Pengaruh Kontrol Diri Dan Dukungan Orangtua Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Pada Peserta Didik Sma Negeri 1 Jatibarang Brebes
Motivasi belajar merupakan hal penting yang dimiliki peserta didik untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar dan mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan, sehingga peserta didik mampu menghadapi kendala yang ditemui dalam proses belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh kontrol diri dan dukungan orangtua terhadap motivasi belajar pada peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Jatibarang Brebes. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel 266, teknik pengamambilan sampel yang digunakan Simple Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan alat ukur skala motivasi belajar (0,921), skala kontrol diri (0,928) dan skala dukungan orang tua (0,919). Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif pada kontrol diri terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 7,6% dan dukungan orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 81,6%, hasil lebih lanjut menunjukan kontrol diri dan dukungan orang tua berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 86,7% pada peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Jatibarang Brebes
PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO ANIMASI EGOISME DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Seiring berkembangannya zaman, karakter egois di siswa sekolah dasar semakin menonjol dan kompleks.Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah video animasi untuk mengatasi perilaku egois dikalangan siswa sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangannya yaitu ADDIE, dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket uji validasi ahli media dan angket respon siswa. Tahap design video menggunakan Canva dan Pinterest, sedangkan tahap pengembangan menggunakan Capcut. .Hasil dari Penelitian ini yaitu: (1)Video Animasi dinyatakan valid berdasarkan ahli media dengan hasil penilaian 80% dengan kriteria” layak”. Setelah diuji validasi, selanjutnya produk diuji cobakan pada tiga kategori yaitu perorangan dengan presentase 91,46% dengan kriteria sangat layak,uji coba kelompok kecil dengan presentase 92,89% dengan kriteria sangat layak, uji coba kelompok besar dengan presentase 89,66% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut terbukti bahwa pengembangan video animasi yang telah dibuat sangat layak untuk di terapkan dalam pembelajaran maupun non pembelajaran

Leadership has a huge impact on the integrity and strength of an educational institution. Good leadership, leadership exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad Saw. Currently, the leadership that is widely known is transformative leadership. Transformative leadership has a clear vision, openness with subordinates, a sense of empathy and encouraging each other to achieve a common vision. This article discusses transformative leadership and how to manage leadership from an Islamic education perspective. This research describes the origins and concept of transformative education and the form of its implementation in Islamic education
UJI KELAYAKAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN E-STORYBOOK DALAM PENGENALAN LITERASI BUDAYA UNTUK ANAK USIA DINI
This research aims to determine the feasibility level of the e-storybook learning media "culinary tourism typical snacks of Kudus" in introducing local cultural literacy to early childhood. This research uses a quantitative method. The testing procedures used are Alpha Testing and Beta Testing. The subjects of this study were kindergarten students in the Kaliwungu district, Kudus Regency. Data collection techniques were done through questionnaires and observation rating scales. Data analysis technique used quantitative data analysis. The research results obtained are that the e-storybook learning media "culinary tourism typical snacks of Kudus" is declared very feasible to be used in introducing local cultural literacy to early childhood in the kindergarten of the Kaliwungu district by media experts with an average percentage score of 98.5% with a category of very feasible and material experts with an average percentage score of 99% with a category of very feasible. Meanwhile, the feasibility test results by students as users show a percentage of 86.08% with a very feasible criteria
Peranan Kegiatan Amaliyah Rasulullah SAW berlandaskan Ahlussunnah Wal Jama’ah sebagai Usaha Membangun Karakter Religius Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
This research is connected by fading of the practice of teachings used by Rasulullah SAW, one of them is Ahlussunnah Wal Jama’ah in everyday life, so that the researchers are able to analyze the value in practicing it for the formation of religious character in one of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah. It was discussed the practices one of the madrasah,It is MI Badrussalam, Surabaya. Based on initial observations, students become accustomed to the apostolic practice of upholding their religious character according to the statement given during the teacher's interview. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection in the form of observations and interviews with students. The results of the study were analysed by observing religious activities at MI Badrussalam. Every morning, the students are accustomed to always worshiping the prayer of Dhuha, thinking, and praying in the morning before learning. They also compete with each other to always come on time and obey the instructions given by the teacher to get used to akhlaqul karimah in everyday life, including being honest in prayer according to the appointed schedule, away from fighting and comforting friends in mourning. The student's observation results are forms of religious character that appear in students at MI Badrussalam. In addition to observations, other results through the lifts are spread to the students randomly. Then it continued with a live interview with one of the religious teachers who had long taught at MI Badrussalam. This implementation is supported by documentary evidence in the form of photographs and other documents as well as by previous research reference sources. It can be concluded that this research supports the formation of religious character in the students of the madrasah carried out through the teaching of Ahlussunnah wal jama’ah as a habit of self in everyday life
GAME EDUKASI EDUCAPLAY, DAPATKAH MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK?
