    Teologi Dalam Kidung Rumeksa Ing Wengi

    Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi makna Kidung Rumeksa Ing Wengi yang berperan dalam penyebaran Islam di Tanah Jawa. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara tekstual dengan analisis secara struktural, yakni analisis intrinsik teks dan ekstrinsik teks. Dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kidung Rumeksa Ing Wengi yang diciptakan oleh Sunan Kalijaga bertujuan sebagai sarana dakwah agama Islam dengan memadukan antara ajaran-ajaran Islam dan tradisi masyarakat Jawa pada saat itu supaya masyarakat Jawa mudah menerima, dan memahami ajaran Islam. Hingga zaman sekarang kidung ini masih sering disenandungkan oleh masyarakat Jawa yang menjadi salah satu warisan yang harus dijaga. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat unsur instrinsik dan ekstrinsik di dalam teks Kidung Rumeksa Ing Wengi, unsur instrinsik yang di kandungnya terdapat bahasa yang digunakan oleh Sunan Kalijaga untuk berdakwah sangat unik, mistis, gaya bahasa penuh dengan majas, yang mampu mempengaruhi alam pikir dan imajinasi para pembaca. Sedangkan unsur ekstrinsiknya terdapat nilai teologi seperti bagaimana memaknai Tuhan, manusia, dan hubungan antara Tuhan dengan manusia, selain itu terdapat konsep dan nilai yang dapat di ambil seperti etika ketika berdo’a, etika berwasilah, dan konsep riyadhoh atau pengendalian diri

    Feminism is a social movement that demands justice and equal rights of women with men. Gender equality is still a matter of debate. One of them is in South Korea. Women who support feminism are considered to hate, do not need, and will feel their position is higher than men. This demand for equality covers the fields of economy, politics, social, lifestyle, culture and so on. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the representation of women displayed by Korean Girlband Itzy in their video clip entitled Dalla Dalla. Dalla-Dalla's video clip with the theme of women's freedom depicts the life movements of women who want freedom from the criticisms of others who consider them weak and discriminate. This video clip also shows them different from the others. Although in this video clip it is not clearly stated the relevance of feminism in it. Therefore, in order to get a detailed description of the issue of feminism and women in the video clip, the researcher uses John Fiske's semiotic theory with the main theory, namely The Codes of Television, to see that behind the video clips there are connotative and denotative representations. According to John Fiske's Semiotics, there are 3 levels, namely the level of reality, representation and ideology. So it is hoped that the representation of women in this video clip is clearly described. The results of the study show the meaning of signs at the level of reality, and representations indicate freedom, self-confidence, and personal existence. At the ideological level, it shows the existence of postmodern feminism. So at the level of signs and symbols related to the representation of post-modern feminism, namely creating new discourses or messages that are meaningful and provide positive energy to other women, so that they dare to fight oppression and discrimination.     SIGNIFIKANSI MAKNA NUSHŪZ DALAM Q.S AL-NISĀ[4]: 34 DENGAN TINJAUAN TEORI MA’NĀ-CUM-MAGHZĀ

    This paper aimed to explore the significance of the verse of wife's nushūz in Q.S al-Nisā'[4]: 34 which was incidentally interpreted based on the patriarchal system. The ma’nā-cum-maghzā theory had employed to reinterpret the object. This theory balanced the reading of the literal meaning (al-ma’nā al-aṣlī) and the main message (maghzā). Based on the application of this theory, the results were obtained: first, al-ma‘nā al-tārīkhī of wife's nushūz is an attitude of disobedience or against her wife to her husband. Second, al-maghzā al-tārikhī obtained is that the verse came down in the Medina period which was full of male superiority over women where men were predicated of qawwām based on certain characteristics so that it had implications for the wife's nushūz. Third, al-maghzā al-mutaḥarrik which is drawn based on al-ma‘nā al-tārīkhī and al-maghzā al-tārikhī is there are three conditions that must be considered in determining the wife's nushūz namely the husband neglects responsibilities, the husband and wife share roles and the husband is fully responsible for the family. The application of the wife's nushūz as stated in Q.S al-Nisā'[4]: 34 can only be applied to the second and third conditions and cannot be applied to the first condition

