A Social-Psychological Study on the Impact of Short Video Platform Algorithms on Adolescents' Self-Identity Construction
With the rapid development of mobile internet and short video platforms, artificial intelligence algorithmic recommendations are reshaping adolescents' information exposure pathways and self-identity logic. Adolescents are in a dynamic phase of constructing their values, identity awareness, and psychological structure. In the process of information distribution guided by ‘interest matching,’ algorithmic recommendations have gradually formed an identity mechanism characterised by entertainment, labelling, and segmentation. This paper examines the mechanisms and potential risks of algorithmic recommendations in the construction of self-identity among adolescents from a social psychological perspective. The study found that the content ecosystem of short video platforms reinforces adolescents' interest labels and value preferences through algorithms, inducing them to form fragmented self-perceptions and labelled identity recognition, which in turn leads to instability in individual identity and ambiguity in social belonging. In the context of incomplete individual development, adolescents are prone to losing their ability to actively construct their self-identity in the face of personalised algorithmic recommendations, instead passively accepting the rigid roles shaped by the platform, thereby exacerbating identity anxiety among adolescents. Based on this, this paper proposes establishing intervention mechanisms across family education, school guidance, and platform governance to create a diverse and open information environment, enhance teenagers' media literacy and psychological resilience, and promote the healthy, rational, and autonomous development of their self-identity
Research on the Application of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Sustainable Fashion Design Models from the Perspective of Design Studies
With the remarkable advancements in deep learning and large language model technologies, generative artificial intelligence (Generative AI) has, in recent years, been increasingly applied in the fashion creative design industry. It has become a key driver for the intelligent transformation of fashion design processes and the innovation of design paradigms. At the same time, the global fashion industry is facing the dual challenges of severe overproduction and a fundamental shift in consumer awareness. This study, grounded in the perspective of design studies, adopts literature analysis and case study methodologies to systematically review the current development, application, and technological evolution of generative AI in fashion design. It further explores the necessity of AI-driven sustainable fashion design development and logical inquiry within the design discipline. Drawing upon the "Five-Dimensional Integration" (H-T-O-S-M) theoretical model, the research provides an in-depth analysis of the innovative pathways through which AI empowers sustainable fashion design, focusing on five dimensions: Human (H), Task (T), Objects (O), Space (S), and Mirror (M).The findings indicate that generative AI exhibits significant potential in promoting the green transformation of the fashion industry, particularly in areas such as pattern generation aligned with sustainable design principles, automatic optimization of garment structures to achieve zero-waste objectives, and material process simulation with emotional engagement. This study offers valuable theoretical references and insights for the application of artificial intelligence in sustainable fashion design from a design studies perspective and contributes to the further exploration and practical advancement of new paradigms in sustainable fashion design
Hard Law Hegemony and Soft Law Resistance: The Proof of Illegality of Western Sanctions against Russia and the Reconstruction of the International Law System
Since the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict in 2022, Western countries led by the United States have constructed an unprecedented multi-level sanctions system against Russia. This paper deconstructs the hard law tools (e.g., secondary sanctions legislation) and soft law instruments (e.g., commercial boycott campaigns) in sanctions through the dichotomy theory of soft and hard law in international law. For example, in the context of the failure of the UN Security Council mechanism, Western countries have turned to rely on non-traditional means of sanctions implementation, such as domestic legislation (e.g., the International Emergency Economic Powers Act) and club-like alliances (e.g., the G7 oil price cap). This legal practice has objectively resulted in a threefold alienation: first, the extension of long-arm jurisdiction from the commercial sphere to the realm of sovereign immunity; second, the formation of "quasi-legal" market expulsions through transnational corporate pressure; and third, the distortion of the political instrumentalization of international soft law mechanisms, such as sports and culture. This paper will take a case study approach to prove that the West's "long-arm jurisdiction" of domestic law disguised as international hard law is essentially a hegemonic expansion of rule-making power. Based on this, this paper will explore the possible solution paths to reshape the balanced pattern of pluralism, fairness and justice in international law

Exploring and Implementing a Teaching Model for Computer Network Principles Based on “One Core, Two Unifications, Three Co-constructions, and Four Integrations.”
