    (3+1)-Boyutlu B-tipi Kadomtsev-Petviashvili Denkleminin Çözümü için İki Etkili Yöntemin Kullanılması

    This paper employs two distinct yet potent methodologies in order to tackle the intricate difficulties posed by nonlinear partial differential equations. Our primary focus is on deriving novel exact solutions for the (3+1)-dimensional B-type Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation. The (3+1)-dimensional B-type Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation serves as the focal point of this research. By employing the unified method and the generalized Kudryashov method, solitary wave solutions for this equation are obtained. These methods not only contribute to the theoretical analysis of nonlinear systems but also facilitate a deeper understanding of multidimensional wave phenomena. The newly derived exact solutions provide significant insights into the physical interpretations of these equations, paving the way for advanced applications in fields such as energy transmission, signal processing, and wave dynamics. This work highlights the effectiveness of these methodologies and their potential to enhance both the theoretical and practical understanding of nonlinear phenomenaBu çalışma, doğrusal olmayan kısmi diferansiyel denklemler tarafından ortaya konulan karmaşık zorlukların üstesinden gelmek amacıyla iki farklı ve güçlü yöntemi ele almaktadır. Çalışmanın temel amacı, (3+1)-boyutlu B-tipi Kadomtsev-Petviashvili denklemi için yeni ve tam çözümler türetmektir. Araştırmanın odak noktası olarak ele alınan bu denklem, birleşik yöntem ve genelleştirilmiş Kudryashov yöntem kullanılarak dalga çözümleri elde edilerek analiz edilmiştir. Bu yöntemler, doğrusal olmayan sistemlerin teorik analizine katkı sağlarken, çok boyutlu dalga fenomenlerinin daha derinlemesine anlaşılmasını da mümkün kılmaktadır. Türetilen yeni ve tam çözümler, bu denklemlerin fiziksel yorumlarına dair önemli içgörüler sunmakta ve enerji aktarımı, sinyal işleme ve dalga dinamikleri gibi alanlarda ileri düzey uygulamalara zemin hazırlamaktadır. Bu çalışma, kullanılan yöntemlerin etkinliğini vurgulamakta ve doğrusal olmayan fenomenlerin hem teorik hem de pratik düzeyde anlaşılmasını geliştirme potansiyelini ortaya koymaktadır

    The Projection of the Idea of Intercession in Qurtubi's Tafsir

    Şefaatin kapsam ve mahiyetiyle ilgili Ehl-i Sünnet ve Mu‘tezîle arasındaki tartışmalar tefsirlere de yansımış; müfessirler müntesibi olduğu mezhep doğrultusunda muhaliflerinin görüşlerini tahlil etmiştir. Ehl-i Sünnet’e mensup müfessirlerden biri olan Kurtubî de tövbe etmeyen günahkâr müminlerin şefaatten yararlanamayacağı iddiasındaki Mu‘tezîle’yi eleştirmiştir. Bu eleştirilerin yoğunlaştığı bir başka nokta putlar başta olmak üzere müşrikler tarafından kutsiyet atfedilen varlıkların şefaatine yöneliktir. Kurtubî bu amaçla şefaatin gerçekleşmesini şarta bağlayan âyetleri tevhid inancı ortak paydasında çok yönlü bir okumaya tabi tutarak şirk düşüncesinin tutarsızlığını ortaya koymuştur. Kurtubî’nin konu hakkındaki görüşleri sadece şefaat âyetlerini yorumlamadan ibaret değildir. Hz. Peygamber’in efdaliyeti, cehennemin ebedîliği, uhrevî büyük mükâfatların mahiyeti gibi çeşitli konularda Kurtubî ulaştığı sonuçları delillendirebilmek için şefaatle ilgili bilgilerden yararlanmaktadır. Şefaat düşüncesinin taşıdığı bu önem sebebiyle çalışmada Kurtubî’nin konu hakkındaki görüşleri tahlili ve mukayeseli bir yöntemle ele alınacaktır. Bu kapsamda ulaşılan sonuçların özgünlüğünü ortaya koyabilmek amacıyla klasik tefsir kaynaklarında konuyla ilgili öne çıkan görüşlere de yer verilecektirThe debates between Ahl al-Sunnah and Mu'tazilah about the scope and nature of intercession were reflected in the commentaries. Qurtubī, one of the Ahl al-Sunnah commentators, criticized the Mu'tazilites for claiming that sinful believers who do not repent cannot benefit from intercession. Another point where this criticism focuses is on the intercession of idols and other beings attributed sacredness by polytheists. Qurtubi's views on the subject are not limited to the interpretation of the verses of intercession. On various issues such as the Prophet's superiority, the eternity of hell, and the nature of the great rewards in the hereafter, al-Qurtubi utilizes information about intercession to prove his conclusions. Due to the importance of the idea of intercession, this study will examine al-Qurtubi's views on the subject with an analytical and comparative method. In this context, the prominent views of the commentators on the subject will also be included

