    Penguatan Sustainable Development Goals Desa di Kabupaten Belu

    Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Desa merupakan konsep “think global act local” dari SDGs global yang menjadi tujuan pembangunan negara-negara di dunia. Nawacita Pembangunan Indonesia adalah membangun Indonesia dari daerah tertinggal, terdepan, dan terluar. Kabupaten Belu sebagai salah satu daerah tertinggal, terdepan, dan terluar Indonesia perlu mendapat perhatian khusus dari pemerintah. Capaian SDGs Desa Kabupaten Belu masih tergolong rendah dan perlu ditingkatkan. Untuk meningkatkan dan menguatkan SDGs Desa memerlukan peran semua pihak, terutama dari perangkat desa itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu program pengabdian yang ditujukan kepada perangkat desa terutama kepala desa dan kepala urusan keuangan desa dalam rangka penguatan SDGs Desa. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan berupa pelatihan karena metode ini memang paling cocok untuk identifikasi dan penguatan awal literasi SDGs Desa. Setelah kegiatan pelatihan, pengetahuan peserta pelatihan terkait penerapan program SDGs Desa mengalami peningkatan. Akan tetapi keberlanjutan program pengabdian berupa monitoring implementasi dari kegiatan pelatihan perlu dilakukan agar tujuan kegiatan pelatihan tercapai secara paripurna

    Pelatihan Pengemasan Produk Wisata Pedesaan dalam Meningkatkan Kunjungan Wisatawan bagi Karangtaruna di Desa Pelaga Kecamatan Petang Kabupaten Badung

    Desa Pelaga merupakan desa wisata yang terletak di Kabupaten Badung, Bali. Semenjak ditetapkan sebagai desa wisata pada tahun 2010, kunjungan wisatawan yang datang belum memenuhi harapan. Kunjungan wisatawan yang sedikit antara lain disebabkan pengetahuan anggota karangtaruna dalam mengemas produk wisata masih lemah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui pelatihan pengemasan produk wisata pedesaan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pariwisata, branding, atribut daya tarik wisata, sapta pesona, CHSE dan peranan kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis). Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi dan praktik membuat draft kemasan produk wisata. Keberhasilan pelatihan diukur menggunakan instrumen pretest dan post-test. Skala pengukuran dari 0 sampai dengan 100. Hasil pangabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat dari 67,50 menjadi 76,25. Peserta pelatihan juga mampu membuat draft paket produk wisata. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian memiliki arti penting dalam mengemas produk wisata dan memasarkannya untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan ke Desa Pelaga

    Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Karakter dalam Sastra: Studi tentang Novel Penakluk Badai

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi nilai pendidikan karakter dalam novel Penakluk Badai karya Aguk Irawan MN. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif, dengan menggunakan cara kerja Hermeneutik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis nilai pendidikan karakter dalam novel "Penakluk Badai" karya Aguk Irawan MN mengungkap berbagai aspek karakter yang diwakili oleh tokoh Hasyim Asy’ari, termasuk nilai religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, haus ilmu pengetahuan, bersahabat/komunikatif, dan nasionalisme. Novel ini kaya akan pelajaran moral dan etika, menjadikannya media efektif dalam pendidikan karakter. Implikasinya, sastra dapat digunakan untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai penting ini, namun penelitian ini memiliki kelemahan dalam hanya mengandalkan teks novel. Penelitian ini memperkaya literatur akademis dan memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam pendidikan, serta mengarahkan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang peran sastra dalam pendidikan karakter

    Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Think Talk Write terhadap Keterampilann Menulis Teks Eksplanasi Siswa Kelas XI MA Sunan Ampel

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat keefektifan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write dan Student Team Achievement Devition pada pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi. Model Think Talk Write sendiri merupakan sebuah model pembelajaran kooperatif yang memiliki tahapan-tahapan dalam pengaplikasiannya yaitu: tahap berpikir,tahap berbicara dan tahap menulis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekolah MA Sunan Ampel Kamalkuning, Krejengan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif berbentuk angket. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan kuisioner. Analisis Data kuantitatif terdiri dari dari tiga tahapan: 1). Tahap uji Normalitas, 2). Tahap Uji Homogenitas dan 3). Tahap uji-t Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang didapat sebagai berikut: Adapun hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 23 menunjukkan nilai t hitung lebih besar 0,115 daripada t tabel 0,19 dengan taraf signifikan 0,036. Nilai signifikansi lebih kecil 0,05 maka dinyatakan dalam penelitian ini hipotesis  H_1 dan H_(0) ditolak. Berdasarkan penjabaran hasil penelitian tersebut menyatakan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write lebih  efektif dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Devition terhadap kemampuan menulis teks eksplanasi pada siswa kelas XI MA Sunan Ampel

    Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh pengetahuan pajak, moral wajib pajak, dan sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor, khususnya kendaraan roda dua yang ada di UPPD SAMSAT Martapura. Penelitian berkontribusi pada originalitas dan perbedaan pada pengukuran pengetahuan pajak, karena peneliti membuat 20 soal pilihan ganda untuk mengukur kepatuhan wajib pajak. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada wajib pajak kendaraan roda dua yang melakukan pembayaran di UPPD SAMSAT Martapura. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 400 responden yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa pengetahuan pajak tidak berpengaruh, sedangkan moral wajib pajak dan sanksi pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor roda dua di UPPD SAMSAT Martapur

