MENENTUKAN LOYALITAS PENGGUNA SHOPEEPAY BERDASARKAN USER EXPERIENCE DAN KEPERCAYAAN PELANGGAN
This study aims to examine the effect of trust as a mediation between user experience on the loyalty of Shopeepay application users among students of the FEB Institute of Asia Malang. This study uses path analysis. The type of research used is explanatory research with survey methods—data obtained by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 40 student respondents obtained through purposive sampling. Regarding the analysed data, user experience affects user loyalty through consumer trust. At the same time, the user experience variable does not directly affect customer loyalty
ANALISIS PENGARUH SISTEM PENGENDALIAN ORGANISASI DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BANK DI KOTA BATAM
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh sistem pengendalian organisasi yang terdiri dari output kontrol, proses kontrol, normatif kontrol dan kepercayaan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode snowball sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bank di kota Batam. Data yang digunakan sebanyak 152 karyawan dan pengujian hipotesis mengunakan SPSS. Hasil pengujian menyatakan bahwa sistem pengendalian organisasi berpengaruh signifikan positif tehadap kinerja karyawan dan kepercayaan organisasi, output kontrol berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap OCB, proses kontrol tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, normatif kontrol berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap OCB, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan OCB
PEMASARAN KULINER INDONESIA BERBASIS DIGITAL MARKETING SEBAGAI SARANA GASTRO DIPLOMASI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemasaran kuliner berbasis digital sebagai alat Gastro Diplomacy. Mempromosikan kuliner asli Indonesia ke negara lain dapat memajukan perekonomian negeri. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan berbagai artikel dan jurnal serta menganalisis kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah media digital efektif untuk meningkatkan pemasaran kuliner lokal sebagai alat Gastro Diplomasi. Melalui media digital, kuliner dapat dikenal dan dijelajahi generasi muda serta dapat mempopulerkan budaya Indonesia yang kaya aneka rempah dan menghasilkan banyak kuliner dari ramuan ini. Pemasaran berbasis digital dapat memperkenalkan masakan Indonesia yang kaya rempah kepada orang asing sebagai soft power Indonesia dan meningkatkan daya saing usaha kuliner Indonesia
PENGARUH RISIKO PADA E-COMMERCE
This study examines the effect of consumer confidence and risk on e-commerce buying interest. The research method used a multiple linear regression test with the help of the SPSS program. This type of research was qualitative by interviewing random sampling students of Universitas Komputer Indonesia who are majoring in information systems. The variables of this study were the consumer's confidence (X1) and risk (X2), which are independent, as well as the purchase interest variable (Y) as the dependent variable. The results showed that risk and consumer confidence significantly influenced buying interest in E-Commerce. An e-commerce website needs to provide helpful information and the right strategy in building a consumer's trust. The company can also display innovations on its website so that buyers can easily understand the flow of payments and guarantee personal data security. Besides, companies also need to provide security and assurance to consumers while making transactions in e-commerce
THE INFLUENCE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICE QUALITY AND CLIENT FULFILLMENT IN ONLINE BUYING: Study of Go Food Consumer in Malang
This study aims to determine the e-service quality in the online food business. The population of this study is GoFood application users in Indonesia who have visited, purchased, or used the services provided by the GoFood online food application at least once in six months aged over 17 years, totaling 354 respondents. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling. This research uses SEM-PLS. The results of this study are three dimensions of e-service quality, namely GoFood application design, customer security or privacy and fulfillment affect overall e-service quality. However, customer service is not significantly related to e-service quality as a whole. e-service quality as a whole is statistically significantly related to customer behavior. Future research should consider different methodologies for similar products, namely GrabFood and ShopeeFood
FIRM VALUE: KEPUTUSAN PENDANAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN
The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effect of profitability and liquidity variables on firm value, through capital structure as an intervening variable. The sample used in this study is 11 banking companies that will conduct a right issue in 2021. This type of research explanatory research. The type of data used is secondary data taken from the RTI Business application. The data analysis used is path analysis. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Profitability has no significant effect on Financing Decisions, (2) Liquidity has a significant effect on Financing Decisions, (3) Profitability has no significant effect on Firm Value, (4) Liquidity has no significant effect on Firm Value, (5 ) Financing decisions have no significant effect on Firm Value, (6) Financing decisions are not able to mediate the effect of profitability on Firm Value, (7) Financing decisions are not able to mediate the effect of liquidity on Firm Value
