PENENTU STRUKTUR MODAL DAN PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
The purposes of this study were to examine the influence of profitability, firm size, growth, asset structure, non debt tax shield on the capital structure and the influence of capital structure on the firm value. The sample used in this research are infrastructure, utility and transportation sector that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) period 2010-2013, which is choosing by purposive sampling method. Testing hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression. The results showed that only profitability has significant effect on capital structure. Beside that, capital structure also has significant effect on firm value.

EFEK MODERASI COUNTRY OF ORIGIN PADA PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN EKUITAS MEREK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN LAPTOP TOSHIBA
On mobile computers market in Indonesia, including in Simpang Empat West Pasaman, there are many product from many country by various brands. The high competition requires manufacturers and distributors to implement the marketing strategies. To implement these strategies required a good understanding of the factors that influence the decision purchase. This study analyzed the moderating effect of country of origin variable on the influence of product quality and brand equity on Toshiba purchasing decisions in Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat. This studies show that the product and brand equity as partially or simultaneously positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Country of origin moderated the influence of the quality of products on purchasing decisions and also brand equity influence on purchasing decisions. The results of this study imply that in order to improve the purchase decision of Laptop Toshiba, can be done by increasing again product quality and brand equity. Special to the store vendors, recommended to sell products made in Japan as a priority, because the computers made in Japan is perceived as a high quality product.

ANALYSIS OF FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE ON REPORTING OF DANA DESA PROGRAMS
Tujuan penelitain ini adalah melihat faktor-faktor yang dapat mendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam pelaporan keuangan dana desa, apabila terdapat hambatan dalam pelaporan keuangan dana desa, maka peneliti akan memberikan solusinya.
Metodolgi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metodologi kualitatif, dengan melakukan wawancara, dan didukung dengan data primer dan skunder.
Hasil dari pnelitian ini adalah pelaporan keuangan dana desa di Kenagarian Mungka dapat dilaksanakan tepat waktu, adapun faktor pendukung dalam pelaporannya adalah adanya kerjasama yang bagus anatar aparat desa, namun terdapat beberapa yang menjadi faktor penghambat yaitu, keterbatasan sumberdaya manusia yang ada, sistem yang sering berubah-ubah, terjadi keterlambatan informasi yang diterima oleh perangakat desa

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Small Business Loan (KUR) toward the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) income. The analized method is by descriptive approact. The data collected by interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the Small Business Loan (KUR) contributed dan positive effect toward the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) income.

PENDEKATAN THEORY OF PLANNED BEHAVIOR DALAM MENGKAJI PERILAKU KONSUMEN ROKOK DI SIMPANG EMPAT PASCA KELUARNYA FATWA MAJLIS ULAMA INDONESIA TENTANG HARAM MEROKOK
Meski merokok dianggap lebih besar keburukannya dibanding manfaatnya namun kegiatan merokok sudah mengurat mengakar pada sebagian masyarakat dunia. Majlis Ulama Indonesia telah mengeluarkan fatwa haram merokok bagi ummat islam. Bagaimana perilaku konsumen rokok setelah keluarnya fatwa ini dianalisis dengan mengambil objek penelitian pada konsumen rokok di Simpang Empat, Pasaman Barat dengan mengaplikasikan theory of planned behavior dengan sedikit modifikasi.Dari pengamatan dan data primer yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan yang jauh antara normative belief dengan motivation to comply.Inilah dasar bagi peneliti untuk menempatkan kedua faktor ini sebagai variabel yang terpisah dan masing-masing diuji pengaruhnya terhadap niat dan perilaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya hanya motivation to comply dan perceived behavior control yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat maupun perilaku. Variabel sikap dan normative belieftidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap niat dan perilaku. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa meski sikap produsen rokok dan referents atau orang-orang terdekat mereka berpendapat merokok adalah tidak baik, tapi mereka tetap saja merokok.Niat dan perilaku merokok atau tidak merokok hanya dapat dipengaruhi oleh perubahan pada motivasi mengikuti referents dan perceived behavior control.

