    This research aims to analyze and prove the impact of modernization of the tax administration system and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance in restaurant and restaurant businesses in Padang city. The type of research used is quantitative research using primary data and measurent using a likert scale (questionnaire). The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. This research uses the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method which was carried out with SmartPLS software version 4.1. the sample for this research was 183 taxpayer respondents from restaurant and restaurant businesses in the city of Padang. The result of this research show that the two independent variables, modernization of the tax management system and tax sanctions, have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance in restaurant and restaurant businesses in Padang City.   Keywords: Modernization of the tax administration system, tax sanctions, compliance of restaurant and eatery business taxpayer

    Pada dasarnya, kemasan plastik dapat didaur ulang dan dimanfaatkan menjadi sesuatu hal yang bermanfaat. Salah satu upaya dalam penanggulangan sampah yakni melalui pemanfaatan ecobrick. Pengenalan dan pelatihan ecobrick bagi siswa Sekolah Dasar Wotanmas Jedong merupakan bentuk pelatihan pembuatan kerajinan dengan memanfaatkan sampah plastik yang terdapat di lingkungan sekitar. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan kesadaran sejak dini mengenai penanggulangan sampah plastik yang sulit terurai dan dapat mewujudkan generasi yang sadar akan kondisi lingkungan  yang bersih dan sehat sekaligus sebagai bemtuk implementasi penerapan profil pelajar Pancasila (P5). Proses pelaksanaan program dilakukan selama dua minggu di dua sekolah. Hasilnya para peserta didik mampu dalam membuat kerajinan ecobrick berupa kursi pendek/dingklik dan memahami mengenai pengolahan sampah plastik. Melalui kegiatan ini menjadi upaya menumbuhkan sikap-sikap profil pelajar Pancasila seperti bergotong royong, berkebhinekaan global, bernalar kritis, kreatif, mandiri, dan berakhlak mulia dapat diterapkan. Pelatihan kegiatan ecobrick ini dapat menjadi sebuah gerakan yang dapat mengurangi limbah sampah plastik menjadi barang nilai guna dan estetik

    Dibidang industri konstruksi, pekerjaan beton memegang peranan penting,hampir pada setiap bangunan yang didirikan seperti Gedung bertingkat, perumahan, jalan, jembatan, bendungan dan saluran irigasi serta bangunan lainnya selalu memerlukan pekerjaan beton, baik sebagai kebutuhan utama maupun sebagai unsur bahan penujang. Ini dikarenakan beton memiliki sifat ketahanan terhadap pengaruh temperatur, bahan beton sangat fleksibel dan bahan beton tidak memerlukan tindakan pemeliharaan. Kelebihan sifat beton tersebut yang dapat diandalkan sebagai alternatif dalam penentuan bahan yang akan digunakan untuk jenis kosntruksi.Untuk mendapatkan kualitas beton yang baik dengan harga ekonomis, diperlukan pengetahuan sifat bahan baku yang digunakan. Untuk mengetahui setiap bahan perlu dilakukan pengujian dan pemeriksaan yang seksama di laboratorium atau di lapangan. Dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan dunia kerja akan tenaga terampil pada bidang pengujian material beton ini maka bidang ini dijadikan kompetensi dasar pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Dalam usaha meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pengujian material beton ini maka perlu dilakukan pelatihan kepada guru-guru pengajar di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) N 5 Padang  sehingga dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan guru-guru dan nantinya dapat meneruskan ke peserta didiknya.&nbsp

    Pengaruh Daya Tarik Terhadap Minat Berkunjung Wisatawan Di Objek Wisata Sajuta Janjang Kabupaten Agam

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh daya tarik terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan di objek wisata Sajuta Janjang Kabupaten Agam. Metode Yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuntitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, menggunakan kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data dengan jumlah responden 100 orang. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, lalu uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS 24 sebagai alat bantu pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; daya tarik wisata berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjungwisatawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan statistik uji t variabel harga tiket masuk dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 12,207 dan t tabel sebesar 1,661, karena t hitung > t tabel maka Ha diterima. Dan bahwa harga tiket masuk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung di objek wisata Pulau Pimpiang dengan R square sebesar 60,3%