The problem found was that at SD Negeri 2 Sumbang, the learning implemented was still conventional or teacher-centered learning, this situation made students tend to get bored and there was a lack of teachers in utilizing technology to attract students' attention and motivation to learn. The aim of this research is to increase learning motivation by implementing the educaplay educational game in the Pancasila Education class V class at SDN 2 Sumbang. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), data was obtained through observation, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this research show that, by implementing the educaplay educational game in the Pancasila Education subject in class V of SDN 2 Sumbang, students' learning motivation can be increased. Evidenced by the increased percentage of learning motivation, in cycle 1: Strongly Agree 50%, Agree 36%, and Disagree 14%, cycle 2: Strongly Agree 61%, Agree 35%, and Disagree 4%, and cycle 3: Strongly Agree 80%, Agree 18%, and Disagree 2%. From the increase in achievement for each cycle, it can be concluded that the implementation of the educaplay educational game can increase students' learning motivation in the Pancasila Education subject in class V at SDN 2 Sumbang
Examining the Reliability and Validity of Measuring Scales related to Informatization Instructional Leadership Using PLS-SEM Approach
During the COVID-19, university teachers’ informatization instructional leadership (TIIL) was adopted in many countries. This attracted widespread attention. This research derived six factors from the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) including performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), social influence (SI), facilitating conditions (FC) and behavioral intention (BI), added two new internal elements related to the individual teacher which are computer self-efficacy (CSE) and blended teaching competence (BTC). Before using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to explore the contributing factors to TIIL by assessing interrelation between constructs within extended UTAUT model in this study. This pilot study aimed to examine the reliability and validity of modified scales incorporating Use Expectancy (UE) Scale including (PE Scale and EE Scale) used to measure use expectancy, SI Scale to measure social influence, FC Scale to measure facilitating conditions, CSE Scale to measure computer self-efficacy, BTC Scale to measure blended teaching competence, BI Scale to measure behavioral intention to adopt TIIL, and the TIIL Scale to measure teachers’ informatization instructional leadership. A total of 60 teachers from the large multi-disciplinary private undergraduate universities in Xi’an city of Shaanxi province in China participated in this research. The data was collected in November-December 2022 during the middle stages of COVID-19 pandemic. The PLS-SEM approach was used to evaluate the reliability and validity of the adapted scales. The internal consistency reliability was determined by composite reliability (CR) and Cronbach’s alpha. Convergent validity was assessed by outer loading and average variance extracted (AVE). Assessment of discriminant validity was measured by Fornell-Larcker criterion, Cross-loadings and Heterotrait-Monotrait Ratio (HTMT). Results showed after deleting nine items with lower than .40, Cronbach’s alpha values were all higher than .70. CR values were at a satisfactory level. All item values fulfilled the criteria of AVE, Fornell-Larcker criterion, cross-loadings, and HTMT. Research results revealed all adapted scales were valid and reliable to be used in future research. This study explored the influencing factors of TIIL in Chinese context, enriched the theory of TIIL, and provided practical support for the future development of TIIL
Drainase Bawah Permukaan Untuk Pengendalian Banjir Lapangan Sepakbola Desa Selaganggeng, Mrebet, Purbalingga
