A Study on the Current Learning Situation and Enhancement Strategies of Web Design Courses
With the rapid development of the Internet, the importance of webpage design as an important carrier of information transmission is becoming more and more prominent. However, the current teaching status of web design courses in colleges and universities has many problems, such as lagging teaching content, single teaching method, insufficient practical ability of students, etc. These problems seriously restrict the quality of cultivating web design talents. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current learning status of web design courses and discuss the enhancement strategies in order to provide reference for improving the teaching quality of web design courses
Research on the Construction of Aesthetic Education Courses for Tourism Management Major in Local Undergraduate Colleges: A Case Study of A University
This article explores the construction of aesthetic education courses for tourism management majors in local undergraduate colleges, using A university as an example. The opening points out that in the context of changes in the socio-economic and tourism markets, it is urgent for this major to carry out the construction of aesthetic education courses. Next, introduce the overview of A University and its tourism management major, and elaborate on its practices in curriculum system, teaching, faculty, resource construction, and other aspects. Simultaneously analyze the existing issues of curriculum design, teaching objectives, and professional integration, and propose suggestions for optimizing courses, clarifying objectives, and strengthening integration to enhance the quality of talent cultivation and social competitiveness
The Role of Basic Leucine Zipper and W2 Domain Containing 2 (BZW2) in Endometrial Cancer: Implications for Tumor Progression and Patient Outcomes
Background: This study investigates the role of basic leucine zipper and W2 domain-containing 2 (BZW2) in endometrial cancer (EC) and its implications for tumor progression and patient outcomes. We assessed the expression of BZW2 in endometrial cancer (UCEC) and its correlation with tumor progression, clinical pathological features, and patient prognosis. Methods: We utilized RNA sequencing data from the TCGA and UALCAN databases to analyze BZW2 expression patterns in EC and its association with tumor grade, stage, patient age, and prognosis. Additionally, we explored the molecular relationships between BZW2, various signaling pathways, and immune cell markers. The role of BZW2 in endometrial cancer cell proliferation and migration was validated through cellular experiments. Results: Our analysis revealed elevated BZW2 expression in EC, which correlated significantly with tumor grade, stage, and patient age. Prognostic analyses indicated that high BZW2 expression was associated with reduced overall survival and progression-free survival. Molecularly, BZW2 was linked to several signaling pathways and immune cell markers, while cellular experiments confirmed its role in promoting endometrial cancer cell proliferation and migration. Conclusion: The multifunctional role of BZW2 in endometrial cancer highlights its potential as both a therapeutic target and a prognostic biomarker. Our findings provide compelling evidence supporting BZW2 as a promising target for the treatment and prognosis evaluation of UCEC, thereby guiding future research and clinical applications
Exploration and Practice of the Construction of Art Design Training Base under the Background of Digital Technology
With the continuous development of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, interaction design, and 5G, digital technology has brought infinite creative possibilities to art and design. The article focuses on the construction of the art and design training base at Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Commerce, which is supported by the central government. Starting from the construction concept, content, teaching mode, curriculum reform, teaching team, and management of the training base, the article conducts in-depth research and proposes innovative ideas, which play a demonstrative role in the construction of art and design training bases and the cultivation of art and design professionals under the background of digital technology
Analysis of the Dual Narrative Structure in To Live
Yu Hua’s novel To Live adopts a dual narrative structure, featuring an external focalization narrated by “I”, the storyteller, and an internal focalization centered on the protagonist, Fugui. With Fugui’s narrative serving as the primary thread and “I”’s narrative as the secondary, the narrative intersperses “I”’s perspectives and reflections as an observer and listener during Fugui’s recount. The interplay between external and internal focalizations not only heightens the novel’s authenticity but also propels the plot forward, extending readers’ engagement with the narrative. This enables readers to empathize with Fugui’s enduring hardships and his resilient, optimistic attitude towards life. It urges readers to adopt Fugui’s positive and upward spirit in the face of adversity
Optimization Strategies and Practical Exploration of Enterprise Industrial Investment from the Perspective of Investment and Financing
With the acceleration of global economic integration and increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises as the backbone of the national economy, play a significant role in national economic development through their industrial investment activities. However, Enterprises currently face challenges such as inefficient capital utilization, inadequate technological innovation capabilities, and slow market response times in their industrial investment processes. This paper first analyzes the challenges faced by enterprises in industrial investment and then proposes strategies such as optimizing capital allocation, strengthening core technology research and development, accelerating market response times, and building a comprehensive innovation ecosystem from the perspective of investment and financing. Simultaneously, it explores and discusses the exploration and experience of enterprises in industrial investment practices through specific cases. This research provides certain reference value for guiding enterprises' industrial investment practices and promoting sustained and healthy national economic development

The Problem and Countermeasure of Party Branch leading Cooperative—A Case on A Rural Tourism Cooperative Led by Party Branch in B Village of Shandong Province
Taking the typical rural tourism cooperative led by the Party branch in B village of Shandong Province as an example, this paper discusses the causes, concrete practices, practical effects and existing problems of the party branch led rural tourism cooperative through case analysis with exploratory empirical research method. Research shows that: First, the motivation of the establishment of the cooperative led by the Party branch lies in the weakening and marginalization of the party branch, the decline of the industry and the collective poverty, and the weak collective consciousness of the villagers. Second, the party branch to lead the cooperative needs the village Party branch to raise energy and empower, integrate resources in the form of internal source and external transmission, and combine “internet +”intelligent management. Third, the party branch leads the cooperative to enhance the power of the party branch, industrial development file upgrade, community consciousness return. Research suggests that: In the new era, the party branch leads the cooperatives to promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, reorganize farmers and self-organize them, reconstruct the rural governance pattern and build a harmonious rural society. Its rise has realistic necessity and rationality
