    SHOPPING LIFESTYLE AS A MEDIATION VARIABLE IN THE EFFECT OF HEDONIC SHOPPING VALUE ON BUYING IMPULSE IN ONLINE SHOP

    Development of information technology, especially the internet is rapid a major impact for all aspects, not least the development of business and marketing. Based of data the numbers of internet users at e-commerce, a potential market to enter the business. The purpose of the research was to investigate the intervening effect of shopping lifestyle on the relationship between hedonic shopping value and impulse buying at the online shop of Kerinci consumers. The research of sample was consumers impulse buying on the online shop which accounted for 90 consumers using convinience sampling method. Data was colected through questionnaire with likert’s scale which analysis using deskriptive qualitative and quantitative as test of validity and reliability, coefisien of determination, hypothesis testing and path analysis by processing the data using SPSS 19.0 for windows. The result of analysis found that hedonic shopping value positively and significantly influeced impulse buying and shopping lifestyle. Shopping lifestyle positively and significantly influeced impulse buying, but shopping lifestyle was not found as intervening variable between hedonic shopping value and impulse buying at the online shop of Kerinci consumers

    PROFITABILITY, FIRM AGE, AND LEVERAGE: ESTIMATION OF PANEL DATA MODELS IN THE EMERGING INDONESIAN MARKET

    The purpose of this research is to test the influence of profitability and age, to the leverage. The type of data used was quantitative data taken from the company's annual financial statements and the company’s annual report summary. The population is all companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the last periods 2017. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using purposive sampling, 96 companies have been selected as samples. The data of the financial statement of the companies has been obtained from the official website of IDX. We tested the relationships between the profitability and firm age to leverage with the statistical method used is regression analysis in panel data. The result of the research shows, with partial test profitability and firm age, has a negative significant influence to the leverage. And then, estimation results show the r-square value of 91,76% which means the profitability and age of the company have the ability to explain leverage of 91,76% and while remaining 8,24% is explained by other variables which are not studied.     This study aims to determine the effect of Public Accountability and the Financial Accounting System on the Quality of Financial Statements of Local Government of Bandung City. The study was conducted at the head of the financial subdivision and finance department at “dinas pengelolaan keuangan dan aset daerah” and the head of the Inspector and Auditor of the Bandung City Inspectorate. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the heads of the financial subdivision and all financial employees, especially Accounting DPKAD, 21 people as well as to the head of the inspector and all Inspectorate auditors of 19 people, so that the total sample was 40 samples. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that public accountability and regional financial accounting systems influence the quality of regional financial statements

Cahaya in Lubuk Sikaping with a sample of 35 people, with a used sampling census method. Instrument research is a Questionnaire. The data obtained is then processed using multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS.from the results of this reserach foundleadership stylevariable (X1) and discipline (X2)have a significant effect on performance(Y) with a significant level of 0.000. The magnitude of the influence of leadership style(X1 and discipline (X2)have significant effect on performance (Y) is 0.549 (R2 = 54.9%)

    PENGARUH SERVICE QUALITY TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH DENGAN KEPUASAN NASABAH SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

    The aim of this study is to find out how the Service Quality affecting Customer Loyalty and find out also whether the Customer Satisfaction acts as an intervening variable. From the results of this study, the variable Service Quality (X) significantly affects on customer loyalty (Y) where the regression coefficient is 0.308 with a significant level 0.000. However, the value of the regression coefficient variable Service Quality (X) increases from 0.308 into 0.589. The variable of Customer Satisfaction (I) as an intervening variable significantly affect on customer loyalty (Y) with regression coefficient 0.261 and significance level is 0.000. The amount of influence on Customer Loyalty Service Quality (Y) was 0.556 (R 2 = 55.6). In other words, The increase of the influence of the variables on Customer Loyalty Service Quality (Y) in the presence of intervening variables (Customer Satisfaction) amounted to 16.5% or from 55.6% to 7:21%. So, it can be interpreted that the variable of Customer Satisfaction (I) mediates partially (partial mediation) the relationship between the variables of Service Quality (X) to Customer Loyalty (Y).     THE INFLUENCE OF PRODUCT QUALITY, PRICES AND PROMOTIONS ON INTEREST IN BUYING SRI SULASTRI’S BATIK