    Conflicts as a Result of Land Measurement Errors Case Study: Land Ownership of the Former Mayor of Semarang

    This study explores a case that occurred on land owned by the former mayor of Semarang, Sukawi Sutarip. On land, land measurement errors occur and land ownership overlaps with other people's ownership. Conflicts between adjacent landowners were inevitable. This study aims to determine the chronology of the conflict, the causes of land measurement error and the legal consequences. This research is juridical-normative in nature, meaning that the truth of statements is measured based on positive legal norms. The data analysed is limited to secondary data collected from the internet. Data were analysed qualitatively. The results showed that it was true that there were errors in land measurement and the main causal factor was due to unprofessional officers; and give rise to legal conflict in the court.     Sexual Intercourse with a Corpse as a Crime Against Society and the Urgency of Its Regulation in the New Penal Code

    Murder in criminal law has been regulated in detail, but the actions after murder have not been regulated in such a way. So that the perpetrator is only charged with murder when there are other actions that have different elements. For example, mutilation, intercourse with corpses, and even eating corpses. This paper will examine the acts committed against a corpse after murder, namely intercourse with a corpse. The study is conducted on articles in the New Criminal Code. The purpose of this study is to find out how the New Criminal Code regulates the act of intercourse committed against a corpse after being killed as a response to the development of human actions today. The research method used is normative legal research with a case approach. The result of this research is known that the New Criminal Code does not regulate intercourse with corpses, but only regulates interference with funerals and corpses. This article focuses more on the corpse that has been buried and the destruction of the grave. Regulations regarding corpses that are molested, sodomized or mutilated and eaten after being killed have not been regulated. In fact, these acts currently occur frequently. The act of copulation with a corpse is committed after the victim is killed and before the victim is buried. These acts can be different from the interference with funerals and corpses as referred to in the New Penal Code.

    AbstractThe emergence of Social Commerce in Indonesia raises the need for new, more comprehensive regulations to govern and protect this activity. Social commerce is a combination of social media and e-commerce, in various countries, especially Indonesia, has now developed very rapidly. This development creates new challenges in legal regulation, because social commerce involves various aspects that must be protected. This research discusses the development of social commerce in Indonesia and several countries and the design of regulating social commerce in Indonesia. The type of research used is normative juridical research, with statutory, comparative, and conceptual approaches. This research aims to find out the development of social commerce in various countries, especially Indonesia and design a formulation of social commerce regulation that is suitable to be applied in Indonesia. The results illustrate that Indonesia needs to improve security and add several provisions in the law regarding personal data protection and consumer protection in the realm of electronic commerce, especially in social media and form several institutions that support consumer protection and consumer personal data.Keywords: e-commerce, Malaysia, social commerce, South Korea

    The Role of Teachers in Shapingg Students’ Creativity in Inclusive Primary Shools

    This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in shaping the creativity of slow learner students in inclusive primary schools through the subject of Art, Culture, and Crafts (SBdP). The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method at SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. The subjects include teachers, the principal, and seven slow learner students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using triangulation methods. The results show that teachers play a crucial role in fostering students' creativity through various teaching strategies, such as providing repeated instructions, using visual media, and offering intensive guidance. Despite challenges such as low self-confidence and difficulties in time management, support from teachers, families, and the inclusive school environment helps students develop their creativity. This study emphasizes the importance of teachers' creativity in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

    THE MEDIATING EFFECT OF ATTITUDES TOWARD SCIENCE IN THE PERCEPTIONS OF SCIENCE CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT, FAMILY INVOLVEMENT, AND SCIENCE SELF-EFFICACY WITH SCIENCE ACHIEVEMENT

    Previous research has indicated that attitudes influence various factors contributing to scientific achievement. Inadequate performance in science can limit career opportunities, underscoring the importance of comprehending how attitudes towards science can enhance overall scientific achievement. This study explored the mediating effect of attitudes towards science for the relationships between perceptions of science classroom environment, family involvement, and science self-efficacy with science achievement. This research was conducted as a non-experimental quantitative research. Questionnaires from modified established instruments, Test of science-Related Attitudes, What Is Happening In this Class, Family Involvement Questionnaire- High School Version, Sources of science Self-Efficacy, and science Achievement Test, were sent out to participants via Google Form in different days for a span of two weeks.  A total of 148 Form 2 upper-secondary school students from various districts in Sabah participated in this study.  Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling method. The results revealed that Social Implications of science had a significant positive mediating effect between perceptions of science classroom environment and science achievement. Additionally, there was no significant mediating effect of attitudes toward science on the relationship between science self-efficacy, and family involvement with science achievement. Overall, this study suggests that an aspect of attitudes toward science, the Social Implications of science, was an important mediator between students’ perceptions of science classroom environment and science achievement. This meant that students would perform better in science when they perceived their science classroom better, in the condition that they value the implications that science brings to real life
