Establish an in Vitro Immune Rejection Response for the Receptor to Realize the Transplantation of NK Cells from Different Species
Get PDFHealthy adult grass turtle as the donor, draw 10ml of blood, prepare PBMC, isolate and extract purified grass turtle NK cell suspension. Healthy male Big dog is a receptor. Under anesthesia, 200 milliliters of venous blood is extracted out of the body, enters the blood cell separator, extracts plasma and lymphocyte components, a total of 115 ml, and puts a blood collection bag with heparin sodium. After preserving 10ml plasma, divide the lymphocyte plasma into 3 bags of 35 ml each. Storage. Take 1 bag of Big Dog Lymphocyte Plasma 35ml, dilute isovolume physiological saline, inject 15ml of grass turtle NK cell suspension, produce a mixed lymphocyte plasma between Turtle and Big Dog, and put it in the incubator. On the third day after mixing, the immune rejection began, and the grass turtle NK cells accounted for 76% of the dead cells. On the fifth day, the response peaked. Grass turtle NK cells accounted for 92% of the dead cells. On the 10th day, the immune rejection response was stationary, and 28% of the grass turtle NK cells survived, achieving a non-rejective peacekeeping coexistence state with the receptor Big Dog lymphocytes. When this group of grass turtle NK cells that have undergone the immune rejection test of the receptor Big dog in vitro are imported into the Big dog body with the Big dog lymphocytes, they are no longer regarded as heteroactive antigens by the receptor Big dog immune system and are not attacked by immune rejection. It became an integral part of the lymphocytes in the Big dog, and the experimental plan for the transplantation of xenogeneic NK cells from grass turtles into Big dog has been completed.During the natural survival period of grass turtle NK cells, we can select the blood at a different time to prepare the peripheral blood mononuclear cell PBMC of the Big dog. According to the principle of autologous NK cell retransfusion, we can isolate and cultured mixed NK cells of grass turtle and Big dog in vitro, and retransfuse them into the Beagle. Through staining comparison, grass turtle NK cells can also be specially selected from the mixed NK cells of grass turtle and Big dog for isolation and culture in vitro, and returned to the Big dog. Both methods belong to autologous NK cell retransfusion therapy.The article expounds the clinical significance of establishing an in vitro immune rejection for the receptor, and points out that establishing an in vitro immune rejection for the receptor is a routine test that must be carried out by allogeneic immune cell transplantation and the problem of disparity between the in vivo and in vitro survival environments of immune cells
Impact of Satisfaction and Reputation on Customer Trust during Financial Crisis “Lebanese Banking Sector”
Get PDFThis study investigates the impact of satisfaction and reputation on customer trust toward Lebanese commercial banks during the financial crisis. And because satisfaction in the banking sector is mainly measured and predicted by service quality, we chose three dimensions of service quality that could be affected in times of crisis (tangible quality, personnel quality, and functional quality). Beside satisfaction, we took reputation as the second main independent variable, knowing that the reputation of banks can be directly affected in unstable and uncertain times. This is a quantitative nature of a study, which involved a structured, self-administered questioner based on a convenience sampling method gathering data from 350 customers of 28 different operating banks in Lebanon. The quantitative approach was applied to assess the relationship between satisfaction and reputation and trust in times of crisis. The study data were analyzed using SPSS version 28, and the reliability coefficient (Cronbach’s alpha) was established. Functional quality during the financial crisis had a significant impact on customer trust in Lebanese commercial banks. However, results showed that reputation variables (integrity during the financial crisis and financial strength during the financial crisis) showed a significant impact on customer trust towards Lebanese commercial banks.

A Study on the Legal Implementation Mechanism for the “Separation of Three Rights” of Rural Homesteads in China
Get PDFThanks to China’s rurally focused reforms, “Three Rights Division” on rural homesteads came by – dividing collective ownership, household qualification and flexible use rights – an important policy meant to tackle inefficient problems within the rural system and make economic value come out of the land. This reform is about invigorate the sleeping rural assets, raise up the farmers’ property income and make the rural-urban integration possible. But the fact is that its success is seriously limited because there is an incomplete and unclear legal environment. This paper makes a critical review on the legal realization mechanism for this reform. It starts from explaining the theoretical and practical significance of separated ownership, qualification, and use rights to build a concept foundation for the following analysis. Then, it probes into the current legal landscape of land expropriation and acquisition and determines some prominent problems like vague property right conceptions, excessive constraints on market circulation, non-unified or ineffective registration systems, and unscientific valuation and dispute settlement. In view of the results from all the national pilot programs, the paper synthesizes practices and lessons. According to this exhaustive analysis and puts forth a systematic legal implementation mechanism: Key recommendations are to improve existing laws on the content and boundaries of each right, to develop an integrated and unified national registration and certification system, which provides legal certainty for such exchange transactions, to develop a hierarchical and regulated secondary market for the transfer of use rights (e.g., the stock and option exchanges), as well as an open and transparent system for valuing assets and distributing profits. The paper holds that to build a strong legal architectural system is not just a technical must do, it’s also a primary pre requisite to guarantee the reform success, protect farmers’ interests and realize the goal of rural revitalization strategy

It aims to demonstrate how the interaction between visual and auditory elements constructs a cohesive and multidimensional urban narrative. The analysis shows that the film strategically employs visual and auditory resources to achieve strong thematic consistency across six core themes: vibrant and innovative, comfortable and convenient, green and beautiful, safe and resilient, virtuous and culturally advanced, and smart and efficient. The findings further underscore the pivotal role of four cross-modal synergistic mechanisms, including reinforcement, complementarity, contrast, and juxtaposition, in maintaining discursive cohesion and enhancing emotional resonance. Overall, the integration of visual and auditory modalities effectively presents Shenzhen as a dynamic, welcoming, and technologically advanced global city, thereby strengthening the communicative power of urban promotional media and offering useful insights into the construction of contemporary national and urban images
