World Trends in Tourism
Tourism is one of the most important drivers of economic development in the world, and perhaps the only activity that connects nations and countries without prejudice. This is one of the main reasons that enables tourism to develop more and more quickly and is becoming an increasingly modern activity that people engage with. Proper positioning in the dynamic and competitive tourist market is conditioned by following modern trends through which demand movements, new market opportunities, potential investment areas and infrastructure needs are identified. Tourism as an activity promises a lot for the entire economy. Man is investing more and more effort to improve both supply and demand in that sector. The tourism development strategy lives in the future and the tourism development plan is already drawn up at least ten years in advance

THE ROLE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL MARKETING IN DRIVING STARTUP SUCCESS: A CASE STUDY OF KOSOVO
Start-ups are essential to a thriving economy, significantly contributing to economic growth and job creation. As a result, laws that encourage entrepreneurship and the founding of new companies are essential to the economic growth of a nation. However, for there to be more economic opportunities in the end, a significant number of start-ups must survive and thrive in the market (Claes M. Hultman, 2010). Entrepreneurial marketing in start-ups acknowledges the unique business environments these firms operate in, along with the innovative, proactive, and opportunistic mindset of entrepreneurs. Marketing practices in start-ups tend to be more creative, instinctive, informal, and unstructured, often characterized by a degree of chaos and spontaneity (Robert.D Hisrich; Veland Ramadani, 2018). This research introduces and elucidates the concepts of entrepreneurship and marketing, followed by an exploration of their interplay. The study aims to investigate the relationship between various dimensions of entrepreneurial marketing and performance measures in start-ups. It also examines marketing strategies employed by start-up enterprises to identify optimal growth avenues (Gilmore, 2013). Findings from the qualitative study indicate that start-ups face limited government support and operate within a challenging business environment. Although the trend of opening start-up businesses is growing, still it is suggested that the Kosovo government implement effective programs to encourage young people to start their own businesses in order to generate income and job opportunities. For further research, five dimensions of entrepreneurial marketing are recommended: customer, market, entrepreneurial, innovation, and influence orientations

The Western Balkan countries’ respective pathways to EU membership: in view of the new methodology for enlargement and security concerns
The continuous EU commitment to the Western Balkans (WBs) has been a key issue and determinant for the European future of the WBs. In recent years, the EU ‘conditionality policy’ for enlargement has been widely criticized as being discouraging for the countries in the accession process, so enthusiasm and motivation for EU enlargement among WBs has been on decline. The regional initiatives established to keep the EU integration process alive, increase the regional cooperation through investments and remove barriers among the WBs such as the Berlin Process (2014) and Open Balkan (2019) although enjoyed the EU support, it was clear that they couldn’t replace EU membership nor bring more benefits to them. Consequently, different views were shared on possible ways how to speed up and energies the enlargement process and at the same time to keep alive the enthusiasm of EU integration among the WBs. The European Commission has responded to this situation with a new methodology for enlargement (2020), to revitalize the enlargement process. This paper will be focused on: at first, highlighting the new methodology for enlargement, principles, negotiating clusters and gradual participation of WBs in selected EU policies. In addition, as the accession process couldn’t be unlocked without a new mechanism of financial assistance called ‘new growth plan for the Western Balkans’ (2023) to further accelerate reforms and help the countries meet the requirement of EU membership. And third, properly addressing the security concerns emerged from the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine (started in February 2022) and alignment of the WBs with the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP)

Promoting Gender Equality in Inheritance and Property Rights in Kosova
Gender equality in inheritance and property rights is one of the main challenges in promoting human rights in Kosovo. Although the Constitution of Kosovo guarantees gender equality, in practice, women often face significant obstacles in realizing their property rights. Cultural norms and social traditions continue to exert a profound influence on how property rights and inheritance are implemented Legislation in Kosovo, including the Law on Inheritance, has made efforts to guarantee women\u27s rights in the inheritance and property processes. However, the existence of discriminatory practices and narrow interpretations of laws often hinder the effective implementation of these rights. In many cases, women encounter difficulties in securing their inheritance rights due to social and cultural pressures, including fear of stigmatization and exclusion from the community. This negatively affects the economic and social empowerment of women, leaving them in unfavorable positions and limiting their opportunities to contribute to the economic development of the country. This research focuses on gender equality in inheritance and property rights in Kosovo, identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement. While the Constitution guarantees equality, women continue to face significant barriers to realizing their property rights due to cultural norms and discriminatory practices. This situation contributes to gender inequality and limits the economic and social empowerment of women
Alternative measures and its advantages
Criticisms of imprisonment as the main prison sentence for the fight against crime, as a negative phenomenon, pen al legislation in countries around the world take into account and replace them with other measures, less restrictive but with the same goal, reducing criminality and raising the awareness of perpetrators of crimes acts to respect the governing norms. Alternative measures or probation are measures that are known as community sanctions and measures. Almost all states enunciate and apply them in their penal legislation because of their many advantages. Their massive application in court practice is proof that they lead to positive effects both for the community and for the convicted person. Numerous factors, such as the overcrowding of prisons and the restrictiveness of the prison sentence, are the main reasons that lead to its substitutes and to the application of alternative measures that are more often imposed by the states, not only for their economy, but also for many other benefits and positive effects, and in particular to avoid the numerous negative effects that the prison sentence carries in relation to the personality of the convicted person, believing that through the imposition of alternative measures, the resocialization of the convicted persons will be influenced and that the prison sentence will perform more of a role of sanction for high-risk offenders of prison sentence. Elaborating the benefits of alternative measures ideal for first offenders and offenders of low risk is the aim of this paper. The paper will indicate the purpose of alternative measures and their advantages in order to determine that the choice of judges for the sentence of alternative measures is fair for reducing criminality and finding the solution of avoiding many consequences that the prison sentence carries as in relation to the perpetrator of the crime, as well as to the penitentiary institutions and to the community itself
