CONSUMPTION OF RED SPINACH AND BEETROOT JUICE TO PREVENT ANEMIA IN ADOLESCENTS AT AL- AZIZI ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL IN 2023
Anemia is a disease characterized by lower levels of hemoglobin (Hb) and red blood cells (erythrocytes) than normal levels. In general, this disease is suffered by many people in the world, especially in developing countries and in lower middle economic groups. One of the non-pharmacological steps taken to prevent anemia and increase iron levels is to consume red spinach and beetroot juice. Red spinach contains calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat, protein, fat, vitamins (A, B1, E, C, and folate), and minerals (calcium, phosphorus, and iron). Apart from that, the iron content in red spinach is quite high compared to other vegetables. Meanwhile, beets contain vitamins, carbohydrates, protein and fat which are useful for body health. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of giving red spinach and beetroot juice on the prevention of anemia in adolescents at the Al-Azizi Islamic boarding school. This research uses a One Group Pretest Posttest design. The sample consisted of 30 people using total sampling technique. The research was conducted from July to August 2023. Test the research hypothesis using the Wilcoxon test. The Wilcoxon test results show a p value = 0.000 p value 0.005, which means there is an influence on hemoglobin levels before and after giving Red Spinach and Beetroot Juice. There was an average increase in hemoglobin levels before and after treatment of 2.04 ± 0.2 gr/dl. It was concluded that there was a significant difference in hemoglobin levels before and after consuming red spinach and beetroot juice at the al-Azizi boarding school.
ANALISIS PEMASANGAN TRANSFORMATOR SISIP UNTUK MENGATASI TRAFO PSG.039 OVERLOAD PENYULANG MG.07 DI ULP MATANG GELUMPANG DUA
The MG.07 Substation in Matang Gelumpang Dua is located in the PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Matang Gelumpang Dua Area Bireun, supplied by the Bireun Main Substation with a feeder capacity of 280 A. The MG.07 feeder supplies transformer PSG.039, loaded at 103.4% of its 250 kVA capacity. The standard load for a transformer is 80% of its capacity. The solution to address this issue is to install an insert transformer to distribute the load from PSG.039. According to data from PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bireun in 2023, the annual increase in electricity usage in Matang Gelumpang Dua Bireun is 8.3%. Therefore, using a 250 kVA insert transformer with an initial loading percentage of 26.8%, it will be able to accommodate the increase in electricity usage for the next five years, with a total loading percentage after five years of 68.3%
UJI PENGARUH VARIASI SUDU TURBIN PADA SUDUT KEMIRINGAN POROS 15 DERAJAT TERHADAP DAYA DAN EFISIENSI TURBIN ARCHIMEDES
The need for electrical energy sources increases along with the increasing population in Indonesia. While the electrical energy used today is sourced from fossils that are starting to run out. So there is a need for alternative energy sources to replace fossils. One of them is by utilizing the river flow which is converted into electrical energy which is called a screw turbine power plant. This study uses an Archimedes Screw Turbine, with a tilt angle of 15 degrees, at variations of blade 1,2 and blade 3 to test the electrical power and efficiency of the turbine. The results of the 1 blade test at an angle of 15 degrees obtained electrical power of 8.17 watts and turbine efficiency of 75.92655%. The results of the 2 blade test at an angle of 15 degrees obtained an electric power of 7.16 watts and a turbine efficiency of 66.54028%. The results of the 3 blade test at an angle of 15 degrees obtained an electric power of 7.45 watts and a turbine efficiency of 69.23534%. Thus the use of blade 3 at an angle of 15 degrees produces greater electrical power and efficiency for blade 1, the result is greater than blade 2 and blade

