    Quality Service Strategy in Improving Performance of Puskesmas Service Area of Mranggen District

    This study aims to analyze the quality of services available at the health center of Mranggen in order to formulate a strategy to improve the quality of health services of Puskesmas by analyzing the importance and level of performance in six dimensions of service quality (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Accessibility) to produce performance (performance) that can satisfy customers. The data analysis of this research was conducted by qualitative descriptive method, to answer the problem formulation about how to improve the quality of health service of Mranggen in accordance with the quality standard set by the Government, then used "Importance-Performance Analysis" with Cartesian diagram, the number of samples of this study 75 respondents taken from three Puskesmas available at Puskesmas Mranggen. The result of the research shows that the dimension of Responsiveness is the main priority to improve the quality of service because it has the highest importance of 81.3%, while the performance is still low with the level of conformity of 71%, while the next sequence based on the level of conformity is Assurance dimension, Accessibility, Tangibles, Reliability, and Empathy. Thus the whole health center Mranggen considered good enough from the level of customer satisfaction

    Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Applications

    Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, University of Bangka Belitung has been using SPSS application in the implementation of teaching management subjects, to improve productivity of lecturers work by automating work in the form of SPSS applications. SPSS application aims to provide convenience and acceleration in the process of completion research. This study aims to find out how the user's perception of usefulness and ease of use of SPSS applications. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 students majoring in management. Method of collecting data using electronic questionnaire (google form), measuring tool with 5-point Likert scale, in the validity and reliability test as well analyzed using descriptive analysis by finding the mean value of each item statement. The research model uses Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with two the main constants are perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The results of the discussion show the user perception of the benefits of SPSS application on average overall get the value of Mean with a score of 4.08 and the ease of use SPSS application on average the overall value of Mean score 4.10, so it can be concluded that the respondents get good benefits in using SPSS applications

    Creative industries based on local wisdom are born from the creativity of the community who see the potential and unique characteristics in its region. Pangkalpinang City is the capital of the province of Bangka Belitung Islands always strives to improve economic development in improving the level of welfare of its people, one of them through the creation of SMEs. This study aims to identify and analyze how SMEs development opportunities by Tripple Helix ABG method in supporting creative economy in Pangkalpinang City. Kind of this research is descriptive qualitative approach by data collecting. This study is one of Small Research and Development (R & D) category. Respondents of this research are the beginner perpetrator of SMEs Creative Industry in Pangkalpinang City. The SMEs’ men are 61 persons. In this research, creative economy field covers 9 (nine) sectors: Advertising, Publishing and Printing, Fashion, Design, Research and Development, Information Technology, Architecture, Craft, and Interactive Games. The results of this study indicate the efforts and roles of each aspect of Triple Helix have not been so maximal, so further development opportunities can still be done

    This study is categorized in exploratory research and included in the descriptive analysis. The population of this research is all lecturers in UIN Alauddin Makassar, Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling which sample criterion used is civil servant lecturers who occupy structural positions.     Based on the calculation of the Altman model in predicting bankrupt at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in 2014, 2015, 2016, PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in 2014 and 2015 and is PT.Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk in 2014 with a score of Z-score above 2.99 indicates that included in the company healthy or not potential to go bankrupt. Companies included in the category of unhealthy or potential companies to go bankrupt with a Z-score of less than 1.81 ie PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk in 2014 with a Z-score of 1.405 (<1.81). Companies included in the Gray Area (unpredictable) are PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk 2015 with Z-score of 2, 753 and year 2016 with Z-score 2,858. PT Bank Tabungan Negara in 2015 and 2016 with Z-score of 2,138 and 1,906 and PT.     Mortgages are used as credit services provided by banks to customers who want a special loan to meet the needs in the construction of houses or home renovations that must be in accordance with the procedures that have been specified as a condition of completeness of KPR. Data collection methods in the preparation of this research is a qualitative research method with one case study in calculating the profit generated by Bank BTN (Bank Tabungan Negara) can be calculated by using the ratio. One of the ratios used is the profitability ratio. In the ratio of profitability, there are ratios such as: ROA (Return On Asset), ROE (Return On Equity), NIM (Net Interest Margin), and BOPO (Operational Cost). To find out the ROA (Return On Asset) ratio, net income after tax and income is required. As for calculating ROE (Return On Equity) ratio required net income after interest and taxes and capital. And for NIM (Net Interest Margin) ratio required total net profit after tax and income, while BOPO (Operational Cost) required operational and operational income. Analysis of financial statements is very important to do because at this stage the financial statements that have been calculated on the ratio already described, the ratio results obtained by PT. Bank BTN (Bank Tabungan Negara) may be decided to comply with the provisions of the BI standard provisions

    Effect of Financial Performance on Dividend Policy in Manufacturing Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange

    This study aims to examine the effect of cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on the asset to dividend payout ratio on manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange with observation period 2010-2014. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling so that the number of samples is 27 companies. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression and hypothesis test using t-statistic to test partial regression coefficient and f-statistic to test the feasibility of research model with a level of significance 5%. Besides, there is also a classic assumption test that includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The result of the analysis shows that the variable of cash ratio and return on asset have positive and significant influence, while the variable of debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect to dividend payout ratio

    This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of UIN Alauddin Makassar graduate quality to stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar either directly or indirectly. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The sample criterion used is a private banking company that employs UIN Alauddin Makassar graduates. The sample size uses maximum likelihood (ML). The number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. In this study, the techniques used include (1) questionnaire; (2) observation; (3) interviews and (4) documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis. The conclusion of this research are: (1) the quality of UIN Alauddin Makassar graduates has a positive and significant impact on stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar; (2) stakeholder satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar and (3) stakeholder trust have positive and significant impact on UIN Alauddin Makassar image

    Political and Religious Contributions in Economic Development

    The great conclusion of this paper is to prove the synergy between religion and politics in the economic development of a State. The more polarized the system of ethical-religious and political beliefs, the more help the economic development of a State. Based on the discourse on the religion and politics of the author in the direction of Beng-Lan Goh (2006), Wilson Erin K (2014), and Melleuish Gregory (2014) explaining the ideology of the state as an alternative logic forming religious symbolism from capitalist exploitation or commoditization, the best civilian politics in serving the people's welfare by rejecting the dichotomy of morality and interest systems, as well as religious and political understanding limits the capacity of religious clerics and actors in their significant influence on religious actions and rituals to the political sphere that greatly affects economic growth. The authors oppose the opinions of Bin Hassan (2007), San Juan (2011), Martinelli (2013) and Faux Jeff (2004) explaining that Effects of Islamic revival around the world in the competition of political power that directly and indirectly contribute to the development of Islam in politics, the United States and transnational geopolitical interests as a consequence of the contradiction between emerging and conservative nationalist impulses, the United States Congress that has successfully influenced key decisions on regulatory policy, has so far weakened existing systems and American economic politics flourish across borders, the same that happens in today's globalized economy. The data used in this paper comes from secondary data obtained from books, magazines, the Internet and other documentation relating to the study of the problems and this paper.
