Research Report on Legal Risks in the Promotion of "Amateur Influencers"

    Get PDF
With the advancement of internet technology and the transformation of consumption patterns in the new era, the influencer economy, as a new internet business format, has achieved rapid development in China, bringing huge market dividends. However, the market access threshold is low. For example, amateurs can become influencers and start making profits by recommending good products on internet platforms, and such promotion behavior has a significant impact on the market. However, the "amateur influencer" economy in a profit-making state has problems such as false product promotion, excessive marketing, inadequate control over product quality, and imperfect after-sales service, involving legal risks such as infringement of intellectual property rights, violation of consumers' legitimate rights and interests, information asymmetry, and improper supervision. Therefore, to avoid the above legal risks, the following corresponding solutions should be taken: integration of intellectual property evidence collection, supervision and enforcement, strengthening supervision and improving access thresholds, high-quality spot checks and inspections, and formulating laws for live broadcast supervision. This is of great significance for promoting the healthy development of the influencer economy in accordance with the law, improving the professional quality of influencers, and safeguarding consumer rights and interests

Women in Leadership and Organisational Change in Sport: A Critical and Intersectional Review

    Get PDF
The underrepresentation of women in leadership positions within the global sport industry remains a persistent and deeply entrenched challenge, despite decades of advocacy and the growing commercial and cultural prominence of women’s sport. This critical and intersectional review synthesises contemporary theoretical frameworks and empirical research to examine the complex dynamics of gender, power, and organisational change in sport. The review interrogates three established theoretical perspectives—transformational leadership, gendered organisations, and institutional change—and integrates intersectionality as a vital fourth lens to illuminate the diverse and compounded barriers faced by women from different backgrounds. The analysis demonstrates that women leaders are not merely subjects of exclusion but are active agents of organisational renewal, frequently introducing relational, ethical, and inclusive approaches that challenge entrenched hierarchies and foster adaptive change. However, their transformative potential is systematically constrained by structural barriers, cultural resistance, and the persistence of masculine-coded leadership ideals. Drawing on recent research, including studies on higher education pathways and leadership development programmes, this review formulates a set of evidence-based recommendations for sport organisations, higher education institutions, and aspiring women leaders. It concludes by proposing a multi-level model for transformative change that emphasises the need for simultaneous and coordinated action at the individual, organisational, and institutional levels to achieve genuine gender equity in sports leadership

Research on the Organizational Mechanisms of Local SOEs and Grassroots Organizations in the Process of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

    Get PDF
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that rural revitalization be comprehensively advanced, the achievements of poverty alleviation be consolidated and expanded, and the endogenous development capacity of poverty-alleviated regions and populations be enhanced. Targeted poverty alleviation is a key strategy for completely resolving the issue of poverty, and local SOEs are an important force in its implementation. Therefore, this study, based on a cooperative game model, explores the relationship between local SOEs and grassroots organizations in the process of targeted poverty alleviation. The study found that the relationship between local SOEs and grassroots organizations is characterized by political logic, market logic, and the organizational embedding within these two logics. Through the cooperation between local SOEs and grassroots organizations, the efficiency- and equity-oriented approaches of targeted poverty alleviation can be effectively advanced. Based on the analysis using a cooperative game model, it is concluded that local SOEs and grassroots organizations should adopt a cooperative approach to jointly promote the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation. The cooperation between the two parties is premised on the transferability of the utility of targeted poverty alleviation, ensuring that both parties in the cooperative game process are treated fairly and justly and receive a reasonably allocated share of the benefits

A Study on the Relationship between Piano Performance Techniques and Emotional Expression

    Get PDF
Piano performance is a comprehensive artistic activity that requires performers to possess both advanced technical skills and a deep understanding of the musical work's content, structure, and emotional core. Technique and emotion in piano performance are not opposites but complementary, mutually reinforcing elements. This paper provides an in-depth study of the relationship between piano performance techniques and emotional expression through a review and analysis of related literature. The article first explores the nature of emotional expression and the aesthetic characteristics of music, then analyzes how aspects of performance technique such as touch, pedal use, timbre, dynamics, tempo, and rhythm affect the emotional dimension of a piece. Combining the practical experiences of accomplished pianists and teaching examples, it further discusses pathways for integrating technique and emotion. Finally, suggestions are made from both teaching and performance perspectives, aiming to provide references and inspiration for piano teaching and performance practice

Exploring the Emotional Impact of Bullying: Insights from the Empty Chair Technique

    Get PDF
Bullying in schools is repeated, intentional behavior where a student uses aggression, intimidation, or exclusion to harm, dominate, or humiliate another student. The empty chair technique is a therapeutic exercise used in Gestalt therapy, developed by Fritz Perls. It involves the client imagining a person, aspect of themselves, or situation represented by an empty chair and engaging in a conversation as if the entity were present. This technique is important because it helps clients explore unresolved emotions, gain insights, and develop self-awareness by externalizing internal conflicts. To practice it, the therapist guides the client to speak to the empty chair, then switch roles by moving to the chair and responding from the perspective of the imagined entity. This study investigates the emotional experiences of twelve students who endured bullying during their primary school years, using the empty chair technique as a therapeutic intervention. The research explores participants’ feelings, coping mechanisms, and retrospective reflections on their bullying experiences. The findings illuminate the psychological effects of bullying and offer insights into the potential of the empty chair technique as a means of fostering emotional expression and healing. Implications for educators, therapists, and policymakers are discussed
