火成岩カードの開発と中学校理科授業における活用
中学校理科単元「大地の変化」の岩石の学習において,学習者が楽しみながら知識を定着させられる教材の開発を目指し,著者らは火成岩カードの作成に取り組んだ,本教材は,54枚のカードからなり,この単元で学習する岩石名・造岩鉱物名・有色鉱物と無色鉱物の量比・マグマの粘度・火山岩と深成岩の成因を網羅している,本教材を用いた授業を,中学校において48名の生徒を対象に実施した.事後アンケート調査結果は,カードゲームを通じ,多くの生徒が楽しみながら岩石・鉱物の学習ができたことを示した
Domestic Movements of Management Ordinance and Demolition Programs for Vacant Houses
Many vacant houses could bring danger to surrounding and neighboring residents. For that reason, "Act on Special Measures to forward municipalities' moves for the Promotion of Vacant Houses" was enforced in 2015. This paper aims to clarify the actual conditions of the management regulation and the demolition program by the municipalities. The number of the management regulation and the demolition program has been increasing, and the demolition programs were grouped into seven types, although the present state is transitional period of response to the Act
Factor to influence the emotional labor of the nursing person working in a mental hospital
The purpose of this study was to clarify a factor to influence the emotional labor of the nursing person who worked in a mental hospital.This survey was conducted on a total of 483 nurses working in eight places of single department mental hospitals.
One-way Anova analysis was performed to compare with individual attribution and the four sub-scales of "the negative expressiveness to a patient," "the disharmony of feelings" , "sympathy, the positive expressiveness to a patient" and "the sensitivity to feelings".There were significant differences between "the negative expressiveness to a patient" and age, the nursing years of experience, the psychiatry nursing years of experience, an assignment department. There was a significant difference between "sympathy and the positive expressiveness to a patient" and education role, and also there was a significant "the disharmony of feelings" and age, the nursing years of experience, and an education role.These results showed that the point of emotional labor was high to the nurse who had was 29 years or younger, nurse with less than 10 years of nursing experience, and education roles.It was suggested that it is effective in social support to convey knowledge and the experience of the psychiatry nursing based on scientific evidence
The Effect of Communicative Based Teaching on Foreign Language Anxiety
Research into foreign language anxiety (FLA) is plentiful yet is an area of study and research
that remains incomplete due to anxiety's unique complexity that is affected not only by each learner's innate disposition, by reaction to certain stressors and stimuli, but also by the immediate context of anxiety. Results from pre-test/post-test experiments measuring FLA in the classroom have varied widely. In an attempt to get some clarifying
data in this area, this project measured the FLA of a large group of Japanese university students (N=397) over the course of a mandatory 16-week university English course to determine if a change in FLA would occur in a Japanese university classroom context. A secondary research goal was to explore what effects a student centered communicative
curriculum would have on FLA. The study found that a significant decrease in FLA did occur between the beginning and end of the 16-week mandatory English course. Initial conclusions of the secondary research goal indicated that stressors such as speaking or peer evaluation in one situation may increase FLA, while the same stressors
in a different situation such as a classroom with a strong sense of community may help decrease FLA. However, it was also determined that the research design needs to be improved in a number of ways for subsequent studies
