Analysis of Factors Affecting Economic Growth in Bangka Belitung Province, Indonesia with LSDV And FGLS Methods
The Least Square Dummy Variable (LSDV) method can be used to estimate parameters in the panel data regression model incomplete one-way fixed effect. To produce the best model with GDP data of GRASB. Variables that do not occur heteroscedasticity and models that meet the smallest sum square of error is the variable Mining and Processing Industry, this variable affects the per capita income. The Feasible Generalized Least Square (FGLS) method can be used to estimate the regression parameters for incomplete panel data for a one-way random effect. In this model produce the best model with non-oil and gas GRDP data. The variables that fulfill it are the processing Industry, service, and agriculture of Forestry and Fishery. Therefore looking at the above model can be concluded non-oil and Gas GRDP has three factors that affect per capita income in Bangka Belitung. This should be a reference of local governments to further improve the quality or production in agriculture and services because this potential is more promising for the future. Linkage Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) with Financial Policy in Growing Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI)
The aims of this study were to analyze the influence of disclosure policy, funding policy, dividend policy on IOS and to analyze the difference of IOS influence on disclosure policy, fund policy and dividend policy in the company grow and not grow. The population in this study were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange there are 509 companies. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling method as many as 88 companies. Methods of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and independent t-test. The result of data analysis shows that the company disclosure policy has no effect on IOS. Funding policies as measured by Book Debt Equity companies had a significant effect on IOS. The dividend policy measured by the House of Representatives had no significant effect on IOS. There were IOS differences, disclosure policies, funding policies and dividend policies in the company growing and not growing
The Influence of Quality Academic Service on Student Satisfaction (Empiric Study on Bidikmisi Scholarship Students Regional Office of Universitas Terbuka at Pangkalpinang, Indonesia)
This study aims to analyze the influence of the quality of academic service to the satisfaction student regional office of Universitas Terbuka (UPBJJ-UT) Pangkalpinang. The research method used is survey method. Type of research that is verification and descriptive. Data collection conducted through interviews and distribution of questionnaires. Multiple linear regression test obtained Y = 0,629 + 0,237X1 + 0,224X2 + 0,366X3 + 0,254X4 + 0,506X5 + E, multiple correlation test obtained (R) 0,919 and determination coefficient (R2) 84,5% and the rest (E) 15,5% influenced by other factors that are not examined the author. The value of F- count is greater than F-table (101,049>2,31), so it is stated that there is the significant hypothesis. It can be concluded that the quality of service simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. Partially tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance have the positive and significant effect on student's satisfaction at UPBJJ-UT Pangkalpinang
Measurement of Accountability Management of Village Funds
The purpose of this study is to measure the accountability of village funds management in Kabupaten Bangka. In relation to the Village Funds program which is a government program, the measurement of accountability of Village Funds management uses accountability principles consisting of Transparency, Liability, Controlling, Responsibility and Responsiveness which are the principles of accountability developed by the United Nations Development Program in measuring bureaucratic accountability. This research is a qualitative research by taking data from several villages in Bangka Regency. As well as qualitative research, the data taken in this study using snowball sampling method, where researchers take data by conducting in-depth interviews until the data obtained until the condition is saturated, meaning there is a repetition of the same information at the time of data collection. The results of this study indicate that villages in Bangka Regency have met the accountability principles of 5 (five) starting from planning, implementation and reporting when measured from 5 (five) accountability principles consisting of Transparency, Obligation, Controlling, Responsibility and Responsiveness
The Segmentation of Visitor Tanah Lot Tourism Attraction
Tanah Lot Tourism Attraction (TLTA) is located on the South Coast of Bali Island precisely in the area of Beraban Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. This research is quantitative descriptive method which sample is chosen based on purposive sampling technique, foreign and also domestic tourists who visit at time total 337 respondents. The statistical analyzed indicated that the domestic visitor segment is higher than the foreign visitor segment, this also indicate that domestic visitor is a potential target market for the products produced by local entrepreneurs in TLTA. Survey based on demography variable shows that the number of female visitor are more compared to male, dominantly by age group from 21 to 30 years old and most of them are students, and respondents educational level visit to TLTA are dominantly bachelor graduates. The geography variable shows that tourists visit to TLTA dominantly by domestics, followed by South Korea, Australia, and other countries.The psychograph variable, shows that dominant tourist visit because sunset and the nature of beauty view offered by Tanah Lot and mostly are repeater guests, received information from many sources. Their visit duration mostly between one to two hours, mostly they visit by rented car in the afternoon for sunset and the total amount of money spent between fifty thousand to one hundred thousand Rupiah, also the total amount of money spent during their visit is dominantly between five hundred to one million Rupiah per day. Chi-Square Tests indicated that there is correlation between group age, tourist occupation, and education level toward the motivation of visit to TLTA

Exploring Goal Commitment Predictors ff Boundary Role Persons (BRP)
As the face of the organization, BRPs were the target of representations and influence attempts by external agents. In effect, the BRPs were both the influencer and the recipient of influence from insiders and outsiders. This basic characteristic led potentially to higher levels of role conflict and tension for the BRPs than other organization members. Because of high risk and challenges, BRPs had to have goal commitment to maintain their loyalty. This study aimed to explore goal commitment predictors of BRPs. Data collection involved 162 colleges promotion officers in Yogyakarta and it was analysed through Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicated that R-square on the goal commitment was 0,398. The effect of conscientiousness on goal commitment was indicated by a correlation of 0,323 and t=4,245; the effect of communication climate on goal commitment was indicated by a correlation value of 0,206 and t=2,545; the effect of equity reward on goal commitment was indicated by a correlation value of 0,092 and t=1,534; the effect of opponent cooperation on goal commitment was indicated by a correlation value of 0,203 and t=2,915. The conclusion was communication climate, opponent cooperation, and conscientiousness influenced goal commitment significantly, but equity reward did not influence goal commitment significantly
Analysis of Human Resource Competency as Effort to Increase SMEs Economic Sector Productivity with Gender as Differentiating Variable
Competency is a very important factor in increasing work productivity. A qualified workforce will have a positive impact on improving business productivity. Thus, the level of corporate profitability also increased. Human resource improvement strategy is an excellent strategy apart from other factors such as technology improves. Increased strategy through human resource competence can be done with the improvement of ability, attitude, knowledge, and expertise. The purpose of this research is to see the influence of human resource competence on the productivity of small and medium business actors with gender variable as differentiator variable in Pangkalpinang city. The result of this research indicates the male labor variable of competency which influence productivity is only knowledge variable, while other variables have no effect. While for women the ability variable, skill and knowledge have an effect on to productivity