    In principle, the limitation of age of marriage for citizens is intended so that the couple who are getting married are expected to have adequate maturity in thinking, maturity of mental and physical strength. The minimum age limit for marriage has been regulated in statutory regulations and the Compilation of Islamic Laws, however, there are still inequalities with the stipulated age limit. The inception of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage stipulates that the minimum age of marriage for women is equal to the minimum age of marriage for men, which is 19 (nineteen) years. It is hoped that the implementation of this provision will be an answer to public unrest. This research is a normative juridical legal research conducted by examining library materials or primary legal materials. The research specification used in this study is a descriptive analytical method that is related to the equality of age limit of marriage in the perspective of Islamic law, then the conclusion is drawn using the deductive method where the regulation regarding the minimum age limit of marriage in Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Amendments to the Law Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, can also be considered good and safe because it has exceeded the age limit of adulthood by Islamic jurists and does not conflict with Indonesian law and human rights and can realize the goal of marriage properly without ending in divorce and procreation healthy and high quality

    Seiring dengan perkembangan jaman, maka kegiatan dalam berbagai bidangpun juga mengalami perkembangan, salah satunya praktik bermuamalah khususnya dalam hal jual beli. Praktik jual beli yang ada dilingkungan Kecamatan Ringinrejo Kabupaten Kediri sendiri juga bermacam-macam, salah satunya praktik menjual dan membeli rambut manusia untuk dijadikan wig danhair extensions di salon kecantikan. Tujuandaripenelitian iniadalahinginmengetahuibagaimana praktik jual dan beli rambut manusia untuk wigdanhair extensions padasalon kecantikan di Kecamatan Ringinrejo Kabupaten Kediri, danapa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi praktik jual-beli rambut manusia untuk wig danhair extensions di salon kecantikan Kecamatan Ringinrejo Kabupaten Kediri. Jenis penelitian iniadalahpenelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Sosiologi Hukum Islam. Sifat dari penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang sudah diperoleh dari lapangan kemudian dianalisis dengan metode berfikir secara induktif yang selanjutnya akan dilakukan pengecekan keabsahan data. Hasil daripenelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa praktik jual beli rambut untuk wig danhair extensionspada salon-salon kecantikan di Kecamatan Ringinrejo Kabupaten Kediri memiliki persamaan dalam hal transaksinya, yaitu mengumpulkan potongan rambut dari pelanggan yang telah melakukan treatment potong rambut, kemudian potongan rambut yang memiliki ukuran panjang sekitar 20 cm ke atas dijual untuk dijadikan wig (rambut palsu) atauhair extensions (menyambung rambut) ke pengepul maupun di salonnya sendiri. Sedangkan untuk ukuran panjang rambut kurang dari 20 cm akan dijual secara kiloan atau diukur dengan timbangan kepada orang yang membuat sanggul, wig maupun dibuang sendiri oleh pemilik salon. Adanya praktik jual beli rambut untuk wig danhair extensions pada salon kecantikan tersebut disebabkan masih adanya minat konsumen akan wig danhair extensions dari rambut asli manusia. Kemudian faktor-faktor lain yang menyebabkan pemilik salon masih melakukan praktik tersebut diantaranya karena masih kurangnya pengetahuan tentang bermuamalah yang baik dan benar sesuai syara’, karena faktorekonomi, background pendidikan, pemakaian wig danhair extensions yang masihdiminati oleh sebagian konsumen di dunia kecantikan hingga saat ini, adanya minat konsumen akan wig danhair extensions dari bahan rambut asli manusia yang dirasa lebih aman, nyaman dan mudah perawatannya dibanding dari bahan sintetis atau buatan.Along with the times, activities in various fields have also developed, one of which is the practice of muamalah, especially in terms of buying and selling. The practice of buying and selling in the Ringinrejo Subdistrict, Kediri Regency itself also varies, one of which is the practice of selling and buying human hair for wigs and hair extensions at beauty salons. The purpose of this study is to find out how the practice of buying and selling human hair for wigs and hair extensions at a beauty salon in Ringinrejo District, Kediri Regency, and what factors influence the practice of buying and selling human hair for wigs and hair extensions at a beauty salon in the District of Kediri. Ringinrejo, Kediri Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research using the Sociology of Islamic Law approach. The nature of this research is descriptive analytic. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained from the field are then analyzed by inductive thinking method which will then be checked for the validity of the data. The results of this study indicate that the practice of buying and selling hair for wigs and hair extensions at beauty salons in Ringinrejo District, Kediri Regency has similarities in terms of transactions, namely cut the hair, then haircuts that have a length of about 20 cm and above are sold to be used as wigs or hair extensions to collectors or at the salon itself. As for the length of hair less than 20 cm, it will be sold in kilos or measured by scales to the person who makes the bun, wig or disposed of by the salon owner himself. The practice of buying and selling hair for wigs and hair extensions at beauty salons is due to the consumer interest in wigs and hair extensions made from real human hair. Then other factors that cause salon owners to still carry out this practice include the lack of knowledge and understanding of good and correct muamalah according to sharia, due to economic factors, non-Islamic beauty education background, the use of wigs and hair extensions which are still in demand by the public. consumers in the world of beauty to date, there is consumer interest in wigs and hair extensions from natural human hair which are considered safer, more comfortable and easier to maintain than synthetic or artificial materials

