    Penguatan Ekonomi Lokal Pengembangan Branding Produk Unggulan di Kelurahan Baringin

    Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di kelurahan Baringin Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan kota Padang dengan tema penguatan ekonomi lokal pengembangan branding produk unggulan. Kelurahan Baringin memiliki potensi ekonomi lokal yang besar, namun belum dioptimalkan dengan baik. Salah satu faktornya adalah kurangnya branding produk unggulan. Hal ini menyebabkan produk lokal sulit bersaing di pasaran dan nilai jualnya rendah. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan ekonomi lokal melalui pengembangan branding produk unggulan di Kelurahan Baringin. Metode: Melakukan identifikasi produk unggulan. Mengembangkan strategi branding. Melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha. Membantu pemasaran produk unggulan. Target Capaian Luaran: Teridentifikasinya produk unggulan di Kelurahan Baringin. Tersusunnya strategi branding produk unggulan. Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam branding. Penjualan produk unggulan di pasar yang lebih luas. Manfaat lainnya adalah meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku usaha dan menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Sehingga melalui pengembangan branding produk unggulan di Kelurahan Baringin diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ekonomi lokal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pengabdian diikuti oleh 12 orang pelaku usaha lokal di kelurahan Baringin dan menghasilkan 9 desain logo produk “branding”. Harapannya logo yang dihasilkan pada kegiatan pendampingan ini dapat digunakan untuk promosi dari produk yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat kelurahan ini

    Referring to the vision and mission of the development of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, the local government is committed to advancing tourism as one of the leading sectors. One form of attention to cultural tourism is by revitalizing the Cosmological Axis area. The Cosmological Axis is an area in the form of an imaginary straight line between Tugu-Malioboro-Keraton to Panggung Krapyak which has been rearranged to its original shape. In order to support the Cosmological Axis towards world cultural heritage, the local government launched an educational tourism program called Jogja Heritage Track which is a tourist transportation service with a city tour concept. One year after the initial launch in July 2022, it was deemed necessary to evaluate the performance of the Jogja Heritage Track bus in terms of the service received by passengers. Gap Servqual was chosen as the analytical method in this study to assess how big the value of the gap that occurs between the level of service received by passengers and the expected performance. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to passengers and in-depth interviews with regulators and operators. Based on passenger perceptions, the quality of Jogja Heritage Track bus services is not completely good and still requires improvement. This is illustrated by the gap value of -0.09 and the service quality value of 0.98. Of the five Servqual dimensions (Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy), the Empathy dimension is positive, which means that service performance on the Empathy dimension is in line with passenger expectations

    Pengaruh Sputtering TiN Terhadap Kekerasan Permukaan dan Struktur Mikro Pada Material Stainless Steel 316L

    Metal-based biomaterials are highly rust-resistant. A key property that metal-based biomaterials must possess is excellent biocompatibility with living cells. AISI 316L is widely used for implantation purposes in orthopedic surgery due to its good mechanical properties and low price, but AISI 316L lacks good biocompability with the body so that implant materials with AISI 316L material cannot be used for a long period of time. This research aims to study the effect of TiN sputtering process on AISI 316L stainless steel material and titanium target material as a coating on the surface. The sputtering process was carried out on the 316L surface a variation of sputtering time of 60, 90, 120 and 150 minutes with a gas variation ratio of 20% N2 and 30% N2, using a voltage of 5 kV and the current used was 5-10 mA at a pressure of 0.079 mbar. The results of hardness testing on 316L material with TiN sputtering treatment can increase the hardness on the surface of the material. The surface hardness value of the effect 30% N2 gas ratio and sputtering duration of 90, 120 and 150 minutes respectively is 305 kgf/mm­2, 310 kgf/mm2 and 334 kgf/mm2, this treatment has significant increase in hardness at 90, 120, and 150 minutes. Microstructure testing to measure the thickness of the electroplating layer results, showing that the thickness of the layer resulting from the sputtering process with a gas ratio of 30% N2 and a TiN sputtering duration of 120 minutes shows there are vacancies on the surface inserted by hard TiN atoms

    Coconut is a plant that has many benefits and can be utilized as a whole starting from the stem, meat, coir, shell, water, and coconut cuticle. PT Pacific Eastern Coconut Utama (PECU) is the largest coconut processing company in Java Island with its main products, namely liquid (Coco Day and Liquid Coconut Milk) and non-liquid (Desiccated Coconut and Coconut Powder). Before coconuts become final products, namely non-liquid products (Desiccated Coconut and Coconut Powder), these coconuts will go through the process of stripping the coconut cuticle. In this process, PT PECU still uses manual tools which require more time and effort and not all operators have the same abilities. Therefore, companies need to design appropriate tools using the Verein Deutscher Ingenieure 2222 (VDI 2222) method. This method is used to develop and design products, systems or tools by considering various aspects, such as user needs, security and efficiency.The results of this design can help companies to increase company productivity, do not endanger the operator, and the machine can be operated easily

    Sistem Kontrol Pneumatik pada Inlet Guide Vane Turbin Air Mikro Hidro

    Indonesia has 377 MW of micro-hydro potential as an energy source for electric power generation, with the main component being water turbines. Important parameters controlled in electricity generation are generally the rotation and frequency of the turbine-generator which are regulated automatically in this case through a guide vane. This research explores the potential use of pneumatic control with an Arduino microcontroller as an alternative in regulating the Inlet Guide Valve (IGV) opening in a low-power Micro Hydro Power Plant (MHP). Hydraulic systems that are generally used in large power water turbines have constraints on maintenance costs and high processing time. By utilizing pneumatic control, this research uses Arduino to control the guide vane movement through a pneumatic cylinder. Tests were conducted with separate programs to read the turbine rotation, activate the solenoid valve, and adjust the power on the guide vane simulator. The test results show that the system successfully controls the rotation of the water turbine effectively. The conclusion of this research is that there is an inversely proportional relationship between the opening of the guide vane and the rotation of the water turbine, as well as successful control through a pneumatic system with Arduino. This research contributes to the development of low-power MHP technology with more efficient maintenance costs