Abstract -- Population growth can trigger an increase in the need for electrical energy, but this is not balanced with an increase in the supply of electricity, where the installed power capacity is fixed, while the needs of the community continue to increase and various supporting activities. Such conditions encourage the search and study of the use of new energy sources, which are renewable, environmentally friendly, and environmentally friendly which aim to produce electricity without any assistance from BBM and are expected to provide convenience in obtaining electricity. , by utilizing a 12 volt, 75 Ah battery / battery, a 12 volt dc alternator equipped with an inverter with a voltage of 1500 watts to convert DC current to AC, 500 watt ac driving dynamo, pulley with a ratio of 1,333 : 1 inch. The test was carried out with a variation of the pulley ratio of 1,333 : 1 inch, the maximum load material tested was using a 50 watt, 100 watt, 200 watt, 250 watt, 300 watt, 350 watt, 380 watt light bulb. Based on the test data using the maximum load with a pulley ratio of 1,333: 1 inch for 380 watts, the voltage drop can reach 11.4 volts more than the maximum load the portable electric machine does not work optimally. This causes the alternator to not be able to issue an electric voltage of more than 12 volts for the battery charging process, so that the inventor cannot work properly which results in a low inverter output voltage unable to provide electric current to the propulsion motor

Seeing this condition, the researcher aims to build an automation system tool that combines a full pneumatic trainer control system and an electro-pneumatic trainer system using the analytical method. these components consist of 1). Double acting cylinder, 2). Single acting cylinder, 3). Air regulator with flow meter, 4). 5/2 Selenoid valve 220 VAC and 3/2 selenoid valve 220 VAC, 5). Limit switch, 6). Proximity sensor, 7). Push-button switch, 8). 24 VDC DC relay, 9). Pilot lamp, 10). Power supply unit 220 VAC, VDC, 11). Air filter regulator, the material for the electro-pneumatic trainer frame uses 4x4 mm hollow iron and aluminum profiles, 1100mm high, 1000mm long, A4 size 5mm acrylic material. Developing Fishpond Control System for School Natural Laboratory Automation
Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa kegiatan belajar dilakukan secara daring. Sekolah berusaha melakukan kegiatan secara luring dengan membatasi jumlah siswa atau dengan melaksanakan kegiatan di laboratorium alam. Mengelola laboratorium alam membutuhkan banyak biaya terutama pada kondisi pasca covid-19. Internet of Things adalah teknologi yang memungkinkan kendali jarak jauh dan otomatisasi. Hal ini memungkinkan pengelolaan laboratorium alam dilakukan dari jarak jauh atau secara otomatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat desain dan sistem IoT yang meliputi penentuan modul dasar dan fungsinya, penentuan perangkat sensor dan aktuator yang dibutuhkan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan arsitektur MQTT. Aplikasi Android dibuat untuk mengontrol periferal IoT. Sistem yang telah berhasil dibangun diuji dengan metode blackbox testing. Berdasarkan hasil blackbox testing, aplikasi Android dan periferal IoT dapat berkomunikasi dan berfungsi dengan baik. Penelitian ini masih memiliki keterbatasan yaitu perlu dilakukannya kalibrasi perangkat IoT dan pengujian perangkat keras IoT dalam jangka waktu yang lama
Perbandingan Algoritma Sequential Search dan Binary Search Pada Website E-Tracking Pengajuan Surat
Disposition of a letter is an action taken in response to receiving a letter which is usually of an urgent nature or which must be carried out or followed up immediately. In an agency or organization, the flow of disposition letters usually begins with an incoming letter addressed to superiors or leaders. Based on the problems that occurred in Cilangkap Village, where after submitting letters, residents often felt confused about the disposition of the letters they submitted because there was no information regarding the disposition of computerized letters. This study aims to build a website-based letter submission information system and e-tracking letter disposition to make it easier for residents to know the disposition of their letter. This study uses the Sequential Search Algorithm and the Binary Search Algorithm to find the average time needed to search data using the microtime function and obtain the most optimal results from the two algorithms. The results showed that from a total of 507 data, 100 data searches for letter submissions obtained the average result of the Sequential Search Algorithm search time is 5.35 miliseconds and the Binary Search Algorithm is 6.16 miliseconds. So from the research results it can be seen that the Sequential Search Algorithm is more efficient and optimal in the search for letter submission data