The continuous development of information technology and the ongoing advancement of educational informatization present new challenges and opportunities for talent cultivation models in universities. As a foundational course for computer science and related disciplines, the quality of teaching and the effectiveness of talent development in the Computer Network Principles course directly impact students' professional competence and future prospects. To address issues such as resource imbalance and monotonous teaching methods in the course, we collaborated with the Computer Network Teaching Team at Bohai University to jointly propose and implement a "One Core, Two Unifications, Three Co-constructions, Four Integrations" teaching model featuring cross-institutional course enrollment and credit recognition. Centered on the principle of "fostering virtue through education," this model establishes fundamental norms through the harmonious unity of "student-centeredness and teacher guidance" and the harmonious unity of "pre-planned teaching and classroom generation." It aggregates superior resources) through the "co-construction of course resources," "co-construction of teaching teams," and "co-construction of evaluation criteria," ultimately achieving the integration of "employability, craftsmanship spirit, professional ethics, and innovation awareness." This paper elaborates on the conceptual framework, implementation process, outcomes, challenges, and reflections of this model

Adolescents and Young Adults with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Experience the Disease and the Needs of the Meta Integration
Objective: To synthesize qualitative evidence on the illness experiences and needs of adolescents and young adults (AYAs) with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) to inform nursing interventions. Methods: A systematic review (inception-Jan 2024) was conducted across nine databases (CINAHL, Embase, PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, VIP, Wanfang, CNKI, SinoMed). Qualitative studies exploring AYA SLE experiences were included. Studies were critically appraised using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal Checklist for Qualitative Research. Data synthesis followed the JBI meta-aggregation approach. Results: Four qualitative studies (all JBI-rated moderate quality) met inclusion criteria. Analysis extracted 26 unequivocal findings, grouped them into 6 categories, and synthesized 3 overarching themes: Enduring Cyclical Distress: Persistent pain, fatigue, treatment burden, and emotional turmoil. Disease-Imposed Constraints: Disrupted education/employment, social isolation, and restricted life trajectories. Resilience and Support Needs: Desire for self-management knowledge, positive coping strategies (problem-focused, adaptive emotional, social), and external support for growth. Conclusion: AYAs with SLE navigate profound physical/psychological suffering and significant life disruptions. They demonstrate potential for resilience but require proactive nursing support. Clinicians must prioritize mental health screening, provide tailored psychosocial interventions, and empower AYAs with self-management skills and accessible education to foster positive coping and improve quality of life
Investigating the Impact of Reward Mechanisms on Employee Motivation: A Study of Government sector banks in Delhi NCR, India
To make sure cutthroat benefit, citizens who are operational for the association should be aggravated by provided that an in proportion recompense and advantage scheme. Payment organization development coats both financial and non-financial recompense. The awareness of the mind reunion is at least as inner in unselfish and society enthusiasm as the industrial basics of the finances and contact portion of remuneration. Hence, in this paper, we find out the job of reason in moving recruits and imply the associations to make proper revision in their remunerations scheme. The reason of this learns is to show the association between the a variety of plunder and staff incentive and also to be acquainted with that to what degree a variety of prize or inducements are used in the personal association to inspire the member of staff. Inducement or plunders is any incomes that makes a worker wish to do improved, try harder and use more power. Associations should believe for a more prepared recompense system that believes both inherent and external payment which in turn prospers high presentation society in the Private banks in Delhi NCR
Chinese Students' Intention to Use Online Homework Systems for English Learning: Interest and Hedonic Motivation in the UTAUT Model
The emergence of online homework systems supplements the requirement of online education for learning consolidation. However, there is a lack of exploration of intention to use this facilitator for English learning at the secondary education level of Chinese students. Hence, this study proposed an extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model with interest and hedonic motivation to explore the determinants behind the intention to embrace online homework systems for English learning. Data were randomly collected from 277 out of 1,466 Chinese secondary school students via validated questionnaires. Correlational analyses showed that five out of six postulated variables were significantly related to students' behavioral intention when using an online homework system for learning. Positive and significant associations existed between interest, facilitating conditions, performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, social influence and behavioral intention. However, there was a nonsignificant relationship between effort expectancy and behavioral intention. Additionally, interest was found to be the strongest factor related to the acceptance of the system among students. Enhancing interest and hedonic motivation, providing sufficient facilitating conditions and social support, as well as customizing reachable performance expectancy may promote the acceptance of online homework systems for English learning among Chinese secondary school students