PERAN KNOWLEDGE SHARING DAN INNOVATION CAPABILITY DALAM MENGAKSELERASI KINERJA UKM: Studi Pada UKM Kreatif di Kota Malang
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran umum knowledge sharing, kinerja UKM, dan innovation capability para pelaku UKM Kreatif di Kota Malang, (2) mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing tehadap kinerja UKM, (3) mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap innovation capability, (4) mengetahui pengaruh kinerja UKM terhadap innovation capability, dan (5) mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja UKM melalui innovation capability. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 347 UKM. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 189 UKM. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UKM dengan nilai sebesar 0,335. Knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap innovation capability dengan nilai sebesar 0,607. Innovation capability berpengaruh positif dengan nilai sebesar 0,552. Innovation capability mampu berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang mempengaruhi knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja UKM dengan nilai positif sebesar 0,33
HUBUNGAN LITERASI KEUANGAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN BELANJA MAHASISWA
This study aims to measure the relationship between Financial Literacy and Shopping Decisions of Economic Education Students, Class of 2018, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. This study uses a quantitative approach, with 63 respondents (students) in Economics Education, class 2018. The main instrument is a questionnaire. The data collected are analyzed and tested with a simple linear correlation using the SPPSS 2022. The study result shows a relationship between financial literacy and shopping decisions of economic education students, class 2018, of 0,594 at the point of the correlation coefficient of 0,40 -0,599, which means it has a moderate or relatively strong relationship.  
PERILAKU IMPULSIVE BUYING MASYARAKAT BANDUNG RAYA PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 BERDASARKAN PERBEDAAN GENDER: Evaluasi Program A-Life
This study was conducted to understand impulsive buying behaviour based on gender (male and female) during the pandemic. The study used a survey in the Greater Bandung area (Bandung City, Cimahiy City, Bandung Regency and West Bandung Regency) using quantitative methods and analysis of different tests. Judging from the overall results in the Levene's Test difference test, it proved that impulsive buying answered the hypothesis that assuming (equal variances assumed) there was no significant difference (0.606>0.005) between men and women in the pattern of impulsive buying behaviour during a pandemic. So the results of the study show that there is no difference between men and women in impulsive buying behaviour during the Covid-19 pandemic.Penerapan sistem transaksi tol non tunai menyebabkan banyaknya karyawan Frontliner yang kehilangan pekerjaan sehingga diperlukan Program A-Life agar tidak ada Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Evaluasi Program A-Life (A-Life 1) dalam rangka pengalihan profesi bagi Frontliner di PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk dengan metode Context, Input, Process, dan Product (CIPP) dan Importance Performance Analysis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif, Context, Input, Process, serta Product (CIPP) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis CIPP menunjukan aspek context, input, process, dan product memiliki kinerja sebesar 100% yang dapat dinilai sangat baik sehingga Program A-Life memiliki potensi untuk disebarluaskan (melaksanakan program di tempat-tempat lain atau mengulangi program di lain waktu). Indikator yang memerlukan prioritas perbaikan berdasarkan hasil Importance Performance Analysis yaitu Indikator pada kuadran I yang terdiri dari indikator memiliki hasrat berprestasi, tes kemampuan administrasi, dan case test
ANALISIS PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK PEKERJAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI MEDIASI MOTIVASI KARYAWAN PADA KARYAWAN INDUSTRI MANUFAKTURING DI BATAM
This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variable Job Characteristics on the dependent variable Employee Performance by using the Employee Motivation variable as a mediating variable. The respondent is from employees in the manufacturing industry in Panbil Industrial Estate. The method used in this research is a survey method by distributing 250 questionnaires. There are 236 questionnaires from 250 questionnaires distributed to employees who have been filled in, and the collected data tested using the Smart PLS. The data test results identify that there is a significant relationship to all variables so that all hypotheses can also be accepted. This study also recommends that companies consider the job characteristics of employees more in order to increase employee motivation so that it can produce maximum employee performance and achieve company targets