Application of Optimization Algorithm to Machine Learning Model for Solar Panel Output Power Prediction: A Review
Solar panels have become a popular source of renewable energy due to their sustainability and environmental friendliness. Accurate predictions of solar panel output are crucial for various applications, such as energy system optimization, power grid management, and economic planning. Many important factors pose challenges in predicting the output of solar panels, such as weather conditions that can change at any time, geographical factors, data quality, and the duration of data collection. Machine learning (ML) models show promising performance in this prediction; there are many types of machine learning models, some are single models and others are hybrid models. Optimization algorithms are used to optimize parameters and improve the prediction accuracy of machine learning models. This research reviews fifteen journals that have been filtered to obtain those discussing optimization algorithms in the predictive models of solar panel output power. This journal will examine the optimization algorithms used in machine learning models for predicting solar panel output power, discussing various types of optimization algorithms, their application in machine learning models, the prediction results from these models, the input data used, and the data collection locations that significantly influence the prediction outcomes. From the results of this research, it does not conclude which machine learning model is the best, due to the many factors that influence it. However, this research is expected to provide references on the application of machine learning models in predicting the output power of solar panels, thereby encouraging the use of renewable energy sources
Implementasi Sistem Informasi Portal Berita Koperasi Konsumen Waluyo Sejati Berbasis Web
Koperasi merupakan pilar yang dapat menunjang perekonomian bangsa Indonesia. Koperasi juga membantu meningkatkan roda perekonomian bagi masyarakat menengah ke bawah salah satunya Koperasi Konsumen Waluyo Sejati. Koperasi Waluyo sejati yang berada pada desa pejengkolan, kecamatan Padureso, Kabupaten Kebumen, Jawa Tengah merupakan koperasi konsumen yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2004. Permasalahannya Saat ini koperasi konsumen Waluyo sejati memiliki nasabah lebih dari 500 anggota, akan tetapi belum memiliki system Informasi portal berita sebagai pusat Informasi para anggota. Hal ini, akan merepotkan pengurus untuk berbagi Informasi mengenai program-program yang ada di Koperasi Konsumen Waluyo Sejati, terutama pada saat kegiatan Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT). Pengabdian bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi sistem Informasi portal berita untuk koperasi konsumen Waluyo sejati dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan terhadap mitra. Dengan adanya system Informasi ini, sangat berguna bagi seluruh anggota koperasi agar dapat selalu update Informasi terkait program dan apapun yang berkaitan dengan koperasi. Hasil dari pelatihan serta implementasi aplikasi diperoleh kesimpulan terdapat peningkatan keterampilan berteknologi bagi para pengurus koperasi. Skill Improvement UI/UX Design Prototyping Bagi Siswa-Siswi Sekolah Janji Baik
AbstrakSekolah ini didirikan oleh Yayasan Janji Baik untuk memberikan pendidikan bagi anak-anak miskin atau kurang mampu. Siswa yang bersekolah di Janji Baik tidak dipungut biaya apapun. Tenaga pengajarnya berasal dari relawan yang masih menempuh pendidikan sekolah, kuliah, ataupun siapa saja yang sukarela mengajar. Dalam kurikulum pembelajarannya Sekolah Janji Baik belum menerapkan pembelajaran mengenai teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), dikonteks ini ditemukan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam desain prototipe UI/UX masih kurang tersedia di kalangan siswa/siswi Sekolah Janji Baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan latar belakang diadakannya pengabdian Masyarakat mengenai Skill Improvement UI/UX Design Prototyping Bagi Siswa-Siswi Sekolah Janji Baik ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengenai pemahaman dan perancangan desain prototipe UI/UX di kalangan siswa/siswi Sekolah Janji Baik. Dengan demikian, diharapkan mereka dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis yang bermanfaat dalam konteks akademik maupun karir mereka di masa mendatang