    Pengenalan kebudayaan pada anak usia dini salah satunya dengan cara memperkenalkan permainan tradisional. Namun, keberadaannya sudah berangsur mengalami kepunahan dikarenakan perkembangan teknologi. Saat ini, anak-anak lebih menyukai permainan berbasis teknologi melalui gawai seperti telepon genggam. Anak-anak hanya duduk diam di depan layar telepon gengam dan tidak melakukan aktivitas yang bergerak, sehingga akan berdampak pada kesehatan dan tumbuh kembang anak. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pengenalan permainan tradisional sebagai salah satu kebudayaan yang dapat memberikan manfaat bagi perkembangan fisik dan mental anak. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kebudayaan serta mengenalkan nilai-nailai karakter dari permainan tradisional seperti nilai kebersamaan, nilai sosial, nilai kedisiplinan, dan nilai ketangkasan. Lokasi kegiatan pengabdian di lakukan di salah satu Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Karawang Jawa Barat. Jenis permainan tradisional yang di kenalkan diantaranya permainan yang berasal dari daerah Jawa Barat seperti Galasin, Rangku Alu, dan Jejepitan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan anak akan budaya bangsa dan dinilai efektif pada saat pembelajaran. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada data anak sekitar 56,4% siswa mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan usai mengikuti kegiatan permainan tradisional secara berkelompok.     Kelangkaan bahan bakar fosil merupakan topik yang menjadi sorotan berbagai negara di dunia. Bentuk kepedulian mahasiswa dengan berkompetisi pada ajang KMHE kelas prototype dengan membuat kendaraan dengan bahan bakar solar. Bagian utama dari kendaraan tersebut adalah sasis, bodi dan sistem kemudi. Komponen kemudi merupakan suatu komponen dalam sistem penggerak dalam kendaraan. Perancangan ini diawali dengan mengetahui titik berat kendaraan, sudut belok minimal serta mengetahui torsi kingpin. Pada perancangan ini semua komponen steering dipasang pada dudukan yang disesuaikan pada prototype mobil diesel .     Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Padang Pariaman unit kerja yang mengelola sumber daya air adalah Bidang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air (PSDA). Pada PSDA banyak ditemukan proyek irigasi yang terlambat. Adapun penyebab keterlambatan proyek irigasi tersebut rata-rata diakibatkan karena pengaruh cuaca yang buruk pada saat pelaksanaan pekerjaan, sehingga sering tertundanya bahkan terhentinya pekerjaan dilapangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendapatkan faktor apa yang menjadi penyebab keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi bidang PSDA di Dinas PUPR Padang Pariaman, faktor dominan dan solusi penanganan agar terhindar dari keterlambatan proyek pada masa yang akan datang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian secara kuantitatif yaitu dengan menyebar kusioner kepada para responden. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat 6 faktor yang menjadi penyebab keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi bidang PSDA di Dinas PUPR Padang Pariaman yaitu faktor tenaga kerja, faktor karakteristik tempat (site characteristic), faktor manajerial (managerial), Faktor Lingkungan Kerja, faktor bahan (material), dan faktor Keuangan (financial)

    Analisis Clash Detection Perencanaan Proyek X Untuk Meminimalisir Anggaran Biaya dan Waktu

    Project construction has complexity conflict (clash). Clash can cause work delays, design changes, additional material, cost overruns, reduced quality, and project delays. Clash construction design can be detected with Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Naviswork manage software which are part of building information modeling (BIM) software. This research found the clash detection Project of X, caused this project's potential clash to be very large because each component is designed by a different team, so when detail engineering design (DED) it intersects with each other component. This study aims to find clash detection (hard clash and soft clash) for structural, architectural mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components and provide solutions by repairing the clash. Hard clash found 184 clash points consisting of: clash between structures and architecture with 9 points, structures and MEP with 59 points, architecture and architecture with 16 points, architecture and MEP with 11 points, and MEP and MEP with 89 points. Soft clash found 96 points consisting of: clash between structures and architecture with 52 points, structures and MEP with 1 point, architecture and architecture with 18 points, architecture and MEP with 3 points, and MEP and MEP with 22 points. The solution to the clash found is to change, remove, and add to the components that occur clash using Autodesk Revit, to get zero clash so that this project planning is free clash

    Pengaruh Variasi Konsentrasi Metanol Terhadap Karakteristik Bahan Bakar Biogasoline Berbahan Baku Limbah Plastik Hasil Pirolisis

    The increasing volume of plastic waste and the depletion of fossil fuel reserves have encouraged the search for renewable energy alternatives. This study examines the use of the pyrolysis process on plastic waste to produce biogasoline and optimises the characteristics of the fuel by adding methanol concentration. The pyrolysis process, conducted at 3500C, produces plastic oil, which is then mixed with methanol in various concentrations (5%, 10%, 20%, and 30%). The effect of methanol addition on the physical characteristics of biogasoline, including the Research Octane Number (RON) value, density, viscosity, heating value, and flash point, was analysed. The results showed that the addition of methanol concentration gave the highest RON value of 83.3, while the 10% methanol concentration produced the highest calorific value of 53,865 j/g. The addition of methanol concentration also had a positive effect on increasing the flash point of the fuel. This study also shows the potential of biogasoline made from plastic waste as an efficient and environmentally friendly alternative fuel
