Husserl’s Phenomenology: A Study On The Construction Of The Meaning Of Tax, Zakat And Tithe
The purpose of this research was to find the meaning or interpret what has been conveyed by taxpayers’ income tax 21, profession zakat payers and tithers. The informant selection purposive sampling method was used. This research applied an interpretive paradigm with a Husserl’s transcendental phenomenology approach. Moreover, the unit of analysis used in transcendental phenomenology was intentionality, noema and noesis, intuition and intersubjectivity. Regarding the data analysis technique in this study were through the stages such as bracketing, horizonalization, cluster of meaning, textural description, structural description and composite description (synthesis of meaning and essences). Moreover, the deriving results of the research obtained four meanings of tax, zakat and tithe. It can be concluded from the informant's experience, spiritual meaning as a manifestation of obedience to God, physical meaning as an act according to the rule, mental meaning as forming mental health, and nationalist meaning as a form of strategy against phobia
The Analysis of Manager Competencies - Performance of Village-Owned Enterprises: The Village Government's Role as Mediator
The study aimed to analyze the role of village government in improving the competence of BUMDes managers and performance. Additionally, it looks at how village government functions as a mediator between manager competency and performance. A total of 100 data points were obtained from BUMDes around Madura and Malang Raya. Descriptive analysis was used to describe the characteristics of respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect and moderation analysis with the moderated regression analysis technique to test the role of village government moderating the relationship between manager competence and performance. Conclusion: the role of village government has a positive effect on improving performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance. The role of village government has a positive effect on the competence of managers. The village government is able to mediate the effect of manager competency on performance
Memorable Tourist Experience and Tourist Satisfaction: Implications for Revisit Intention in Kota Lama Surabaya Heritage Tourism
This study aims to analyze the effect of Memorable Tourist Experience (MTE) on Revisit Intention with Tourist Satisfaction as a mediating variable in the heritage tourism destination of Kota Lama Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative causal research type. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire distributed to tourists who had visited Kota Lama Surabaya. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with the snowball sampling method, resulting in 200 respondents. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that Memorable Tourist Experience has a positive and significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction, Tourist Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention, and Memorable Tourist Experience has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention through Tourist Satisfaction. These findings confirm that memorable tourist experiences can increase satisfaction, which ultimately strengthens tourist loyalty to make repeat visits. This study has implications for urban heritage destination development strategies, particularly in creating authentic and meaningful experiences for tourists to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of Kota Lama Surabaya
The Influence of Financing, Financing Risk and Liquidity Risk on the Profitability of Private Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia
This research aims to determine the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah financing, financing risk and liquidity risk on profitability in Private Sharia Commercial Banks in 2019-2023. The study used is quantitative explanatory method. The data used are derived from annual financial reports of Private Sharia Commercial Banks. The population in this research is Private Sharia Commercial Banks listed on the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling and obtained 5 banks. The data analysis used are classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R¬2) and hypothesis testing. The results show that mudharabah financing, murabahah financing, financing risk, and liquidity risk partially have no effect on profitability while partially musyarakah financing has a significant effect on profitability. This result indicate that bank need to develop musyarakah financing, increase operational efficiency and develope effective risk managemen system. Meanwhile sharia banks need to improve management capabilities ini managing mudharabah and murabahah financing and develop new product that are more profitable. Strategy To Increase Fee-Based Income Through Optimizing Sukuk Sales To Priority Customers
Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) as one of the largest Islamic banks in Indonesia has a great opportunity to increase non-interest income or Fee Based Income (FBI) by optimizing sukuk sales, especially to priority customer segments. The purpose of this research is to provide funding sources that are in accordance with sharia principles, support economic development, and offer investment alternatives for people who want halal financial products. Using a qualitative approach with the SWOT analysis method. The results of this study indicate that optimization of sukuk sales has a significant contribution to increasing Fee Based Income (FBI) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), especially in the priority customer segment in the Malang Area. However, the effectiveness of sukuk marketing strategies is still not optimal with the low understanding of priority customers regarding the benefits of sukuk investment as a sharia financial product, lack of training and competence of marketing staff in conveying the advantages of sukuk comprehensively, marketing strategies that have not been segmented properly, so they do not match the characteristics and needs of priority customers, accessibility of sukuk services digitally is not optimal, which has an impact on the convenience and ease of transactions for customers
Dilemma of Hospital Nurses in Malang City: When Job Stress Triggers Turnover Intention, Can Burnout and Job Satisfaction Mediate?
