    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti hubungan antara risiko litigasi, intensitas modal, dan financial distress. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019–2020 dengan menggunakan teknik seleksi tertarget. Data kuantitatif dari 62 kasus bisnis digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis statistik deskriptif adalah pendekatan yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data, dan pengujian hipotesis standar dibagi menjadi uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji linearitas berganda, dan uji normalitas. Kemudian, untuk menilai hipotesis, digunakan uji-t, koefisien determinasi, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Telah ditunjukkan bahwa temuan penelitian ini pada variabel intensitas modal, kesulitan keuangan, dan risiko proses tidak berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme akuntansi

    One of the fiscal policy strategies used by the government to strengthen the economy and national security is military expenditure. There are many inconsistencies in the results of research examining the influence of military expenditure on economic growth, and it is still rare to find research that validates the influence of military expenditure on the exchange rate. Through time series data in Indonesia during the 1999-2021 period, this research validates the relationship between these three variables using Two-stage Least Square (2SLS) Regression Analysis. The estimation results using econometric models provide empirical evidence of the strength of military expenditure in influencing economic growth and the exchange rate, although the level of influence on economic growth is much higher than the exchange rate. It is recommended that further research carry out a Granger causality test and a Johansen cointegration test to determine the term of the causal relationship between the three variables studied

    This research aims to evaluate the influence of E-WOM and Price Discount on Impulse Buying among e-commerce users in Pekanbaru, with a focus on students in Pekanbaru. The research sample includes 140 respondents actively engaged in impulsive buying behavior. The data analysis method employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of Smart PLS version 3. The research findings indicate that E-WOM does not have a significant impact on Impulse Buying by e-commerce users in Pekanbaru. However, Price Discount has a positive and significant influence on Impulse Buying among e-commerce users in Pekanbaru. Furthermore, based on the determination test, it can be concluded that concurrently, both E-WOM and Price Discount affect Impulse Buying among e-commerce users in Pekanbaru

    This study aims to analyze the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah financing on the profitability of BPRS in the Tapal Kuda area with the variables studied are Mudharabah financing, Musyarakah financing and Murabahah financing and using the NPM ratio. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population used is 7 Islamic Rural Banks and the sample used is 3 Islamic Rural Banks with purposive sampling technique including BPRS Asri Madani Nusantara Jember, BPRS Daya Artha Mentari Pasuruan, and BPRS Ummu Pasuruan during the period 2015 – 2019. Sources of data obtained from the results of the related BPRS publications and through the official OJK website. The type of data obtained is secondary data based on the results of the BPRS annual financial report. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially mudharabah financing has no significant effect on profitability, musyarakah financing has no significant effect on profitability, while murabahah financing has no significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously, mudharabah, musyarakah, and murabahah financing have no significant effect on profitability.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan mudharabah , musyarakah dan murabahah terhadap  profitablitas  BPRS  di daerah Tapal Kuda dengan variabel yang diteliti adalah pembiayaan Mudharabah, pembiayaan Musyarakah dan pembiayaan Murabahah dan menggunakan rasio NPM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan berjumlah  7 Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah   dan sampel yang digunakan 3 Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah dengan teknik  purposive sampling meliputi BPRS Asri Madani Nusantara Jember, BPRS Daya Artha Mentari Pasuruan, dan BPRS Ummu Pasuruan selama periode 2015 – 2019. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari hasil publikasi BPRS terkait dan melalui website resmi OJK. Jenis data yang diperoleh  merupakan data sekunder berdasarkan hasil laporan keuangan tahunan   BPRS.  Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pembiayaan mudharabah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, pembiayaan musyarakah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan pembiayaan murabahah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Secara simultan pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah, dan murabahah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas

    This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Sharia marketing and relationship marketing characteristics on customer loyalty at Bank NTB KCP Kediri with satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on Bank NTB KCP Kediri customers with a total of 8852 customers. This type of research is quantitative with the path analysis research method and the analytical technique used is SPSS version 25. The number of samples used is the Slovin formula with a margin of error that has been set at 10% so a total of 99 respondents are needed. To collect research data by distributing questionnaires and purposive random sampling. The results of hypothesis testing show that Sharia marketing characteristics do not directly influence loyalty and satisfaction, while relationship marketing directly influences loyalty and satisfaction. The results of hypothesis testing indirectly show that the characteristics of Sharia marketing and relationship marketing through satisfaction do not have a significant influence on customer loyalty. So the influence of Sharia marketing and relationship marketing characteristics on customer loyalty at Bank NTB KCP Kediri with satisfaction as an intervening variable is rejected

    Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari work life balance dan person job fit terhadap affective organizational commitment dan pengaruh affective organizational commitment terhadap job performance. Data analisis diperoleh melalui kuesioner mencakup 97 karyawan PT Asiatrust Technovima Qualiti. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan structural equation modelling dengan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance dan person job fit berpengaruh positif terhadap affective organizational commitment, serta affective organizational commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap job performance. Sehingga manajemen sumber daya manusia di perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kebutuhan karyawan terkait pemenuhan work life balance dan person job fit agar dapat mendorong peningkatan komitmen karyawan terhadap perusahaan dan job performance karyawan dalam mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan

    Creative industries must innovate in this digital era to face the rapidly changing business environment and fierce competition. This study explored the collaborative business incubation model by stakeholders in the creative economy sector and its impact on tenant innovation. The innovations emphasized in this study are product innovation and marketing innovation. A total of 190 creative entrepreneurs in East Java have been researched using a set of questionnaires and produced quantitative data, which is then analyzed statistically through PLS analysis. The study results show that business incubation mentors significantly affect product innovation, not marketing innovation. On the other hand, the business incubation method significantly affects marketing innovation but not product innovation. Meanwhile, the business incubation curriculum significantly affects both product and marketing innovation. Further research is expected to analyze the type of mentor and the right business incubation method for tenants to significantly impact product and marketing innovation

    The objective of this study is to investigate the behavior of servant leadership (BSL) in enhancing in role performance. The role of work involvement was also examined as a mediator by the researchers. The study employed a survey methodology to collect data from 128 civil servants in Central Kalimantan. Out of the total respondents, 96 individuals willingly and accurately completed the questionnaire. The employed analytical approach utilises the hierarchical component model (HCM) and entails the examination of the second-order model that encompasses a dual-layered structure within the partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) framework to assess the proposed hypotheses. The results indicate that the manifestation of servant leadership behaviour, also known as BSL, has the potential to enhance one's performance within their designated role. Furthermore, the construct of job involvement (JI), assumes a significant function as a mediator in the examined associations. This study aims to investigate the various dimensions of servant leadership behaviour and its impact on role performance within government organisations in Indonesia.     According to Market Study Report in 2020, global sportswear sales are expected to reach USD 308.3 billion at a CAGR of 4.6% in 2025. Indonesia is considered one of the potential markets for the sportswear industry due to its large population. This study examines the Purchase Intention of consumers for sportswear using Social Media Marketing, Brand Loyalty, and Brand Awareness. The findings of this study will assist sportswear retailers in developing sales-boosting Social Media Marketing strategies. Research data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 160 consumers who had purchased sportswear and had access to social media. The purposive sampling technique was used to identify the respondents. The smartPLS 3.0 was used to process the data application and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square statistical method. The findings revealed that social media marketing positively and significantly influenced brand loyalty. Simultaneously, Brand Awareness and Purchase Intention mediated the relationship between Social Media Marketing and Brand Loyalty

    The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Green Financial Performance which is proxied by Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) on Financial Sustainability which is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Firm Value. which is proxied by Tobin's Q in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study are state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2022. The sample of this research is 17 companies using purposive sampling technique. The research method used is a quantitative approach using linear regression analysis and using the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that NPM, ROA, and ROE have a considerable influence on a company's financial sustainability. While NPM, ROA and ROE partially have a significant effect on firm value. Green financial performance will increase company profits which will affect the increase in company financial sustainabilty and firm value
