Modified of Single Deepest Vertical Detection (SDVD) Algorithm for Amniotic Fluid Volume Classification
Amniotic fluid a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of the fetus during pregnancy and is contained within the amnion cavity, which is surrounded by a membrane. Several studies have shown that volume of amniotic fluid can vary throughout pregnancy and is closely linked to the health and safety of the fetus. This indicates that it is essential to perform accurate measurement and identification of its volume. Obstetric specialist often use a manual method to identify amniotic fluid by visually determining the longest straight vertical line between the upper and lower boundaries. Therefore, this study aims to develop detection model, known as modified Single Deepest Vertical Detection (SDVD) algorithm to automatically measure the longest vertical line by following medical rules and regulations. SDVD algorithm was designed to measure the depth of amniotic fluid vertically by searching the column of pixels that comprised the image sample, excluding any intersection with the fetal body. Performance testing was carried out using 130 images by comparing the manual measurement results obtained by obstetric specialists and the proposed model. Based on the experimental results using modified SDVD, the average accuracy, precision, and recall achieved for amniotic fluid classification were 92.63%, 85.23%, and 95.6%, respectively
Multiplayer Game Guessing Sunda’s Proverb Using Socket.Io And Node.Js
Game development is currently quite rapid. Now games can be played by various groups, because many games now contain not just games, but there are also games with educational content. The educational game that will be made in this study is a website-based Sundanese proverb game, this type of game will be multiplayer so that players can compete with other players. The purpose of this research is to make a Sundanese proverb educational multiplayer game that can be played simultaneously with many players, so that it can introduce the regional language, namely Sundanese, to the wider community. The technology used in making this game is Socket.IO and Node.JS, using these technologies can make end users interact in real time. In making this game using the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) methodology with the stages of initialization, pre-production, production, testing, beta and release. The results obtained in this research are website-based Sundanese proverb educational games that can be used without taking up much space on the device

The Influence of a Heuristic Approach with Blended Learning on Students' Critical Thinking Abilities
The students lack of habit in critical thinking is the background in this research. Lack of abilities due to the use of conventional learning models, so that learning activities are passive. The purpose of this study was to determine whether heuristic learning with blended learning method had an effect on the critical thinking skills of eight grade students of SMPN 12 Yogyakarta. This research is a type of quasi experimental. The population in this study were student of class VIII SMPN 12 Yogyakarta. Where class VIII D is the control class and VIII E class is the experimental class. The object of this research is the use of a heuristic approach with the help of the blended learning method. Data collection was carried out using test techniques. The instrument use in collecting data about students critical thinking skills. The test instrument used is the content validity test. Data processing is done by using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Based on the research that has been done, this study shows that the use of a heuristic learning approach with the help of eighth grade students if SMP N 12 Yogyakarta. The result of this study can see from the result of tcount = 2.142 and ttable = 1.99 which means that tcount > ttable so it can be said if there is an effect of using a heuristic approach with the help of the blended learning method on student’s critical thinking skills.
The Effectiveness of Creative Problem Solving Through Concrete Media Towards Creative Thinking Skill of the Fourth Grade Students at SDN 1 Kaliombo
The process of learning mathematics only focuses on understanding students but have not been able to develop their creative way of thinking. Students do not have the opportunity to explore answers or ways that are different from what the teacher teaches, so students cannot be creative in finding answers. The application of the creative problem solving learning model and concrete media in the form of nets of cubes and blocks is one solution to this problem. The purpose of this research is to find out: the difference in the average value of creative thinking skills after using the creative problem solving model and concrete media for fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Kaliombo. The experimental approach used in this research is the Pre-Experimental Design model in the form of a Pretest-Posttest Group Design. This study used fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Kaliombo as subjects, taking samples using total sampling or census. The research data was obtained from a statistical analysis of the t-test in the form of a Paired Sample t-Test. This study shows that: there is a difference in the average value before and after using the creative problem solving model and concrete media with a significance of 0.000 <0.025. Therefore, the CPS model assisted by concrete media can be said to have an effect on students' creative thinking abilities
Student Worksheets (LKPD) With Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model On Social Arithmetic Materials In Class VII SMP/MTs
This research is a development research that aims to produce learning tools with Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. Learning tools developed in the form of Student Worksheets (LKPD). Mathematical material used in this study is social arithmetic material. This study uses an R & D development method with a 4-D model which has several stages, namely (1) Define , (2) Design , (3) Develop , (3) Disseminate . The instrument for collecting research data was in the form of a student worksheet validation sheet which was validated by 2 lecturers of Mathematics Education FKIP UIR and 2 teachers of mathematics studies at SMPN 1 Siak Kecil and student response questionnaire sheets. The data collection technique used is the validity test of the student worksheets and the practicality test of the student worksheets. The analysis technique used is the validity technique and the practicality technique. From the results of the study, the results of the validation of the student worksheets were 92.44% with a very valid validation level. And the results of the practicality of student worksheets are 87.84% with a very practical level of practicality. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the development of Student Worksheets with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on social arithmetic material in class VII SMP/MTs is very valid, very practical and suitable for use in the learning process
