    This research provides a deep understanding of the experience and preferences of users of accounting applications such as MYOB, Zahir, and Jurnal. In this study, a class action method was used that involved respondents in dealing with examples of cases of preparing financial statements. For this purpose, respondents will use the accounting computer application Zahir Accounting Enterprise Version 6.0, MYOB version 18, and also access the journal through www.jurnal.id. This research involved 79 MSME actors operating in Malang City, East Java Province, and they were divided into three classes. The implementation of Class Actions takes place over a two-month period, starting from April to May 2023. In data analysis, a descriptive statistical analysis method is used that involves manual calculation of the score of each answer given by respondents. It is concluded that each accounting computer application has advantages and disadvantages in certain aspects. Zahir tends to score well in the categories of "Easy to operate on various devices" and "Additional Presentation of Supporting Information that is easy to understand," indicating ease of use across devices and good presentation of information.&nbsp

    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand satisfaction dan customer engagement terhadap brand loyalty melalui brand attitude, brand attachment dan customer trust. Metode yang digunakan selama pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode quota sampling melalui pendekatan kuantitatif terhadap generasi Z di kota Batam khususnya yang berusia 15-25 tahun. Dalam penilitian ini menggunakan 412 data dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand satisfaction tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand loyalty, customer engagement berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap brand loyalty, brand attachment berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap brand loyalty, brand attitude berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap brand loyalty, dan customer trust tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand loyalty.   Kata Kunci: Brand loyalty, Brand satisfaction, Customer engagement, Customer trust, Brand attachmen

    Pengambilan keputusan dalam berinvestasi adalah hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan, karena jika investor salah dalam mengambil keputusan maka manfaat yang diharapkan tidak dapat diperoleh. Investor diasumsikan bersikap rasional dalam mengambil keputusan investasinya, namun faktanya seringkali dalam mengambil keputusan tersebut dipengaruhi perilaku bias yang disebabkan oleh faktor psikologis dan faktor keterbatasan individu. Investor seringkali memiliki perilaku yang menyimpang dari logika dan akal sehat, selain itu investor menampilkan banyak perilaku bias yang mempengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan investasi. Proses emosional, kesalahan mental, dan ciri kepribadian individu memperumit investor dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Berinvestasi tidak sekedar menganalisis angka dan mengambil keputusan untuk membeli dan menjual berbagai aset dan surat berharga.     This study aims to determine the effect of access dimensions, availability dimensions, usage dimensions as indicators of financial inclusion and fintech on economic growth in Indonesia, India, Thailand, the Philippines and Cambodia which are developing countries in Asia with a high level of financial inclusion. The data used is a combined panel data between the crosssection data of the five countries and the time series in the 2015-2019 time period. By using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) method, this study shows that the availability dimension with the number of commercial bank branch offices has a significant effect in a negative direction and the usage dimension with loans disbursed by commercial banks has a significant positive effect on economic growth. While the access dimension with indicators of ownership of commercial bank savings accounts and payment fintech has no significant effect on economic growth

    This research aims to find the most significant selling potential of hydroponic plants. This study compared three types of hydroponic plants: kale, spinach and Pak Choy. The potential sales of the three plants were compared using several methods, namely Naive, Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing, and Decomposition Additive. Water spinach and Pak Choy got the highest forecast using the decomposition-additive sales forecasting method, while spinach used single exponential smoothing. The prediction of hydroponic and Pak Choy vegetable sales time is more varied than spinach, which is estimated to be the same as the previous year's sales. Water spinach and Pak Choy hydroponic vegetables have great sales opportunities in 2022

    This  study  aims  to  determine  the influence of motivation and work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for non-lecturer employees at ITB Asia Malang. The population of this study includes all non-lecturer employees at the ITB Asia Malang. and the sample used is 70 respondents using the saturated sample method. The result of this study (1) motivation does not significantly affect job satisfaction, (2) work environment effect the job satisfaction positively and significantly, (3) job satisfaction and motivation effect OCB positively and significantly, (4) work environment does not significantly affect OCB, (5) job satisfaction is able to mediate work environment to OCB, (6) job satisfaction is not able to mediate motivation to OCB. ITB Asia Malang needs upgrading facilities, create KPI standards for each division, systems and environments that can shape work patterns for education personnel, and maximizing roles from the division coordinator for monitoring

    This study is entitled "The Influence of Price Perception, Product Reviews, and Ease of Purchasing Decisions on E-Commerce Tokopedia in Madiun City." This study aimed to determine the effect of price perceptions, product reviews, and convenience on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Tokopedia in Madiun City. This quantitative research uses a sampling technique using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. The respondents of this study were 384 people—data analysis using multiple linear regression using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, there is a positive and significant effect between price perceptions and purchasing decisions, a positive and significant effect between product reviews and purchasing decisions, and a positive and significant influence between convenience and purchasing decisions. However, the perception of price, product reviews, and convenience do not simultaneously affect purchasing decisions

    The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of audit fees moderating the effect of auditor independence and auditor competence on audit quality with audit fees as moderating. The dependent variable in this study is audit quality, the independent variable in this study is the independence and competence of auditors, and the moderating variable in this study is the audit fee. The research was conducted at a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in the city of Surabaya which is registered with the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI) in 2022. This type of research is quantitative. The data in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires. The sampling method used convenience sampling, which is a technique for selecting samples based on the number of people in the Public Accounting Firm. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of audit fees that moderate auditor independence and auditor competence on audit quality. The results of this study are expected to assist auditors in knowing the effect of improving audit quality in Public Accounting Firms

    Shopee has successfully positioned itself as a key e-commerce platform in Indonesia, with a significant and growing number of users. It is worth mentioning that a considerable proportion of Shopee's customer base comprises students from Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Asia Malang. The phenomenon of young students actively engaging in internet buying is widely acknowledged. The primary objective of this research is to examine the influence of information quality on decision-making processes related to online purchases, specifically focusing on the platform of Shopee. The study utilised qualitative research methodologies, specifically interviews and document analysis, to investigate a sample of 10 students enrolled in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Institute of Asia Malang. The findings of the study indicate that there are four primary determinants that exert an influence on consumers' decision-making process while engaging in online purchases on the Shopee platform. These elements include the ratings assigned to the stores, the descriptions provided for the products, the reviews received by the stores, and the prices associated with the products. The value of high-quality information in the e-commerce arena is underscored by its potential to facilitate educated purchasing decisions

    The study aims to determine the efficiency level of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia and Malaysia, as well as the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Bank size and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) on the efficiency of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia and Malaysia for the 2015-2020 period by using Tobit regression test. The type of research carried out is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Purposive sampling is a sampling method used in this study with a sample of 5 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia and Malaysia. The results of the study indicate that all Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia during the study period were efficient as a whole in the research sample as many as 3 Islamic Commercial Banks, while the National Khazanah Bank of Malaysia, there were Islamic banks that were still not efficient as many as one Islamic bank and one other bank the results were efficient. The results of the Tobit regression test state that the ROA and NPF variables have a significant effect on efficiency. In contrast, Bank size has no significant effect on efficiency