    Conceptualization of Gratitude : Qualitative and Quantitative Approach

    Abstract. Research on the development of the concept of gratitude with Indonesian participants is quite important, considering that in Indonesia until now there has been no instrument specifically used to measure or assess the concept of gratitude that was developed based on Indonesian citizens. The purpose of this study is to develop the concept of a thanksgiving scale using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The study participants were 129 students of IAIN Kediri. The scale used in this study is based on the results of the first study conducted qualitatively. The second research analysis using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of an exploratory analysis conducted on data from all research subjects, obtained the results that the gratitude of the subject is organized into three factors, namely the factor of recognizing favors, receiving favors and praising Allah for favors. Based on the confirmatory analysis it was found that chi-square 135,570 (DF = 88, p = 0.001), CMIN / DF = 1.541, GFI = 0.884, AGFI = 0.841, TLI = 0.904 and RMSEA = 0.065. Thus the criteria for acceptance of the model can be met or are in accordance with the requirements. Thus it can be stated that the proposed model design is the same as empirical data or the proposed model is fit. Keywords: The concept of gratitude and measurement of scale Abstrak. Penelitian tentang pengembangan konsep syukur dengan partisipan orang Indonesia cukuplah penting, mengingat di Indonesia sampai saat ini belum ada instrumen yang secara khusus dipergunakan untuk mengukur atau menilai konsep syukur yang di kembangkan berdasarkan warga Indonesia. Tujuan  penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan konsep skala syukur dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Adapun partisipan penelitian ini adalah  adalah 129 mahasiswa IAIN Kediri. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil penelitian pertama yang dilakukan secara kualitatif. Adapun analisis penelitian kedua dengan menggunakan analisis faktor eksploratori dan analisis faktor konfirmatori. Hasil analisis ekploratori yang dilakukan terhadap data dari semua subjek penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa kebersyukuran subjek tersusun ke dalam tiga faktor yaitu faktor mengenal nikmat, menerima nikmat dan memuji Alloh atas nikmat. Berdasar analisis konfirmatori di dapatkan bahwa chi-square 135,570 (DF= 88, p=0,001), CMIN/DF=1,541, GFI= 0,884, AGFI = 0,841, TLI= 0,904 dan RMSEA = 0,065. Dengan demikian kriteria syarat penerimaan model dapat  terpenuhi atau  telah sesuai dengan yang disyaratkan. Dengan begitu dapat dinyatakan bahwa rancangan model yang diajukan sama dengan data empiris atau model yang di ajukan fit. Kata kunci : Konsep syukur dan pengukuran skal