The persistent health problems in Indonesia have forced the government to act so that the public can still feel justice and obtain their rights. Since the government regulation regarding the tiered referral system was implemented, there has been an increase in referrals to D-type and C-type hospitals because of their position as the first-level referral facility in the BPJS health service program. In the healthcare industry, nurses play a crucial role as essential human resources in hospitals, responsible for monitoring patient health and providing care. However, hospitals continue to grapple with the serious issue of employees intending to leave their jobs. The data collection technique in this study was to use questionnaires distributed directly and randomly through Google Forms to 100 respondents from C-type hospital nurses in Malang City. The data collected was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The research findings conclude that turnover intention is directly influenced by job stress, burnout, and job satisfaction, and that the job stress variable has a positive effect on burnout and job satisfaction. Additionally, Burnout and Job Satisfaction mediate the influence of Job Stress on turnover intention
The Influence of Green Human Resource Management and Job Training on Employee Work Productivity with Work Motivation as a Mediating Variable at PT Astronacci International
This study investigates the influence of Green Human Resource Management and job training on employee work productivity, with work motivation as a mediating variable. The sampling technique was based on Cohen’s table, and from a population of 107, a total of 82 respondents were selected according to the table's provisions. To test the hypotheses, the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method was employed in this research. The results show that Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant contribution to increasing employee work motivation. Moreover, it also has a significant and positive effect on employee work productivity. Work motivation, in turn, has a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity. On the other hand, job training was found to have a positive and significant effect on enhancing work motivation, but no significant effect on employee work productivity. The Effect of Anti-fraud Socialization, Whistleblowing System, and Social Sanction on Assets Misappropriation
Based on the AFCE report (2022), asset misappropriation is identified as the most prevalent form of fraud across all sectors. However, unlike other types of fraud, research addressing methods to mitigate asset misappropriation remains limited. This study aims to conduct empirical testing regarding the influence of anti-fraud socialization, whistleblowing systems, and social sanctions on asset misappropriation. This study uses a quantitative approach by utilizing primary data collected through questionnaires. The sample size in this research consists of 158 respondents who are employees of Regional Government Agencies of South Sulawesi. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the Smart-PLS application, employing bootstrapping techniques to estimate the path coefficients of each variable. The result showed that (1) anti-fraud socialization has a negative effect on asset misappropriation; (2) whistleblowing systems do not have a significant impact on asset misappropriation, and (3) social sanctions have a negative effect on asset misappropriation
Optimizing Teacher Performance Through The Implementation Of Progressive Work Culture And Dynamic Leadership Styles
Education in schools cannot be separated from learning. Learning is designed in such a way that the material provided by the teacher reaches the students. In its application, some teachers have shown a lot of good performance, developing their skills to carry out their duties and functions as educators. However, at SDN 138 Pekanbaru Riau, the performance of teachers has not had optimal performance. This study aims to examine the influence of work culture, leadership style and work motivation on the performance of SDN 138 Pekanbaru teachers. This study used quantitative methods. Sampling using the nonprobability sampling method, with a saturated sensus, where all members of the population are sampled. The sample or respondents in this study amounted to 31 teachers. Data collection method using questionnaire. Data analysis uses data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing, namely coefficients of determination, t tests, and f test. The results of the research partially and simultaneously concluded that work culture, leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance
Can The Academic Quality And Service Of Northern Green School Medan Enhance Parents' Satisfaction and Loyality?
Parents’ satisfaction and loyalty towards their chosen school for their children’s education are vital for the sustainability and existence of private schools. This study aims to confirm the critical role of academic quality and service in increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of parents of students. Through a questionnaire survey of 30 parents of Northern Green School Medan students, using a saturated sampling technique, quantitative data were carefully analyzed using PLS analysis. The results of this study prove all hypotheses. Each relationship between variables has been empirically proven to be statistically significant and positively correlated. The partial mediation role of parental satisfaction on the influence of academic quality and service on their loyalty is proven accurate. This study is limited to a small sample, so generalization to all schools cannot be done. Further research is expected to expand the research subjects from several schools with the same level and conduct qualitative research through more in-depth interviews related to the academic quality and service expected by parents
