    Visual Symbol Analysis and Digital Reconstruction of Lujin Patterns

    Lujin, a representative traditional hand-weaving craft from southwestern Shandong, embodies profound regional culture and the wisdom of folk art. With the acceleration of industrialization and digitalization, this form of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) faces challenges of both preservation and innovation. Adopting perspectives from visual semiotics and digital design, this study focuses on typical Lujin patterns, analyzing their visual-symbolic characteristics and cultural connotations, and exploring pathways for their digital reconstruction. Based on the analytical framework of “symbolic interpretation–digital reconstruction,” the paper establishes a comprehensive system for interpreting Lujin’s visual symbols and proposes three reconstruction principles: preservation of cultural genes, alignment with contemporary aesthetics, and adaptation to digital media. Through vector-based modeling and motion-graphics experiments, the study verifies the feasibility of this approach. The results indicate that digital reconstruction not only contributes to the preservation and transmission of Lujin’s visual identity but also provides new directions for integrating traditional craftsmanship into contemporary design practices

Yiyang City, a key prefecture-level city in central China, faces both historic opportunities from national education reforms and persistent challenges including uneven development and resource allocation.     An Empirical Study on the Impact of RMB Exchange Rate Fluctuation on China's Outward Foreign Direct Investment—Based on Panel Data of 58 Countries along the “Belt and Road”

    Since China first proposed the "The Belt and Road" Initiative in 2013, countries along the "The Belt and Road Initiative" route have gradually developed into important partners for China’s "going global" strategy and regional cooperation. This paper constructs a two-way fixed-effects model based on panel data from 58 countries along the "The Belt and Road Initiative" route from 2010 to 2020 and conducts empirical tests to further analyze how fluctuations in the RMB exchange rate affect China’s OFDI. The results show that RMB appreciation promotes China’s OFDI, while RMB exchange rate fluctuations suppress it, and the effects of these two factors are heterogeneous across regions, income levels, and distances between countries. To promote the high-quality development of the "The Belt and Road Initiative" initiative, this article proposes feasible recommendations: At the national level, policy communication and coordination with high-income and low- and middle-income "The Belt and Road Initiative" countries in Central and Southeast Asia should be strengthened, the RMB exchange rate system should be improved, and exchange rate fluctuations should be reduced. At the enterprise level, enterprises should enhance their ability to cope with exchange rate risks, leverage the "The Belt and Road Initiative" investment preferential policies, optimize investment layout in "The Belt and Road Initiative" countries in South Asia and Central and Eastern Europe, and actively expand investment areas

    Analysis on the Policy of Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment in China since the New Medical Reform

    Based on the implementation status of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy in China since the new medical reform, this paper systematically combs the text of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy in China after the new medical reform, analyzes the effectiveness and problems of the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy in China, and further puts forward the policy development direction. The study found that five hierarchical diagnosis and treatment models have been formed in the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy in China, the service capacity of grassroots medical institutions has been enhanced, and the regional sharing of medical resources has made positive progress, reducing the burden of patients' medical care. But at the same time, it is also faced with problems such as the ability of grassroots medical service institutions to be further improved, two-way referral has not really been realized, the concept of medical care of the masses has not been successfully changed, the siphon effect of high-level hospitals is obvious, the number of general practitioners is small, and the training system is not perfect. In the future, our country's tiered diagnosis and treatment policy should increase the emphasis on the resource allocation of primary medical institutions, guide the masses to change the concept of medical care, establish and improve the two-way flow of personnel, two-way referral docking and standardized training system, and strengthen the training of primary medical personnel and general practitioners. This study has certain inspiration and reference significance for further promoting the construction of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and deepening the reform of medical system in China

    Dose-effect Meta-analysis of Tai Chi Exercise in Improving Pain Symptoms of Knee Osteoarthritis

    Objective: To investigate the dose-effect relationship between the elements of Tai Chi exercise prescription and pain improvement in patients with knee osteoarthritis, aiming to provide evidence-based evidence for patients to provide more accurate Tai Chi intervention programs. Methods: Wanfang, CNKI, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and the Cochrane Library were searched for randomized controlled trials of Tai Chi exercise in patients with knee osteoarthritis in August 2024. Data were screened, evaluated, and extracted independently, and meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results: A total of 21 studies involving 1110 patients with KOA were included in this study. The results of meta-analysis showed that the effect of pain improvement was the strongest when the single exercise time was 21~40min (SMD was -0.79, P<0.05), and the effect of pain symptom improvement in patients with knee osteoarthritis would be decreased if the exercise time was too long or too short. The improvement effect of pain symptoms was strongest when the exercise frequency was 5 times a week (SMD was -1.09, P<0.05), and when the exercise cycle was 12 weeks, the pain symptom improvement effect was strongest (SMD was -0.7, P<0.05), and then the pain improvement effect decreased with the increase of exercise cycle. Conclusion: Patients with knee osteoarthritis are recommended to perform Tai Chi exercise for 21~40min 5 times a week for 12 weeks, and the maximum benefit of pain improvement can be obtained

By simulating the gravitational stress under real-world conditions through a centrifugal force field, this method provides accurate experimental data on the stress, deformation, and failure mechanisms of rock and soil masses. This paper systematically outlines the fundamental principles of centrifugal model testing, with a particular focus on the similarity principle and the analysis of test errors. In light of potential error sources, such as uneven distribution of centrifugal force, boundary effects, and the centrifuge start-braking process, corresponding optimization strategies are proposed. Through a comprehensive summary and forward-looking analysis of existing technologies, this paper offers both theoretical support and practical guidance for the further development and application of centrifugal model testing in the future

    Research on the Application Path and Effectiveness of Digital Intelligence in Cost Engineering Teaching

    With the deep penetration of digital intelligence technology (integration of digitalization and intelligence) in the construction industry, cost engineering education urgently needs to reform traditional teaching models. This paper analyzes the core applications of digital intelligence technology in the field of cost engineering, combines classroom teaching practices, and explores the integration paths of digital intelligence tools and methods as well as their impact on teaching effectiveness. The research shows that digital intelligence teaching significantly enhances students’ practical abilities and industry adaptability through virtual simulation, BIM technology, and big data analysis. However, challenges such as rapid technological updates and insufficient teacher-student alignment remain. Future strategies should optimize teaching approaches through industry-academia collaboration and curriculum restructuring to cultivate interdisciplinary cost engineering professionals