KUALITAS PRODUK SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING ANTARA PENGARUH LIFE STYLE TERHADAP MINAT BELI MOBIL AGYA DI PASAMAN BARAT
This study aimed to see how the variables Lifestyle affect intantion and see also whether the Quality of Product role as an intervening variable. From the results of this study, the variables Life Style (X) significantly affects Intantion (Y), where the regression coefficient is 0.452 with a significant level of 0.000. However, the value of regression coefficient Life Style (X) has decreased from 0.452 into 0.263. Variable Quality of Product (I) as an intervening variable significant effect on Intantion (Y) with regression coefficient is 0.347 and significant level of 0.000. The amount of influence Life Style (X) to Intantion (Y) is 0.532 (R2 = 5.32). In other words, an increase in the effect of variable Life Style (X) to Intantion (Y) amounted to 16.2%, or from 53.2% to 6.97%. It can be interpreted that the variable Quality of Product (I) partially mediate the relationship between the variables Life Style (X) to Intantion (Y).

THE EFFECT OF TEAM ORIENTATION, CREATING CHANGE AND CUSTOMER FOCUS ON INNOVATION AND EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE ON PT. PELINDO III (PERSERO) BANJARMASIN
This research aims to analyze the influence of Team Orientation, Creating Change and Customer Focus on Innovation and Employee Performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III Banjarmasin. The sampling method used proportional stratified random sampling, which sample was as many as 145 people. The research data used a questionnaires which were distributed online using links that can be clicked from e-mail and also social media whatsapp with smartphones and laptops / PCs. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a method of data analysis used in this research. The results of this research indicated that Team Orientation affects Innovation, Creating Change affects Innovation, Customer Focus affects Innovation, Team Orientation affects Employee Performance, Creating Change affects Employee Performance, Customer Focus has no effect on Employee Performance and Innovation affects Employee Performance.

ANALISIS ASOSIASI MEREK TERHADAP RESPON KONSUMEN PADA MEREK HEDONIK
This study was intended to test the brand association to consumer response at hedonic brand. Especially on the effect of dimensions brand function (guarantee function, personal identification function, social identification function, and status function) to consumer response (brand extension, recommendation and consumer willingness to pay at price premium). The model of this research is firstly advanced by Bele’n del Rio et al., (2001) in his article entitled “The effects of brand functions on consumer response”. The subjects of this study were193 students to hedonic brand who lived in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). By using analysis instrument of Structural Equation Modeling in AMOS 4.01 program. The results of the analysis suggested on the hedonic brand had effects of dimensions brand function to consumer response, especially on personal identification and social identification.

PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI , MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. PRIMATAMA MULYA JAYA (PMJ) KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Karyawanan Di PT. PMJ Kabupaten Pasaman Barat yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen organisasi, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan Di PT. PMJ Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan bagian ADM Kantor PT. PMJ yang berjumlah 33 orang. Karena jumlah populasinya dibawah 100 orang maka seluruh populasi dijadikan responden, tidak ada penarikan sampel. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan seluruh variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. R2 menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,731, yang berarti pengaruh Komitmen organisasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT. PMJ sebesar 73,1 % dan sisanya 26,9 % dipengaruhi oleh factor lain yang tidak diikutkan dalam penelitian ini. Setiap variable berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja Karyawan, variable yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT. PMJ adalah variable motivasi yaitu sebesar 0,930.

AN ANALYSIS OF FACTORS THAT AFFECTING STUDENT’S INTEREST IN FOLLOWING THE STUDENT ACTIVITY UNITS OF STMIK JAYANUSA
This study aims (1) To determine the factors that influence student interest in participating in Student activity units in STMIK Jayanusa and (2) The most dominant factors affecting the interest of STMIK Jayanusa students in participating in Student activity units.This research was carried out on the STMIK Jayanusa campus with a total response of 52 students who participated in the UKM. Data collected using questionnaires were analyzed by factor analysis through Statistical Program Social Scence (SPSS) 17.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 factors that influence the participation of STMIK Jayanusa students in participating in Student activity units namely (a) The heredity factor has an eigenvalue of 2,284 with a variance value of 76.125%. Intelligence factor has an eigenvalue of 0.415 with a variance value of 13.833%. While environmental factors have an eigenvalue value of 0.301 with a variance value of 10.042%. and (2) The most dominant factor influencing student participation in participating in Student activity units is a factor that originates within students, namely the heredity factor of 76.125
