiency. From the results of the design of the components used in the corn sheller machine, the diameter of the shaft used was at least 28 mm, the v-belt used was typed A with a length of 40 inches totaling 2 pieces, a drive pulley with a diameter of 2 inches, a pulley that was driven by 6 inches in diameter, the key used were 8mm x 7mm x 18mm, and used a gasoline engine with a power of 5.5 Hp.     Kerjasama dan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan adalah pada salah satu madrasah di lingkungan Kantor Kementerian Agama yaitu  MTsN 3 Kota Padang. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh MTsN 3 Kota Padang adalah sekolah ini belum memiliki unit program robotik dan masih terbatasnya kemampuan/kompetensi para guru khususnya guru yang nantinya akan membimbing siswa pada unit program ini. Sedangkan berdasarkan surat ketetapan yang dikeluarkan oleh Kepala Kantor kementerian Agama Kota Padang yang menyatakan bahwa mulai tahun 2021 Program Robotik merupakan salah satu program unggulan Madrasah di lingkungan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Padang baik di tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) maupun madrasah Aliyah (MA). Oleh karena itu berdasarkan diskusi dan surat yang diajukan oleh kepala sekolah MTsN 3 Kota Padang kepada Pimpinan Politeknik Negeri Padang (PNP), sekolah berkeinginan segera merintis unit program robotik ini. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini dilakukan upaya kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru dan siswa agar unit program robotik yang akan dirintis dapat berjalan dengan baik. Pada tahap awal ini fokus pada kegiatan dapat membuat karya inovasi sederhana yang berhubungan dengan Robotik diantaranya pengenalan robot, komponen pendukung robot serta pembuatan program robot sederhana. Peningkatan kompetensi guru dan siswa merupakan target luaran utama yang ingin dicapai. Indikatornya  adalah munculnya unit program robotik sebagai salah satu ekstrakulikuler siswa sehingga akan muncul kreatifitas-kreatifitas baru baik dari guru maupun siswa

    Jurusan Teknik Audio dan Video (TAV) SMK 2 Taruna Padang memiliki tujuan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki kompetensi dan daya saing yang mampu menangani permasalahan elektronika serta kebutuhan industri. Jika mengamati perkembangan teknologi yang ada di pasar industri, khususnya di indonesia, secara langsung sudah dapat terintegrasi dengan internet, dimana teknologi cerdas ini dikenal sebagai Internet of Things (IoT). Namun, hasil penelusuran survei lapangan menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum jurusan TAV SMK 2 Taruna Padang saat ini belum memiliki mata pelajaran khusus mengenai IoT sehingga pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa mengenai IoT belum optimal. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini, tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Politeknik Negeri Padang (PNP) memberikan solusi berupa kemampuan teknis (hard skill) dan kemampuan sosial (soft skill) kepada siswa melalui pelatihan smart home berbasis IoT. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi bersama siswa terkait penerapan IoT pada smart home serta bimbingan, pelatihan perakitan dan perancangan sistem kontrol smart home menggunakan software Arduino UNO. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan dan kuisioner menunjukkan bahwa siswa TAV SMK 2 Padang mampu menguasi kompetensi yang diberikan. Selain pelatihan, tim PkM PNP yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa menyerahkan modul pembelajaran, prototype, serta komponen sistem smart home kepada jurusan TAV SMK 2 Padang sebagai pengembangan bahan pembelajaran sekolah