Development of Teaching Materials on Sine and Cosine Rules based on Flipbook for Mathematics Education Students
The purpose of this research is to produce a product in the form of a teaching material as a medium in studying the sine and cosine rule material. This study was development research that was designed using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. To obtain valid and effective teaching materials, the validity of the research instrument was tested and the validity of the developed teaching materials was tested. The teaching materials that have been implemented are then assessed by the research subjects to determine their effectiveness. The results obtained are: flipbook-based teaching materials on the sine and cosine rule materials are declared to meet the validity and effectiveness. These results were obtained after being tested for validity by experts which consisted of validating teaching materials in the form of teaching materials and problem-solving questions, all of which were in the very valid category, namely 3.76. Meanwhile, for display validation, it is in the very valid category with the average validator value of 3.56. Teaching materials are declared practical based on the results of the analysis, there are 97.1% of respondents who rate the attractiveness of teaching materials, 88.6% of respondents who assess interest/motivation, 89.4% of respondents who rate ease of use, and 95.7% respondents who assess the functioning of teaching materials. Teaching materials are declared effective based on the results of the analysis, there are 96.3% of respondents who rate the material, 87.6% of respondents who rate problem solving, and 90.9% of respondents who rate visual communication
Combination of Woolwich massage and hydrogel made from red ginger for breastfeeding mothers to increase baby weight
Background: The amount of breast milk that nursing moms make is still insufficient, affecting the infant's weight. One attempt to increase the baby's weight is administering a combination of Woolwich massage and red ginger hydrogel, which has never been done in prior studies.Purpose: To demonstrate the impact of a Woolwich massage and red ginger hydrogel on infant weight.Method: This experimental study with a pre-post-test control group design. Thirty-six breastfeeding mother respondents were selected using simple random sampling; 18 were given a combination of Woolwich massage and red ginger hydrogel, and 18 were given standard breast care during the postpartum period. Treatment was given for seven days—analysis of baby weight using the Paired Samples T-Test and the Mann-Whitney test.Results: The average increase in body weight of infants of the intervention group (405,56 g) was higher than the control group (238,89 g), p<0.05.Conclusion: Breastfeeding mothers given a combination of Woolwich massage and hydrogel made from red ginger rhizomes could have babies with a higher birth weight than mothers who were only given standard breast care
Red ginger (Zingiber officinale var. rubrum) nanoparticle extracts on reducing the blood pressure for postpartum hypertension
Background: Red ginger contains flavonoids, which can cause vasodilation and decreased cardiac output and pressure. Previous research on red ginger on blood pressure has been carried out and showed significant results. However, it has yet to be studied in nanoparticle extracts, where nanoparticles are the best drug carrier system, so it is necessary to research.Purpose: Making and testing red ginger nanoparticle administration (Zingiber officinale var. rubrum) to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive postpartum mothers.Methods: This is an experimental study with a pre-post control group design. The sample consisted of 40 postpartum hypertensive mothers divided into two groups, namely 20 interventions and 20 controls. The intervention group was given red ginger nanoparticles made using the bottom-up method with a dose of 300 mg and the antihypertensive drug nifedipine, while the control group was given the antihypertensive drug nifedipine alone; both were given for two weeks. Data analysis used the Independent t-test and reapeted ANOVA tests.Results: The systolic blood pressure in the intervention group decreased by 12.95 mmHg on the 7th and 28.4 mmHg on the 14th day (p<0.001) while the control group was 7.05 mmHg on the 7th day and 14.8 mmHg on the 14th day (p<0.001). Diastolic blood pressure in the intervention group decreased by 3.55 mmHg on the 7th day and 11.90 mmHg on the 14th day (p<0.001), while the control group was 2.88 mmHg on the seventh day (p<0.007) and fifth day 35 mmHg on day 14 (p<0.002).Conclusion: Giving red ginger nanoparticles can reduce blood pressure in postpartum hypertensio
PENGARUH JENIS KEMASAN DAN LAMA WAKTU PENYIMPANAN TERHADAP MUTU BUBUK KOPI ARABIKA (Coffea arabica L.)
Penyimpanan merupakan hal yang penting dalam menentukan mutu dari produk bubuk kopi. Penyimpanan bubuk kopi dalam jangka waktu lama jika memiliki kandungan air yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan berkembangnya jamur dan mengakibatkan hilangnya aroma dan cita rasa bubuk kopi, sehingga perlu memperhatikan jenis kemasan yang digunakan dalam penyimpanan produk kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis kemasan dan lama waktu penyimpanan terhadap mutu bubuk kopi arabika. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Hortikultura, Laboratorium Ilmu dan Teknologi Benih, Laboratorium Analisis Pangan dan Hasil Pertanian Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala, Darussalam, Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial 4 x 6 dengan 3 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 24 kombinasi perlakuan dan 72 satuan percobaan. Faktor pertama yaitu penggunaan jenis kemasan (K) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu kemasan botl kaca (K1), kemasan plastik polypropylene (K2), kemasan aluminium foil (K3), dan kemasan kertas (K4). Faktor kedua yaitu lama waktu penyimpanan yang terdiri dari 6 taraf yaitu penyimpanan 14 hari (T1), penyimpanan 28 hari (T2), penyimpanan 42 hari (T3), penyimpanan 56 hari (T4), penyimpanan 70 hari (T5), dan penyimpanan 84 hari (T6). Parameter yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah kadar air dan uji organoleptik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama penyimpanan yang paling baik dalam menjaga kadar air bubuk kopi arabika terdapat pada lama penyimpanan 28 hari. Kombinasi perlakuan terbaik untuk menjaga kadar air dari bubuk kopi yaitu terdapat pada jenis kemasan botol kaca dengan lama penyimpanan hari ke-2