    This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion of buying interest in Sri Sulastri’s Batik of Bantul Yogyakarta. Type of research that used was quantitative research with survey methods. Sample in research was 100 customers who visited the Sri Sulastri’s Batik Bantul Yogyakarta. Collection data methods used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression test. The results of the analysis show, 1) the quality of the product has influential positive and significant effect on buying interest in Sri Sulastri’s Batik Bantul Yogyakarta, 2) price has positive and significant effect on buying interest in Sri Sulastri’s batik Bantul Yogyakarta, 3) promotion has a positive and significant effect on the interest in buying Sri Sulastri’s batik Bantul Yogyakarta, 4) coefficient of determination (R2) obtained for 0.536, which means that 53.6% of the product quality, price and promotion variables explain the variance of interest in buying interest, the remaining 46.44% is explained by other variables.Conclusion that product quality, price and promotion have an effect on buying interest Sri Sulastri’s Batik Bantul Yogyakarta.     THE IMPACT OF SERVICE QUALITY ON BANKING CUSTOMER LOYALTY: THE ROLE OF SATISFACTION AND SWITCHING COSTS AS MEDIATOR

    The notion of customer loyalty as an efective marketing strategy in fecing keen competition has been identified. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of customer satisfaction and switching costs as mediator on the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. The research population is all banking deposit customers of Nagari Bank Main Branch Padang while the numbers of usable samples were 117 respondents. In order to test hypotheses, this study performs SmartPLS 3.2.8. The results of analysis displayed that the strongest effect of service was found on switching costs compared to customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, customer satifcation and switching costs were proven as determinants of customer loyalty, and they also were found as mediator on the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty.The research findings provided some practical contributions that in order to enhancing customer loyalty future, it was suggested to increase customer satisfaction as well switching costs through creating the best service quality.     The purpose of this research to measure capital structure of cosmetics companies and house hold goods listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 using vertical analysis, return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), debt on equity ratio (DER), and Long-Term Debt on Equity Ratio (LTDtER). This research uses descriptive methods, secondary data used is company documentation and financial reports in the form of balance sheet PT.Akasha Wira International Tbk, PT. Kino Indonesia Tbk, PT.Mandom Indonesia Tbk, PT. Martina Berto Tbk, PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk and PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk in 2015 until 2017. The results showed that the perfomance of cosmetics companies and house hold goods reduction in 2015 until 2017 the form of Return on Equity (ROE) and increase in Debt on Equity Ratio (DER) and also fluctuations in Long-Term Debt on Equity Ratio (LTDtER). PT. Kino Indonesia and PT. Mustika Ratu are companies with financial performance whose capital structure management is not optimal due to the composition and proportion of long-term debt with equity that is not balanced with the returns and risks borne by the company during the 2015 to 2017 period.     This study was intended to see how the influence of Hedonic Shopping Value, Shopping Lifestyle and Positive Emotion against Impulse Buying on visitor of Plaza Andalas Padang . The population of this study is the consumers have ever shopped at Plaza Andalas Padang with a sample of 150. The technique of sampling using purposive sampling . Results of this study, the variables Hedonic Shopping Value ( X1 ) , Shopping Lifestyle ( X2 ) , and Positive Emotion ( X3 ) significantly affects to the Impulse Buying ( Y ) with a significant level of 0.000 . The influence of Hedonic Shopping Value ( X1 ) , Shopping Lifestyle ( X2 ) , and Positive Emotion ( X3 ) against Impulse Buying ( Y ) was 0.663 ( R2 = 66.3 ) .
