Analisis SWOT Pemasaran Cabai pada Koperasi Primadona Situbondo
Get PDFThis research aims to find out what marketing strategies are used by the Primadona Cooperative. The informants in this research were 30 people consisting of chairman, deputy, secretary, staff, members and consumers of the prima donna cooperative. The formulation of alternative strategies was analyzed by creating an Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix, then continued with a grand strategy and SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is an analysis used to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment as well as the opportunities and threats in the company's external environment. From the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the competitive position of red chili agribusiness is in quadrant I (high market growth and strong competitive position)

Get PDFThis research aims: 1) To determine the feasibility of integrated farming systems of paddy rice and beef cattle in Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency, 2) To identify the internal and external factors in the development of integrated farming systems of paddy rice and beef cattle in Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency. This research was conducted from February 2023 to April 2023 with a sample of 39 respondents. The research method employed descriptive and quantitative methods. The data analysis utilized R/C Ratio analysis and SWOT analysis. The research results indicated that integrated farming systems of paddy rice with beef cattle were feasible based on the income received per farmer amounting to 17.624.861/year with an R/C Ratio of 1.50. Factors affecting the prospects of integrated farming systems include supportive environments, the use of agricultural technology, support from agricultural departments, easily marketable products, and farmers' high level of experience in farming development

Get PDFThe informal industry is currently experiencing considerable development in several developing countries, including Indonesia. The most significant development can be seen from the increasing number of informal industries growing, especially in rural areas. This research tries to photograph the development of informal industries that are growing in rural East Priangan. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected by interviewing 20 informal industry owners in rural East Priangan. Thematic analysis with N-vivo version 12 software was used to analyze the data obtained. This research reveals that the portrait of informal industries that are widely operated in East Priangan includes the local food-based snack industry, micro scale, this industry only relies on family labor with non-routine production process activities. Get PDFDecreasing of subsidy fertilizer policy caused high cost farming, because subsidy fretilizer is limited so farmers must buy by market price when they want more. In order to get enough income for fulfil family needs, farmers at Klungkung Village, Sub District of Sukorambi, Jember Regency have to find a way for overcome this policy. The choosen alternative is made liquid organic fertilizer by themselves as local wisdom to apply healthy paddy farming, that is apply organic fertilizer beside inorganic fertilizer. This study aimed to analyze: (1) local wisdom ; (2) impact of decreasing of subsidy fertilizer policy to paddy farming production; dan (3) impact of decreasing of subsidy fertilizer policy to paddy farming income at Klungkung Village, Sub District of Sukorambi, Jember Regency. Study was done in reany planting season 2022-2023. Sampel was determined by Convenience Sampling, with 25 farmers of helathy paddy and 25 farmer of convensioanl paddy, which just use inorganic fertilizer for their plant. Descriptive analilysis, income anaysis and multiple regression analysis were used for reaching thoose goals. The result were: (1) local wisdom at Klungkung Village, Sub District of Sukorambi, Jember Regency have for overcome decreasing of subsidy fertilizer policy is using “gotong royong” institution to make liquid organic fertilizer by themselves to apply healthy paddy farming by using potencia lnature resouches around them. “Gotong royong” is an old institution means working together for reaching benefit together; (2) healthy paddy farming income was Rp 19.031.278, higher than convencional paddy farming by Rp 22.311.573/ha and significant at 5% test level; (3) healthy paddy farming production was 1,19 higher than convencional paddy farming and significant at 5% test level

