PENGARUH FAKTOR PRIBADI, ORGANISASI DAN NON ORGANISASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI KARYAWAN PADA PT. PLN AREA BUKITTINGGI
Organizational commitment is an interesting focus to be discussed at PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi area, this has led to the growing development of organizational commitment in an employee, will be able to reduce the emergence of negative work that appears in the organization, such as employee work strikes, employee demonstrations, work absenteeism numbers, feeling unlucky at work and turnover.Regarding the purpose of this study to analyze and prove personal factors on organizational commitment, analyze and prove organizational factors on commitment, analyze and prove non-organizational factors on organizational commitment and analyze and prove together personal factors, organizational factors and non-organizational factors towards organizational commitment to PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area.The population in this study were all employees and employees of PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi Area consisting of permanent employees and freelancers exceeding company leadership totaling more than 63 people in which the research sample used the census method for each employee in the PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi Area consists of 63 employees. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression methods.The results of this study are personal factors (X1) significant to organizational commitment (Y) at PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.638 with a significance value of 0,000, organizational factors (X2) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT.PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.091 with a significance value of 0.018, non-organizational factors (X3) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area of 0.448 with a significance value of 0.007 and personal factors (X1), organizational factors (X2) and non-organizational factors (X3) significantly influence organizational commitment (Y) at PT. PENGARUH SISTEM KERJA DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN TAMU PADA DEPARTEMEN FRONT OFFICE DI HOTEL BWALK, DAU, MALANG
Tourism is the most potential sector to be developed. BWalk is an educational tourism object in Malang Regency, which combines the concepts of hotel, food court, educational facilities, sports and entertainment. As the author explains in his book entitled Practical Administration and Front Office Work Procedures that the front office must provide excellent service that not only gives satisfaction and attention to customers but how and how to find out what customers want, so that it can give a positive impression and value from customers. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) The Effect of Work Systems on the Front Office Department on Guest Satisfaction, 2) The Effect of Service Quality on the Front Office Department on Guest Satisfaction, 3) The Effect of Work Systems and Service Quality on the Front Office Department on Guest Satisfaction at BWalk Hotels , Dau, Malang. This type of research is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at BWalk hotel guests, Dau Malang. The sampling method used in this study is the method / technique of determining the sample based on chance meeting at the front office when guests check out and are willing to fill out the questionnaire. The total population of this study is 50 guests / customers who stay at BWalk. The results of this study indicate that 1) Work System has no significant effect on Guest Satisfaction, 2) Service Quality has a significant effect on Guest Satisfaction, 3) Work System and Service Quality have a significant effect Together on Guest Satisfaction at BWalk Hotel, Dau, Malang. PENGARUH HUBUNGAN POLITIK DAN KUALITAS AUDIT TERHADAP LIKUIDITAS SAHAM DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI) TAHUN 2013-2018
Government intervention in a company can provide benefits for the company so that they will gain trust by increasing business trading in the stock market. In addition, audit quality also contributes to stock liquidity, because investors can judge the company's performance based on the results of the company's audit. This study aims to discuss the political relationship and audit quality of stock liquidity. The sampling method is based on a purposive sampling of 170 manufacturing institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2018, Utilizing SPSS version 15. The analytical tool used is the classic assumption test, T test and F. Test. The results showed that Political Connection directly had a significant positive effect on the Stock Liquidity of 34 Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2018. Furthermore, Audit Quality directly had a significant negative effect on the Stock Liquidity of 34 Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX in the year 2013-2018. EFISIENSI, PERSAINGAN, DAN RISIKO DEFAULT PERBANKAN INDONESIA SEBELUM DAN SETELAH PBI 14/26/2012
