PENGARUH GAYA HIDUP, IKLAN DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN ONLINE MELALUI SHOPEE
Perkembangan Teknologi Digital telah melahirkan konsep e-commerce yang diikuti dengan perubahan perilaku konsumen dimana fenomena yang paling menonjol saat ini adalah perilaku belanja online. Perkembangan ini diikuti dengan berdirinya sejumlah lapak online yang salah satunya tergolong cukup menonjol adalah Shopee. Diantara variabel yang diduga erat kaitannya dengan perilaku belanja online adalah gaya hidup, iklan dan harga. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel ini terhadap keputusan pembelian online melalui Shopee. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 100 orang civitas akademika STIE Pasaman yang menjadi konsumen Shopee. Data diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang diukur dengan Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua variabel ini berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online melalui Shopee dimana kontribusinya mencapai 67%. Temuan ini merekomendasikan kepada pengelola Lapak Online agar senantiasa mengikuti perkembangan gaya hidup konsumen, memaksimalkan periklanan dan penetapan harga yang lebih baik. CITY BRANDING KECAMATAN PONCOKUSUMO SEBAGAI KAWASAN DESA WISATA DI KABUPATEN MALANG
This study aims to find a structured city branding model of Poncokusumo District of Malang Regency as a tourism village area in Malang Regency by using aspects / dimensions of city branding by Kavaratzis (2004). This analysis is carried out in 2 stages, namely primary communication and secondary communication. The point of view in this study uses the point of view of communication which views a brand as part of public relations. Researchers used qualitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques, in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informant selection technique uses a purposive sampling technique while the data analysis technique uses Miles & Huberman, consist of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification and data validity using source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the structured city branding model through the Kavaratzis city branding concept conducted by the Malang District Culture and Tourism Office has not yet been found. This is because the Malang District Culture and Tourism Office has not yet developed an effective primary communication where the official as the program owner can clearly communicate the concept of a tourism village and its development. Secondary communication in the development of Poncokusumo Subdistrict as a tourist village area experienced a problem, which is the absence of special publications by the Culture and Tourism Office of Malang Regency, so that the popularity of Poncokusumo Subdistrict as a tourist village area could not reach the Top of Mind. The Poncokusumo District Brand as a tourist village area is less known because there is no special event that lifts the tourism village and the publication is less so that Poncokusumo District as a tourist village area is less known by the public. PENGARUH ZASKIA ADYA MECCA SEBAGAI BRAND AMBASSADOR DALAM INSTAGRAM MECCANISMOFFICIALSHOP TERHADAP BRAND IMAGE MECCANISM
Companies in developing their businesses have products or services that can helping build the image of the company, so it can produce a Brand Image which can be invested in the community. Nowadays, many companies choose celebrities to be the Speakpersons or Brand Ambassadors as a strategy to build Brand Image through their influence of them that can increase and attract consumers in introducing products or services. Meccanism is an online shop that uses Zaskia Adya Mecca as their Brand Ambassador. The study aims at examining whether there is an influence and how much the influence of Zaskia Adya Mecca is as Brand Ambassador on Instagram Meccanismofficialshop on the Brand Image of Meccanism. The theory used in this study are Image, Brand Image and Brand Ambassador. The research method used in this study is quantitative method. Samples were taken in this research through distributed questionnaires to 100 followers from Meccanismofficialshop with insidental sampling method. The result of this research shows that there are influences of Zaskia Adya Mecca as Brand Ambassador on Instagram Meccanismofficialshop on the Brand Image of Meccanism with contribution value by 73.8%, it means that Zaskia Adya Mecca as Brand Ambassador on Instagram Meccanismofficialshop gives very strong and positive impact on the Brand Image of Meccanism. PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT LAUTAN LESTARI SHIPYARD
Sumber daya manusia yang penting bagi perusahaan adalah karyawan karena karyawan merupakan pelaksana utama kegiatan operasional suatu perusahaan. Maka dari itu, diharapkan perusahaan mampu mengelola sumber daya manusianya sebaik mungkin supaya tujuan perusahaan bisa tercapai secara maksimal berdasarkan apa yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 137 yang merupakan populasi karyawan lapangan yang kerja di PT Lautan Lestari Shipyard di kota Batam. Metode analisis yang diterapkan merupakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu yaitu menggunakan program bernama SPSS, versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 52,3%. Hasil penelitian uji t juga menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta hasil uji F yang menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. PENGARUH PENDAPATAN DAN SIKAP KEUANGAN TERHADAP MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN (STUDI PADA IBU RUMAH TANGGA DI NAGARI BINJAI KECAMATAN TIGO NAGARI KABUPATEN PASAMAN)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Pendapatan terhadap Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari Binjai Kecamatan Tigo Nagari Kabupaten Pasaman,(2) pengaruh Sikap Keuangan terhadap Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari Binjai Kecamatan Tigo Nagari Kabupaten Pasaman. (3) pengaruh Pendapatan dan Sikap Keuangan secara simultan terhadap Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari Binjai Kecamatan Tigo Nagari Kabupaten Pasaman. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian kausal asosiatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari Binjai Kecamatan Tigo Nagari Kabupaten Pasaman sebanyak 77 KK.Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu ibu rumah tangga yang secara kebetulan/insidental bertemu dengan peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai sampel, bila dipandang orang yang kebetulan ditemui itu cocok sebagai sumber data.. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pendapatan terhadap Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari Binjai Kecamatan Tigo Nagari Kabupaten Pasaman. (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan Sikap Keuangan terhadap Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari Binjai Kecamatan Tigo Nagari Kabupaten Pasaman. (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pendapatan dan Sikap Keuangan terhadap Manajemen Keuangan pada Rumah Tangga masyarakat dinagari Binjai Kecamatan Tigo Nagari Kabupaten Pasaman. PENGARUH HALLYU, AMBASSADOR MEREK, DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN ATAS PRODUK REPUBLIK NATUR DI YOGYAKARTA
ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the Influence of Hallyu Wave, Brand Ambassador and Brand Image on the Consumer Purchase Decision on Nature Republic Products in Yogyakarta. The researcher conducted this study to Nature Republic consumers who live in Yogyakarta by distributing questionnaires so that the total sample is 100 respondents. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that brand image is the only variable that has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions on Nature Republic products in Yogyakarta
PENGARUH PERFORMA LOGISTIK NEGARA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN DAYA SAING EKSPOR SEKTOR MANUFAKTUR (SITC 8) DI ASEAN
Trade facilities have been considered to be an important aspect of international trade, especially when trade agreements between countries have developed rapidly in the world. The Logistic Performance Index, published by the World Bank Institute in 2007 which measures the efficiency customs and boundary management permits,the quality of trade and infrastructure of transport arrangements, competitive shipping prices, competency and quality of logistics services, the ability to track shipments, and on time delivery based on a predetermined time. This study will examine the effect of trade facilities on international trade competitiveness as measured through Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA). ASEAN is the subject of this study because ASEAN is the integration have a third most populated country in the world, with 650 million people to be exacted and have a strong economic power, with 9,106,637million USD. The object of this research is the manufacturing sector SITC Rev 3. digit 8 as a sub sector manufacturing which covers the majority of manufactures whose manufacturing products are labor intensive, which has a stable trade nature. The main variables of this study are LPI and the control variables of this study are Terms of Trade (TOT), FDI inflows, GDP, ICT imports, and the Human Development Index. This research using a Pooled Least Squared as the main method.The results of this study, the LPI variable has a positive inpact on the export competitiveness of the 8 digit manufacturing sector. PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DENGAN ANALISA DATA PANEL PADA MULTI-BISNIS DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2007-2017
The issue of dividends is very important to show the prospects for the company's growth in the future, and also important in the company's capital structure. Dividend policy can be influenced by profitability and other variables. In this study, profitability is chosen due to its role as main indicator that shows the company's capacity to pay dividends. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability on dividend policy. The study population is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposively selected eight companies that have a good liquidity category. Data for each company is taken from 2007 to 2017. With this data structure, the analysis used is panel data regression analysis. Panel data analysis models include the Common Effect Model (CEM) Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and Random Effect Model (REM). The best model was tested with the Chow test and Hausman Test and obtained The Fixed Effect Model. Dividend policy is measured by the variable dividend payout ratio. The findings in this study conclude that the dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) is influenced by ROE, EPS and NPM, where these independent variables have a positive and significant influence on DPR
PENGARUH LOKASI DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PENGUNJUNG OBJEK WISATA LINJUANG DI KOTA LUBUK SIKAPING
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi dan kualias pelayanan terhadap keputusan pengunjung objek wisata lijuang di Lubuk Sikaping. Populasi adalah pengunjung objek wisata linjuang di Lubuk Sikaping dengan jumlah Sampel 100 orang. Instrument penelitian adalah Kuesioner. Data yang peroleh selanjutnya diolah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan variabel lokasi (X1), dan kualitas pelayann (X2) secara parsial bepengaruh psitif dan signifkan dan jka dilihat secara simultan berpengaruh Signifikan terhadap keputusan pengunjung dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. Besarnya pengaruh lokasi (X1), dan kualitas pelayanan (X2) terhadap keputusan pengunjung (Y) adalah 0,30 (R2 = 30%).Kata kunci : keputusan pengunjung, lokasi, kualias pelayana
Kinerja Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak (DP2KBP3A) dalam Menangani Kasus Kekerasan pada Perempuan dan Anak di Kabupaten Pandeglang, Banten Tahun 2020
The primary purpose of this study is to find out about the performance of DP2KBP3A and to identify the impact factors of the performance of DP2KBP3A in handling women and child abuse in Pandeglang. The theoretical concept used is the performance theory, and the indicators are productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, the selection of informants using the Purposive sampling technique—the technique of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of DP2KBP3A in Pandeglang has not been effective. Some factors that impact the performance are budget, socialization, and communication. It is better for DP2KBP3A to improve the performance in management further starting from productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability, and need to prepare permanent staff who can stand by at any time providing services according to procedures