    Kajian Eksperimental Pengering Kopi Hybrid dengan Sistem Kontrol Temperatur Berbasis Mikrokontroler

    This study aims to determine the performance of a hybrid coffee dryer with a microcontroller-based temperature control system. The heating sources used are sunlight and electric heater. The type of coffee used is liberica. The research method used is experimental, with the independent variable being time and the dependent variables being temperature and mass. Data collection was carried out for 4 consecutive days, starting at 09.00 WIB to 15.00 WIB with a data collection interval of every 20 minutes. The data measured were the temperature inside and outside the drying room and the mass of coffee before and after the drying process. Data analysis was done based on graphs, determining the drying rate and testing the coffee moisture content. The results showed that the average temperature difference measured inside and outside the drying room for 4 consecutive days was 17.21 oC. The total reduction in coffee mass in the dryer for 4 consecutive days was 572 grams with an average drying rate of 23.83 grams/hour. The results of coffee moisture content testing showed that the hybrid coffee dryer reduced coffee moisture content from 56.01% to 8.79%

    FMEA Approach in Risk Analysis of Main Engine Fuel System Maintenance: Case Study on The Express Bahari 1F

    The fuel system is one of the main engine support systems which is very important in the operation of the Express Bahari 1F main engine. Operation of the main engine requires special treatment of the components of the main engine to prevent failure during operation. The Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method is a method that can be used to identify the priority scale in maintaining a machine by evaluating the risk of failure occurring on the machine. This research uses FMEA analysis to determine the priority scale for maintenance of the Express Bahari 1F main engine fuel system. The identification results show that the injector, fuel filter and separator components are components that must be prioritized for maintenance. This type of maintenance is carried out by checking for dirty fuel which can cause the injector to operate less than optimally, cleaning deposits on the fuel filter cartridge on the fuel filter, and replacing a new separator if the separator performs poorly. It is recommended that other components be checked so that the main engine fuel system has good reliability

    The welding process is widely used for joining in machine construction and steel construction. One popular welding method today is SMAW. SMAW welding is effective and practical because it only requires simple tools and electrodes in its use. According to research before, the higher the viscosity value of the coolant used, the higher the tensile strength produced by using various coolants such as aloe vera gel, banana stem extract, and water. Therefore, this research aims to use readily available coolants, especially in the production workshop environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of different welding currents on the cooling liquid on the welding results of SS400 steel material. In this research, the creation and testing of specimens were conducted in several places. The creation of specimens was carried out at the Mechanical Engineering Laboratory of Muhammadiyah University of Jember, the welding process of the specimens was conducted at the Job Training Center (BLK) Situbondo, and the tensile and bending tests were conducted at the Material Testing Laboratory of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Malang State Polytechnic. This study uses SMAW welding with an E6013 Ø2.6mm electrode and SS400 steel material. After welding, the specimens were immersed in cooling liquids, namely 10% dromus, radiator coolant, and SAE 40 oil. The results of the research on the SMAW welding process for SS400 steel showed that immersion using SAE 40 oil produced the highest tensile strength at both 80A and 90A currents, which were 28.79 kg/mm² and 28.22 kg/mm², respectively. Meanwhile, the bending test results showed two different outcomes: at 80A current, immersion welding using radiator coolant produced the highest bending strength at 1067.77 kgf/mm², whereas at 90A current, immersion welding using dromus produced the highest bending strength at 1130.22 kgf/mm²

    A Pemanfaatan Mesin Pencacah Batang Nilam Pada Kelompok Tani Penghasil Minyak Nilam Di Kelurahan Limau Manis Selatan