    Çanakkale'de Su Ürünleri Yetiştiriciliği: Mevcut Durum ve Gelecek Perspektifleri

    This study was conducted to examine the current status of aquaculture in Çanakkale province and to offer solutions that will contribute to the sector's development. The study involved a detailed analysis of the aquaculture enterprises in Çanakkale and the data related to these enterprises. The province's current aquaculture structure and potential were highlighted, drawing attention to the diversity in aquaculture production and the opportunities available in the region. The study revealed that there are a total of 18 aquaculture facilities in Çanakkale. Of these, 41.2% are involved in mussel farming, 23.5% in trout farming, 23.5% in carp farming, 5.9% in lugworm farming, and 5.9% in the cultivation of seabass, gilthead seabream, turbot, and grouper. The highest production by species occurs in mussel farming, while lugworm and marine fish farming remain at the lowest levels. In 2023, a total of 581.92 tons of aquatic products were produced in Çanakkale, with 292.76 tons coming from inland waters and 289.16 tons from marine waters. However, it was determined that the share allocated to the sector in the support payments made in the same year was 5.61%. It has been determined that global climate change and the accompanying drought threaten the freshwater resources in Çanakkale province, and the marine ecosystem is also affected by the mucilage phenomenon due to the increase in water temperature and organic pollution load. These problems experienced in water resources cause production losses in the aquaculture sector. The sustainable development of the aquaculture sector in Çanakkale, which also has a wide range in terms of cultivated species, requires a multidisciplinary approach and planning using advanced technology tools. It is anticipated that such an approach will provide significant increases in aquaculture productionBu çalışma, Çanakkale ilinde su ürünleri yetiştiriciliğinin mevcut durumunu incelemek ve sektörün gelişimine ışık tutacak çözüm önerileri sunmak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında, Çanakkale'deki su ürünleri yetiştiriciliği işletmeleri ve bu işletmelere ait veriler detaylı bir şekilde analiz edilmiştir. İlin mevcut yetiştiricilik yapısı ve potansiyeli ön plana çıkarılarak, su ürünleri üretimindeki çeşitliliğe ve bölgenin sahip olduğu fırsatlara dikkat çekilmiştir. Çalışmada, Çanakkale genelinde toplam 18 su ürünleri yetiştiricilik tesisi bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu tesislerden %41,2’sinin midye, %23,5’inin alabalık, %23,5’inin sazan, %5.9’unun kum kurdu ve %5.9’unun da levrek, çipura, kalkan ve granyöz yetiştiriciliği yaptığı belirlenmiştir. Tür bazında en yüksek üretim midye yetiştiriciliğinde gerçekleşirken, kum kurdu ve deniz balıkları yetiştiriciliği en düşük seviyede kalmıştır. 2023 yılında, Çanakkale’de toplam 581,92 ton su ürünleri üretimi gerçekleşmiş, bunun 292,76 tonu içsularda, 289,16 tonu ise denizlerde üretilmiştir. Ancak, aynı yıl yapılan destekleme ödemelerinde, sektöre ayrılan payın %5,61 olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Küresel iklim değişikliği ve beraberinde gelen kuraklığın Çanakkale ilindeki tatlısu kaynaklarını tehdit ettiği, denizel ekosistemin de su sıcaklığındaki yükseliş ve organik kirlilik yükündeki artış nedeniyle yaşanan müsilaj olayından etkilendiği tespit edilmiştir. Su kaynaklarında yaşanan bu sıkıntılar yetiştiricilik sektöründe üretim kayıplarının yaşanmasına neden olmaktadır. Kültüre alınan türler bakımından da geniş bir yelpazeye sahip olan Çanakkale’de yetiştiricilik sektörünün sürdürülebilir gelişimi multidisipliner bir yaklaşım ve ileri teknoloji araçları kullanılarak yapılacak planlamaya ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Tics are sudden, rapid, purposeless, recurrent, non-rhythmic motor movements or vocalizations. There have been previous case reports of various medications causing tics.     Collocation of denominal formatives in the vocabulary of Karahanli Turkish

