Get PDFThe present work analyzes the situation of Heritage Education based on information and communications technology (ICT) in Spain, synthesizing the legislation on heritage education in this country. We propose some structuring variables and a selection of representative programmes based on the review, definition and valuation through research of the Spanish Heritage Education Observatory in order to define the perspectives for the future related to the application of the ICT in Heritage Education in Spain.El presente trabajo realiza un análisis de la situación de la educación patrimonial basada en las tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC) en España, presentando una síntesis de la legislación referente a la enseñanza del patrimonio para, posteriormente y a partir de la labor de revisión, caracterización y puesta en valor realizada por el Observatorio de Educación Patrimonial en España, definir una relación de variables estructurantes y presentar una selección de casos significativa de las tendencias actuales de cara a definir las perspectivas de futuro de la aplicación de las TIC para educación patrimonial en España
Del 68 al 15M: continuidades y rupturas entre ciclos de protesta
Get PDFProtest is not randomly distributed over time but concentrates in the form of cycles. The last three major international cycles of protest have been those surrounding 1968, the global justice movement at the turn of the millennium and the recent mobilization for democracy and against austerity from 2010. This article analyzes the continuities between these protest cycles, focusing on the cultural impact of social movements through the development and diffusion of new concepts of democracy.La protesta no se distribuye aleatoriamente en el tiempo, sino que se concentra en forma de ciclos. Los últimos tres grandes ciclos internacionales de protesta han sido los surgidos alrededor del 68, el movimiento antiglobalización en el cambio de milenio y la reciente movilización por la democracia y contra la austeridad a partir de 2010. Este artículo analiza las continuidades entre estos ciclos centrándose en el impacto cultural de los movimientos sociales a partir de la elaboración y difusión de nuevos conceptos de democracia

Get PDFA large number of rare pathologies affect the eye or sight. A possible classification of these is according to the tissue that is affected. We can, therefore, define three main types of rare ocular disorders: 1) neuro-ocular pathologies, which basically affects the retina and optic nerve, 2) corneal dystrophies and 3) pathologies caused by deficiencies in the development of the eyeball or any of its parts. In all of them there is a clear Mendelian genetic basis and, currently, there is almost no treatment for any of them. The aim of this article is to provide a review of this set of pathologies.Existe un elevado número de patologías raras que afectan al ojo o a la visión. Una posible clasificación de las mismas podría venir definida por el tejido que está afectado. Así, podríamos definir tres tipos principales de patología rara ocular: 1) la patología neuro-ocular, que afecta básicamente a la retina y al nervio óptico, 2) las distrofias corneales y 3) la patología que implica deficiencias en el desarrollo del globo ocular o en alguna de sus partes. En todas ellas existe una clara base genética mendeliana y actualmente no existe tratamiento para casi ninguna de ellas. Anemias raras y fallos medulares hereditarios
Get PDFRare anemias and inherited bone marrow failure syndromes are characterized, respectively, by decreased concentrations of hemoglobin or defects in the production of hematopoietic cells leading to single to multiple lineage cytopenias. They are rare and difficult to diagnose due to clinical, cytological and genetic heterogeneity. In this paper, we first address the diagnosis of rare anemias and their causes including marrow failures, erythrocyte defects and disorders of red cell metabolism factors involved in erythrocyte maturation. Finally, we introduce inherited bone marrow failure syndromes and their associated pathologies such as congenital malformations and tumor predisposition, with particular emphasis on the most common diseases: Fanconi anemia, dyskeratosis congenita, Diamond-Blackfan anemia and Shwachman-Diamond syndrome.Las anemias raras y los fallos medulares hereditarios son enfermedades hematológicas caracterizadas, respectivamente, por una disminución de la concentración de hemoglobina o por diversos grados de defectos en la producción de células hematopoyéticas que conducen desde una citopenia de un solo linaje hasta una de múltiples linajes. Son enfermedades raras y difíciles de diagnosticar debido a la heterogeneidad clínica, citológica y genética. En este artículo abordaremos en primer lugar el diagnóstico de las anemias raras y sus causas principales: fallos medulares, defectos del hematíe y trastornos del metabolismo de los factores de maduración eritrocitario. Seguidamente introduciremos los fallos medulares hereditarios y su patología asociada, como son las malformaciones congénitas y la predisposición tumoral, haciendo especial hincapié en los más frecuentes: la anemia de Fanconi, la disqueratosis congénitca, la anemia de Diamond-Blackfan y el síndrome de Shwachman-Diamond

Get PDFA historical overview of films made around May 1968, focusing on the militant phenomenon in France and its impact on other countries is provided. Major groups and authors are synthesized from the European and world new wave until the New Latin American Cinema. Also, the most representative documentaries and fiction films made during and after the revolution of ‘68, emphasizing five evocative movies and the contradictions observed therein. An appendix reproduces the famous Manifesto for militant cinema of the States General.Se ofrece una panorámica histórica del cine realizado en torno al mayo de 1968, centrándose en el fenómeno militante en Francia y su repercusión en otros países. Desde la revolución de las nuevas olas europeas y mundiales hasta el nuevo cine latinoamericano, quedan sintetizados los principales grupos y autores. Asimismo, se constatan las películas más representativas -documentales y de ficción- realizadas durante y después de la revolución del 68, haciendo hincapié en cinco filmes evocadores y en las contradicciones que se observan. La ciencia y el arte desde la perspectiva de la transevolución
Get PDFFrom its origins, the human species has manipulated not only the real world but also the figurative one. While that manipulative action of the human species over both worlds was critical for the survival of the species in the beginning of its evolution -now transevolution-, it is also true that in the subsequent culture those worlds have been approached by two trades with highly different conceptual bases, science and art. In this paper I hold the thesis that both trades are necessary to know how to be in the world as well as how to transform it in an appropriate way.La especie humana ha manipulado desde sus orígenes tanto el mundo real como el figurado. Mientras que la acción manipuladora de la especie humana sobre ambos mundos fue crítica para su supervivencia al comienzo de su evolución -hoy transevolución-, en la cultura ulterior esos mundos son abordados por dos actividades con bases conceptuales muy diferentes: la ciencia y el arte. En este trabajo sostengo la tesis de que ambos resultan necesarios para saber estar en el mundo y para transformarlo adecuadamente
