PENGARUH TUNTUTAN TUGAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA ANGGOTA DPRD KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT DENGAN STRES KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
This study aimed toseehowthe task demandsaffectjob satisfactionandseealso whetherwork stressrole asa variableintervening. Theresults ofthis study, thevariabletask demands (X) effect significantly 0,002. However, the value ofthe variabletask demandsregression coefficienthas decreasedfrom0.409into0.272. Work stress variable(I) as an intervening variablesignificant effect onjob satisfaction(Y) with regression coefficientis0.311andsignificantlevelof0,000. The amount effect ofwork stresson job satisfaction(Y) is0.443(R2 = 4.43). In other words,an increase invariableeffectof work stresson job satisfaction(Y) by 18%orfrom2.93%to 4.43%.It can beinterpretedthat thework stress variable(I) partiallymediatethe relationshipbetweentask demandsvariables(X) to job satisfaction(Y).

OPTIMIZATION ENTREPRENEURSHIP ORIENTATION IN CREATING ADDED VALUE OF PASAMAN CITRUS
West Pasaman is an area rich in agricultural products. One of the region's agricultural products is Citrus, which are popularly known as Pasaman Citrus. Pasaman Citrus has a sweet taste and has a lot of vitamin content. Pasaman Citrus Market is already so extensive. This Citrus has been sold in other regions. To increase added value, bring ideas to developing products such as packaged orange juice, syrup and other products. This idea will certainly increase the marketing and income of citrus producers. The research method is descriptive qualitative which is explored from three dimensions of entrepreneurship, namely innovation, where citrus producers are able to create new products that can later expand market opportunities. Furthermore proactive spirit, where the development of these products will increase competitiveness in the market and will get opportunities both from the local market and the market in several other regions. Then the courage to take risks. With the increasing competition, citrus producers are also able to deal with risks and minimize the risks.

EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP STYLE ON PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES PT LINTAS MEDIATAMA BANDUNG
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze leadership style, employee performance and the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of PT Lintas Mediatama Bandung. This study uses a non probability sampling technique with a type of census. The population in this study were thirty employees of PT Lintas Mediatama Bandung. All population members are used as samples. Data collection methods are divided into primary data and secondary data. primary data collection using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Secondary data collection uses literature studies and scientific journal references. Test of research instruments such as frequency calculation, validity and reliability test the author uses SPSS version 20. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between leadership style and employee performance. The leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance.

EVALUATION OF JOB ANALYSYS AND NEED FOR TRAININGON JAKARTAPAMONG PRAJA UNITS
Human resource development was created through education and training for employees with the aim of improving the quality of human resources. Urgency of Municipal Police tasks underpin the training needs according to the current conditions. This study aimed to get an effective training recommendation based on the evaluation of job analysis. Descriptive analysis method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) use value of mode and mean value to know aspect of human resource management which is considered important and need improvement. The result of the evaluation of job analysis shows 7 components need improvement, one of them is development and training aspect. Training Needs Analysis is done by calculating the gap between Job Position Capability and Personal Working Ability. From the results of the study, it is known that there are 21 components in the area need training and 9 components in the area do not need training. PENGARUH PRODUCT QUALITY DAN PRICE TERHADAP CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION PADA PENGGUNA HANDPHONE SAMSUNG DI KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT
This study was intended to see how the effects of Product Quality and Price to Customers’ Satisfaction toward Samsung mobile phone users in West Pasaman. The population in this study was the samsung mobile phone users in West Pasaman with the sample size of 100, where sampling techniques using Convinience sampling techniques. From the results of this study, the variable Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2) significantly affects the Customers Satisfaction (Y) with a significant level of 0.000. The amount of influence Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on the Customers Satisfaction (Y) is 0.423 (R2 = 42.3).

THE INFLUENCE OF COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEE LOYALITY AT PT SURYA PILAR PERKASA PEKANBARU
This research was conducted at PT. SURYA PILAR PERKASA. One way used to increase employee loyalty for companies is compensation. Compensation is a form of reward received by employees in lieu of services they have provided to the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation on employee loyalty PT. Surya Pillars of Might. The population in this study were 85 employees. The sample taken is the whole of the population of 85 employees. For the regression of linear analysis, the regression equation is generated as follows: Y = 6.464 + 1.421.X and the constant value of 6.464 states that if the value of X = 0 or Compensation variable does not exist, then the value of Employee Loyalty variable is 6.464. The regression coefficient of the Compensation variable is 1.421, meaning that every addition of 1 (one) variable point of Compensation, then it will increase employee loyalty equal to 1.421 times. The interpretation of the equation above is that the variable regression coefficient of Compensation (X) has a positive sign (1.421), which implies that Compensation is in line with Employee Loyalty variable, in other words that the Compensation variable has a positive effect on Employee Loyalty. Based on the value of t, obtained t-count of 2.952 at the sig level of 0.000. The calculation results show that Compensation has t arithmetic larger than t table that is 2.952> 1,988 which means Ho is rejected so Ha accepted. It can be concluded that the Compensation variable has a significant influence on employee loyalty in PT.Surya Pilar Perkasa Pekanbaru. Furthermore, R2 value of 0.669. Because this coefficient determination test obtained from simple linear regression calculation, the coefficient of determination of 0.669 or R2 x 100% by 67%. The meaning of the value has the implication that the compensation variable affects Loyalty by 67%, and the rest is influenced by other variables.