    Bu çalışmada Karahanlı Türkçesi ile meydana getirilen eserlerde söz yapımı yollarından addan ad yapım ekleri çalışılmıştır. Çalışma yapılırken dönem eserleri "Kutadgu Bilig", "Dîvânu Lugâti't Türk", "Atebetü'l Hakayık", "Karahanlı Türkçesi Satır Altı Kur'an Tercümesi Türk ve İslam Eserleri Müzesi No 73" ve "Karahanlı Türkçesi Satır Altı Kur'an Tercümesi Rylands Nüshası" kullanılmış ve bu eserlerde geçen sözcükler incelenmiştir. Çalışmada; bu metinlerde bulunan addan türemiş ad tabanları tespit edilmiş, bu tabanlar kavram alanlarına göre sınıflandırılmıştır. Çalışma giriş bölümü ile birlikte beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde; Karahanlı Türkçesi ile ilgili bilgiler sunulmuş dönem eserleri üzerine yapılmış başlıca çalışmalar kısaca tanıtılmıştır. Çalışmanın esas bölümü olan üçüncü kısımda ise dönem eserlerinde kullanılan ad yapım ekleri, eklendikleri sözcük tabanlarının kavram alanları ele alınmıştır. Sonuç ve Öneriler bölümünde veriler ve bulgular açıklanmış ve tablolar halinde sunulmuştur.In this study noun formation suffixes from nouns were studied as a method of word formation in works created in Karahanli Turkish. During the study, period works "Kutadgu Bilig", "Dîvânu Lugâti't Türk", "Atebetü'l Hakayık", "Karahanli Turkish Interlinear Quran Translation Turkish and Islamic Arts Museum No 73" and "Karahanli Turkish Interlinear Quran Translation Rylands Copy" were used and the words in these works were examined. Derived words in the texts in question were grouped according to the suffixes they received and the words were listed under the suffixes. The study consists of five sections including the introduction section. In the introduction section; information about Karakhanid Turkish is presented and the main studies on the works of the period are briefly introduced. In the third section, which is the main section of the study, the noun derivational suffixes used in the works of the period and the conceptual fields of the word bases to which they are added are discussed. Conclusions and Suggestions, the data and findings are explained and presented in tables

    Supporting learning difficulties with e-book based on context-based teaching strategy from social perspective: design and experience

    Although the positive effects of the use of technology for students with learning disabilities (LD) have been reported, there is a lack of both theory and practice in terms of integrating technology with the appropriate strategy in accordance with the student, content and purpose. Both teaching materials developed with qualified strategies and the active involvement of the target audience in the process are a need to design effective and sustainable learning materials and processes for LD. This study involved both the production of a material with the common views of stakeholders related to LD (individuals diagnosed with LD, special education teachers, academics working on LD) and the examination of the effectiveness of this material. The focus of the study is primarily on the fact that human being is a social being and learning, language and reading are social phenomena. In this context, within the framework of social constructivist perspective, an e-book design based on context based teaching (CBT) strategy and its effectiveness on reading performance were analysed. The study involved a two-stage process. In the first phase, design-based research was conducted and a CBT-supported e-book (DIJIKIT) was developed. In the second stage, DIJIKIT and an e-book were compared in an adapted alternating implementation design. The participants of the study in the CBT process consisted of researchers, three special education teachers, academicians and two primary school students diagnosed with learning disabilities. In each cycle of the DBR, the participants provided feedback on the material. Semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, video recordings and a researcher's diary were used as data collection tools in the DBR. As a result of the DBR, DIJIKIT design and content features were determined. In the experimental process, DIJIKIT was used by three primary school students diagnosed with learning disabilities. In the experimental process, efficacy (the informal reading invetory), reliability (treatment integrity, interobserver agreement) and social validity (social validity forms) data were collected. The reading comprehension performances and reading levels of all three students increased. Social validity data supported the experimental process data and clearly demonstrated the need for effective instructional technologies for both parents and teachers.     The effect of the common knowledge construction model on scientific reasoning skills: A case of preservice science teachers