    Implementasi Maqashid Syari’ah Dalam Ekonomi Islam Dan Psikologi Islam

    Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pendapat-pendapat para ulama baik klasik maupun kontemporer seputar teori maqashid syari’ah, serta mengungkap implementasi teori maqashid syari’ah dalam ekonomi Islam dan psikologi Islam. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah buku-buku tentang teori maqashid syari’ah baik yang ditulis oleh ulama klasik maupun kontemporer, kemudian buku-buku ekonomi Islam dan psikologi Islam.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji dengan seksama referensi yang berkaitan dengan teori maqashid syari’ah dan implementasinya dalam ekonomi Islam dan psikologi Islam. Teknik  analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penerapan mashlahah yang merupakan tujuan diturunkannya syariah (maqashid syari’ah) memiliki potensi polemik yang cukup signifikan baik di kalangan ulama salaf maupun modern. Obyek perdebatan yang diangkat ada sedikit pergeseran antara ulama salaf dan modern, perdebatan ulama salaf  hanya terfokus pada mashlahah mursalah, sedang polemik yang terjadi di kalangan ulama modern versus sebagian para pemikir bergeser pada mashlahah mulghâh  (mashlahah yang diabaikan oleh syari’), yang disepakati oleh para ulama ushul ketidakvalidannya untuk dijadikan  landasan hukum syara’.  Pada penelitian ini implementasi maqashid syari’ah dalam ekonomi Islam terdapat pada lima maqashid utama berikut: a. Keadilan lawan dari kedzaliman, b. Kejujuran dan transparansi, lawan dari dusta dan ketertutupan, c. Adanya sirkulasi harta, sebagai lawan dari penimbunan, d. Kebersamaan, persatuan, dan saling tolong menolong, sebagai lawan dari perpecahan, perselisihan dan saling bermusuhan, e. Memberi kemudahan dan menghilangkan kesulitan, lawan dari kesulitan dan tidakan yang memberatkan. Sedangkan implementasi maqashid syari’ah pada psikologi Islam bisa dijabarkan pada macam-macam mashlahah berdasarkan tingkatannya, yaitu dharuriyat, hajiyat dan tahsiniyat. In addition to worldly, but the business of Islam is also for the benefit of ukhrowi. And the main goal is not just profit, but zakat and blessing of the results of his efforts. However, business is not always lucky continuously, sometimes experiencing losses due to various factors. Especially at this time, the non-technical factor that is faced now is the impact of the 2019 (covid-19) coronavirus disease pandemic greatly affecting the economies of all Countries in the World. It is interesting to study how the marketing strategy of the company or also business people in order to survive in the midst of this pandemic. Generally affected, the Charitable Institution namely Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Kediri has increased incomes. Thus, researchers are interested in conducting a study of Islamic business ethics review on BMH Kediri's marketing strategy in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Because the object of this research is field research, so qualitative research aims to explain phenomena profusely through data collection.     Management in the management of zakat, infaq and shadaqah funds in an amil institution is very important. This is so that people's funds can be collected and distributed in a good and directed manner. The spirit of the amil zakat institution is needed to continue to upgrade, improve strategies and maximize socialization to the community, especially on muzakki in order to be able to attract the interest and trust of donors. This includes modeling the collection and utilization of people's funds in such a way that donors voluntarily give some of their wealth to be managed by amil institutions to be utilized according to their designation. This is what LAZISNU is doing through the Coin-NU Peduli Movement. This study uses a qualitative method by taking the place of research at LAZISNU MWC Rejoso. This study has two objectives, namely to find out the model of collecting people's funds through the Koin-NU Peduli Movement and to find out the model of collecting people's funds through the NU Peduli Koin Movement. The Koin-NU Peduli Movement is one of LAZISNU's strategies in maximizing socialization to the community in order to be able to attract the interest and trust of donors.Keywords: LAZISNU, Coin-NU Peduli, People's Fun
