Against the backdrop of the digital transformation of education, vocal music teaching is evolving towards technology empowerment, virtual-real integration, and collaborative efficiency. As a pivotal carrier that integrates the convenience and repeatability of online resources with the merits of face-to-face guidance and real-time error correction in offline teaching, the blended online and offline teaching model, through its in-depth combination with digital teaching resources, offers an effective solution to prominent predicaments in traditional vocal music teaching, such as limited resources, inadequate demonstration, delayed feedback, and weak personalized training. Starting from the types and core characteristics of digital vocal music teaching resources, this paper systematically analyzes their application value and theoretical support in blended online and offline vocal music teaching. It constructs a scientific and feasible application path in conjunction with core teaching links including vocal music skill training, work processing, and stage performance, dissects the existing problems in the current application process, and proposes targeted optimization strategies. This study aims to provide theoretical reference and practical insights for the digital transformation of vocal music teaching, the improvement of teaching quality, and the innovation of talent training models in the field of art education
Exploring Audience Engagement in War Films: How Chennai’s Gen Z Connects with 1917
This study investigates the audience engagement in war films, focusing mainly on heroism or emotional narratives have a stronger influence on Gen z viewers in Chennai, with the film reference 1917 as a case study. A total of 100 participants, aged between 16-18, where taken and divided them into 2 teams (50 males and 50 females). Each of them was shown selected sequences emphasizing either heroism or emotional content of the same film. Engagement levels were measured using the structured questionnaire, and the independent sample t-tests were conducted to find the responses and compare between both the conditions with the selected audiences. The analysis clearly revealed that the male participants exposed more to emotional sequences with higher engagement (M = 4.329) than those exposed to heroic sequences (M = 3.326, p = 0.000 <0.05). Female participants showed higher engagement with heroic sequences (M = 3.880) than emotional sequences (M = 3.642, p = 0.000 <0.05). These findings indicate a gender-based preference in war cinema engagement, where males are more influenced by emotional narratives and females by heroism. The results also suggest further discussions can be made how these preferences impact choice of similar trends
The Translation Study of the Contract Section of the Civil Code Based on Schema Theory
In the context of the continuous integration and development of Chinese and Western legal cultures, legal text translation has become an important topic in current translation studies. Schema theory, as a core theory in cognitive psychology, has been integrated and innovated with linguistics and various types of text translation fields, opening up new paths for legal translation research. However, current legal translation research mainly relies on functional equivalence theory and teleology as its main theoretical basis, and there is still a lack of exploration in combining specific legal texts with schema theory. This paper employs schema theory to analyze the translation of the Contract Section of the Civil Code from the perspectives of language, content, and form, revealing its significant influence on the translation strategies and connotation understanding of legal texts. The research provides practical theoretical references and practical experience for legal text translation, the dissemination of Chinese and Western legal cultures, and the drafting of cross-border commercial contracts
Personalized Oral English Learning Based on Generative Artificial Intelligence
In the context of the rapid advancement of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) technology and the intelligent transformation of education, traditional oral English learning is plagued by such enduring dilemmas as a one-size-fits-all approach, insufficient practice opportunities, delayed feedback, and anxiety about speaking up, making it difficult to meet learners’ personalized needs and the requirements for cultivating international competence. Generative Artificial Intelligence, however, offers a brand-new solution to these challenges with its robust natural language processing, multimodal interaction, and adaptive learning capabilities. Grounded in constructivist learning theory, second language acquisition theory, and metacognitive theory, this paper reviews the current research on the integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence into oral foreign language pedagogy. Focusing on six core dimensions—personalized learning demand analysis, customized learning corpus generation, interactive and authentic learning experience, intensive language application practice, intelligent assessment with real-time feedback, and dynamic adjustment of learning plans, this study systematically examines the application pathways and implementation strategies of Generative Artificial Intelligence in personalized oral English learning by combining specific cases of application tools. As an auxiliary tool, Generative Artificial Intelligence drives the transformation of education and the innovation of teaching models, providing an efficient solution for personalized oral English teaching. This research enriches the theoretical framework of GAI-empowered language education, and offers practical references for promoting the personalized and intelligent reform of oral English teaching
Optimization Research of AI+Digital Twins in Building Equipment System
Under the macro background of actively responding to climate change and promoting the “double carbon” strategy, the construction industry, as a key field of energy consumption and carbon emissions, has become a trend of green and low-carbon transformation. The operation efficiency of building equipment system, especially HVAC, electrical lighting and water supply and drainage system, directly determines the overall energy consumption of the building. This study focuses on the frontier technology integration of “ai+digital twins”, and explores its application and implementation path in the optimization of building equipment system. Through systematic literature review, the application status of digital twins and AI technology in the whole life cycle of building equipment design, construction, operation and maintenance is summarized. Through the case analysis of multiple scenarios, the energy efficiency improvement ability and carbon emission reduction benefits of the technology in typical scenarios such as commercial buildings, factories, municipal water supply networks are quantitatively evaluated. Finally, based on the comprehensive research data and AI intelligent analysis, a set of “technology economy policy” collaborative transformation path covering technical standards, business models and policy incentives is constructed, which provides an operable solution for the implementation of the “double carbon” goal in the construction field