    Bu araştırmada, Ortak Bilgi Yapılandırma Modelinin (OBYM) fen bilgisi öğretmenliği 3. sınıf öğrencilerinin bilimsel muhakeme becerileri üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırma, nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tek grup ön-test son-test yarı deneysel desen olarak belirlenmiştir. Uygulama 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılı bahar döneminde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma grubunu Marmara Bölgesi'nde bir devlet üniversitesinin 3. sınıfında öğrenim gören 48 fen bilgisi öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma Bilimsel Muhakeme Becerileri dersi kapsamında 7 hafta sürmüştür. Uygulama sürecinde OBYM'ye göre hazırlanan ders planlarıyla, muhakeme becerilerini kazandırmaya yönelik etkinlikler uygulanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak Bilimsel Muhakeme Becerileri Testi (BMBT) ve uygulama hakkında görüşler formu kullanılmıştır. Nicel verilerin analizinde t testi kullanılırken, katılımcıların uygulama hakkındaki görüşlerinden elde edilen nitel verilerin analizinde içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, BMBT alt boyutları kapsamında orantısal düşünme becerisi, korelasyonel düşünme becerisi ve olasılıklı düşünme becerisine ait bulgular istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmazken diğer alt boyutlar kapsamında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur. Katılımcılar, uygulama süreci hakkında etkinlik ve uygulamaları beğendikleri, bilimsel muhakeme becerilerini öğrendikleri, deneyim kazandıkları gibi olumlu görüşler belirtirken, geri dönüt eksikliği ve ders saatlerinin uzunluğu gibi olumsuz görüşler belirtmişlerdir. Sonuç olarak OBYM'nin bazı bilimsel muhakeme becerilerinin gelişimine katkı sağladığı belirlenmiştir.In this study, the effect of the Common Knowledge Construction Model (CKCM) on the scientific reasoning skills of third-year grade pre-service science teachers was examined. The research was designed as a quasi-experimental pre-test post-test study with a single group, one of the quantitative research methods. The imlemantation was carried out in the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. The study group consisted of 48 third-year pre-service science teachers studying at a public university in the Marmara Region. The research was conducted over seven weeks as part of the Scientific Reasoning Skills course. During the implementation process, lesson plans prepared according to CKCM and activities aimed at developing reasoning skills were applied. The Scientific Reasoning Skills Test (SRST) and a feedback form about the implementation were used as data collection tools. The t-test was used to analyze the quantitative data, while content analysis was employed to examine the qualitative data obtained from participants' views on the implementation process. According to the research results, findings related to proportional reasoning, correlational reasoning, and probabilistic reasoning skills under the SRST sub-dimensions were not statistically significant, whereas other sub-dimensions showed statistically significant results. Participants expressed positive views about the implementation process, stating that they liked the activities, learned scientific reasoning skills, and gained experience. However, they also reported negative views, such as a lack of feedback and long lesson hours. In conclusion, CKCM was found to contribute to the development of some scientific reasoning skills

    Identification and comparison of N-glycome profiles from common dietary protein sources

    The N-glycomes of bovine whey, egg white, pea, and soy protein isolates are described here. N-glycans from four protein isolates were analyzed by HILIC high performance liquid chromatography and quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry (HILIC-FLD-QTOF-MS/MS). In total, 33 N-glycans from bovine whey and egg white and 10 N-glycans from soy and pea glycoproteins were identified. The type of N-glycans per glycoprotein source were attributable to differences in biosynthetic glycosylation pathways. Animal glycoprotein sources favored a combination of complex and hybrid glycan configurations, while the plant proteins were dominated by oligomannosidic N-glycans. Bovine whey glycoprotein isolate contained the most diverse N-glycans by monosaccharide composition as well as structure, while plant sources such as pea and soy glycoprotein isolates contained an overlap of oligomannosidic N-glycans. The results suggest N-glycan structure and composition is dependent on the host organism which are driven by the differences in N-glycan biosynthetic pathways

    Occurrence of the Non-Native Pumpkinseed Lepomis gibbosus in a Reservoir of the Karamenderes Basin (Çanakkale, Türkiye)

    This study reports the recent discovery of the pumpkinseed Lepomis gibbosus in the Bayramiç Reservoir, which is located in the Karamenderes Basin (NW Türkiye). A total of five specimens were captured with a portable electrofishing unit. Total length (TL) and body weight (W) measurements were recorded with an accuracy of 0.1 cm and 0.01 g, respectively. The length and weight ranges of the specimens were 41–88 mm and 7.2–14.3 g, respectively. The presence of this non-native species in the study area could be attributed to either natural expansion or multiple (deliberate/indeliberate) introductions