This study try to find out about the impact of PBI / 14/26/2012 for banks in Indonesia. This regulation limiting the activities of banks based on their core capital. The purpose of this regulation is to improve the efficiency, durability and banking competition. Efficiency is measured by using DEA, endurance proxy by Zscore and competititon proxy by HHI. The results showed that there was a significant difference before and after the regulations issued for variable efficiency and competition but not for durability. The next stage of this research is to know the effect of endurance, competition, regulations and numbers of Board of Directors (BOD) of the efficiency. ANALISA KINERJA KEUANGAN BANK MUAMALAT INDONESIA DIBANDINGKAN DENGAN BANK BRI
Perbankan syariah di Indonesia dinilai lambat berkembang. Setelah 28 tahun lebih sejak berdirinya bank syariah pertama di Indonesia yaitu Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) yang diikuti sejumlah bank syariah lainnya, hanya mampu meraih pangsa pasar 5,94% saja. Pertumbuhan yang lamat ini ironis mengingat mayoritas penduduk Indonesia beragama Islam. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan bank BMI dan diperbandingkan dengan kinerja keuangan salah satu bank terbaik nasional versi Majallah Investor yaitu bank BRI. Analisis dilakukan terhadap ratio-ratio keuangan lima tahun terakhir yang dipublikasikan untuk kemudian diperbandingkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bank BMI memiliki kelemahan terutama dari aspek kualitas aktiva produktif dan profitabilitas bila dibandingkan dengan bank BRI. Kelemahan pada kualitas aktiva produktif khususnya kredit (NPL) berdampak pada meningkatnya biaya operasional yang pada gilirannya kemampuan meraih laba juga akan rendah. Pertumbuhan assets berbasis profit generation (internal) menjadi sangat rendah. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi bagi pengelola bank syariah di Indonesia bahwa untuk mengejar ketertinggalannya dan mampu berkembang memanfaatkan potensi pasar di Indonesia harus membenahi kualitas aktiva produktif terutama kualitas kredit, sedapat mungkin meningkatkan efisiensi pada biaya operasional memperlebar margin laba dan mengembangkan produk-produk fee based income
PENGARUH KEPERCAYAAN, KEMUDAHAN, DAN KUALITAS INFORMASI PADA WEBSITE WWW.LAROSLAPTOP.COM TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN ONLINE
Online shopping in Indonesia especially in the city of Malang is experiencing very rapid development, this is used by entrepreneurs to sell their wares via the internet. Some entrepreneurs use the use of websites to market their merchandise online. Sales through the website will be successful if consumers have a high level of trust in the website, and consumers get the ease and quality of information needed when shopping online at the intended online shopping website. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, convenience, and quality of information on the website www.laroslaptop.com on online purchasing decisions. The subjects in this study were consumers from Malang who had made online purchases on the website www.laroslaptop.com in 2018 with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The sampling method uses Simple Random Sampling. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with tools such as Excel software and SPSS IBM Statistics ver. 26. The results of this study indicate that trust, convenience, and quality of information partially have no effect on online purchasing decisions. And simultaneously found a significant influence between trust, convenience, and quality of information on online purchasing decisions. PENGARUH EMOSIONAL, RASIONAL KEPUTUSAN NASABAH MEMILIH BERTRANSAKSI DENGAN BANK MUAMALAT
Perilaku konsumen maupun nasabah bank dipengaruhi faktor psikologi, diantaranya faktor emosional dan faktor rasional. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang faktor emosional dan faktor rasional berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah bertransaksi dengan bank, tujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis pengaruh faktor emosional, rasional berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah bertransaksi dengan Bank Muamalat Cabang Pembantu Payakumbuh. Jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) bersifat deskriptif, data dikumpul melalui hasil kuesioner dengan tekhnik analisa kuantitatif, dengan regresi linier berganda dengan persamaan sebagai berikut: Y = 36,974 + -0,957X1 + 1,906X2. Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan variabel faktor emosional secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih bertransaksi dengan nilai t hitung t tabel sehingga H0 ditolak, uji F diketahui variabel faktor emosional, faktor rasional berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih bertransaksi pada Bank Muamalat. The behavior of consumers and bank customers is influenced by psychological factors, including emotional factors and rational factors. This study examines the emotional and rational factors influencing the customer's decision to transact with the bank, the purpose of knowing, analyzing the influence of emotional factors, rational influencing the customer's decision to transact with Bank Muamalat Payakumbuh Supporting Branch. This type of field research is descriptive, data collected through the results of a questionnaire with quantitative analysis techniques, with multiple linear regression with the following equation: Y = 36,974 + -0,957X1 + 1,906X2. The results of the t test showed that partially emotional factors had no effect on the customer's decision to transact with the calculated t value t table so that H0 is rejected, the F test is known to be the variable of emotional factors, the rational factor has a significant effect jointly on the customer's decision to trade at Muamalat Ban
ANALISIS PENERAPAN MFCA (MATERIAL FLOW COST ACCOUNTING) PADA INDUSTRI MANUFAKTUR (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Unipres Indonesia)
Abstrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang penerapan material flow cost accounting (MFCA) pada industri manufaktur dengan unit analisis PT. Unipres Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan material flow cost accounting pada industri manufaktur yang dititikberatkan pada PT. Unipres Indonesia. Penerapan MFCA ditinjau berdasarkan framework (Pasal 5, ISO 14051:2011) yang terdiri dari pusat kuantitas (quantity center), keseimbangan material (material balance), alokasi biaya (cost allocation) dan model aliran material (material flow model). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data menurut Miles dan Huberman dengan triangulasi sumber dan member checking sebagai uji validitas dan reliabilitas data. Hasil penelitin dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan MFCA di PT. Unipres Indonesia sudah dilakukan secara optimal berdasarkan empat aspek yang diukur quantity center, material balance, cost allocation dan material flow model. Hasil penerapan MFCA menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki biaya kerugian material dari biaya energi, biaya sistem dan biaya material sebesar Rp Rp. 650.325 untuk setiap produk suku cadang yang diproduks
PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN INSENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT CITRA MANDIRI DISTRIBUSINDO
The purpᴏse ᴏf this study was tᴏ identify the partial effect (t test) and simultaneᴏus (F test) between the cᴏmmunicatiᴏn variables, wᴏrk discipline and incentives ᴏn the perfᴏrmance ᴏf emplᴏyees at PT Citra Mandiri Distribusindᴏ. The research methᴏd utilized was descriptive research methᴏd with a quantitative apprᴏach, data analysis using SPSS sᴏftware prᴏgram versiᴏn 21. Data cᴏllectiᴏn techniques was undertaken by distributing questiᴏnnaires to 112 tᴏ respᴏndents. The results denoted that the R Square value ᴏf cᴏmmunicatiᴏn variables, wᴏrk discipline, and incentives affected emplᴏyee perfᴏrmance while the t test fᴏr cᴏmmunicatiᴏn comprised a value ᴏf 3.189 > 1.98177 with a significant value ᴏf 0.002 1.98177 and a significant value ᴏf 0.007 1.981777 and a significant value ᴏf 0.000 2.45 and a significant value ᴏf 0,000 < 0.05 demonstrating that cᴏmmunicatiᴏn, wᴏrk discipline and incentives simultaneᴏusly gave a significant effect ᴏn emplᴏyee perfᴏrmance
PENGARUH SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN BANK MUAMALAT CABANG PADANG
This type of research is descriptive quantitative because it aims to get a picture of conditions and situations in the work environment of employees of Bank Muamalat Padang Branch related spiritual leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction and how the influence of each variable. The sample of this study using total sampling that 71 people so that the method used is census method by spreading the questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by using SPSS version 22. The result of multiple regression analysis shows the relationship between each independent variable to the dependent: spiritual leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination (R2) test shows that R2 equal to 0,470 means that the contribution of influence to employee job satisfaction is 47 % while the rest is influenced by other variables like leadership, work motivation and compensation. Managerial implications that writers can ask is if the company wants to improve employee satisfaction then the company must first improve spiritual leadership, so employee satisfaction is achieved. Furthermore, the company can increase employee work motivation in working to maximize employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Sharia Ban