Get PDF The decreasing interest of young workers in the agricultural sector can threaten agricultural sustainability and food security. This research aims to analyze the social stratification and interest of millennial farmers in vegetable commodities, determine the factors that influence interest. This research uses mixed methods research with a sequential explanatory research type. The research was conducted in the Central Bangka Regency from Septemberi 2023 to February 2024. This research involved 117 respondents and 30 informants. The quantitatif data analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 25. Qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The research results place experience indicators valued by millennial farmers. Millennial farmers' interest in vegetable commodities was in the very high category (88.00%). The results of the multiple linear regression show that commodity variables, digital technology, environment, and government support simultaneously or partially have a significant effect on the interest of millennial farmers, with a simultaneous contribution of 44.60%. Environmental variables are the variables that most strongly influence the interests of millennial farmers
Analisis Keuntungan Usaha Budidaya Spirulina di PT Munda Green Energy
Get PDFThe aimed of the research were: 1) to analyze the procedures for cultivating Spirulina at PT Munda Green Energy, 2) to analyze the role of factors production in Spirulina cultivation at PT Munda Green Energy, and 3) to analyze the profit of the Spirulina cultivation business at PT Munda Green Energy. The type of research used in this research was quantitative research with descriptive analysis and a case study approach method. The types of data used in this research were primary and secondary data. The data collection methods used in this research include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research were descriptive analysis techniques and analysis of farming. The results of the research showed that: 1) Spirulina cultivation procedures at PT Munda Green Energy include preparing planting media, spreading and transferring seeds, fertilizing and providing additional minerals, plant care, harvesting and drying, 2) seed production factors, fertilizer, water, labor, and temperature play an important role in Spirulina cultivation at PT Munda Green Energy, and 3) the revenue was received by PT Munda Green Energy from Oktober until December 2023rd was IDR 59.850.000/production with explicit costs of IDR 29.665.578,75/production and implicit costs of IDR 22.699.910/production resulting in a profit amounting to IDR 7.484.511,25/production.

Get PDFThe increase in coffee consumption and coffee-drinking culture in Indonesia has been notable. This research aims to identify the typological characteristics of coffee shops in Gresik Regency and to understand the adaptation strategies these coffee shops employ to cope with business competition. The study adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method. The research conducted in Gresik Regency, focuses on three types of coffee shops: traditional coffee stalls, semi-modern coffee shops, and modern cafes. Data collection was carried out through interviews and observations. The informants involved in this study were the owners and managers of the coffee shops. The data were then analyzed using an interactive model. The typology of coffee shops in Gresik Regency shows diversity, including traditional coffee stalls, coffee shops blending modern styles, and modern cafes. These three types of coffee shops implement different adaptation strategies. Traditional coffee stalls and semi-modern coffee shops employ a prospector strategy to develop their business, while modern cafes use a defender strategy to maintain their reputation and consumer interest

Get PDFShallots have been one of the leading vegetable commodities grown by farmers for many years. In Landangan Village, the land area designated for shallots reaches around 6.8 hectares, with an average harvest of between 7 and 7.5 tons per hectare. Good market potential makes it a priority to continue development. This research aims to identify factors that influence shallot production in Landangan Village, Kapongan District, Situbondo Regency. Samples were taken by census, which means all members of the population were used as samples. The analytical method applied is Cobb-Douglas Function Analysis, which is used to determine production factors that influence shallot production. The test results using the statistical F test show that the variables of land area, seeds, fertilizer and labor have a significant influence on shallot production in Landangan Village. However, the t test results show that only the seed and fertilizer variables have a significant effect, while the land area and labor variables do not have a significant effect on shallot production in Landangan Village

Get PDFThe youth's perception of the agricultural sector determines their participation in agriculture. This negative view of the sector, which is the mainstay of rural development, has resulted in the general aging of farmers in Indonesia. Farmers are portrayed as unsuccessful, dirty, and full of risks, so that many households whose parents do not want their children to work as farmers. Youth perceptions and participation, especially those in families farming, are interesting to assess. The objective of this study is to assess the perceptions and involvement (participation) of farmer's children in rice farming operations conducted by their parents, whether it is positive or negative. The results found that young farmers' children had a fairly positive perception of their family's rice farming, but this was not followed by their participation. The factor of unfavorable grain prices during the harvest is the biggest concern for their family's economic life. Therefore, they are most reluctant to be fully involved in the family farm.

However, the sales of sacha inchi oil within the company have shown instability and tended to stagnate between 2022 and 2023. Therefore, it is imperative to pinpoint the underlying cause to devise an effective marketing strategy aimed at boosting the sales of sacha inchi oil products. The research employed qualitative method with a case study technique. Primary and secondary data were gathered through observation, interviews involving key informants including company personnel and managers. Data were analyzed by using Strength, Weakness, Opportunity & Threat (SWOT) analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. The research findings reveal the existence of eight alternative strategies: 1) Implementing monthly evaluations coupled with data analysis, 2) Collaborating with health experts, 3) Leveraging connections with governmental bodies and universities, 4) Engaging in direct marketing initiatives, 5) Harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI), 6) Enhancing workforce capabilities, 7) Optimizing content and targeting social media, and 8) Forming strategic partnerships. Among these alternatives, the priority strategy with the highest value is conducting monthly evaluations coupled with data analysis