A Critical Examination of the Digital Services Tax under International Law: A Comparative Study Based on National Systems
The globalization of the digital economy has had a great impact on traditional international tax rules. Cross-border digital services have the characteristics of virtualization and no boundaries, which makes the traditional systems such as the principle of permanent institutions and the determination of the place of origin cannot be applied normally. Many countries unilaterally implement the Digital Services Tax (DST), which has led to problems such as jurisdictional conflicts, double taxation and trade friction; and the coordination progress at the international level is relatively lagging behind. From the perspective of international law, this article uses common methods such as literature research, comparative analysis and normative analysis to systematically study the legislation of digital service tax in the European Union, the United States, India, the United Kingdom and other typical regions. We distilled the commonalities and differences of these regional systems, and analyzed the reasons for the differences from the four aspects of digital economic development level, tax sovereignty game, legal tradition and international discourse. At the same time, we also revealed the legal conflict between the digital service tax and the current tax agreement, the principle of tax fairness and the principle of national sovereignty. On the basis of sorting out existing coordination practices such as the OECD “two-pillar” program, regional coordination and bilateral agreements, we have built a coordination path at the international law level with tax sovereignty equality, international tax fairness and tax neutrality as the guidance. Finally, in combination with the current situation of China’s digital economic development and tax system, specific suggestions for the construction of China’s digital service tax system, rule connection and international participation are put forward to provide theoretical support and practical solutions for improving China’s digital tax rule of law and participation in global tax governance
Challenges and Pathways for Rural Tourism Development in the Context of Rural Revitalization
The economic benefits generated by rural tourism serve as a vital driver for regional economic development. In recent years, China has progressively established and refined tourism regulations to facilitate the development and preservation of rural tourism resources, thereby safeguarding the growth of the rural tourism economy. The Report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, charting a course for the future of rural areas and creating unprecedented opportunities for the development of rural tourism. Under these circumstances, the advancement of rural tourism must adhere to the principles of environmental sustainability and green development, foster an environment conducive to urban-rural integration, leverage the advantages of digital technologies in the new era, and highlight distinctive regional features. By identifying effective development pathways amid existing challenges, rural tourism can thus become a significant force in driving rural revitalization

Are More Trade Partners Necessarily More Important? — An Assessment of International Trade Networks Based on Multidimensional Network Centrality
In the evolving global economic landscape, international trade is indispensable to China, just as China is indispensable to the international trading system. As global trade relations become increasingly networked, traditional approaches that measure a country’s status solely by trade volume or the number of trade partners face significant limitations. To capture countries’ structural roles in the global trade network more comprehensively, this paper constructs a bilateral trade network of 100 countries from 2006 to 2021 using a modified gravity model and systematically evaluates its structural characteristics and community dynamics through social network analysis (SNA).Building on this framework, we introduce five centrality measures—degree, eigenvector, closeness, betweenness, and PageRank—to conduct a multidimensional radar-chart assessment of national network positions, thereby identifying structurally pivotal countries that may have relatively few direct connections. The results reveal that: (1) countries with a large number of trade partners are not necessarily key players in the network; (2) countries with high structural centrality often serve as bridging hubs that shape network stability and transmission pathways; (3) some traditional economic powers exhibit marginalization in structural indicators; and (4) certain small or emerging economies embed themselves into the global core through transit advantages or institutional attractiveness. This study challenges the conventional belief that “more connections imply greater influence” and underscores the importance of multidimensional centrality in identifying key participants in the international trade network. The findings provide a structural perspective and policy implications for optimizing national trade strategies and regional cooperation frameworks
Multimodal Parent-child Interactions in Autism: What Can We Learn from Them?
Purpose: Exploring the multimodal communicative features in autistic parent-child interactions. Methods: Based on Sigrid Norris’multimodal interaction theory, editing and annotating parent-child interactions in five autism-related documentaries, this study analyzed the modality configurations and structural relationships of individuals with autism in parent-child interactions. Results: It was found that children with autism use more nonverbal than verbal modalities in parent-child interactions and they are capable of selecting distinct modalities and modal structures for communication purposes. In addition, autistic children are prone to articulate their thoughts, attitudes, and emotions in parent-child interactions. Conclusion: These data reveal that we can foster deeper cognitive skills of autistic children, such as identity and emotional awareness in parent-child interactions and consider the communicative behaviors of autistic people through a differential rather than a defective perspective
