Nici evidenţa unui declin practic imposibil de controlat nu mai trebuie afirmată. Continuities and breaches in the electoral behaviour at the local elections in Romania after 1990
Get PDFContinuités et brêches dans le comportement electoral aux éléctions locales en Roumanie après 1990 . L’ouvrage veut mettre en évidence les éléments de continuité et les changements qui se sont produits dans le comportement électoral des électeurs de la Roumanie, aux élections locales qui ont eu lieu dans les années 1992-2008. Les données électorales – le vote pour les formations politiques diverses et/ou pour les candidats indépendants, la présence au vote – sont liées avec des variables démographiques diverses : la structure ethnique, confessionnelle, professionnelle, sur les groupes d’âge, le taux d’alphabétisation, le taux des absolvents avec des études universitaires, le pourcentage de la population urbaine/rurale, etc. Parmi les permanences s’inscrit le vote des Hongrois pour son représentants politiques, respectivement cette de la population roumaine rurale, avec des études pré-universitaires, active dans le secteur primaire, avec les sociaux démocrates, tant que parmi les ruptures sont mis en évidence, après l’année 2000, la «translation» d’une partie d’électorat d’Ancien Royaume vers les libéraux, du vote des Hongrois vers les indépendants au vers le Parti Civique Hongrois (PCM) et le déclin évident de la présence au vote.
Aspects importants vis-a-vis de la distribution territoriale des precipitations en Europe
Get PDFAspecte importante asupra distribuţiei teritoriale a precipitaţiilor din Europa. Repartiţia spaţială a precipitaţiilor în Europa este determinată de numeroşi factori, între care cei mai importanţi sunt caracterul şi dinamica maselor de aer, raporturile Europei cu suprafţele acvatice şi continentale înconjurătoare, latitudinea şi relieful. În ansamblu, Europa primeşte cantităţi importante de precipitaţii care sunt capabile să menţină un covor vegetal spontan generalizat şi să permită cultivarea plantelor, cu mici excepţii,pe întreaga sa suprafaţă. În repartiţia spaţială a precipitaţiilor se constată însăimportante diferenţieri, care sunt determinate de factorii amintiţi aici. Aceştia nu se impun peste tot în aceeaşi măsură, iar aportul lor cantitativ este foarte diferenţiat. Totodata, unii dintre factorii implicaţi în repartiţia teritorială a precippitaţiilor din Europa sunt foarte dinamici şi calitatea lor se modifică dela un sezon la altul, favorizând sau defavorizând anumite regiuni ale continentului. Hărţile prezentate de noi pun în evidenţă diferenţieri spaţiale ale pluviozităţii nu numai anuale dar şi sezoniere sau lunare

A ternary model of the pictural composition perspective|light/pictural field is proposed. The frame of the map, articulating the space that is cut out and the space included is discussed in a parallel between maps and painted pictures

Sistemele urbane sunt marcate de o continuă dinamică iar cele două state luate în discuţie pot constitui un obiect de studio exemplar pentru modul în care factorul politic, în condiţii istorice specifice, poate dirija evoluţia raporturilor ierarhice, la diverse scări, în întreg spaţiul aferent. Ilustrat de o serie de materiale grafice inedite, rezultat al aplicării unor metode avansate de introspecţie a acestui sensibil domeniu, articolul propune şi o serie de teme de reflecţie la adresa celor care gestionează structurile teritoriale din cele două state, în special asupra necesităţii sprijinirii acelor centre cu şanse de a deveni veritabile centre de echilibru într-o lume dominată de marile metropole

Acest studiu prezintă ceaţa pornind de la condiţiile genetice, durata şi frecvenţa cu referiri la riscurile climatice induse. Importanţa calmului atmosferic în apariţia ceţei, în special în condiţii anticiclonale este un alt element analizat. Ceaţa este un fenomen legat în primul rand de anotimpul rece, concentrându-se în intervalul Noiembrie-Martie, cu o predilecţie pentru anumite intervale orare (între 7 şi 10 a.m.) . Durata anuală cumulată excedează 350 ore în decembrie şi 200 în Ianuarie
Fictions cartographiques
Get PDFCartographic fictions. Considering normal maps that geographers do, it is possible to discuss strange maps in confrontation with the status of real maps. It is by using a precise epistemological model inspired by S. Lupasco that we will examine four relevant examples of fictuous maps. We will refer explicitly to a ternary epistemological model to confront extravagant situations furnished by litterature in regard to our normal maps. By using an explicite ternary language in relation here to the structure of the map, we will refer to the two fundamental concepts of scale and legend to show how those four fictions are emblematic and help us to understand the real maps. The ternary model scale/legend/mapmaking will be the reference model to illustrate how the Captain’s map in L. Carroll, the Utopia Island of T. More, the Map of China of J.-L. Borgès and the Tender Map of M. de Scudéry are referenced in our model in regard of the real map, tertium datur, the mediator in the interaction of scale and legend
La lutte pour la vie. Une analyse multiscalaire de la dynamique de la mortalité infantile dans l’Europe contemporaine
Get PDFThe infant mortality analyse may be approached also of the geographical perspective. This perspective is centered arround the concept of spatial differentiation. The study followed the disparities developed during the processus of the demographical modernization, especially of the infant mortality. The outset of the study is a complexe database, organized in three levels: continental, national and departmental. The period surveyed began in 1950, for the top two levels and in 1966, for the third level. The statistical analysis effectuated by the Statlab point to the existence of an strong correlation between the economic and social evolution and the stint of infant mortality incidence. Next to this correlation there are a series of contradictions, engendered by the local peculiarities. The most often, these characteristics derived from the quality of the medical services and sanitary infrastructure. The political and the cultural contexte may be added. These contradictions there are much manifested at the local level. One other conclusion converged towards the existence of any tendence of a quickely decrease o the infant mortality, unresponsive at the economic growth and the amelioration of the social estate
