ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF CAPITAL STRUCTURE AS AN INTERVENING BETWEEN PROFITABILITY, OPERATING LEVERAGE, LIQUIDITY ON PRICE BOOK VALUE
The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of capital structure as an intervening variable between profitability, operating leverage, liquidity, and price-book value. Inferential statistical analysis was performed using Path Analysis with SEM-PLS analysis tool. The study found that profitability has a significant and positive effect on firm value. However, operating leverage and liquidity have no significant and negative impact on firm value. Furthermore, profitability and operating leverage variables have a significant and negative effect on capital structure. However, liquidity has no significant and negative impact on capital structure. The study also found that capital structure has no significant and negative impact on firm value. Finally, capital structure cannot act as an intervening variable between profitability, operating leverage, liquidity, and firm value. The study's novelty lies in using capital structure as an intervening variable in the context of real estate sector companies. The study suggests that investors conduct fundamental analysis, especially analyzing the company's financial ratios, before investing in certain industry stocks to assess the company's financial performance. The study's limitations include the need for further research by adding other variables or indicators. Additionally, researchers should consider selecting different industrial sectors to be studied
STRENGTHENING THE HOUSEHOLD ECONOMY THROUGH THE ROLE OF WOMEN ON THE COAST OF THE ROKAN RIVER ROKAN HILIR REGENCY
The sturdy economic pressure on the coastal area urges the exploitation of child labor and women. The state of poverty that is experienced by the paupers leads to the formation of intergenerational inheritance of poverty. The role of women is crucial in strengthening the household economy specifically in rural areas. Therefore, this study aims to ascertain the role of women on the coast of the Rokan River in assisting the household economy and what factors influence this role in strengthening the household economy. The variable of the role of women in this study is work decisions. This study uses logistic regression for its approach. The dependent variables assume Y=1 if women decide to work and Y=0 if women decide not to work. The variable of education level and husband income influence the women's decision to work while the variable of marital status, age, the number of toddler ownership, and the number of dependents do not influence the women's decision to work. The education level and husband income variables have an odd ratio of around 2,161 and 0,917 which means if the education level increases by 1 level, then the women's opportunity to work increases by 2,161 times, and if the husband's income increases by Rp.100.000, then the women’s opportunity to work increases by 0,917 times.

The previous research focused to develop the internal control system to reduce fraud, even though individual tendencies to commit fraud have an important role. Therefore, this study is intended to examine individual factors that influence fraud using the theory of planned behavior. Ten of the 53 selected studies were tested through meta-analysis according to the feasibility criteria, the results were attitude toward behavior, and perceived behavioral control had a significant effect on fraud behavior. The highest correlation is in the subjective norm variable, then the attitude toward behavior variable, and the lowest is the perceived behavioral control variable
