初等・中等音楽科教員養成課程のための総合的な「指揮法」の試み : 「合奏」との融合を通して
Get PDF本稿は，筆者の授業実践を通し，初等・中等音楽科教員養成課程における「指揮法」の授業で扱う内容を具体的に検討することを目的とする。2章では指揮者にとって必要な能力についての文献研究を整理し，それを踏まえて実際的に「指揮法」と「合奏」の授業で開発するべき音楽科教諭としての能力を検討した。3章では，「指揮法」と「合奏」の授業を小規模アンサンブルを用いて融合する方法について考察した。これには，両方の授業で同じ楽曲を使用し，ピアノと大規模合奏の中間に位置するフレキシブル編曲（アンサンブル）を取り入れることが含まれる。このアプローチが各授業の内容をより深める可能性を論じた。4章では筆者による授業実践の事例を報告し，5章では総括と今後の課題を示した
ドイツの高レベル放射性廃棄物最終処分場立地選定法における法律による立地決定とその民主的正統化作用
Get PDFドイツにおける高レベル放射性廃棄物の最終処分は、立地選定法の定める手続によって行われる。ここにおいて予定されている法律による最終処分場の立地決定については、立法権による行政への介入という点において、権力分立上の問題が指摘されている。このような「法律による計画」の憲法上の許容性とその基準について判示した連邦憲法裁判所の判例（「シュテンダール南回り」決定）に照らせば、「法律による計画」が許容されるには、①計画内容がその性質からして法律による規律に適すること、②当該計画が執行権の準備に基づくものであること、③適切な理由が存在すること、という基準を満たさなければならない。③については論争が存在するが、最終処分場の立地決定を法律形式で行うための適切な理由としては、法律の民主的正統化作用が最も支持を集めている。 Final disposal of high-level radioactive waste in Germany is carried out based on the procedure of the Repository Site Selection Act （StandAG）. The site selection shall be made by an act of the Bundestag, which rases the issue of the separation of powers due to the intervention of the legislative power in the executive power. In accordance with the precedent of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany that recognized the constitutional permissibility of such "planning by law （Legalplanung）", the site selection by an act must conform to the following criteria:（1） the contents of the planning are suitable for the form of a law;（2） the plan is based on the preparation by the executive power; （3） good grounds （gute Gründe） exist for the planning by law. 「ドル本位制」下、人民元「国際化」と香港金融資本・為替市場の役割 : 米中金融協力と対立の行方
Get PDF2009年7月、人民元建貿易取引が在香港商業銀行を決済勘定として始まった。それ以来、RQFII、ストック・コネクト、債券通等、人民元「国際化」策が打ち出されてきた。しかし、これら総ては米ドル建国際移動に門戸を開放する香港金融資本・為替市場を通じた、中国本土金融資本市場への外資導入策であった。この点からみれば、人民元「国際化」策とは、1978年の中国の「改革開放」以降、中国本土企業の香港証券取引所での上場という外資導入策の延長線上にある。要するに、中国は「改革開放」以降の40数年間において、常に外資を必要としてきたのである。本稿は、香港のカレンシー・ボード制の歴史を踏まえつつ、中国の一連の外資導入策が香港の通貨金融制度においていかに展開してきたのかについて明らかにしていく。併せて本稿は、こうした一連の作業を通じ、今日香港金融資本・為替市場を分析する際のフレームワークを提供する。‘Internationalization of RMB’ project started with RMB-denominated trade from July 2009, clearing of which is through banking accounts opened in Hong Kong. Since then, a set of policies such as RQFII, Stock Connect, and Bond Connect are conducted under ‘Internationalization of RMB’. These steps, however, are set up for introduction of international capital movement into China through both of financial and foreign exchange market of Hong Kong. From this view-point, they are in conjunction with capital raising of Chinese companies listing on Hong Kong Exchange. In short, China has consistently needed foreign capital for more than 40 years since its ‘reform and open up’ of 1978. While taking up the short history of currency board system of Hong Kong since the pre-war perid to understand its current working, this paper will make clear of how much consistent with the currency board system ‘Internationalization of RMB’ centered on Hong Kong is. Besides, it will provide analytical frame work of financial and foreign exchange market of Hong Kong for political economy
生薬ニンジン入り薬膳パンの科学的評価
Get PDF本研究では，薬膳の科学的評価を試みた。評価のための薬膳のモデルとして，生薬ニンジン入り薬膳パンのニンジンパン，ケークサレ，スコーンを作製した。渡辺 武氏によって考案された漢方医学の気血水理論に基づくレーダーグラフ法によって薬膳パンの効能効果を解析すると，ニンジンパンは体を冷やしかつ温める作用が強く，ケークサレは血の不足や血の滞りを正常に戻す作用が加わり，スコーンは全体的にバランスが良く，血の不足や滞りを正常に戻す作用もある，と推測できた。官能検査（20名のパネリスト）を実施し，ケークサレやスコーンは味や総合評価が高くなることが確認された。機器のテキソグラフを用いて食感を評価すると，ニンジンパンが最も高かった。薬膳パンの生薬ニンジンの有効成分のジンセノサイド類の量を調べると，全ての薬膳パンから検出され，薬膳パンの有効性を支持することができた。In this study, we attempted to scientifically evaluate“Yakuzen (dishes specially prepared for medical purposes)”. We made three types of bread prepared with the crude drug ginseng (bread, cake salé and scone) as an evaluation model for“Yakuzen” . Using the radar chart (= radar graph) method established by Takeshi Watanabe, which applies the theory (life is based on vital energy, blood and body fluid) of Kampo medicine, we estimated the positive effects of breads. The results showed that ginseng bread strongly cools down and warms up bodies. Cake salé is also effective in restoring blood deficiency and blood stagnation to normal. In addition, scone showed a good balanced radar graph pattern. In sensory tests (20 panelists’ evaluation), it was confirmed that cake salé and scone had higher taste and overall evaluations. In the texture analysis by TexoGraph (instrumental evaluation), ginseng bread was the highest quality of texture. We examined the contents of ginsenosides (active ingredients of ginseng) in the bread prepared with the crude drug. 足部の皮膚性状における部位差と季節差 : 夏用靴下設計のために
Get PDFWe aimed to clarify the water content of the stratum corneum （M） and transepidermal water loss （TEWL） in distinct areas of the lower leg and foot to provide insights into the development of summer socks. The participants included thirty women in their 20s with standard proportions. The M value was higher in the big toe than the values in other measurement parts on the plantar aspect of the foot by roughly twofold. The TEWL value on the sole exceeded that of the instep and the lower leg. Additionally, the TEWL values in the anterior（ proximate to the big toe） and posterior（ heel） regions of the sole of foot surpassed those in the midfoot. Our findings did not concur with that from prior reports on seasonal differences. Notably, M values tended to be higher in winter than in summer in many measurement points, likely owing to the heightened emphasis on moisturizing care in recent years. Furthermore, a personalized data analysis revealed a positive correlation between water content and transpiration in many parts
