EFFECT OF GREEN MARKETING MIX ON PURCHASE INTENTION: MODERATING ROLE OF ENVIRONMENTAL KNOWLEDGE
This study investigates the moderating effect of environmental knowledge on the relationship between green marketing mix and purchase intentions. As consumer environmental awareness rises, so does the trend towards green consumption. However, a purchase intention, or willingness to buy green products, must precede actual green purchasing behavior. This research employs a quantitative survey design. Participants are randomly selected from a database of Instagram visitors and followers. A sample of 100 respondents is gathered using incidental sampling methods. Data is collected through a survey link. SEM analysis is used to analyze the data. The green marketing mix significantly impacts purchase intention, with environmental knowledge acting as a moderator. A T-test reveals a significant difference between the original sample's -0.112 and 0.000 significance values of 1.963 and 1.963, respectively. This suggests that the green marketing mix has a stronger influence on purchase intention than environmental knowledge. Keywords: Environmental Knowledge; Green Marketing Mix; Purchase Intention
PEER-BASED FINANCIAL PRACTICES: INSIGHTS FROM ARISAN SYSTEMS
This study aims to analyze "arisan," a social gathering common in Indonesia, from the perspective of receivables accounting and investment. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an interpretive approach to understand the experiences of participants in Padang. Informants were selected based on their ability to explain their involvement in "arisan," particularly focusing on unique models not commonly found in other areas. Random sampling was used to determine observation locations, allowing researchers to observe and conduct interviews effectively. Data analysis follows the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, where data reduction occurred alongside collection to capture the informants' perspectives. The study reveals that participants' motivations for joining "arisan" often stem from a desire to save money and manage receivables. When members receive their funds early, it is viewed as an investment, reflecting their economic motivations. Additionally, some participants use "arisan" as an investment tool, contributing goods or money equivalent to goods to protect their assets from inflation. In conclusion, "arisan" serves not only as a social activity but also as a financial mechanism, where members recognize funds as receivables or investments, offering unique insights into local economic behavior. Keywords: Accounting, Expenditure Cycle, Account Receivable and investment

It also aims to devise effective strategies to enhance BOP personnel professionalism. The research employs qualitative methods, including literature review, observations at the State Security Directorate, and interviews. The findings reveal three main issues. INFLUENCE OF WORK-LIFE BALANCE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON JOB SATISFACTION WITH EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT IN WEST JAKARTA MALLS
This study uses quantitative methods to examine the effect of work-life balance and work environment on job satisfaction, with employee engagement as an intervening variable among mall employees in West Jakarta. Using the SmartPLS program version 4.0, this study tested the validity, reliability, and causal relationships between variables. The results showed that work-life balance and work environment significantly influence job satisfaction, with employee engagement as a mediating variable. Good work-life balance, low work pressure, job stability, and a comfortable and supportive work environment increase job satisfaction. High employee engagement also contributes positively to job satisfaction, although it weakens the effect of work-life balance. This study concludes that mall management needs to maintain a work-life balance, a good work environment, and enhance employee engagement to achieve optimal job satisfaction. Additionally, survey data indicate that job satisfaction among employees is still relatively low, due to suboptimal work-life balance, work environment, and employee engagement. Improving job satisfaction depends not only on employees but also on various factors within the company. This study provides additional insights into employee engagement as an intervening variable in the impact of work-life balance and work environment on job satisfaction. Bank performance in the last 10 years has improved marked by an increase in loan growth but followed by a declining trend in profitability. Out of 47 banks, 28 were selected as samples using purposive sampling—data analysis techniques using IBM SPS Amos 24.0 software. From the results of data analysis, the results show that loan growth has a positive and insignificant effect on return on assets, loan to assets has a negative and insignificant effect on return on assets, size has a positive and significant effect on return on assets, loan growth and size have a positive and negligible effect on non-performing loans and loan to assets has a significant negative effect on non-performing loans. The results of mediation testing using the Sobel test, the results show that non-performing loans can provide a partial mediating role in the relationship between loan to assets and return on assets, but non-performing loans cannot act as mediation of the relationship between loan growth and size to the return on assets