PENGARUH PERSON ORGANIZATION FIT (P-O FIT)DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PT. ANDALAS AGRO INDUSTRI (AAI)DI KECAMATAN KINALI KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT
Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat bagaimana PERSON ORGANIZATION FIT (P-O FIT) dan Lingkungan Kerja mempengaruhi Prestasi Kerja Karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan variabel P-O FIT (X1)danLingkungan Kerja ( X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan (Y).Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows release 16. Hasil Penelitian dari analisis regresi linier berganda di peroleh persamaan regresiY = 0,431 + 0.432 X1 + 0.531X2. Hasil analisis varians untuk regresi diperoleh nilai f46.051dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000. Ini berarti bahwa nilai signifikan F lebih kecil dari alpha 5 % (0,000 < 0,05. Adapun besarnya koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh 0,526.Hal ini menunjukkkan bahwa pengaruh P-O FIT dan lingkungan kerjaterhadap prestasi kerja karyawan sebesar 52,6% Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain atau sisanya 47,4% yang dipengaruhi oleh Variabel yang belum di teliti. dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000. Besarnya pengaruh P-O FIT dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan, Dari Uji T yang diperlihatakan pada table Coefflcientster terlihat bahwa nilai Alfa untuk variabel P-O FIT yaitu sebasar 4,730 signifikan.Sedangkan pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja yaitu sebesar 5,785 signifikan. penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel 86 orang Karyawan PT AAI Kab. Pasaman Barat.

PENGARUH LOCUS OF CONTROL DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS KELAUTAN DAN PERIKANAN KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas kelautan dan perikanan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh Locus Of Control dan Stres Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 46 pegawai. Karena jumlah populasinya dibawah 100 orang maka seluruh populasi dijadikan responden, tidak ada penarikan sampel. penelitian ini disebut penelitian sensus. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan seluruh variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. R2 menunjukkan nilai sebesar 55,7 % yang berarti bahwa pengaruh Locus Of Control dan Stres Kerja hanya sebesar 55,7 % sedangkan 44,3 %`lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti disini. Setiap variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Namun variabel paling berpengaruh adalah stres kerja dengan koefisien sebesar 1,162, sedangkan koefisien locus of control hanya sebesar 1,138. Uji F menunjukkan kedua variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen.

FINANCIAL DISTRESS PREDICTED BY CASH FLOW AND LEVERAGE WITH CAPITAL INTENSITY AS MODERATING
The level of financial distress is a condition where the company's finances are in an unhealthy state or crisis. This study aims to examine the effect of cash flow and leverage in predicting the level of financial distress which is moderated by capital intensity at PT. Indah Karya (Persero). The research method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. To assess this research, the 2013-2017 Quarterly Financial Report is used. The results showed that cash flows has a negative and significant influence in predicting the level of financial distress, leverage (debt to asset ratio) has a positive and insignificant influence in predicting the level of financial distress, capital intensity has a negative and insignificant effect in moderating the effect of cash flows on the level of financial difficulty and capital intensity has a positive and insignificant influence in moderating the influence of leverage in predicting the level of financial distress. Simultaneously cash flow and leverage in predicting the level of financial distress which is moderated by capital intensity together - have a significant effect on the condition of the level of financial distress of PT. Indah Karya (Persero). Another result found in this study is that the capital intensity variable in moderating leverage has the strongest influence in predicting the level of corporate financial distress which is seen by using an assessment of total assets to sales and debt to asset ratio. With these results, the company can use it as an early detection in the face of financial distress.

STUDI RELATIONSHIP QUALITY PADA BANK NAGARI CABANG SIMPANG EMPAT PASAMAN BARAT
The high level of competition in banking sector requires management to implement a good marketing management strategy in order to increase the customers loyalty. Customer loyalty is determined by the high relationship quality. Among the variables that influence the relationship quality is trust, satisfaction and commitment. This study analyzed the effect of these three variables to improve relationship quality on Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Branch. The population is the customers who take a sample of 100 customers. Measurement of variables with instruments which quantified by Likert scale. The results showed that all of the independent variables positive and significant impact on the improvement of relationship quality. The findings of this study provides implications for the management of Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Branch that in order to improve the relationship quality should increase the trust variable, satisfaction and commitment.
