Measurement of Efficiency in Rural Ecological Environment Governance, Regional Differences, and Characteristics of Dynamic Evolution—Evidence from China

    Get PDF
The article calculates the overall efficiency of rural ecological environment governance in 29 provinces of China from 2013 to 2022 using the super-efficiency SBM model. It describes the current development status of each province and employs the Dagum Gini coefficient method to reveal the spatial disparities and their sources and contributions across the four major geographic regions. Furthermore, it utilizes Kernel density estimation to depict the dynamic changes and evolutionary patterns of each province. The study reveals that the overall efficiency of rural ecological environmental governance in China is on a fluctuating upward trajectory, with a regional distribution pattern of eastern > western > central > northeastern areas. Significant inter-regional and intra-regional disparities in the efficiency of rural ecological environmental governance are observed, with the northeastern region exhibiting the greatest intra-regional variation, and the eastern region the least. Additionally, spatial imbalances between regions persist. Based on these findings, targeted policy recommendations are proposed to further enhance the efficiency of rural ecological environmental governance in China

The width of the prestressed concrete beam is integrated with the width-split width. The existing prestressed concrete beam and the width-split beam are connected by cantilevers. The horizontal steel bars are implanted in the existing bridge cantilevers and the horizontal steel bars are connected with the cantilevers of the wide beam cantilevers. The longitudinal steel bars are arranged. The cast-in-place wet joints are UHPC (ultra-high performance concrete). In the study of the design plan for the main line connection ramp wide-split bridge of Beichen Avenue (North Second Ring Road - Qinhan Avenue) rapid transformation project, the wide-split bridge was mainly studied and analyzed from two plans. Plan 1, the bridge deck was not widened, and the superstructure was hinged. The plan focused on the impact on the current bridge traffic during the construction period. The bridge deck was widened. The bridge deck was built on the outside of the current bridge. The new and old bridge deck was connected with wet joints; Plan 2, the bridge deck was widened, and the superstructure was semi-rigid. The plan focused on the impact on the current bridge traffic during the construction period. The bridge deck was widened, and the new and old bridge decks were connected with wet joints

A Study on English Translation of Museum Guide Texts from the Perspective of Translation Shift Theory

    Get PDF
Museum guide text is an important carrier for cultural communication of cultural relics, and the quality of its translation directly affects the international audience's interest in and cognition of cultural resources. Based on the theory of translation conversion, this paper explores the language conversion strategy in the translation of museum texts and its cultural communication effect by combining the Chinese and English text examples of the guide language of Sanxingdui Museum. It is found that the translation strategies of hierarchical conversion and category conversion can effectively overcome the language differences and cultural gap between Chinese and English, so that the translated text retains the original connotation and conforms to the acceptance habits of the target language readers. This study provides practical references for the translation of museums' foreign propaganda texts and helps the international communication of Chinese cultural heritage

A Study on the Video Communication Strategies of the “China-Russia Headlines” Account on VK Platform from the Perspective of Framing Theory

    Get PDF
As the global landscape undergoes profound changes, it is urgent to reconstruct the international communication structure. In recent years, China-Russia relations have continued to improve, and the need to enhance the cultural export mechanism has become increasingly apparent. VKontakte, a major Russian local social media platform, plays a significant role in communication with Russian audiences. This study examines the top VK account China-Russia Headlines (CRH) and applies Zang’s three-tier framing theory to analyze its communication strategies. The findings reveal that the framing features include diverse subjects, authoritative sources, and a mainstream narrative tone at the macro level; the narratives tend to be conservative, structurally uniform, and short in length at the meso level; the discourse is rhetorically rich with prominent Chinese cultural symbols at the micro level. However, the account still faces challenges such as significant variations in view counts and limited audience interaction. To enhance the efficacy of China’s international communication, this study proposes prioritizing audience-relevant content, integrating multidisciplinary themes, diversifying presentation formats, and fostering multi-stakeholder collaboration

Exploring the Impact of Keats’s Poetry on Hyperion

    Get PDF
It is an important topic today that how can we draw the essence from the works of excellent writers or artists, then learn their creative methods and ideas, add ourselves innovative inspiration and perspectives to create our own works. And in this paper, we can find out the key answer. This paper first introduces the research background and the significance of the topic selection, then we appreciate the beauty in John Keats poetry. The next part continues to analyze the impact of Keats’s poetry on Hyperion from five aspects, including themes, the use of language, religion, eternity and the way to explore the relationship between human and nature. As the representative poet of the second generation of British Romanticism, John Keats did profound influence on later generations of writers, especially Dan. Influenced by Keats, Simon’s discussions on themes, religion, writing style and characteristics, as well as the relationship between man and nature have formed his own writing style: the pursuit of beauty: at the same time, he also combines aesthetic elements with scientific elements through grand narration, delicate characterization and rich symbolic meanings. His book Hyperion deeply discusses the topics of aesthetics, philosophy, religion, eternity, and the relationship between man and nature, providing readers with a shocking reading experience

Measurement of Social Progress by Aggregated Sustainable Development Goals

    Get PDF
Measurement of social progress of a nation can be best done using framework of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Avoiding normalization and weights, indicators of i-th target of the j-th SDG at t-th year of a country () is obtained by multiplicative aggregation which can further be aggregated to compute SDG status of a country ( and Global SDG (. Each proposed index enables to quantify distance of a country from the SDG targets of 2030 and testing hypothesis of equality of log( for countries i and j ( at t-th year and also equality of log() and (for same country by t-tests. Similarity of path of progress and decline of for two different countries across time can be quantified meaningfully. Novelty lies in application of the proposed multiplicative aggregation of SDG indicators in proportions, percentages, averages, rates, count data, etc. and satisfaction of translation invariance and consistency in aggregation. Policy makers and researchers can take advantages of the proposed method of multiplicative aggregation avoiding problems of normalization and assigning equal weight to the indicators and equal responsibility to all countries. Future empirical investigations may be undertaken to estimate distribution of and inter-linkages of various SDGs to prepare a comprehensive plan for achieving the 2030 targets

Ethical Awareness of Artificial Intelligence Use Among Chinese University Students

    Get PDF
Artificial intelligence (AI) tools—particularly generative AI such as ChatGPT—have seen rapid adoption among university students globally, prompting growing concern about their ethical implications. This paper investigates the ethical awareness of AI use among Chinese university students by analyzing recent survey data and applying theoretical frameworks from behavioral and moral psychology. Findings suggest that while many students are actively using AI tools in their academic work, ethical awareness varies considerably, often in the absence of clear institutional guidelines. Key factors influencing ethical behavior include students’ attitudes, social norms, AI literacy, and the presence of academic integrity policies. Although educational interventions have shown some potential in improving students’ ethical reasoning, external pressures such as peer influence and academic competition may still lead to misuse. The study underscores the importance of integrating AI ethics into higher education curricula and establishing supportive environments to promote responsible AI use. These findings offer guidance for universities and policymakers seeking to foster a culture of ethical engagement with AI in academia