    Kelurahan Limau Manis Selatan berkembang pesat dibidang pertanian dan industry kecil. Salah satunya tanaman nilam untuk diolah menjadi minyak nilam, ± 10 hektar telah siap panen. Walaupun begitu kapasitas produksi minyak nilam petani masih rendah, disebabkan proses produksi masih secara manual, khususnya pada proses pencacahan batang nilam dengan parang gerakan tangan. Proses manual hanya 100-120 kg hasil cacahan yang dihasilkan, dan minyak nilam yang dihasilkan ± 2,4 – 2,8 kg. Dengan keadaan ini sangat diperlukan mesin pencacah batang nilam agar hasil cacahan  minimal 500 kg/jam. Dari hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian didapatkan rancangan mesin berukuran panjang 90 cm x tinggi 70 cm x lebar 45 cm, tutup mesin berdiameter 45 cm, piring pencacah berdiameter 40 cm, pisau pencacah berukuran panjang 15 cm x lebar 7,8 cm dengan sudut kemiringan pisau 300, poros pencacah berukuran diameter 4 cm x panjang 30 cm, dan rangka berukuran panjang 85 cm x tinggi 35 cm x lebar 45 cm, dengan menggunakan bearing 2 buah kiri dan kanan poros mesin. Dari hasil pengujian mesin didapatkan mesin bekerja dengan baik, putaran mesin bisa diatur sesuai dengan yang diinginkan minimal putaran 400 rpm dan maksimal 1400 rpm. Putaran bisa diatur dan dirobah-robah karena menggunakan engine dengan daya 3,5 HP. Kapasitas mesin maksimal ± 460 kg/jam, dan hasil cacahan yang didapatkan pada putaran rendah panjang cacahan rata-rata 3 cm dan putaran tinggi rata-rata 1-2 cm. Secara keseluruhan mesin dapat mencacah dengan baik, bisa untuk batang nilam yang masih basah dan batang nilam yang kering

    One of the problems in working on construction projects is the occurrence of waste. One of them is a road project. The occurrence of waste in road projects is closely related to construction work methods, human resources, sorting and reuse processes. In connection with this potential waste, contractors must have a strategy to minimize this occurrence, because it can result in losses to the project and environmental sustainability. The aim of this research is to identify the dominant factors and causes of waste in road construction projects in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau. Next, provide solutions to overcome the occurrence of waste in road construction projects in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to respondents and the results of respondents' answers are tested for assumptions, validity, reliability and factor analysis. Based on the identification results, the factors that cause waste in road construction projects are obtained, namely skill and supervision factors, work discipline factors, technical factors, equipment factors and information factors. Based on the analysis, the dominant factor causing waste in road construction projects in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau, is the skill and supervision factor with an extraction percentage value of 28.181% which consists of the variables of lack of workforce skills, late supervision, lack of foremen, and lack of complete contract documents. The solution to overcome the occurrence of waste in road construction projects is to maintain and maintain the implementation of supervision and assign personnel who have competence or experienced skills

    Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Terhadap Performa Bangunan Gedung di Lingkungan Politeknik Negeri Padang

    The building performance is an innovative approach that discusses planning, design, construction methods, and the users of the building. To ensure the building functions as intended, maintenance and care are essential. An analysis of user satisfaction regarding building performance reflects users' needs and expectations. Politeknik Negeri Padang, a vocational higher education institution established for 37 years, warrants a user satisfaction analysis of its facilities to maintain comfort in its activities. This research was conducted through a questionnaire survey with 700 respondents, including staff, educators, and students. The analysis using the Suitability Level approach identified three priority indicators for improving building performance: information technology facilities, the condition of public facilities like restrooms, parking, and pantries, and the cleanliness of public toilets. Meanwhile, the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) highlighted four key areas for performance enhancement: availability of trash bins and cleanliness of the environment, public facilities such as pantries, toilets, and parking areas, room temperature issues, and information technology facilities like internet connectivity. &nbsp