Banjir pada lapangan sepakbola Desa Selaganggeng, Kecamatan Mrebet, Kabupaten Purbalingga terjadi karena sistem drainase yang ada tidak baik. Air hujan yang jatuh di area lapangan tidak dapat segera diresapkan ke dalam tanah atau dialirkan ke saluran pembuang. Namun hal ini dapat diatasi dengan cara membuat sistem drainase bawah permukaan berupa pipa-pipa lateral di bawah tanah yang terhubung dengan saluran pembuang. Analisis hidrologi dilakukan untuk mendapatkan debit hujan sebagai dasar untuk merencanakan dimensi pipa dan jarak antar pipa terpasang. Hasil analisis hidrologi didapatkan bahwa debit hujan dengan kala ulang 5, 10, 15, dan 20 tahun berturut-turut adalah sebesar 4,432 x 10-2 m3/detik, 5,694 x 10-2 m3/detik, 6,289 x 10-2 m3/detik, dan 6,947 x 10-2 m3/detik. Banjir tidak terjadi jika pipa dipasang pada kedalaman 0,4 m dengan diameter Ø 4 inci dan jarak antar pipa adalah 3,30 m serta perlu pergantian lapisan tanah lapangan dengan yang lebih poru
The Whining Karen meme on X: a semiotic analysis
This study conducts a semiotic analysis of the specific "Karen" meme of whining on social media platform X, utilizing Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic theory. This meme typically depicts a stereotype of a forceful, entitled, and confrontational individual, and it is often linked to middle-aged white women, expanded to encompass various individuals. The findings reveal a consistent pattern of meaning play, revolving around the utilization of the term "Karen" in conjunction with the descriptor "whining." "Karen" is used as a stereotypical reference, often employed to mock individuals perceived as entitled, overly critical, or complaining. It is used to dismiss or undermine the credibility of the opposing viewpoint, implying that the concerns expressed are unwarranted or exaggerated. Overall, the pattern across these conversations highlights the use of Karen memes as a means of ridiculing or dismissing opposing viewpoints perceived as complaining or entitled. This use adds a derisive and somewhat sarcastic tone to the responses, suggesting that the concerns are frivolous or exaggerated. This highlights the complex interplay of language, stereotype, and meaning in internet memes. The results underscore the adaptability and depth of Saussure's theory in deciphering the intricacies of online discourse, particularly within the realm of meme culture
Enhancing students' writing paragraphs through Canva Magic AI
This research aimed to investigate the influence of Canva Magic AI on improving students' writing quality and to gauge their perceptions of using the tool. The study utilized a quantitative, pre-experimental One-Group Pretest–Posttest Design. Eight English literature students were selected using convenience sampling from an Intermediate English Grammar and Paragraph Writing class at STBA Persada Bunda during the 2023-2024 academic year. Data were collected via a writing test and a questionnaire. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students' writing quality after using Canva Magic AI, with a p-value of 0.012 from the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Notable enhancements were observed across various writing components, including better organization, with more students receiving "Excellent to Good" ratings and the complete elimination of the "Not College Level Work" category. Logical development of ideas component showed significant improvement, with more students achieving higher ratings and lower ratings decreasing to zero. Grammar quality also improved markedly, with increases in higher ratings and decreases in lower ones. Progress was observed in punctuation, spelling, mechanics, and the style and quality of expression, with significant boosts in higher ratings and reductions in lower performance levels. Furthermore, students' perceptions of Canva Magic AI were highly positive, with mean ratings consistently above 4.0 on a 5-point scale. They acknowledged the tool's effectiveness in improving their writing skills and content creation, although some reported variability in experiences with errors, indicating a need for further refinement. The research underscores the effectiveness of Canva Magic AI as a supplementary educational tool, demonstrating its potential to enhance writing skills and overall quality. The implications for educational practices suggest integrating AI tools like Canva Magic AI into curricula to support and improve students' writing proficiency, fostering a more engaging and efficient learning environment
